Q&A

Q:What devices can be charged by the ALLPOWERS 288Wh?

A:It is suitable for electronic device rated power is less than 300W and peak power is not more than 500W.

Q: How do I know the working hours of my device?

A: AC output:working time = 288Wh * 0.85 / working power of the device. DC output:working time = 288Wh * 0.90 / working power of the device.

Q: How long does it take to fully charge this power station?

A: Within 5~6 hours from the AC power outlet; for convenience, there are 4 spare charging options, namely, about 5~6 hours from the ALLPOWERS 100W solar panel (included), and about 6~7 hours from the car cigarette lighter port, about 6-7 hours by 60W(max) USB-C socket( not included), and also can be charged by AC power outlet + USB -C together.

Q:What kind of solar panels can be connected? What kind of charging cable is used?

A:The solar charger of 18V60W~18V100W should be able to charge our generator. The solar input can handle up to 60W of power per hour and is regulated by MPPT. As we know, sometimes it is not always as sunny as summer, so we suggest you choose the foldable 80-100W solar charger. Connection cable requires DC 5525 to Anderson cable.

Q:Could it supply power to the load while charging?

A:At present, for the purpose of battery life maintenance, it is recommended not to charge and discharge at ordinary times, except in emergency situations. When the generator is recharging from AC wall mains, only the USB outings and AC outing are available. As for other output sockets, they are not capable of charging and discharging at the same time, what is more, DC outing will be enabled with priority when there are multiple devices plugged in. for the rest ports, first come first served.

Great product, fantastic service from selle
Absolutely great product and first class service from the seller. Unit charges well on solar (and as other reviewers have said, the panel will arrive separately). Connectivity options are very good and it’s been a wonderful addition on a couple of camping trips. If we do end up with power black outs, this will be an incredibly useful purchase!

Simple to use and great battery life
This is great for us in sheds/barns where we have no power and need lights or charging for hours at a time. Holds charge for 2 days. One point to note is the unit and panels come in separate deliveries so don’t panic if this happens to you.

    Best thing for summe
I am glad I made a good choice on buying this two. They made our summer holiday much easier. It does exactly what it meant for. No more phone battery down, more safety at night with lights on, and the big bonus is to keep fridge on at night in camping. Good value for money .

Really useful kit for campers or handling power cuts.
Power station: smaller than I expected and neat with a small footprint. Multiple power outlets and two little lights that are very bright.

It’s incredibly easy to use with a useful display. Controls are simple push buttons (AC needs to be held for three seconds). Plug your devices in, power up and select AC, DC or both and away you go!

I was astounded at just how much power is used to charge tablets and phones never mind power 240v lights, TV, radio, etc. The consumption meter is useful as is the display showing how much longer you can supply power at the current rate.

You can charge the unit by mains, solar or 12V DC.

I wanted mine for off-grid Motorhome use, busking and dealing with the almost inevitable power cuts. I now know I can run a small tv and two lights for easily three power cuts lasting three hours. A slow cooker too reduces the duration to around 6 hours – more than enough.

Solar panels: again easy to connect and use.

On a winter day with a bit of cloud I’m getting 40-60 watts of charge. That means the power station will be fully charged from zero in around 6 hours. As I plan to keep the power station part-charged anyway I’m confident that I’ll get through a 3-hour power cut with no drama.

    Very good, useful ki

Light & convenient portable power station for home use electrical appliance or camping
It’s a fast and convenient power station. I used for charging phone, quite fast, 90 mins to fully charge.
Took 4-5 hours to fully charge with car battery and the solar panel under camping.
Strong light is good for camping too.
It’s a really good power station for energy saving!!! Strongly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGreat customer suppo
The product was just what I needed, something I could use at my desk to power my network printer, laptops, phone and rechargeable batteries. I had already purchased the Allpowers 200w unit and was impressed with the solar aspect of these, so went ahead and ordered this along with the larger S700 (which I’m using for my TV/Blu-ray player and living room electronics)

Delivery was very quick, but be warned the 100 watt solar panel arrives after the station in a separate delivery. The merchant will provide tracking link if you ask though.

Setting up the product was easy, with plenty of connectivity for all types of devices. It seems well made, small and solid. Definitely looks neat on the desk. I noted it was completely dead out of the box which I found very odd as most if not all powerbanks come with at least some charge out of the factory – including my AP S700 which arrived the same day. Anyway I plugged in the provided AC adaptor and charged the station to 100% which only took a few hours.

Everything worked well, except there was a fault with the AC output which presented an error message which meant I could not use the plug sockets as intended. Thankfully the seller was quick to help remedy the situation by sending out a replacement, but eventually I chose to just have a full refund which they provided swiftly.

