The design and construction of this product is top notch.
    Efficient, smooth and excellent cleaning.
Impressed by battery life, 2 bedrooms, stairs, hall, kitchen and lounge – and 83% remains in battery.
Without doubt the best vacuum cleaner we have ever had. How long the Lithium battery lasts remains to be seen, but we bought the model with spare unit included.
Seriously worth considering as alternative to the expensive well known cyclonic competitor !

A very good product. Light to use coming after old-fashioned hoovers.

This product is excellent value for money, Tineco customer service is faultless they have resolved issues during the 2 years I have had this product without any qualms. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

We have had the Pure One S12 for 2 years now and cannot fault its functionality. It is extremely good on the stairs, lightweight, and easy to use (even for my 9-year-old).
The charging time is quite quick and I am able to hoover the whole of our house using the batteries provided. It’s suction power has never let us down.

The suction power is amazing, I’ve had it a couple of years now and it’s as good as the day I bought it. Would recommend buying it, it’s better than a Dyson..

This is my second Tineco product after getting the wet dry vacuum earlier this year. I’m very impressed with the brand in general and this vacuum exceeded my expectations. Having had a number of Dysons and Sharks previously I was nervous to try something new.
This vacuum does brilliantly on hard floors and carpets (dog owner too), I love that you can change the suction power and there’s a trigger to press so you don’t have to hold down the button if you’re vacuuming for prolonged periods. Very happy!

We have had this vacuum for a little over 2 years. It is lightweight and very easy to use and cleans very well. The LED light is great! After about 12 months we had a problem with the floor attachment where the motor stopped, but after a quick email to Tineco they had a brand new one on its way to me, no questions asked! I’m sure there are better devices out there, but the great customer support is worth much more!

I got this instead of a Dyson. It was great value for money, alot cheaper and just as good. I accidentally broke a piece and the customer services were one of the best I have ever encountered. I would but this again if I needed to

This was most definitely a great purchase. Easy to use, battery last ages and has an amazing amount of accessories.

Only down points, have to carry accessories around and its a little heavy when using it for the hole house.

The self cleaning function is great and it’s easy to take apart and clean. It connects to your phone which is great to remind you that it needs cleaning. Plus I know when my wife has done the cleaning.

This is the best cordless vacuum cleaner I have had. It is well made with loads of tools. I went for the top model, with two batteries, and it is easily as good as any Dyson. The only improvement I would make is to fit a dust ejector on the bin. This one needs a small brush. It is light has variable and powerful suction. The tools connect and remove easily, and it has two heads one for carpet and a soft head for hard floors. It is very well made and excellent value for money.

Slightly heavier than expected but very efficient. There’s a vacuum attachment for cleaning the filter and a spare filter too. Easy to empty but quickly fills up with carpet fluff up to the maximum level and probably best to empty after each use. The light to illuminate the floor is a bonus as is the state of charge indicator.

A Which? best buy at around half the price of an equivalent Dyson.
This vac comes with a shed load of heads and accessories, far more than any other I’ve bought.
2 large, powered floor heads, a small hand rotary brush, a dusting brush, two different crevice tools, a flexible extension tube, an adjustable angle tube and an ingenious filter cleaning device which works by reversing the air flow through a filter.
We bought the version with the extra battery which just plugs in with a ‘click’ – no screwdrivers (Dyson) or irreplaceable parts (Athlete)
The only slight downside is the wall mounted docking station. You really have to screw it up near a power point and use it. You can’t charge the batteries any other way. This station will only hold about 3 of the tools, the rest have to go in a box in the proverbial cupboard under the stairs.
The vac can be used with it’s extension tube as a floor vac, or a tool attached directly as a hand held.
We’ve only had it a week, but so far it’s working as well as any other vac we’ve owned.

We spent a long time looking at the various Dyson options but were put off by the fact that you have to keep your finger on the trigger all the time. Had never heard of Tineco but saw a positive Which review and decided to give it a go. Love the fact that you can just flick the switch and vacuum the whole room without having to keep holding the trigger and love the fact you get a second battery so can hoover several rooms without worrying about the battery going flat. The soft roller brush is a must have accessory for hard floors and does a good job. Two years later, it is still going strong – you just have to remember to keep the filters clean and it works well.

Still very pleased with this purchase, it is lightweight, powerful when needed (adjustable suction), the tools are easy to swop around and the battery lasts more than long enough for my 3 bedroom house. Unless you are cleaning a mansion, I can’t imagine needing the 2nd battery. I battled to connect the phone app to the Tineco app (to keep an eye on filters etc) but finally realized I had to temporarily switch our broadband to 2.4ghz and it eventually connected.
You do need to move slowly over thicker carpet or it jumps a bit, but it certainly cleans well, the adjustable suction is brilliant and although the cylinder fills up quickly, it’s very easy to empty.

