This product is well made. The resistance bands are easy to take out and put in. The bar is very well made and packaged well.
Unfortunately i broke my arm the same day i ordered this item but having checked it, and half tested it, it seems to be ideal for my needs. I travel frequently and have always used resistance equipment in my hotels if they don’t have gyms – this seems much tidier and neater than the norm. The bar is an excellent addition and i will buy further accessories for the equipment to enhance it’s use.
As someone who travels a lot for work, this is a great bit of kit. It’s good quality and really easy to use. There are so many different workouts you can achieve with it and I’ve noticed the difference in weeks. Very pleased

Great product and well made. Would be better if it included a way to attach bands to hoops on ends of bars, but can be done with some carabines. Overall very happy with the gear.
I was surprised at the quality of the product , so far all is good . I am now thinking about buying accessories to add to the system, to get the full body workout .
The best strength training product ever. Well made and design is very strong. It might be a good idea for newbies to start with a lower strength one this one really pushes you hard

I already have some resistance bands, but purchased this to try and keep going with chest etc etc whilst recovering (I got the ‘standard’ version).
Wow – I am seriously impressed.
Obviously, you don’t get full tension all the way as you would with free weights BUT you would be surprised how much you do get.
If you up your reps from what you’d normally do, you get a great workout with these – and you can do a surprising number of exercises with it.
Chest presses aside, having the bar is incredibly versatile for curls, rows all sorts.
The quality is great – although I initially thought the price seems a lot for resistance bands, to be fair the product is actually worth it.

Bought as an easy fix, great bit of kit. Deffinately feel that i have used it.
3 sets worked out at56.40 seemed a bit of a high price just wanted to mix and match with green, then I noticed you could buy the cameo belt with bandsplus Bar for just 60meaning I was only paying an extra3.60 for the whole thing wherecan you go wrong
It’s good for what I need and was surprised by the resistance from the bands also the bar is good for grip
Super Produkt, aber Stange ist nicht in 2 teilen mit Gewinde, passt auch nicht in den Sack der mitgeliefert wurde . Schade bei andern Hersteller die das gleiche Produkt haben , lsst sich die Stange zerlege
This product is everything I could want, its like having a gym at home. The bands are so easy to change, and you can do so many excersises with or without the bar.
The whole product is great quality and super strong. The bar is heavy and very solid which I liked about it.
Seen some great results in muscle mass and toning. Thanks so much would recommend to anyone
