This tap is really beautiful and such a great price.
Taps like these are usually a few hundred pounds more, so this is a real bargain.
Everything works well and gives a very sophisticated look.

I wish my old tap was like this! took an hour trying to get the old one out, 10 minutes putting this in.
It’s very thoughtfully designed.
1) The threaded shaft is nice and long – perfect for my counter top as it’s quite deep so there’s plenty of thread. (old tap barely fitted)
2) The nut to tighten it underneath has a cut away – so you can simply slide it over the pipes! (my old tap didn’t, and it was near impossible trying to slide the nut past everything down all the tubes).
3) The nut also has 2 tightener screws – this was awesome, can’t get a spanner in the tight space, and with old tap it always worked loose because I couldn’t properly tighten, with this one I can finger tighten first, then just use screwdriver to fully grip, nice design!
4) Tap operation nice and solid. Nice and tight tap movement, feels very solid.
5) Ball joint on the tap end bit – this is actually going to be useful not only in that you can angle it obviously, but wear and tear – old tap has died here basically, because from moving constantly it obviously is a weak point. But this ball joint on this means there’s no bending of the tube at the joint.
6) Spray nice and narrow – didn’t think much of this before, but it’s quite useful as it helps blast away stuff on plates instead of sprinkling it like a shower.
7) nice rocker switch on the tap end – better than a push button as it’s more instantly obvious which mode you are in. (note, it doesn’t feel great uninstalled as there’s no pressure – once there’s pressure, the switch rocks nicely)
8) good instructions and guide marks – like, the pipe has a ‘add weight here’ – nice! old tap didn’t and was a bit of adjustments to find the best place – this, right place first time. The weight is nicely weighted too – old tap wasn’t and used to get stuck, this has just enough weight to pull it back, but not too much so it’s a pain to pull out.
Overall, very pleased!
Extremely happy but be aware of installation requirements
This tap, once installed, is a dream come true. It does everything as advertised. However, please be mindful that you must have enough space under the sink so that the weight can move up and down unhindered. The clever gravity mechanism is the only thing that allows the tap to reset from flexi hose position back to normal tap. Space required to allow that meant we ended up chopping a big hole in our under sink cupboard. Worth it though!

les possibles réparations et maintenance
je suis trs satiqsfait de ce robinet achet en fevrier 2022 cependant, seule l’eau chaude fonctionne normalement, l’eau froide n’a qu’un seul petit filet. Ce dsagrment persiste depuis une semaine. Mon problme est que je ne peux pas enlever la poigne du robinet pour accder la cartouche cramique pour la nettoyer, au motif qu’il n’y a pas , sauf erreur de ma part, cette posibilit (pas de petite vis comme sur les autres robinets du mme genre).

I took a gamble on this tap.
I was a little concerned due to the price, as it seemed so cheap.
This tap is excellent quality and I am very glad I purchased it.
It looks expensive, works really well.
I intiatially thought that the extendable head was loose, as it wasn’t flush with the tap,
But then realised the weight underneath was caught on a shelf, and needed the placement adjusting.
Easily done, and then was perfect.

I got this installed by the person installing my kitchen in June 2022. This tap is great. It has an inbuilt aerator, so that it saves water. Also, the nozzle pull down feature is something which I benefit from – it allows you to target any place in your sink, and wash all parts of your utensils. The spray feature is cool to have, but something I do not use much.
If you are hesitating about buying this product, be rest assured, you won’t regret it.
We wanted a tap with a spray hose attachment for our sink to make life a little easier as the existing tap was fixed in place. I got a plumber to install mine as part of some other jobs that needed doing as I required new fittings for the connectors to be placed and for sections of solid copper pipe to be removed to make room. Having fitted it and tried to adjust it for about 20 minutes, it was obvious that the gravity ball weight alone was not enough to retract the hose without you forcing it back down the tap from the sprayer end, leaving a small bit dangling out until the ball finally pulled it back up. Other designs have a magnetic attachment to assist this and I wish I had gone for those. The issue (I believe) is that the nylon braided hose is causing too much friction through the base of the tap causing it to not retract under its own weight.
I contacted Tohlar customer assistance who have repeatedly asked me to adjust the gravity ball position, remove and reconnect the pipework because of crowding etc. I assume they’re used to having a set of troubleshooting prompts and while this probably solves many issues it really won’t with this. That being said, they have been very prompt and good at offering advice and marked up my own photos with text to show exactly where things needed to be adjusted so I can’t fault them there.
I’ve since purchased an extra hose weight to add to it and now it works perfectly.