I’ve had my Tineco a while now and am really happy with it. I’ve always had Dysons in the past but wouldn’t go back now. It’s incredibly easy to use, not too heavy, easy to clean and the light on the front is very useful. The battery easily lasts long enough to do my whole house – large 4 bed. Suction is very good and the filter cleaning tool is impressive. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy Tineco – you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered this on reading “WHICH” reviews where it compared it as top competitor to dyson stick. We had a recent re-wire (so you can imagine the dust that embeds itself) – have hoovered multiple times with both a Karcher WD3 (on my hands and knees) brick and rubble cleaner (powerful) and also an upright – fairly new – dyson ball. This thing out-performs them all! Still dragged two cannisters of dust out of the carpets. I don’t bother with the “sensing” power setting but put it on full blast and it’s difficult to push – hence 4 stars for the weight as it’s not particularly light but I wouldn’t class it as too heavy either. Since I have it on full power the batteries will do the full house but then depleted so good job they come with 2 so I’ve got another one to go at, but it’s no hassle at all. LOVE THIS CLEANER – well recommended – was unsure with it not being a BIG BRAND (and being white) but so easy to keep clean and especially love the fact that it has it’s own attachment for cleaning the filter easily – so no messing about there! Not sure what the “wifi” element would add to it as not bothering with that LOL

Bought this last year during the lockdown and it has really been a life changer from our corded vacuum. The cordless nature makes it so much easier to just get the hoover out for a little run and it has more than enough power to do a deep clean.

We especially like the LED lights that let you see the dust and dirt really clearly. The spare battery provided means that you never have to worry about running out of charge – we find a single battery is enough for a 2-bedroom flat.

The dust bin is a little small – basically needs to be emptied after every clean – but this is the only flaw we have found.

Tineco customer service is very responsive and they have replaced the brush head when one of the wheels broke.

This is my first battery operated vacuum cleaner, which I bought after endless reading of different reviews, and very pleased with the purchase (received on sale, which there seem to be many, with Amazon Prime days). The suction, attachments, and two batteries are excellent. I tend to put this at ‘maximum’ for most things, as is just easier. Sometimes it has some issues pulling up small items like rice grains and keeping them in the cleaner (they drop out), but generally a world of difference for vacuuming in a number of conditions. Some notes: (i) I bought this in the UK and thought the Soft Dusting Brush attachment would be included–it was not, after a couple e-mails back-and-forth with customer service, they finally understood the issue, and sent me one that arrived the next day, so excellent customer service, (ii) the dust bin fills up VERY QUICKLY and is the only thing I wish was different–my first 30′ of using the vacuum, I filled it 7-8 times (rugs) and although emptying is easy, could be slightly easier without getting dust on me, (iii) stand–I did not want to bolt this to a wall, so bought a Cordless Vacuum Stand for 21, which was very easy to set up and the vacuum hangs on it very well, (iv) I also got a Tineco Wall Mount Accessory Holder, which added another couple places for the attachments. Overall, very happy with the purchase, for rugs, and hard floors, and general attachments for hard to reach places and dusting.

Outstanding vacuum cleaner, with lots of gadgets, good battery time, good suctio

So far it has proven to be an excellent vaccum cleaner. The dust “bin” is smaller than Dyson and the vacuum head doesn’t quite get into corners as the Dyson (in our case a V8 animal) did. Having said that , it is an excellent vacuum cleaner and robustly built. The connections are all very tight and solid which, to us, was a failing with the Dyson that we used to have. I would say that it is slightly heavier than the Dyson V8 Animal. So the various connected parts might be difficult to disengage on the Tineco but this does leave you confident that it is solidly built and does not suffer any loss of suction at the joints. We have two dogs so we vacuum thoroughly every day and the battery is more than capable of lasting the whole cleaning time. We checked all the reviews before buying and also the comparison against the Dyson V11 and we have no regrets in our purchase of the Tineco. It was significantly cheaper than the Dyson.

Was worried about spending such a lot of money on a vacuum cleaner. Didn’t want to get a Dyson – had them in the past and had to replace twice as just not made to last. I also object on principle to giving Mr Dyson my cash for other tax dodging reasons.
Tineco is great! Looks like a Storm Trooper – is super efficient on carpets and hard floors. Bought separate vacuum head for hard floors and it’s great as didn’t want to damage my newly stripped floorboards. This is a great choice – the battery lasts long enough to do a deep clean on one floor of my house – but that’s quite a deep clean! Very happy with Tineco. Would love an extra battery to have been included but still very pleased.

5.0 out of 5 stars Splash the Cash - it’s worth it!

Honestly, I’d never heard of this make, we’d always had Dyson and it was only a deal which popped up which made me consider the Tineco. Well, boy am I glad I did.

The vacuum is aesthetically pleasing and looks great on our wall, it puts me in mind of Apple products – if they made a vacuum it would look like this.

Looks are great, but really that is more to do with the individuals taste, so more importantly – how does it clean?
My impression is, great, really good! We leave it on automatic sensor and it really works well. When it senses more dust/dirt it automatically increases the power and when it finds little or no dust the power reduces helping to prelong the battery. We have a medium sized house and can easily hoover the whole place on one battery.

Since using this (instead of our previous Dyson), our carpets look and feel cleaner.

The filter cleaning tool is a godsend, no more dusty dirty hands, it’s so easy I clean the filter after every use, and don’t find it an annoying chore.

When I first took the cleaner out of the box, I thought it seemed heavy, but it’s so well balanced I really don’t notice it when in use.

The Tineco app works fine, I know there were a lot of negative reviews about the required permissions. I use an Android phone and it allowed me to set the permission to ‘only when using the app’, which I think is perfectly acceptable.

I’ve also sampled Tineco customer service and found them to be very helpful. When we opened the box we were missing the dusting attachment, couple of quick emails and within a week we received the missing item.

Only had the vacuum a few weeks so unable to comment on the durability.

I wholly recommend the Tineco hoover, unbelievably, it’s made vacuuming a pleasure!