Fantastic product! Took camping with me and the kids were able to charge their laptops and phones all week long on just one charge. It’s so was to charge and the battery lasts a long time. We also powered two mini fans during the evening. You can even charge from you car cigarette lighter but we just used the lightweight solar panels because they were so easy to use and very cist effective

Delivery was prompt although the power station comes before the charger that came a few days later so I got worried Incase it got lost in transit so I got in touch with the seller and they reassured me it was on its way I can’t believe how fast they got back to me excellent customer service ….it’s very easy to set up,it charges up from the mains quite quickly and in full sun it’s the same with the solar charger I thought it would of been heavier than it is you can take it anywhere it’s a really nice piece of equipment although it was originally bought for my husband it wasn’t powerful enough for his work needs so my son now has it for his camping trips and he is over the moon with i

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersGreat to use outside or at night time
Wanted to start using solar instead of normal electricity where possible. Won’t power kettle air fryer washing machine or kettle but great for pretty much everything else . Will power up dyson hoover charging battery but couldn’t get mobile phone charging to work . Solar charging about 4 hrs in the sun to get 100%. Useful to power tv at night and has useful lights. I’ve bought a second one as we feel we can easily manage if there is a power cut or use instead of paying for electric which is going through the roof. I’d use this to power the fridge if I could move it but it’s too heavy.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMainly good but a couple of weaknesses.
The unit itself is solid, charges efficiently and works well in general. Some issues with USB charging cutting out on iPhone and Fitbits. Worked ok when we charged an android phone at same time. Weird. Main issue though – the solar panel legs/brackets are too flimsy to support the panels. They softened and buckled in the heat. We had to prop them up with a stool. Not a major hardship but needs fixed.

Wanted a portable power station to go off grid camping so went for this device.
Plugged in to mains to make sure it was fully charged, got to site, full sun so plugged the solar panel in to make sure it would be full of power.
That night plugged two Apple phone chargers and an Apple Watch charger into it, little blue battery light flashed away well.
Next morning device was dead no life in it at all, plugged the solar charger in, left in full sun for 5-6 hours, device still dead?
Can’t even use the so called app as it says not available in my region,(UK?)
Checked the fuses, you need a teeny tiny screwdriver to access the fuse compartment, why so small? They are fine
It’s bank holiday Monday so will be contacting the company tomorrow for help but very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least?

    Update 06.09.2022.
The original item was faulty, did contact the seller who were most helpful with great communications.
They gave me the option of a refund or replacement and I went for the replacement which came today.
I also ordered the 700 watt version from the same seller and it is a great little power bank, I think we may all need a back up power source this winter and these will be invaluable if there are power cuts?
The seller gave me important information on the app of which works great, they have been so helpful
I cant recommend the seller and the power bank enough , they have been brilliant!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersReally gives you insight into where you're wasting power!
Had a couple of glitches to start with but now… this powers my laptop, two phones, two USB fans, led garden lights, powerpacks. I LOVE IT! The solar panel charges it in around 3-4 hours from empty (but it has been full on sun from about 7am to 7pm recently). Now not paying for any lighting, any phone or laptop charging and we’re all so much more aware of the power we are using wastefully. Also charges electric toothbrushes, led lights and so relaxing to know that if the power goes off for any reason, we’ve got a good back up.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSurprisingly great!
At first I was a little concerned. Mine didn’t come with all the rubber feet and I’m not a fan of how stiff the cable from the Solar Panel connects to the box (felt like I was going break it), but you sort of get used to that.

Got it out on a sunny day and while It’s probably not in the most effective place, it was still getting like 45watts when the sun was out and it’d suddenly charge up within a few hours so the actual solar charging is better than what I expected! I do wish they offered a bunde with a metal solar panel. I think now I’ve become a fan, I’d like to have a Solar Panel that you won’t need to take in when it’s about to rain, but that’s something I can sort out overtime!

My son had had a PC Monitor and a Nintendo Switch going for a good few hours from it. I am genuinely surprised after all the videos and preperations I tried to do before making the purchase. A lot tell you to lower your expectations yet it’s succeeding mine, even if It’s not hitting as high as 100w. This is 300Wh so even at like 40w it’s not going take a long time to charge a decent amount. With the cost of living crisis now becomming a worry, we can sort of cut down our power useage without actually needing to stop using things. We’ll still try to cut our useage however!

