Premetto che sono possessore di due nvr .
Ho acquistato un primo nvr 8 canali che utilizzo in ambiente industriale per controllo del area esterna il quale ha una risoluzione di 4k con cui riesco ad ingrandire l’immagine senza perdere definizione,in modo da controllare un
area di 300 mq con un unica telecamera.
Il secondo nvr da 16 canali che utilizzo in ambiente domestico con risoluzione da 5 MP con il quale controllo sia il giardino e gli interni.
Entrambi sono validi prodotti che ricomprerei ad occhi chiusi grazie alla semplicit di uso e l’assistenza post vendita di Reolink.
Ho avuto un problema serio con nvr da 16 canali che ha smesso di funzionare la presa di rete e quindi non riuscivo pi a connettermi per la visione da remoto le immagini.
Contattato l’assistenza reolink dopo varie prove mi hanno sostituito nvr.
Ancora grazie per la vostra professionalit non machero’ in futuro di acquistare i vostri prodotti.

After spending weeks look at various systems I took the plunge. The system is very simple to set up and we are really please with the quality of the picture. After 6 months a cameras stopped working suddenly. Customer service was quick and efficient, They sent out a new camera before I had even packed the faulty item.
We recommend Reolink and have bought additional cameras, we wish we bought this months before.
Facile e veloce da installare, visione perfetta sia in termini di luce che di inquadratura. Anche i pixel sono ottimi, in quanto zoomando l’immagine, non si sgrana. L’unica pecca, se proprio voglio trovarla, il sensore di rilevamento troppo sensibile. L’altra notte ho dovuto disattivare le notifiche perch anche se l’ho messa a rilevamento basso, mi squillava ogni secondo (ogni secondo sul serio!) per avvertirmi di alcune “presenze”, mentre era solo la pioggia!! Rileva tutto, anche i moscerini per cui scarica la batteria del cellulare in un balenose si potesse fare un aggiornamento sarebbe bene alleggerire questa cosa..per il resto, ottima! Prossimamente installer altre telecamere visto che ho ancora 8 attacchi disponibili! 😉

L’installation est super facile.
Les camera que j’ai branch en rseau fonctionne parfaitement en 5k, deplus pour les camras supplmentaires que j’ai achet , l’enregistrement sur carte sd fonctionne en parallle avec celle sur le nvr.

La lecture des vidos est fluide que se soit sur l’application ou sur le nvr.

Grce au rponse des utilisateurs sur le post public, apparement jai eu a faire a des personnes qui rponde pour rpondre car la souris sans fil avait que les boutons qui fonctionner mme a ct du nvr. J’ai donc opt pour une rallonge USB nickel.
Que dire a part ben que si tu as un cran pas terrible la rsolution en direct sera en consquence.
En se qui concerne la dtection de mouvement, ben j’avoue que moi c pour de l’enregistrement continue, donc elle se dclanche pour m’aider dans mes recherches mais avec la configuration d’usine elle est hyper sensible ( j’utilisais une autre marque qui mme avec la dtection de mouvement configurer enregistrer pas pour temps c’tait une marque national chre. Ah si a enregistrer des que tu payer leur cloud)
Pour rsumer j’en suis pleinement satisfait, surtout qu’il y a le paramtrage de zone de confidentialit , qui est trs importante pour mon commerce. J’ai essay plusieurs systmes en 11 ans ben celui est le plus complet pour le prix. Il m’a que juste une tlcommande
The picture quality even on the most basic cameras is just stunning! A great and easy to set up product.
I now have 3 Reolink NVRs and two additional independent Cameras around the world, and everything works great. Please beware that there are sometimes problems with P2P connection from the outside of the network to your camera/NVR if your provider is Virgin Media (UK), you might need to connect to your system using IP. Still this is the best easy to install CCTV system around (I’ve dealt with others, not to be mentioned here, before). Special thanks to support personnel “Charlene” (although I doubt it’s a real name LOL).