Well packed in smart box and clear instructions, the Tineco S12 is beautifully made. It is light and quiet to use and all the fittings reek quality and have a good feel. The spare filter is a great idea but most important of all to me is the battery which gives 90 minutes cleaning time without recharge on Auto, definitely enough to clean the whole house and some! The digital display is clear and tells you how much time you have left. Whilst the dust collector is small it is very easy to empty and easy to clean. I am delighted with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 51 From Our UsersThe Tineco Pure ONE S12 is a very modern and stylish vacuum cleaner with loads of impressive functionality. It’s a nice weight, very comfortable to use and has loads of smart technology.

The iLoop Smart Sensor Technology constantly works to adjust the suction to the optimal level during use, it will increase where it detects high levels of dirt and debris and it will decrease on surfaces like long rugs to stop the device gett blocked.

The vacuum works brilliantly on carpet and wooden floor and it has a digital display that tells you everything that’s happening whilst the device is in use. It even gives you a battery meter showing the remaining battery as a percentage.

You can also connect the device up to the Tineco phone app and get performance reports and maintenance or care advice.

Overall this is a very impressive vacuum, it’s great quality, looks very nice, is very well made and although it’s pricey it’s worth it.

I was looking for something to replace my handheld Dyson – While it was expensive, and I have to admit, I would never normally spend this much on cleaning, but as I am the one who does most of the vacuuming in our house, I decided to treat myself and I am glad I did. I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner! My old Dyson is now relegated to caravan and emergency vacuum cleaner.

    What I Love about it:
    – It is light weight like my previous dyson, so I don’t feel like I am “lugging” it around, which means it is no trouble for us lazy folk (in fact a bit of a joy) to grab it and whizz around the house whenever it is needed.
    – We have a mix of hard wood floors and carpets. It was amazing on the carpets in particular
    – The lights on the front are brilliant! it’s very satisfying being able to see how clean your house is after you have seen all the dust in lights!
    – The digital display, that it connects to an app (which is completely pointless (for me, personally) but very cool nonetheless)
    – You can turn it off auto and increase the power manually, and it’s a slide rather than a button – also cool!
    – The variety of attachments is super
    – My son thinks I am a storm trouper when I use it!
    – It is very easy to clean – I love the little filter cleaning contraption – so clever.
    – the customer service is really helpful. I actually managed to break the plug after the first week, and they got a new one sent out to me pretty quickly.

Things that make me a bit sad about it and perhaps to consider:
    – The digital screen is glass. I have already managed to drop something on mine and is has cracked slightly 🙁
    – The black extender part is matt, and it easily shows marks when you have to vacuum under the sofa or something.
    – The white body scuffs easily

I absolutely love Tineco. I was always a dyson girl but this is a game changer. The 2 batteries is so handy. It’s so lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The automatic adjustable suction is amazing and it’s so much quieter than any of the dysons I had. I have had it now for 3 months and it makes life so much easier. It even has an attachment for cleaning the filter so there’s always a clean one ready to go. I would definitely recommend this 110%

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is the first time I have ever used a vacuum cleaner along with the words ‘I love this thing’.

I lives behind the door in my lounge and is plugged in permanently.

I have horses, live with cats and a wife with really long hair. Every day we come home and bring straw and mud into the house. Before hand I used a corded Miele cat & dog 6000 2000w vacuum and this Tineco is waaaaaaay better.

    1. It’s so easy to use. Just pick it up, suck, empty the bucket and put back again; watch the funky screen show you how many minutes charge there is. It tells you to wash things after every use but I’m too lazy for that. I will wash the filters at some point…

I used to go a week or more, between cleans because it was a faff using the corded vacuum. This is a 2 minute job, so my house is much cleaner now.

    2. The tineco has a powered rotating head whereas the Miele used to spin by the power of air moving the head. This meant the beater bar used to stop all the time clogged with my wife’s hair; with this amount of hair on the floor, why isn’t she bald? The Tineco just keeps spinning, even with my wife’s hair.

    3. The Tineco auto adjusts the suck power to preserve battery and turns it up when it find heavy work – excellent. It is a little light on suck for me in this mode but works fine most of the time. It is however, really easy to go into manual override with a slide of your finger and my god!! The suck is immense on full power, better than my corded cleaner.

It just sucks the power head into my carpet making it almost difficult to move. Amazing!!

    4. Love the headlights! Can’t see the point in them but it’s nice to freak the cat out with.

    5. Having said that, on default ‘let it do its own thing’ mode, it is quiet enough that the cat just eyes it from her box whereas the Miele would instant make my cat vanish. So it’s quiet as well.

    6. The number of attachments are impressive.

    7. It looks space aged.

    8. It comes with 2 batteries. I have a 3 bed semi, and have done the whole house on auto and used only half a battery – impressive! I still had 1.5 batteries to go!! I might just crank it to full power next time…

    9. Because of my wife and her 2 foot hair, I considered the shark anti-hair wrap tech over this, but on this Tineco, it doesn’t get hair wrapped much at all on the beater bar. The beater bar itself it so easy to remove, clean and put back (without the need for tools) that any hair on it is easily removed so I don’t think it even needs the shark feature.

    10. It’s so beautifully thought out! Pull this lever to release than, clean that, click back into place. It just works!

    11. If I do have one gripe, it’s that sideways suck from the beater head doesn’t quite clean right up again the skirting boards; whip out the crevice tool though and problem solved! So it’s a minor gripe.

I weighed up the Shark, Dyson and Tineco, did a lot of research, decided on the Tineco and I am delighted with it. Yes it’s expensive (but cheaper than the Dyson) but I really do not see any point in going for the Dyson.

This has replaced my corded vacuum and I actually enjoy using it (much to my wife’s delight). 46yo male enjoys vacuuming? I’ll start pulling my trousers up to my chest and appreciating castles next….

