After getting this shower plumbed in it worked fine for 2 months , since then both the shower head and the shower above stay on at the same time no matter which way you turn the valve . Waste of money as I will have to buy and fit another one now . Very disappointed after spending 70 on this .
Hi following on from this review , I was contacted straight away and offered a full refund , this was a one off defect product and happy plumbsy had straight away dealt with my issues , great customer service So 5 stars for that .

Everything seems to work OK, but be aware that you need to ignore the guidance towards the end of the instructions booklet. The water inlet hose connects to the port closest to the switch, not the one at the back (which is as suggested in the instructions). If the water comes out of both heads, then it is connected wrong and needs to be swapped round. Hope that helps 🙂
Very happy with our shower. The quality is as good as if not better than what you find in the shops for double or triple the price.

Ordered a circular system, but received square system which is more oblong than square. Decided to keep it as I can’t be asked about the agro in returning etc. To be honest though , this is very well constructed and fits together well. Only bad fault is main shower head is plastic , but will do for now. Can change head for circular chrome solid version at a later date. Would definitely recommend.