Loving this new system. Bought it to use to protect an old maltings building. Extremely easy to set up, everything you need is in the box, and easy to access remotely. Fabulous picture quality and ability to view low res for fluidity or at full 5MP is really useful. Night vision is superb as well. All in all, if you need a well priced, easy to use system, this is the one I’d now go for.
Prodotto valido e facile da installare. Assistenza via e-mail veloce e subito disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. L’unico neo, il DVR ha una ventola molto rumorosa, per il resto tutto ok. Lo consiglio.
This was an upgrade to my previous NVR as I wanted to also upgrade my cameras to 8K. Everything seems to be working OK but only been installed for a week. Doris gave me good advice about the upgrade and how to install a new HD to increase storage capacity.
Ottimo prodotto, anche le app sono facili e intuitive, ho avuto qualche problema a settare le notifiche ma provveder a chiedere all’assistenza. ho aggiunto una tlc reolink 4X per inquadrare a distanza, con 9 tlc intallate ho coperto tutta l’area intorno a casa. Unica pecca l’allarme motion che scatta con pioggia neve veto forte che fa muovere gli alberi, ma a questo prezzo non si pu pretendere di pi.
Ottimo sotto ogni aspetto le telecamere eccellenti, facilissimo da usare, il prezzo perfetto ho visto prodotti molto pi scadenti a prezzi esageratamente pi alti
Die Installation kann auch ein Laie ausfhren. Die mit gelieferten Netzwerkkabel sehen zwar billig aus, aber an der bertragungsqualitr kann ich nichts aussetzen. Die Qualitt der Anlage ist sehr gut.
Auch die Bedienung finde ich sehr gelungen, (meine alte Anlage war in dieser Hinsicht eine Katastrophe).
Mit den vielen zur Verfgung stehenden Einstellungen konnte ich mich aus Zeitmangel noch nicht viel beschftigen. Aber auch die Verbindung zur App auf dem Handy ist Kinderleicht hergestellt und funktioniert einwandfrei, was mir sehr wichtig ist.
Die Bildqualitt ist fr meine Zwecke sehr gut.
Schade finde ich das zum Thema Netzwerksicherheit nichts in der Bedienungsanleitung zu finden ist. Die Anlage ist aber durch Passwort geschtzt.
Facile l’installazione, il kit completo in tutto, l’unica pecca non in italiano, lo dico per chi come me l’ha preso per i propri genitori che hanno lacune con l’inglese.
Telecamere ottime di giorno, di notte l’infrarosso spinge troppo e rende l’immagine con una zona troppo illuminata al centro e con un contorno scuro dove i led illuminano meno.
Nonostante il prezzo accessibile , non ha niente a che vedere con i kit economici! Il prodotto molto buono e l’assistenza veloce e risolutiva. Ho avuto un piccolo problema audio con una camera mi stata sostituita in pochissimi giorni. Soddisfatta!!!!!
Per sostituire il mio vecchio impianto di video sorveglianza basato sul sistema onif e p2p, ho acquistato questo bellissimo kit reolink con telecamere 5MP poe a cui ho poi aggiunto anche altre telecamere dome sempre reolink.
Un sistema innovativo, immagini nitide anche di notte e qualit sorprendente. L’installazione e’ facile e intuitiva (tuttavia l’NVR non ha la disponibilit della lingua italiana …e questo, se vogliamo, e’ l’univo dato negativo).
Tutto il sistema pu essere controllato da remoto tramite App che consente la gestione immediata di tutte le funzioni.
L’assistenza e’ fantastica e immediata per ogni tipo di problematica.

utto ok, installazione facile, le videocamere funzionano tutte apparte una che fa fatica e la maggior parte delle volte salta il segnale… il server che c’ dentro in casa rumoroso, anche se riposto dentro un armadio la ventola si sente parecchio e a volte sono costretto a spegnerlo.
Anche con cavi che superano i 18 metri di circa 30 metri le telecamere funzionano bene.
Per il rapporto prezzo qualit un ottimo prodotto.
Bonjour j’ai utilis ce produit pour surveiller un muse, je suis trs satisfait du produit et la qualit est au rendez-vous. Qui puis facile installer. Le seul bmol je trouve vraiment dommage qu’il ne puisse pas avoir de Cloud en France pour les mesures de sauvegarde.
Ce qui m’oblige me tourner vers d’autres solutions.

A distanza di un anno circa ottimo acquisto lo rifarei. Prodotto ottimo per prezzo/qualit , anche il supporto che ho avuto modo di testare molto efficiente. APP molto bene fatta e aggiornata spesso no come altri soluzioni anche conosciute che, ahim, avevo in precedenza.
Raramente faccio recensioni su Amazon e questo prodotto lo consiglio.

Achet pour scuriser l’extrieur d’une maison avec jardin, terrasse et grand garage.
– Esthtique : emballage nickel et camras lgantes. Elles sont assez visibles pour dissuader sans dnaturer ou enlaidir les extrieur
– Installation : trs simple installer – les rglages galement (si on prend le temps de lire) se font aisment. Pas plus compliqu que prendre en main un smartphone lambda. La connexion avec le rseau du domicile s’est faite galement trs facilement
– Performance : la qualit d’image de jour comme de nuit est excellente – vous reconnaitrez assez facilement les visages de ceux qui s’interessent d’un peu trop prs votre maison 😉

