My 8 year old loves his older brother’s Yoga ball, I don’t know why.

So I got him this one so he could play all he wants without messing with the other one. And he LOVES it!

It seems sturdy, and comes with a cute little hand pump which works but you wouldn’t want to use it all the time.

This is a great yoga ball.
It comes with everything needed to get it up.
The only thing is that it took around 15 minutes of continuous pumping to get it fully inflated. I had to take turns with a friend.
So this isn’t something you would want to deflate and inflate on a regular basis, unless you had a better pump.
half way through we switched to a big bicycle pump. this helped slightly.
    So it includes,
    A hand pump,
    2 stoppers
    a stopper removal tool
and a paper tape measure to measure the size of the ball. Although I found this completely useless as it was too small for a fully inflated ball.
Once inflated, it felt sturdy enough

    Good quality item.

    Blows up really quickly.

Seems pretty strong and sturdy even for a heavily ptegnant lady.

My sons and I invented a sport called SUPERPOWERFISTBALL 2000X, which is suspiciously like volleyball but involves one of these as the ball. While I can’t attest to its yoga powers, I can confirm that this thing can really take some abuse! We punch it and boot it into the air and it always comes back for more. It may not be its intended purpose but it handles it admirably. I can therefore state that you have nothing to worry about in terms of this not being up to the task of supporting your bady weight….

I got this stability ball to replace an old inferior model at home that had started to perish and deflate. This new one is everything i wanted it to be. It has a jelly like quality feel which is the sort I wanted, which allows more flexibility in the size you can inflate it to so it can be used for various exercise and tasks or for simply sitting on as a replacement chair when inflated enough. This is a 75cm ball which gives me 5’6″ the right height for all my exercises to be executed correctly with good form.

It was hard work pumping with the hand pump provided, there was no grip, so kept sliding out of my hands and got more difficult when the internal air was pushing back making it hard to get the desired firmness that I wanted. I had to have a rest and come back like a demon to finish it off, digging deep and figting to get enough air in it. I got there in the end, but with sore hands. I would recommend using a foot or stirrup pump as much quicker and easier, but I had left my pump at work annoyingly.

It comes with 2 plugs a plug remover and a paper tape measure which I assumed was to measure the ball to reach the desired circumference. This ripped very easily when I tried to wrap it around my ball. The plug remover is not the best design as difficult to get under the plug head, but is the type fairly commonly received with stability balls. I used my own in the end, which I found easier to use with a different design.

I am a personal trainer and I really like this ball because it feels top quality and very comfortable. It is also non-slip and anti-burst. I think the retailers product images do not do it any justice as it looked a bit shiny and plasticky in their pictures, so I am really pleased it turned out to be much better. This is a good quality stability ball for under 20. I definitely recommend it.

The “Gym Ball” from “PhysKcal” is a good-quality exercise ball for use with various exercises and yoga sessions etc.

The ball comes with everything you need to inflate and use it. The pump that comes with the ball is easy to use and inflation is very simple (wellI found it so anyway). The ball also comes with a easy-to-follow instruction manual for inflating it correctly.

The quality for the exercise ball is excellent. The PVC its manufactured from is thick, tough and very durable. There’s basically zero change of you ripping or popping this thing.

I’ve been using this for exercises for the mast month and found it incredibly good. It’s got so many uses, and the more I use it, the more I familiarise myself with the sheer versatility of uses with exercise.

For new parents toooh god I can’t recommend this enough. I’ve used these balls for gently bouncing up and down on, with my new-borns (I have twins) in hand, to gently rock them to a comfortable sleep. Trust me, this is beyond perfect for this.

Really recommend these exercise balls. So versatile — and this one is excellent quality. With zero leakage of inflation.

A very good quality exercise ball that's incredibly versatile...

Maybe it’s me (due to lack of common sense) I found the inflation process a bit of a faff to be completely honest. But this gym ball seems to tick all my requirements and feels sturdy which gives me the reassurance it will support the stretch exercises I want to carry out with confidence and that it won’t pop (imagine that!).

