    Pros:
    Full-featured IR remote
Professional conferencing via your computer and favorite app
Mount to desktop, wall, ceiling or tripod
    1080p
RS-232 and RS-485 for advanced connections
    Supports H.264 compression
Compatible with Zoom, Cisco and more
    Pan, tilt, 10x Zoom

    Cons:
    Nothing of note

Excellent camera bringing you professional quality, especially compared to a laptop camera or webcam. Great to have for a conference room or office with better clarity and wide angle so everyone can be seen.

For my use it was via USB. Windows 10 recognized it immediately and programs such as Zoom could see and use the camera. The remote is full featured, with camera presets you can program, such as zooming in on one person or the podium. It controls the ability to pan, tilt, zoom or even focus (manual or automatic).

Bottom line: Great choice if you’re looking for a larger camera for your conferences.

This conference camera is kinda big it’s not for like a regular WebCam you can easily connect it to your computer through USB it’s easy to set up. Basically it’s for a large room. The conference camera has good quality resolution will make a good gift. Good deal for the price.

The camera has a nice wide view and good quality so when many are on camera all can be seen and seen clearly. very good. Keep in mind you’ll need a conference mic and speaker to go with this as it’s the camera only. 🙂

The conference camera is incredibly easy to set up and compatible with various video conferencing platforms. Simply connect it to your computer via USB, and it’s ready to use. The plug and play functionality minimizes setup time, allowing you to focus on the meeting agenda rather than technical configurations. Its compact size and high quality construction add to its overall appeal. The camera is also highly versatile, offering multiple mounting options, including on a tripod or directly on a conference room table, to suit your specific needs.

This is the best camera I have ever had for my office. I love the auto motion. Picture is great. It is alittle bigger then I expected but I am able to work around that. Comes with everything you need to start your meeting. No software needed. I have used it with Microsoft Teams no issues.

The quality of the images sent by this camera far exceed those of mere webcams. I used it for some briefings and you could actually read the text on the wall.
The remote is useful, but somewhat backward. It is designed to be controlled by the person on camera in terms of orientation and the position of the receiver. It would be better if controlled from the back by someone running the meeting.
It would also be an improvement if it had a microphone.

The conference camera is a good quality camera. The resolution is very good and the camera itself is pretty big. I like how it will move if you move. The setup is pretty easy and the directions are easy to follow. I would recommend this conference camera for the quality video resolution and the price poi

This would be a 5 star camera except it does not allow for remote control via the industry-standard USB over the internet.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI initially bought the 3X version of this camera for Zooming our church service to those who were traveling or were shut-ins. The plug-and-play USB feature was a prime consideration. I was blown away by the upgrade in picture quality from the previous webcam we had been using. The difference was dramatic. The only difficulty was the 3X zoom wasn’t enough to set the camera in the back of the sanctuary; it had to be in the front row. This was a cosmetic issue for the pastor, but he allowed it. We ran the feed through the free OBS Studio program on my computer so we could add an overlay of our church logo in the corner of the image.
We were so pleased with the camera that I bought the 10X model to mount in the back of the room. Since USB is limited to 16 feet of cable, I also bought a 100 foot ethernet cable and the USB converter to go that distance. It worked perfectly. One of the nicest features is the remote control. You can set each camera to one of 3 codes (using the DIP switches on the back), so one remote can control each camera individually. The remote uses IR (infrared) technology so it is strictly line-of-sight. There is a sensor on both the front and rear of the unit, but the rear sensor is partially blocked by the USB connector. There are other ways to control the camera, but I’m not savvy enough to use those capabilities.
The OBS program allowed me to transition between the cameras smoothly and is giving me a much more professional look to our feed. The presets on the remote are great. Each camera can remember 9 positions, so I can quickly change from a close-up on the pastor to a wide view of the pulpit area or any other focus I choose. The presets move much more quickly than manually changing, particularly when zoomed in close. The camera moves more slowly (and is a little noisy) when zoomed in, so I use the presets a lot.
The cameras adjust automatically to light levels as well as focus, although there is a manual override for the focus. With two cameras, the colors can be quite different depending on the background. When the pastor steps in front of the whiteboard, the change is substantial. I haven’t figured out if this can be adjusted manually, but it’s not a huge issue for me, just a drop in production values.
A fellow in the church liked the image quality so much that he bought the 3X camera from me to use for conference calls in his business. I immediately ordered the 10X model to replace it. I highly recommend this unit. It has more than satisfied me for its versatility and quality.