Davvero un bell’impianto, l’installazione facile e in 15 secondi le telecamere iniziano a trasmettere il video. Peccato che non ci sono manuali in lingua italiana. Non metto le cinque stelle perch l’app, che ho provato nelle versioni Windows, Android e ios, migliorabile. Il rapporto qualit/prezzo molto buono.
un buon prodotto ad un prezzo competitivo,si vede bene di giorno e di notte e si configura con facilit. Ho messo 4 stelle perch il manuale non in lingua italiana e perch il decoder ha una risoluzione leggermente inferiore a quella delle telecamere. Avendo acquistato il kit completo, non ho apprezzato questa soluzione. A parte questo, sono soddisfatto dell acquisto.
The picture quality is v. good for both day and night, although obviously better during daylight.
Spider webs will cause unnecessary triggering of the motion sensors so if you have email alerts set-up you will be inundated with email alerts.
We have recently purchased, but not yet installed, a camera for the front door to supplement the Ring device installed.
Really good camera set. We put it round our office using existing POE network infrastructure and had it all set up in a day. There is a mobile phone app and it’s very easy to use. It’s a good system and I’d definitely recommend it.
This PoE system was an upgrade from an old 8 Channel analogue CCTV system. The picture quality is a massive improvement for both day and night images.
Installation was straight forward, and since the power to the cameras is from the NVR via the Ethernet cable, there is no longer additional power adapters needed as with the old analogue system. However, the 48V power adapter supplied with the system has been very hot, causing the NVR to randomly reboot, which is not yet resolved with Reolink customer services. The power adapter is only warm while on its edge in open space, and now no more rebooting.
The covers supplied for the connection between camera and ethernet cables supplied does not fit the ethernet connector, but I used junction boxes so the covers were not essential.
I have added a PTZ camera to the system, and intend to add more, since there are 16 channels available, but the issue with the power adapter started when the PTZ was added, so I need to get it sorted before any further expansion is made.
Overall the system provides good pictures, although the HD over the internet is a problem as it freezes, but ok on the local router.
Believe it or not, I am pleased with the system, and hope the teething issues get resolved.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get this DVR set up. My previous system required me to sign up to a third party DDNS site to be able to connect remotely and also took some reconfiguration of my broadband router. With this system you just plug it in to the router and scan the QR code with your mobile device. After a minute or two the videos were streaming without me having to do anything else.
The initial setup of the DVR had a few steps to go through which the quick start user manual didn’t really provide any guidance for but a lot of it was common sense. I was also impressed that the DVR clock can be synchronized with your phone so it saved having to do it manually – small detail but it made me happy.
The only disappointing thing I found was that the camera didn’t have an integral ethernet socket – instead it’s at the end of a cable coming out of the mounting bracket which meant that I had to drill a 22mm hole in my soffits and walls to get the cable through. The cable also has a dc power cable and a reset button attached (see pics) so this was no different to having the old BNC connectors in terms of running the cables through the walls. The main reason I wanted POE was so that I could drill a small 6mm hole and poke the cat5e cable through and then crimp on a connector afterwards.
The infra red is nice and strong and I get decent coverage at night, easily covering the length of my driveway (approx 20m long).
The motion detection on these cameras is very sensitive out of the box so be prepared for the flurry of alerts if you have these set up. A small ‘flaw’ with the design of the cameras is that spiders (as with most CCTV) love to make webs across the lenses which then sets off the motion alerts constantly. Be prepared to have to clear these regularly. Thankfully all mine are easily reached from upstairs windows.
The image quality is very good both day and night and in low daylight conditions. The cameras don’t record in 4k out of the box – this has to be set manually.
The Reolink mobile app is very easy to use and is useful to have set up before installing the cameras as you can use it to position the cameras during installation. The app connects quickly, even using 4g, although you do have an extra step when connecting across mobile data to confirm you’re happy to run the live stream using mobile data – useful if you don’t have much data allowance.
There are lots of settings that can be configured and adjusted that I haven’t had time to delve into yet. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase so far and would highly recommend this system.

Installation simple et rapide malgr la configuration de la maison paramtrage quasi automatique au bout de quelques secondes
Trs bonne finition du produit ainsi que des accessoires comme cble protection des cables
Ensuite, des camras qui fonctionnent ds leur branchement et une connexion en ligne sur le smartphone trs rapide une fois que l’on a tlcharg l’application.
J’ai achet ce kit pour voir mon jardin distance et j’ai branch mes camras provisoirement en quelques heures. Je peux visualiser en permanence et j’ai choisi de n’enregistrer que sur dtection de mouvement. Je peux ainsi visualiser distance tous les fichiers qui ont t crs au fur et mesure des vnements. Chaque fichier gnr indique le temps et l’heure de la capture de la vido sonore. Cela simplifie la recherche d’vnements.
J’hsitais prendre des camras en POE car pour certains endroits je n’avais pas envie de tirer les cbles, mais j’ai t agrablement surpris de voir que l’on pouvait les brancher galement via une paire de CPL. De plus, comme ma box est une Free, je peux acheter chez eux une paire de CPL possdant chacun une alimentation 12V directement compatibles avec les camras. Pour la connexion entre le NVR qui se trouve dans mon grenier et ma box au rez-de chauss, l aussi, j’ai utilis une paire de CPL mais comme dans ce cas je n’avais pas besoin d’alimentation 12V, j’ai achet une paire de CPL sur le site Amazon moins chre que celle de Free.
Au niveau de la dfinition de l’image, cela me convient aussi bien de jour comme de nuit. La nuit les leds des camras se voient peine mais je pense qu’elles sont suffisamment dissuasives pour viter les intrusions des connaisseurs. Pour tre en conformit avec la lgislation, il est possible de masquer numriquement une partie de l’image visible.
Seul bmol, les diffrents rglages sont difficiles cerner car disperss dans les diffrents menus et sont non identiques entre l’application sur PC et celle sur smartphone.
Voil, je suis ravi de mon achat et je fais ces commentaires car je ne les ai pas trouvs sur le site quand j’ai eu besoin de faire mon choix.