Due to lack of knowledge, I can’t say I’m getting the full use out of it but should be able to go onto Youtube to get creative and put it to the real test. But otherwise so far so good.

With Xmas around the corner, i’m trying to shift some pounds so I can indulge; this product is definitely helping my core fitness! The product comes neatly boxed and is easy to inflate, and deflate. I love the colour and the fact it’s helping me strengthen core muscles and tone up. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their fitness.

This ball is great quality and I really like that it’s strong, sturdy and durable! It’ll easily withstand a lot of use in my home! I think the design of it is very good and I like the colour too. It’s easy to inflate and easy to use. It’s helping me with my stretching and I think it’s a useful aid to help with pain relief. The size of the ball is ideal and I’ve not had any issues with using it at all. I think it can handle a good amount of weight and I do think that it’s a versatile bit of equipment. The pump included works well and is helpful and handy. The value for money is very good and I do recommend it.

Took ages to pump by hand as you think you have nearly done it but then 10 mins later your still going. The measure you get to check is a good idea too. Solid gym ball its fab and it hasn’t gone down or anything. would recommend.

I really like this ball. It is very well made and heavy duty product. I use it every morning after getting out of bed. I lay over it belly down for a minute and then lay over it belly up for a minute. It stretches my back out and gives me a nice start to the day.

    Pros:
    Great materials
Air stays in longer even after heavy workouts
    Great price

    Cons:
It did take a little bit of effort to inflate the ball with the enclosed pump, but the pump did the job very well.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this gym ball. The package included a paper measuring tape and handpump to inflate the ball. I took 3 days to fully inflate the ball. My height is 160cm and this apparently is the recommended size for my height. So far it has survived, so I hope it will survive for several more months. Looks decent. I also got a 75cm ball for my husband who is 187cm tall. He uses it everyday for stretching and yoga and when he does not, I use it for sitting.

    Good Exercise Ball.

Got this to try as a desk seat mainly, but found myself rolling about on it, laying my back curved on it feels good. Its good fun for that alone and is comfortable to sit on and roll about a bit haha.

Its clearly well made and supports my weight no problem (im over 100KG)

You need to pump it up, it arrives flat but they supply a hand pump which takes some effort to do then you stick in a plug.

This ball has been my friend for a while now. It’s really helpful with my back and knees. I am 5’6″ and the 65cm is perfect for me. I can have my feet flat on the floor and do hip rolls exc…
The ball looks thin but it’s held up to my weight (I’m 107kg).
The ball has what looks to be a poured coating inside, which was only evident when it was blown up. You can’t see it away from light. I don’t believe this affects performance as I’ve been using without any issues. It just makes me a littoe nervous that the plug is a few inches long and your sat right above it so if it was to rupture I’m scared of where that would go or what I jury would happen. I wouldnt say it’s as thick as other brands but like I said it’s holding ground to my weight perfectly fine.

    Comfortable, nervous

This yoga/pregnancy ball comes with a hand pump, a tape measure, two stoppers and a small tool for removing the stopper if needed. I started using the hand pump and nothing seemed to be happening for a while but then the ball suddenly started to take shape. I can’t say how long it took to inflate overall as I had to stop and take a break a few times. (You can of course use a better pump if you have one.) The instructions say you should inflate the ball to within 10% of it’s total capacity and leave it for 12 hours to stretch out then inflate to to full size.

Once fully inflated the ball feels strong and sturdy but also has a good degree of bounce and is very comfortable to use. The outer layer has bands across it to aid grip and the thick rubber is advertised as split-proof, and it certainly feels very sturdy and robust.

I wanted this ball already long time. I like the colour so much. I was using electric pump to inflate it, because I feel lazy to use manual pump, which is included. It has 2 plugs, 1 plug remover, very detailed instruction and measure tape. I got it for my home excercises and it is really perfect for strenghten my back. Also my toddler is happy to play with it.

Excellent ball for the whole family

Really good! Just like the ones you get at the gym and now I have one at home… Fabulous! I mainly just use it for sit ups.