    Just buy it. It’s brilliant!

    Brilliant in almost every way.

As a device for picking up dust, hair dirt etc it is great. A Henry vac was put over living room carpet and hall and I later went over both areas with this one and filled up the dust bin. So, for cleaning it is excellent. Only 4 stars because the dust bin is so small that you have to empty it frequently for a dirty house, or even a not so dirty one and you will get dusty hands when emptying unlike, say, the Dyson. Too early to comment on battery life as I use it on auto as recommended and that seems to be fine for what i have used it for.
In summary, great for smaller cleaning jobs or ultra clean houses but probably too small for a full clean of a large house. Quite heavy if you use it in the cut down mode for, say, car cleaning but it will do a great job.

Very happy with the performance of this vacuum. The provision of two batteries means you can lock the trigger switch and not worry about running out of juice. Suction power is very good and the automatic sensor seemed to get it right each time. I liked the fact that you can empty the dust bin without detaching the pole, unlike the Dyson V11. The powered brush made a long pile rug look like new and the soft roller head was fantastic on the tiles. I had to contact customer service in regard to an accessory and they responded within 24 hours which is very good in my opinion. From them on they kept in constant contact, assuring me they were dealing with the issue and emailing me again to check that all was resolved. Full marks to their customer service team.

Overall we like this vacuum howere after less than a year the motor has stopped working and currentlydealing with customer support. They can take between 24 to 48 hours to answer each reply. I sent a video showing the unit powered up but no motor turning but now they are off on a route asking questions about charging times of batteries. Once their support team have decided a course of action things move rapidly i emailed asking for an update on my case and the next reply was a confirmation that they will be shipping out a new main body section which then arrived the next day. Tineco stand by their product and overall we really like our s12 and are soo glad to have had the replacement part to enable us to continue to use it.

Mine is about 2 months old now and the battery life is okay and also the suction is just about fine. What I really dont like is the cleaning the bin part as I have to almost get my hands messy every single time and its a tiny bin which means you end up doing it a lo

Battery life good when using and charging arrangements we’ll thought through and could consider 3rd battery as standby for larger houses , well made with easy exchange of tools .
Filter system very thorough and effective.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is our first cordless and we are positively impressed. Delivery was quick as it is quite common for Amazon. There were two accessories that were missing and the seller sent them immediately and free of charge. The product is well made with an “iphone” look that will be appreciated by tech geeks. The general feeling is that of a high standard manufacturer. The accessories are similarly well built. It is quite light and does not require a strong operator, even when using it “handheld”. The power is good. Now, if you are used to an industrial corded vacuum, you could be partly disappointed. This is a different product, to be used for domestic purposes. All the digital fancy features (dirt detection etc) work well, even if I personally think that their usefulness is a bit limited. The front lights are helpful when vacuuming under a bed or a cabinet. It is very silent. The only minor remark is the battery power. The full power use drains it quite quickly. Luckily the kit includes two batteries, therefore we can clean our 3 bedroom house in one go. Overall, a nice piece of kit and worth the high cost. Recommended .

Love this vacuum. It is light weight and easy to use. It comes with 2 batteries so I can do the whole house on full power. Easy to attach the different adaptors. Bit disappointing that there isn’t a tool for the stairs so have to end up using too. I like the spin brush in the normal vacuum head that catches the hair. Although if you have long hair this gets full quickly and then suction drops significantly. I like the duster adaptors and it works well on hard floors as well as carpet. Great vacuum for the price. Prefer to my previous Bosch cordless and much more affordable than a dyso

Bought this on Amazon prime day after looking at several comparison videos, thought it looked a bit tech overkill for a vacuum cleaner. But this machine is amazing. It has a digital suction power slider so you can control the power instead of the usual high or low power settings, or you can select auto suction control and the machine will decide how much power is required for the task.
This comes with two removable batteries instead of 1 inbuilt battery so you don’t have to wait for the recharge when the battery is flat.
It has good manoeuvrability and comes with a multitude of attachments as standard so there is a tool for every task.

Bought this to replace the latest in a string of expensive Dysons that have all broken. The first thing that struck me about the Tineco was the build quality – it is immediately obvious that it is much better engineered and built to last. The display is clear, tells you how much battery you have left, and how much dirt is being sucked up – so you know if you have properly cleaned carpet for example. On the automatic setting it varies the strength of the suction to ensure it is not wasting energy – so you don’t have to have it set to Turbo all the time to be sure you’re picking everything up. It also has a switch to lock it in the “on” position, so you don’t have to keep your finger on the trigger the whole time. Comes with a good assortment of tools and is easy to empty and clean. The only downside is that it is heavier than the Dyson, although to me that’s a small price to pay for the vastly superior quality.

This the first time that I have bought a handheld vaccum cleaner. What I did not appreciate is how often I have to empty the bin and how fiddly I find it.
the 2 batteries are quite useful and I found that I can clean the whole house (3bdrooms) without any problem.
I also would have appreciated an extra slot to hold one of the other accessories.
Otherwise, easy to use and lightweight. this is really why I bought it.

I spent ages comparing reviews for cordless vacuums. I have three floors so 2 flights of stairs and wanted a vacuum cleaner that would allow me to quickly move from room to room without finding a plug socket each time and was easy to clean the stairs without heavy lifting. I nearly brought a Dyson but the top range model was far more expensive and only had one battery do I was worried about running out of power and waiting to recharge.