This is a high quality, well made, solid, sturdy mixer tap that installs easily and work perfectly. Amazing value as it must be as good as some of the top of the range expensive ones. Very pleased.
Love it! Apart from dishes, it’s great to be able to wash the dog in the sink with the pull out shower. Would definitely recommend.

Love this tap. Never knew I needed it, now I cant live without it.
Currently re-decorating the kitchen and were looking for a gold tap that wouldn’t break the bank. So impressed with it so far! Does exactly what it says and looks absolutely stunning against the white sink. Installed by the plumber so no issues with fitting. Only been using it for a week no problems as of yet.
My partner tends to have bad luck with plumbing, but he found this incredibly easy to install. We’re very happy with it.

Couldn’t review until this had been opened and installed. He had chosen this himself. He said its brilliant was easy enough to install even when he is not a plumber. He is very clued up on things though being an en electrician. Does exactly what it needs to do and serves its purpose
Good quality and value
I’m very pleased with this tap. A plumber did the install and said it was very easy and asked where we got it he wanted one! It seems study enough to last, switches effortlessly from straight flow to spray and the hose is a good length to rinse dishes and vegetables on the draining board. It’s been perfect for our needs.

Like the way it looks. Fitted well. One thing I noticed is that the hot water flow is less for some reason. The cold water flow is good. Otherwise no issues at all.
Great but had to go and buy 2 nuts as the 2 that came with the tap weren’t the right size for my pipe work, few weeks later I have had to go to screw fix and spend a hell of alot more money on new taps as your are rubbish, nothing will fit, and had no water for two weeks,,,2 months later had to go to Screwfix and buy new set of taps as these were not fitting my pipes fittings were not English OK say in China maybe in the end cost 200 plus big mistake don’t buy this item

Bought for a large 80cm sink. Needed the pull-out to extend the claimed 20 inches so that I can clean the far end of the sink.
I can confirm that the hose and spout pull out 23 inches from the fixed chrome tap and easily reach the far end of the sink.
Easy to install, looks good and functions well.

Nice and simple change over from my old one. Anyone with simple plumbing skills can do this.
The undersink hand to be slightly changed as this has a weight to allow the tap to retract.
The water pressure seems OK from it pretty simple design. As long as the weight was in place correctly the tap went back in fine.
Looks gorgeous in our kitchen. I am ordering another one for another kitchen.

Traditional looking tap but with modern functions
Needed to find a gold tap specifically for a traditional styled kitchen. The majority of kitchen taps are now chrome coloured vso I was glad to find this one especially since this tap has modern functions and features. This Tohlar kitchen tap has the pull out hose function and also change in water spray from stream to shower mode. The brushed gold kitchen mixer tap looks traditional but still stylish and elegant.
It has standard UK fittings for easy installation.
Looked at lots of taps, these were great value, easy to install and look fab!
Nothing to dislike. Big surprise for money compared to my inherited tap which was 300. It caused such awful splashing that the whole laundry splash back and area had to be constantly wiped down before moving away even though pressure was reduced. The cat hated the constant shower! My plumber who was here doing a radiator job stated this new tap was easy to installed and very reasonable quality. Delighted customer.

This tap is great. It was easy to install and really good value for money. I’ve had one before in my previous house and wanted another. Really pleased I found this – it has a switch to make the water stream a shower and it’s just great for rinsing pots before putting them in the dishwasher. Yes, I’m pleased with it and I’m sure everyone who buys this will not be disappointed.