One thing I will say is the little pump you get with it is a little rubbish hand held one; So it took ages and ages to pump the ball up. I’m still not sure it is at it’s full size capacity yet, as my arm started getting quite tired, and I got bored so left it. It comes with a measuring tape, but not sure how accurate it is as I ordered the 75inch one and thing the tape is showing it still about 60inch diameter and i’m struggling to pump it up much more..

Any way apart from the rubbish hand pump this is a great gym ball! I can’t really say if it’s any good for pregnancy exercises as I’m not pregnant, and I’m not likely to get pregnant being a bloke lol..

    5 stars, Great!!

Be careful when opening the package that the exercise ball is in as there’s a folded up paper tape measure inside, you don’t want to accidently rip that as you’ll need it to measure the diameter of the ball when you inflate it!

Inflating the ball is a workout in itself, the included pump is straightforward to use, you’ll just be using a lot of strength and energy to inflate the ball. The challenging part is that you have to initially inflate the ball to a certain size, then wait 12 hours before continuing to inflate it to it’s final specified size. Checking the size a few times to ensure you’ve got it at the correct diameter and removing the plug when you’re going to continue to inflate is quite fiddly. But there is a plug remover included in the package which does help a little.

As for the ball once it’s ready to use, it is good and does seem durable.

  25. Anonymous says:

Please heed the instructions, this item requires a rest upon inflation. Using the included tape measure, you need to inflate to 10cm from its full diameter and left for 12 hours, before filling to full.

It is ribbed with silicon to minimise slipping and come with anti-burst so there should be no bangs. Also included is everything that you need to inflate it, which is a bonus.

It has an array of things that it can be used for, and there is bound to be something that you can use it for.

I have found it to be of similar quality to those that are of a much higher price.

I bought this for my son as a sensory aid for him to sit and wiggle on while watching his tablet or reading.

The ball arrives neatly packed and includes a pump, two plugs and a plug remover tool too.

It is easy to inflate using the pump. The instructions say to blow up to 90%, leave overnight to stretch then pump to the final amount, which we did.

The ball is durable and sturdy, and my son is finding it useful too, which is brilliant.

    Great size, quality and durability

I got this to support my new fitness journey. The size is perfect, and it seems to be well made. It was very easy to inflate, and comes with all the tools you need: pump, 2 plugs (1 is a spare), plug remover. The directions tell you to inflate it most of the way, then let it sit for 12 hours before inflating fully.

Once fully inflated, it is solid. I gave it 4 stars only because I can’t vouch for durability YET. After 30 days of daily use I will update this review accordingly. But so far, so good.

I am happy with this gym ball so far, so I can recommend.

This is a strong yoga ball that does the job well. It is durable and is high quality and should be long lasting! It is easy to inflate and includes an air pump. I like the colour too! However, it is important to read the instructions about how much you should inflate it. It comes with a spare stopper, which is always useful to have.

I reviewed this as part of the Amazon Vine Programme, but would have been more than happy to have paid the current price of 15.99 for this product.

I love this exercise ball- I have severe lower back pain and cannot sit on regular surfaces, including sinking couches- I bought this ball for a number of reason however I found that using it as my desk chair has been a blessing- I get up feeling far better than if I were sitting on other stuff: Less stress on my back and it also pushes me to keep my core tight and my back straight- It has done wonders and I am about to buy another one in a smaller size- I currently have the XL- The material feels great and is very durable and it’s fun to bounce on! I know this ball will last me a very long time-Additionally, the traction is very good meaning it won’t just roll away -which can get annoying at times- I also use it in connection with my “ComfiLife Gel Enhanced Seat Cushion — Non-Slip Orthopedic Gel & Memory Foam Coccyx Cushion for Tailbone Pain — Office Chair Car Seat Cushion — Sciatica & Back Pain Relief”, another very good product- Furthermore, I plan to incorporate it with my aerial yoga swing and my bench press- It’s just a great product and I highly recommend it for those with bad back problems- This is my first product of this brand and it’s clear that they make excellent products!