I’m very happy with my choice. In fact one battery does the whole house. My only issue is it didn’t come with a soft roller for hard floors and the multi purpose head doesn’t pick up larger items on the floor so I’m going to have to buy another head for 55. It’s very quick and easy to use. I cleaned the floors with my old dyson and then again when this arrived and it pulled out loads of dirt so I’m happy it’s working well.

The S12 vacuum cleaner is a great progress from my cable powered Dyson. I find it excellent and do not think I’ll ever own anything better.
First, it is battery powered, which means I can pick it up any time and for any reason, for big tasks like whole house cleaning to small ones like quickly doing away with grains of cat litter. That feature alone greatly simplified my life and smoothed my nerves. The extra battery is always useful for longer cleaning. Very grateful to have that – the display lets me know how much energy there is in the machine at any one time.
Then, the vacuum is very light. I am 60 and can hold it with one finger. It is very manoeuvrable – I can now clean under bed and sofa with no problem, something I could not do with the Dyson, which was clunky and heavy by comparison.
I find it admirable that the Tineco engineers have put so much thought in maximising, rationalising and streamlining function. The S12 is made of pieces the user combines and recombines for specific needs. No one has to carry useless equipment components around. The bag can be emptied easily and the filters are very accessible.
Cleaning has become so much easier and demands only a fraction of the energy I used to spend on this activity before. Naturally, my house is cleaner now, as operations that were difficult and uncomfortable have become doable and easy to carry out.

I have a newly renovated house and I was looking for a cordless vac that could cope with hard floors, rugs, two dogs and a gardener – so lots of dog hair, dust and garden debris.

I have had two Dyson cordless machines. The V7, which I used for bedrooms, died and I wanted to move the V8 upstairs and get something more powerful and with longer life for the ground floor.

I was initially going to splash out on the Dyson V11, but having read and viewed YouTube demos, I saved 150 and bought the Pure One S12. Absolutely the right decision. Slightly heavier than the Dyson, but a fantastic machine with variable suction, two batteries, two filters, a filter cleaner and good assortment of tools.

It is very much more effective than the old Dyson V8, is very easy to use and tackles hard floors, carpets and rugs equally well. It is used every day and I am always horrified/delighted by the amount of dust and hair that it collects.

Used the 150 saving to buy the Dupray Net Steam Cleaner, another good purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBuild quality, design ,practicality and attachments make it very functional peace of equipment and pleasure to use it. Looks very nice and great build quality (In my opinion better than plastiky Dyson). It’s very guiet on auto mode or up to half way on a slider -You can cleaning your house even at night. Both batteries are enough to give a good clean a large 3 bedroom house ( 80% in deep carpets ). Dust bin it’s not the biggest but is nearly “hygienic” if used up to the max level shown on it. Filter cleaning attachment – brilliant idea. Main roller brush with leds is well design -very little amount off long hairs are tangled ( right in the middle ) but it’s very easy to clean. You can buy other attachments and there are compatible with other Tineco models . The time will show it’s lifespan but even Dysons are average compare to other brands. Charging both batteries together on docking station – around 4 hrs. They’re least for over an hour in auto mode and changeable on the run. So far in couple of house cleanings me and my wife we’re verry happy with Tineco. I can highly recommended this product – is really worth to concern if You thinking about Dyson.

Very well made. Feels more sturdy than my old Dyson handheld. Much quieter. The lights a great for seeing the dust. The filter cleaner is amazing and the attachments are brilliant.
The trigger lock is also a brilliant addition. I cannot belive Dyson do not have one or the lights.
People mentioned about the small dust container. It is small but we always empty after a vac. So no major issue.
We simply pop the vac on auto and can do our 3 bed semi on a half battery charge. So still have a battery and a half spare when finished.
It is a very good quiet vacuum. No hesitation in recommending it over the more expensive competition.

After reading lots of reviews where is compared with another cordless more expensive vacuum cleaner I decide to go for Tineco S12.

I have my new S12 for 1 week and so far I think is the best cordless vacuum cleaner that you can get from the market!

The power suction is amazing! You can adjust the level of suction with a slide and also he can detect himself where he need more power (Auto Mode) so your battery will last longer!

First time I use my S12 was after I used my old vacuum cleaner I was surprised by how much dust I had!!! Also I use it on my mattress and again lots of dust even is cleaned on weekly basis.

The vacuum cleaner is coming with the brush for carpet but I would reccomend to buy the brush for hardfloor if you need it makes the difference!!! Both brushes have same small LEDs which will help you in the darkness places eg under the beds!

Also another amazing thing is the fact that the vacuum is coming with 2 batteries which you can charge both in the same time! For my house I can use only 1 when I clean in AutoMode around 30-40 minutes. ( you can also order more if you need more ! )

Is very easy to change the accessories during your cleaning ( and he has lots of them!!! ).

Love the fact that the filter are washable so will last you longer , also the vacuum have one accessory which can clean one of the filter himself. Just to mention that the vacuum have 2 filter, with one Hepa .

Another thing that I love is the small display where you can see if your vacuum is charged, connected to the APP ( where you can register your vacuum and see when you need to change the filter etc ) and any error that you can get ( blockages,..etc)

After using it is quite easy to clean the canister and the filter too!

Overall is a good looking smart cordless, very versatile inside the house and also your car, easy to use will definitely reccomend it.