We have been using this for a few months now at our small church for our streaming (through OBS studio). It has been great! Programmable position/zoom selection is everything we needed. My only wish is that I could slow the position transitions down, but at this price we can live without it!

We’ve been using this in our small church for about 2 months. Nice zooms you can preset – Plug and Play great – control works from at least sixty feet (it’s a small church). Very clear video.

This camera is great value for what it does. I have been using it for Zoom meetings and it zooms in to frame two speakers from a distance of about 8m. It would zoom further if we needed. The remote allows you to preset the position and zoom, so you can move quickly from one setting to another. One small problem is that our room has strong vertical and horizontal lines – we need to prop the camera on one side by a couple of millimetres for the picture to be level. I don’t think you would notice this in a different room.
The reason for the five stars is that the manufacturer was extremely helpful and communicative when we queried this problem, and were happy for us to exchange the camera, which we did. You could easily spend two or three times as much, but for occasional use that isn’t worth it for us. This camera suits our needs well.

We video display an awards ceremony 1X per week to another building and display it on a 85″ TV. Video image is good and quality comes across the line well.

This will work well for a more narrow room, but the angle is not nearly as wide as I anticipated. It probably captures about 8-10 ft in width of an area depending on how far away you are.

Initially we were having trouble with the camera moving all the way left or right when we pressed the left and right buttons on the remote, but we eventually figured out that the batteries in the camera remote were low and that was causing the erratic behavior. Just make sure the batteries are in good shape and then the remote works very well. Good picture, good zoom, high quality video. We are using this as a webcam currently connected to a PC.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThis product was exactly what we needed at a fraction of the price of what was quoted for our building. Is it as good as a $5k camera, no; however, for streaming live video, this camera is perfect. The zoom is functional and works well. The movements are very tolerable in smoothness. Our church is well lighted and the streaming images are quite good. I feel low light situations can lead to less than desirable results. The presets are a nice feature to move from location spot to location. Unless you are in a low lighting situation or need 4k, I feel this camera will be worth consideration. I would personally purchase this again if I had to.

In a well lit environment like a meeting room this would be a great camera, but for my application at 15m distance in suboptimal light it didn’t work well enough. The colour was heavily saturated which didn’t look great. The remote only worked from the front which wasn’t ideal as I needed to be behind it. 10x zoom is great and the action is smooth.

I’m amazed by the quality of this product I went with the purchase on a budget for a small church needing to stream services it works perfectly the video quality is amazing it connects effortlessly with OBS software the pan tilt zoom work flawlessly the zoom I was impressed with it did not wash out quality of the picture. The ability to save preset camera positions on the remote is a great + for this product. The ceiling mount is sturdy it locked in with small screws overall I’m very happy with this PTZ I would highly recommend this product If your installation is greater then 15′ use a high end gold plated power boosted USB cable

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought by workplace for an outdoor memorial in a courtyard for a colleague we lost to Covid.

Straight out the box easy to use 15 mins had presets set for the day and crisp clear pictures even on wide angle and smooth panning.

It worked excellently on the day with Zoom and we will be using more to commission some virtual group therapy and virtual training rooms

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI was leery buying this with so few reviews. This was about the cheapest PTZ camera with 10x optical zoom, and we are on a tight budget. We have only used this for one Sunday service in our small church, but am very happy with it. The zoom feature is more than sufficient. The remote is pretty intuitive. The presets work well. The mounting hardware is nice. The ONLY big weakness is that it does not do well with contrast. When the son shines on the pulpit everything bright is washed out. It actually works way better in controlled artificial light than with bright sunlight. If your church needs an affordable PTZ to start live-streaming. This is good. Oh–and OBS recognized it right out of the box–no drivers or anything.

I wanted a good camera for my home office to use while facilitating virtual learning. I use about 4-5 of the 10 pre-sets. It is high quality and easy to use. Worth the cost.
