The kids love a plushie of anything and that includes one of Lyle the Crocodile, a recent film and I have heard popular book series (probably in America). It does not really matter how well you know Lyle as the toy itself is cute, anyone can enjoy a croc wearing a scarf. What I can tell from the posters is that this is a good likeness to the character, although I am unsure how official a piece of merch that it is.
The toy comes vacuum packed, so it is a little flat and crinkled to begin with but does take shape. I would advise opening the packet some days early if you planned to gift it. It is soft and has a nice fur. The stitching is good, and it is well made for a reasonable price. A fan of the film or books will adore this plushie, but it is good enough that most kids will just like it for being cute.
The toy comes vacuum packed, so if you are giving it as a gift will be easy to wrap.
On opening the pack, it took a few minutes for Lyle to spring into life. It’s a decent size and quite soft and tactile.
As you can see from the pictures, he does have a scarf. So if you are giving it to really young children, I’d be tempted to get that removed. All in all though, it’s easy to sponge clean and cuddly.
Lyle, Lyle Crocodile is from a children’s franchise and this small cuddly incarnation is cute and appealing once you get it out on the vacuum wrapping.
This is great for Kids and soppy adults, well made and comes at a very fair price.
My son lives this lyle lyle crocodile cuddlerly. It arrived air tight but once opened soon got his shape, doesn’t seem as stuffed as much as some stuffed Teddy but can still be cuddle or the same. He’s made of a nice soft silky material and is a nice size not to big and not to small. Can be gifted.
We recently watched and love Lyle Lyle Crocodile on TV and when I saw this plushie my son had to have it.
It looks just like Lyle from the movie and is lovely and squishy.
Well made with good stitching and nice fabric.
My children are big fans of Lyle and we’re extremely pleased to add this plush to their collection.
He’s a good size and there is nice attention to detail.
Our one arrived vacuum packed in a bag but sprung to life within seconds of opening. I’ve seen some reviews questioning the quality but our one was flawless as you can see from the photos. He’s been played with and enjoyed a lot over the past couple of weeks and there is no sign of wear at all and is looking as good as day one.
No complaints at all on the product we received and in fact slightly better than we were expecting. Very pleased.
I am not familiar with Lyle Crocodile but my daughter recognised him and begged me to order it.
Like so many plushies Lyle comes vacuum packed. While it’s fun to watch them suddenly inflate when you open the bag it can also leave them misshapen. Fortunately Lyle is a little firmer in his construction with a more velvety texture. Which means he reatains his shape well. The design is cute and the quality appears to be very good. With good stitching and materials.
I am really pleased with this plush toy. The quality is good and after checking out the character he is recognisable from the spice material.
This arrives in a vacuum sealed pack and needs a few hours to plump up. Once he does he look a lot better! The one I received was well made, no loose stitching or fraying material. He feels soft to touch and my nephew’s daughter loves him. At 15.99 I think he’s quite good value for money, especially for a Lyle fan.

If you are familiar with Lyle Lyle Crocodile, then you will know this guy from the film released last year. You get a flat vacuum sealed Croc that springs to life when unpacked, he stands tall on his two legs ‘n tail, has decent detailed eyes, scaly chest and is wearing his trademark scarf! What is not to like?
Overall I’d recommend this stuffed Croc, as the detailing is decent, he looks good and is a relative bargain for the price.
My daughter loves the Lyle Lyle Crocodile film so I got her this. It’s nice and soft and she loves it. The overall quality of it is ok so 4 stars.
Our 4 year old grandson loves Lyle so was delighted when he got the toy. Lyle joins in with his games and then goes to bed with him of a night. Previous reviews have mentioned poor quality. Ours seems to be ok at present and is loved so much I really do hope he stays this way. Delighted with our Lyle.
I did think it might be slightly bigger in size but it’s still a fun soft cuddly toy. Which I wanted as a soft toy to sit in a chair for a photo event with our dog.
Soft comfy and cuddly and yes it seems well made. Just have to keep dog away from trying to eat him that’s the thing. He’s got his eye on him.
Soon springs to shape after being taken out of its plastic bag.
Just seems a lot of money though for something that does nothing but look cute compared to other soft animal toys hence the four stars.

This is a very cute, large Lyle Lyle crocodile toy. My son loves the film so was excited to have the toy to accompany it. This looks just like the croc from the film and is large and soft.
Fantastic detail and seems good quality, recommended.
Arrived flat packed. Puffs up quick and smells fresh. I’ve had a good tug and inspection of all the stitching. All fine, and even the stitches that show more are strong. The soft felt spiky detail along the tail etc, is a little scratchy. Due to a finish on the edges, to stop it fraying I can only guess? Good rich colours and detail to match the crocodile character it’s meant to be. Lovely for a child to cuddle Lyle whilst watching him in the movie. (Which I purchased separately from Amazon. Books available to buy out there as well). I like that Lyle can be given to either a girl or boy.
Overall I’m very pleased, that when it arrived it looked much better than I imagined it would be. The kids love him. He’s a nice size for them to cuddle, carry about and have on their bed at night.
This croc arrives vacuum packed so you need to let him expand for a while. He is cute and feels cuddly. However, he does feel a bit cheap and doesn’t look as plush as he does in the product photos.
This medium-sized plush toy arrives in vacuum packed so is not suitable for gifting as is. The soft toy I received closely resembles the one pictured in the listing. It’s a very cute Lyle the crocodile! I believe this is a character from a story book, animation and movie, but I am by no means an expert; it would potentially make a nice gift for a child interested in the book etc.
The soft toy has no CE label on it or the vacuum pack in case this is important to you. I have examined the stitching, which all appears to be good, and have given it a good tug to make sure it is sound, and it has passed the test. The toy is soft, cuddly and squeezable.
Priced at 15.59 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this seems to be about a mid-range price for this size and type of plush toy (on Amazon.co.uk). I don’t think this is a bad price for a plush this size and am happy to recommend at this price point.

I bought this for my 7 year old son that is obsessed with Lyle.
I received this is a vacuumed back, so the packaging was quite small but it soon sprung to its original shaped once we opened it.
Great purchase, it was exactly as the pictures. Brilliant value for money.
Lyle arrived just in the new year and she loves him. My granddaughter is two and cuddles Lyle every time.