This exercise ball is very good quality and once inflated to the correct size it’s very strong

It wasn’t easy to use the included pump, I was going to try with an electric balloon pump but for this review I felt it was good to use what they’ve given! The pump feels tricky to hold and use at the same time, and you can’t pause whilst inflating because air starts coming out straight away

As instructed I inflated the ball less than 65cm and left it over night. It needed a lot more air than I was expecting, and I used the tape measure to check the ball’s width, but the paper tape split at the hole you use to keep it in place making it a bit harder to use. Since this is something you’d need to use again to inflate the ball if you ever deflated it, I feel it would be better if the company made the tape out of a sturdier material

The tool you use for getting the plug out works really well! I also like that you get a spare plug

I was a little bit confused on which size to order, as the guide shows you need different widths depending if you want to use the ball for a seat or for fitness. I’m 5’0 and decided to get the 65cm one, and I think it works for sitting comfortably and for fitness too

    Very good quality ball

I got this for the Mrs as she’s been doing more exercise at home and she’s always keen for a new bit of kit.

The ball arrives in a small box and unfolds easily. They do include a small handpump, but it’s not great and will take a while. So we used a little electric pump we use for a paddleboard and it was ready in seconds.

Quality wise this is nice thick pvc and feels heavy duty. It is rated as having a max weight of 300kg / 660 lbs when moving on it or 907kg/ 2000lb if idle. Which is incredible and has no chance of going pop. To be safe i did give it a good bounce (when the Mrs wasn’t looking) I’m 98kg / 16 stone and it didn’t even make a funny noise.

This is a great ball for gentle exercise. I use this to sit on while doing weights and for some body weight exercises. I’m about to start Yoga classes so I’m hoping to incorporate the ball into those as well.

The colour isn’t exactly what I expected but it does, mostly, match the picture; it’s just slightly muted. The instructions were very useful; i pumped up the ball using the included pump, which I thought was going to take forever but was actually fairly quick, and stuck by the guidelines to only inflate 10 cm below the maximum ball size. Once i left it overnight, I fully inflated the ball to the maximum 55 cm using the tape measure included. This took a little while as I was slightly nervous about blowing it up too much and it popping, but the ball was fine and feels great to sit on.

You can also use this for your office desk, mine is a little too high so I can’t attest to how well this works.

    Great ball for exercise

So I have stage 4 endometriosis and I was recommended an exercise ball from my gynaecologist to help with my bad cramps that i suffer with on a daily basis.

The instructions are super easy! You pump the ball up with the air pump provided, pump it 10cm less than it’s full size (tape measure also provided), pop the plug in and let it sit for 12 hours so it can slowly stretch the material and then you pump it up after 12 hours to it’s max size and done!

So far this has helped me massively with my endo flare ups. I’m not sure if it’s placebo but whatever it is – it sure is working!

I do recommend checking your height first to find which ball would suit you best. I’m 5 foot 9 and i ordered the 75cm ball and it’s perfect for my height.

All in all, i highly recommend buying this for whatever you may need it for!

My partner would also like to add that he’s used it a couple of times to stretch his back (he suffers with a bad back a lot of the time due to work), and he thinks it’s fantastic and also recommends!

A very good yoga ball and not only for yoga, actually.
I used this ball for some stretching exercises as well.
Please, before using it, warm up your muscles a little bit, don’t be like me – went straight on the ball without warming up and had a back pain for a few days…

The ball is fitted very well, the box is really compact, considering the fact there’s a manual pump inside, user manual and a few more accessories.

The pump is good, takes some time to inflate the ball but it’s not that bad.
After the ball has a shape, leave it for 12 hours to stretch and then inflate it to the proper volume. My size was 75.

The surface is sticky so it won’t slip in any way.
The hole for inflation is discreet and won’t be uncomfortable.
Easy to deflate and store it back, very easy.

5 stars, a good product, can recommend.

It feels durable and sturdy. No strong plastic smell which is good. It comes with a manual pump, which is a bit awkward to attach to the plug.

My husband and I took turns testing and putting all our weight on it. The ball held quite well for such a big guy like my husband.

I recommend this exercise ball since it can just hang out anywhere in the house without being useless. You can sit on it the whole day as it’s really comfortable while keeping a good posture.