The power station arrived within 2 day of order. However the solar panels arrived a week later. I bought this set up as I have sleep apnea and I am a love of wild camping. This power station has broken the shackles and allows me to spend nights away and allowing me to use my CPAPmachine in my tent.
I am so happy with the power station gives me 2-3 nights of use without charge. Thats without humidifier on. Device charges well . Handy lights and plenty of charging ports.
    Very portable and lightweight.

As a frequent camper and CPAP user I had to find a solution. This power pack and panel set did the perfect job. Aided by constant sunshine the power pack gave a full night’s CPAP as well as charging my phone. Easy to use and the app works very well. A great off grid solution.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersIt doesn't work now it dose
It arrived without the solar panels it was supposed to though other comments suggested that it happened to them as the come from different places, and arrived two days later. The first unit did not work so they offered me a replacement.
Now the unit is working a few little thing that may help you.
The scan code in the booklet to get the app dose not work it takes you to a Web link that no longer exists, however you can get the app easily from the app store on your phone. The app connects easily and allowes you to see the charge rate etc, power in and power outa, also to switch on and off the dc and ac outlets from your phone quite cool. I don’t have a wireless charger capability on my phone so I could not test that out.
I took it out for a week off grid camping, and it effortlessly charged phones lights I pads without an issue, it ran my 75watt fridge for 6 hours and it powered my dab radio all day with no problems, as we had no hook up I relied on the 100W solar panel to recharge, and even in a low light cloudy very rainy day, it steadily charged the unit so no grumbles. In full sunshine it only delivers about 50W which is common for 100w panels, however from empty to full charge it was quicker than I expected. So a good result.
I also could use my Jackery panel with it too which was a bonus.
The station is only half the size of the Jackery 500 and very light and compact. A very well designed flip away handle with two very bright LED lights one either side of the front panel, and two mains out let sockets as apposed to one on the Jackery.

Though is only rated to 300W, but if you just want to charge phones, lights, I pads etc, it last quite a while.
The lcd screen is a little confusing with regards to the information on it not sure what the 9999.99 time to charge means, and the amount of wattage input or out put is accurate, for example when charging on the solar in the rain, it said only 1w was being drawn in, however the charging was a lot quicker, the screen is also extremely difficult to see in sunlight, however you can use you app on your phone to check its progress so no biggy.

Apart from those minor niggles I was impressed overall with its performance, (it does not come with a cigarette lighter adaptor)
It’s probably the smallest and lightest unit out there if you understand most of these things won’t power your kettles or toasters, it’s ideal for campers and day trippers I have not noticed if they sell an optional case for it. Is it better than my Jackery 500?
I’m many ways it is. Cost, size looks all in its favour and I imagine the next generation of these units will surpass rivals.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersAn absolute godsend
I have tried to show the versatility of this generator. The first 2 pictures show the size relative to a 2 litre milk container. Then I powered my TV and Humax box – it suggests a run time over 3 hours- ideal for any blackouts this winter. The next picture was my freezer, it is a new one and only uses 300 watts per day, so should last all day in a full charge. Finally a sunny day in Newcastle showing a charge of 50 watts from the solar panel. I am so pleased with my purchase that I have bought another one.

There is nothing not to dislike about this small but powerful device. I did get my knickers in a twist when the unit turned up without the solar panel. The seller was incredibly courteous and very quick to respond to my frantic messages. Service couldn’t have been better. I have mobility issues and this unit with its small form size and only weighing 7lbs is perfect for what I use it for. I use it mostly in the evening and charge it during the day via the solar panel. I got this on the first cloudy day of the “heatwave” yet it still managed to top it back up even though I have set the solar panel up very inefficiently in my conservatory. On really sunny days and when the sun is in the right position it can pump out 36w. Even behind glass and not at an optimum angle. Outside it can hit the high 50s. I love this device. And couldn’t have found a better seller.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersBetter than expected!
First thing to note; battery bank and solar panel are dispatched from separate locations. In my case the battery arrived a couple of days before the panel. Not a problem, but something to be aware of when both parts don’t arrive together.

    Battery bank:
This thing is a beast. Reasonably weighty, as to be expected from a quality product. Handles 300w continuous load, no issues. I’ve had it charging my work laptop via AC, MacBook Pro via usb-c and a mobile phone and tablet at the same time. Still had plenty of charge left for the rest of the weekend.

Charges quickly from the wall socket (55w in according to the battery bank)

Charges even quicker from the solar panel (60w in when in full sun!)

    Solar Panel:

Larger than expected (a good thing) and wow, these panels have improved since I last had one. In full sun it puts out 60/65w. Even cloudy day will generate 30w.

Outcome: yes, it’s an expensive bit of kit, but it’s definitely worth i