    Best cordless vacuum cleaner!!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWe’ve had this for 5 months now and bought it in preference to a Dyson V10 which was a similar price but there was an offer on the Tineco which brought it down to 399. In addition the Tineco had an extra battery. We were replacing a Sebo upright which was getting rather heavy for us to carry upstairs and have never had a cordless vacuum before.
    Pros:
    It looks smart
    It is very portable
The tools give easy access to difficult to reach areas
It picks up pet hairs quite well
    Cons:
Only if you boost the power up to full does it generate enough suction to pick up as well as our Sebo
On full power it soon overheats and cuts out meaning you have to leave it for around 15 mins to cool
It doesn’t generate enough suction to pick up well with the brush tools which have long bristles
Larger particles (2-3mm) are picked up but only into the head and often drop out after switching off
The dust bin is small and messy to empty, it really needs emptying at the end of each use.
The dust filter soon clogs and needs cleaning very regularly

I have no idea how this compares to a Dyson but had we recognised all the cons within the first 30days and kept the packaging we would have returned it. We are rather puzzled by all the 5 star reviews and glad we didn’t get rid of the Sego.

Update: after contacting Tineco customer service we discovered that the problems relating to poor suction and cutting out were caused by dirty pre-filters. We had been relying on the filter cleaning tool which really seems to just transfer the dirt from one filter to another (there is none in the bin!) After a good wash of the pre-filters the performance was vastly improved. We shall do this more regularly now.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe’ve always used cordless Dyson’s in the past but have always been disappointed with the Dyson’s build quality. Our Dyson was beyond repair so we decided to look to an alternative brand and I can honestly say the Tineco has outperformed our old Dyson completely. It is extremely well made with a very high quality feel. It was delivered quickly by Amazon and packaged beautifully. It has a wall mount similar to the Dyson, which holds the vacuum cleaner, extra battery and other tools on the wall. The extra battery charges in the dock so is always ready should you want to switch batteries to give you extra cleaning time. It is extremely quiet on Auto mode and you can override auto mode easily if a boost of power is needed. When you’re using the vacuum the display moves from blue (clean) to red (dirty) as it senses how much dirt it is sucking up. It seems to clean much better than the Dyson and is strangely satisfying to see your carpets change from the red setting to blue setting once they are clean. Don’t hesitate this is a cut above a Dyson!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersWow what can l say, l saw the Tineco Pure One and having done hours of research l decided to buy it. Sadly at that time it was out of stock on amazon, so l emailed Tineco and they politely assured me it will be in stock soon, and it was.

Like many individuals l wanted the Plus version, but not being an option l ordered the soft brush from amazon.de and because l wanted the bending tool and extra thin tool l opted to buy the A10/A11 accessories (which are available here and fit the Pure One) . So my conclusion: l have an excellent cordless vacuum which is powerful, comes with a great bundle of attachments, power that lasts enough to do a 10 roomed house thanks to having 2 batteries, and apart from looking great the auto function is excellent as it adjusts the suction power as needed (which too contributes to extending battery life), the edge cleaning is good (only topped by my Samsung robot vac which has the edge technology activates that senses the wall and pulls in and dirt) and you do not get that horrible pain in your finger due to having to hold down the power button like the dyson l used before, thanks to the switch that holds it down for you.

And for those with dust allergies or asthma it has two easy clean filters (and the filter cleaning tool so no need to wash your filter and wait hours for it to dry) and the air that comes out of the handheld section as you vacuum is directed away from you. The air quality of your rooms increases indeed, matching my Blueair and Philips air purifiers around the house when amped up to high setting for a few minutes.

All in all, dyson has not met its match, but rather, if Tineco products prove to last and do not die within months with that con called Planned Obsolescence in the name of profits, then l will go as far as saying Dyson has not met its maych, it has
met its conquerer as they take over the market.

Great work Tineco, exceptional design and even with buying the soft brush and additional accessories it still works out to be cheaper than the Dyson V11 absolute… and looks much better indeed! Highly recommended cordless vacuum for 1 and all!

Had this vacuum just over two months so pretty much discovered its pluses and minuses I think.
On the plus side really lightweight, flexible – in that you take it almost everywhere and great battery life. The filter cleaning tool is brilliant, I will cover emptying and getting hands dirty later.

Downsides some of the tools (and you can see they have taken a lot of time putting this package together) just don’t cut it and one or two are just useless. While stair cleaning should be a doddle with this machine the tool doesn’t properly go to edges or deep clean like Dyson versions I’ve had in past. The tools that try to cover two functions don’t work as the little stop button just pops out with the slightest pressure.

As with most canister type vacuums, in my experience anyway, emptying is a dirty business which with this machine is a bit of a drag as because of the small storage bin you are doing it what seems every five minutes or so. As mentioned previously the cleaning tool is great but you do get dirty, so does the floor, during the process.

I’m not sure this machine as its currently set up will be the the main household vacuum because of the repeated emptying and its just not powerful enough. Small stones, egg shells just drop out of the vacuum when you switch off power my Dyson corded vacuums don’t that.

Don’t get me wrong there is a lot to like about this machine we use it loads but this is priced right at the top of the vacuum totem pole and in my opinion it cant do all that a corded machine does.

