It has been great so far exceeded my expectations. I’m using for 6weeks. But now it just stopped working the ozone, I don’t know why and what to do. Does someone know what to do? I really need the ozone because it’s stronge

This machine is great. I use it to steam my face. I also use it to steam my hair which the 360 rotation handle comes in handy. Good price and a bonus with the option to add a scent when using.
Great item for mobile beauticia
A great portable electrical item for facials. The water boils quickly and does not have any spitting (of the hot water, which is very dangerous) like other brands I have tried. Easy to clean and store.

Very effective to get moisture into skin and eyes
Very easy to assemble, then plug in and go! Excellent for hydrating the skin and helping with dry eye conditions. Have used it twice daily since purchase with no issues and good results. The ‘supersteam’ Ozone setting is very effective. The long rotating arm allows more flexibility to use while sitting or even lying down. Very please with this purchase and though a bit pricey the ease of use and effectiveness makes up for it.

Even in my late forties I need regularly to steam my face and extract to prevent breakouts .
I bought all sort of steamers in the past but this is from far the best .it’s powerful and I feel like I can use it to steam my hair too which was no expected at all but is a great bonus. The tank is big and you can steam both hair and face at once .
