Bought for home exercise and the whole family use them. Would buy again. Fab idea. Although can get cheaper in shops now so I wii or I’ll recommend a price drop

El caso es que me gusta realizar trabajo motivador en en aula, por lo que suelo buscar bibliografa y trabajo diferente en las redes, para alejarme un poco de lo habitual y dar algo diferente al alumnado.
En este sentido y casando perfectamente con lo que buscaba, encontr estos dados originales y relacionados con la prctica de ejercicio fsico. Adquir 4 conjuntos en total y, junto a un tablero de juego adaptado a este tipo de trabajo, he conseguido realizar actividades muy originales para mis chicos. Ellos utilizan los dados para jugar en dicho tablero en situaciones especiales y estn encantados, ofreciendo diferentes opciones :
– Ejercicios variados : cada dado ofrece algo diferente, ya sean ejercicios tipo squats o jumping jacks, as como diversas opciones de tiempo y repeticiones segn lo que te salga en los dados.
– Material: Otro aspecto que me ha gustado es el material, dado que es de tipo espuma pero ms duro de lo que parece, permitiendo lanzarlo a cualquier sitio sin miedo a que alguien se haga dao, pero al mismo tiempo tiene gran resistencia, por lo que te durarn bastante tiempo.
En definitiva, si buscis dados originales para la prctica de ejercicio fsico o si sois docentes de educacion fsica y queris darle un nuevo enfoque a alguna de vuestras sesiones de juego, este conjunto de dados es una opcin fabulosa.

I might seem picky but I would have preferred a small logo with another move on this dice face. I suppose I could have made up something when the dice landed on the logo but I bought these so I didn’t have to. It’s a minor detail but I thought others should know before buying.
These cubes were much bigger than I expected. Soft, foamy material. If looked after, will last. Makes exercise less predictable and more spontaneous. I like the variation of reps/secs and decent basic exercises.

Seems price for these had been hiked up for what they are worth. Looking around there was others that had them cheaper but were out of stock, even the manufacturer websites who also had the list price cheaper. They were got for a secret santa so couldn’t say more about them.
I am a personal trainer so I have used them in our sessions. Great fun but hard work.

I didn’t know what to expect with these but they certainly work and give you a good work out as It’s roll of the dice so you could get the same set of exercise but different reps or time, really good!

Large dice. I dont know why but thought they would be small fit in your hand size. But am very happy that they’re not. Big and sturdy. Hopefully my son will like them as much as i do.

These little buggers are fab for a spontaneous workout. I took them on the NC500 around Scotland with a group of friends. It was great to have these for group sessions or when I couldn’t be bothered to set myself a routine

Bought these as a gift so haven’t used them but have had a play around with them. Much bigger than I think I was expecting and made of foam, but still a great little gift.

I assumed fir the price the would be regular size dice.
They are not. They are approximately 3.5″(8.4cm) dice. They are now wrapped so can’t be exact.
Each dice is different one is exercise, reps and time.
I am sure they will be well revived and apart a few laughs.

Good product but not essential. Handy motivation tool if exercising at home. A nice gift although I am keeping mine for me.
These are great for giving yourself a training session as well as a great warm up at football training.

Dice 1: 10 Reps, 20 Reps, 30 Reps, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds.
Dice 2: Jumping Jack’s, Press Ups, Crunches, Lunge Walks, Squats, Phoenix Fitness Logo
Me and my wife use these for circuit training taking turns to roll them. Makes it easier to blame the other one if you end up with 90 seconds of your least favourite exercise.
If it lands on the logo we rest for the length of time the other dice lands on or do burpees if it lands on it too early in the workout.
We are both into our gym and fitness and a 30 minute workout with these is very hard work and leaves you very tired and sore the next day (though I guess it depends how hard yu work…). I also use them as a 10 min warmup before doing something else. Save me having to think about what I want to do or “cheat” and give myself something easy. It’s up to the dice.
I did think they might lack versatility, but you can switch it up by thinking “if it lands on press ups I’ll pick up some dumbells for arm curls” etc.
I would definitely recommend these.
I love these dice, though I was very disappointed to see the price dropped dramatically from a few days after purchase. At 19 they were very expensive!!!!