Overall great, love the ease of use, battery life and display information. I wish it had a little more suction, but understand this is the best available for a light weight cordless vacum right now. I also would have liked to have the hard floor attachment which was not available in the UK at the time of purchase.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPurchased this vacuum to replace my old cordless which kept cutting out. This was at a much better price than another model offering a similar spec. Lovely looking vacuum with spare battery which is a real plus. It is also much, much quieter than my old cordless (cat is much happier and does not run away every time I bring the vacuum out). Automatic power which adjusts depending on amount of dirt saves battery. Also pleased with the fact that batteries are removable from main unit, and therefore replaceable. Lots of useful attachments. LED light in main head shows up dust and debris. Gadget which holds power button in the ‘on position’ is easily applied. Vacuum felt a little heavy at first but is well made and this is an OK price to pay. Cleans carpets well and smaller dust container is not an issue. The dust container does not contain a tool to assist with emptying but I have not found this to be a real problem as dirt does not get stuck. Also like the fact that metal filter can be cleaned with the provided tool, rather than washed and left to dry for 24 hours as with the material filters. Jury is out on performance on hard floors as the S12 comes with with a multi-tasker head for all surfaces. However this is much better on carpets than hard floors. On my hard floors it tends to move larger debris around rather than pick it up straight away – also does not pick up close to walls. Pine needles from Christmas tree got stuck on the head and kept being redeposited on floor. There is a soft power brush designed specifically for hard floors (available separately) and hoping this performs better. Customer service is excellent – I have made enquiries by email and they always respond quickly and helpfully. Accessories not always in stock though!

I have had the Tineco Cordless Vacuum Cleaner PURE ONE S12 now for the last two weeks and i am really enjoying the product. It is lightweight and very powerful to clean carpets easily and hard floors and picks up lots of dirt/dust. It came with two batteries which are can be charged in the handy port provided. Lots of extras too and very simple to put together. The suction power is amazing and you can adjust this to requirements on the touch pad or leave it on Auto mode which will change depending on the flooring/debris it is collecting. The only downside is cleaning/emptying the filter but there is a very useful filter cleaner that comes with it and this removes all of the dust from it. Overall i am really happy to have bought this product and price wise it is very competitive vs the Dyson models.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersA great vacuum and probably a great alternative to the dyson v11., which overall wouldnt hesitate to recommend. There are a couple of issues people might find slightly disapppinting with it, namely being it feels quite heavy on the wrist on both high and low cleaning. The website states the unit is 3.53lbs this is clearly a mistake and ,I think this should read kgs. For people that require deep cleaning of deep pile carpets I don’t think the auto mode which this vacuum sells itself on ( namely being an intellegent vacuum) is always good enough to do this job. The unit detects the amount of dirt passing through it and this is what activates the amount of suction required which is great if the dirt is on the surface, not great if it’s deep down. As the power remains on low until it detects the dirt this may not be good enough to pull deep down dirt up in the first place to kick start the increased power.to deep clean. This can be resolved easily by simply switching to manual and adjusting the power as needed , I guessing most people will have an idea how dirty there carpets get. One last thing is the charging plug it is relatively large and protrudes from the wall socket by about 2.5in which may not be to everyone’s taste or fit initially where they had in mind to use as the charging point. Other than these couple of issues like I say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vacuum and has the ability to do a really good job .

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSo we needed a new vacuum and decided that a cordless stick type was best for our needs. Our only decision was Dyson or Shark, after much research via watching videos, reading reviews and trying in shop we had made the decision. Then whilst searching Amazon I saw the Tineco Pure 1 S12, and the last few weeks of deciding went out the window, not only did the Tineco in my opinion look better but all the reviews put it on par or better than Dysons top offering also the 100 min runtime was better than anything else available and a few other features such as the filter cleaner and being able to charge both batteries at the same time was a huge deciding factor, so after a few days I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Tineco, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The vacuum is a pleasure to use it finds dust my old vacuum didnt even knew existed, it is light, and manoeuvres with ease, the two switches (one trigger, one permanent on) is another smart feature that sets this above the rest. The auto function works perfectly, but manual mode is easy to use if required. This is the best vacuum I have ever used and vacuuming is no longer the chore it was with our old corded vacuum. If you want a premium vacuum you will not be disappointed.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersHaving done extensive research for the last 18months comparing cordless vacuums on the market, I found Tineco through Amazon. I was interested in the fact that two batteries were provided unlike many of the comparable vacuums, giving a much longer amount of cleaning time. However, being able to link it to my smart phone did not interest me and I hate paying for something that I will not benefit from.
I contacted Tineco Customer Services via email on a number of occasions and asked lots of questions to help me make my decision. The Pure One S12 Plus is not available in the UK, but I wanted the opportunity to upgrade the S12 with some of the parts that come as standard with the higher model. Customer Services provided me with information to enable me to access parts from Germany Amazon. I was really impressed with their “personal touch”.
I finally made my decision and I couldn’t be happier. My vacuum was delivered within 48hours. It was easy to set up and I was away. I can clean my entire house on one battery (whilst the other is charging). I’m having to empty the waste frequently, but I see that as a positive (I have cats, so their hair has always been a problem – not any more). The mechanism for emptying is a little stiff, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.
I love being able to clean the filter using the actual vacuum cleaner.
As expected, I haven’t done anything with the smart phone connection.
As yet I haven’t purchased the LED soft-roller power brush for hard floors, and I don’t think I’ll need to. The head that comes as standard automatically alters the power as it detects the change of floor surface, so I’m happy with how it is performing. Yes, as many of the reviews state, some larger pieces of debris (like cat litter) can be left behind on the hard floor surface, but I just change to the nozzle and suck the blighters up!
I haven’t purchased the extra flexible extension hose and the multi-angle folding adapter, but I intend to do so. Strangely, it is cheaper to buy them from Amazon as a set of four (which give repeats of two of the standard accessories) rather than as individual components directly from Tineco.
Overall, I am hugely impressed with both my purchase and Tineco as a company. I have no hesitation in recommending them (in fact I already have done so with my friends and family). Thank you Tineco.

Really pleased with this – my first cordless vac. Beautifully packaged and lovely design, precision engineered like a sniper’s rifle. Very effective at picking up dust and fluff and the LED lights across the front of the power brush are surprisingly effective. The digital display is brilliant and quite entertaining. With the various discount codes available, the Tineco is excellent value against the equivalent Dyson – nearly 200 cheaper. The battery life is good and with the spare, means you have more than enough capacity to clean the whole house. Operation is pretty quiet despite the high power of the motor and the filter cleaner is super useful. The dust collection bin is smaller than I expected but is a similar size to other cordless vacs. The app was a bit fiddly to connect to my WiFi but once set up, appears to offer some useful information. I can see the Tineco becoming my go to vac – even though it has a lot less power than my corded Miele cylinder cleaner, it’s way easier to use and just as effective in most situations.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNot had it long but have to say I am very impressed, the quality of the components and of the mouldings is impressive, even the box it came in was quality.
The suction far exceeds my expectations, the battery life means I could clean the whole house twice on one charge.
As others have said, the waste bin is rather small, but that doesn’t really bother me,the one thing I don’t like is emptying the bin, which is quite a messy job.
In use,the machine glides across the floor so easily you could be fooled into thinking it wasn’t picking up,this and the good range of tools, makes what used to be a chore with my old cylinder cleaner an absolute breeze.
Despite the bin emptying gripes,I’m still giving 5 stars because the rest is so good.

Golden Review Award: 44 From Our UsersWith the 2 batteries I can clean our 3 bed house in one go (couldn’t do that with my old Dyson).

    Top features: Two batteries as standard (worth it for this alone!); Good price; good suction; battery charge shown as percentage (much more useful than ever-changing “minutes left”); auto-power works by detecting amount of dust being drawn up, so you can hear (by motor speed) and see (by blue-red light ring) when you need to do a bit extra; manual override for suction power; filter-cleaning mechanism supplied (works well); the wife’s long hair doesn’t get caught much in the head, and the little that does is easily removed; neat holder (charges both batteries at the same time); neat bag for good selection of tools;

Minor niggles: dust bin small, so needs more emptying (tip: take a dedicated bin round with you!) [Suggestion to manufacturer: Sell me an “add-on” bin that clips on to increase the bin size.]; to fully empty the bin, usually need to pull out the filter as well (gets your hands dirty – but your cleaning anyway!); when the bin fills up & the pipe blocks, a little light comes on, which is good, but would be better if it gave a more visible indication, e.g. flashing the blue-red light ring; doesn’t quite clean up to skirting boards, so have to carry the crevice tool – would be better with a mount for this on the stick (I think I’ll make one for myself!)

All in all not a bad design (and I’m a bit critical about such things…)

Golden Review Award: 70 From Our UsersSince our Bosch Athlet got broken i’m struggling to find another vacuumer that me and my wife will love it. Had few vacuumers after Bosch but none of them were something that would impress us over the time.

Recently friend of mine has aquired a Dyson V11, to be honest it does a really good job but very costly. Nonetheless, i was going to buy it but than i’ve noticed Tineco S12 on Amazon so i’ve decided to do a little research on it. Plenty of demonstration and comparison videos on youtube with Tineco and all of them are positive. Also, did read reviews on different sites about Tineco S12 and because the way it looks i like it more than Dyson and it is about 25% cheaper i’ve decided to buy it.

Honestly, no regrets at all. I’m pretty sure that this is the vacuumer i will stick to. Fell in love with its design and its colour screen and not less important its touch power level control.

Tineco S12 has got so many heads/nozzles that you’ll be able to access even hard access areas. Nonetheless its suction power is not any worse than Dyson V11 and also is lighter.

Comes with 2 batteries which is quite impressive. On highest power level one battery last about 10 minutes and on lowest up to 50 minutes but on Auto Mode the average battery life is about 30 minutes.
Vacuumer wall holder does have a charging compartment for the extra battery so you can charge together the vacuumer battery and extra battery.

I want to mention a very cool feature, it did impress me as well. Comes with 2 dust filters and whenever it comes the time for cleaning the filter, a symbol will show up on the screen and on the mobile app (you can connect the vacuumer via WI-FI to your mobile phone) it will show how many hours it got left till the next cleaning. Tineco S12 has got a special head for cleaning the dust filter, you just insert the dirty filter into that head which you attach it to vacuumer and turn the vacuumer on for few minutes so no dusty cleaning experience anymore.

Overall, very manoeuvrable smart vacuumer with great suction power and lightweight. So far, honestly, can’t complaint at all and i don’t regret that i haven’t chosen Dyson V11, even friend of mine that does have Dyson V11 says that he likes more Tineco even never heard of this brand.

Smart Manoeuvrable Vacuumer, better than Dyson V11

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersYou won’t find a better vacuum. We are so happy and impressed with our Tineco S12. When we were searching for a vacuum, the features that we were looking for were great suction, light weight, long time usage (duration battery power). We were looking for a vacuum that can clean all types of floors, as well as being able to manoeuvre well on the stairs and in the car. Of course what was also important was quality and cost.
This vacuum ticks all those boxes, it comes with a supply of useful tools enhancing its flexibility. The spare battery with a compact wall docking and charging station enables us to have plenty of time to clean all areas of the house and car without having to wait for it to recharge. We like the automatic suction level feature (and the visual display) were it detects which areas need more suction power. We like the lights on the front of the head so you can see in darker areas. It’s stylish and the quality is excellent. It does an excellent job, compared with our old vacuum and I actually enjoy vacuuming now it’s so easy to use!
