1

Variable and Flexible

Depending on your needs, you can change the combination of charging bases to make the most of your space

Note:

  • The quest 2,touch controllers and charger adapters are not included.
  • Please make sure the batteries are in the correct position in the controller. There are metal contacts on the battery (in gray)that must be facing up and in contact with the metal contacts on the battery cover for charging. If it still can’t be charged, please tell us and we will make sure to give you a satisfactory solution in time.
  • If your headset and controllers are charged together, the charging dock will give priority to the headset, and then charge the controllers after the headset is fully charged.
  • After completing a full charge, your AMVR charging dock will keep the Quest 2 controller slightly below a 100% charge to maximize battery life and health.
  • When the headset charging indicator shows a steady green light, but the headset display shows about 92% of the power, and the headset’s own indicator shows that it is still charging. This is normal and nothing to worry about. When the headset is charged at about 92%, your AMVR charging dock will continue to charge the Quest 2 headset with a very small charging current (steady green light), and the headset can be charged to 100% in about 0.5 hours, to maximize battery life and health.

Q1. Why do the controllers feel warm when charging?

Unlike Li-ion batteries, it is normal for NiMH rechargeable batteries to heat up while charging. There is no need to worry about this temperature increase, as the built-in temperature protection prevents overheating.

Q2. What should I do if temperature protection is triggered?

Built-in temperature protection automatically stops charging when the battery temperature rises above the trigger point. When charging stops, remove the controllers from the charging cradle and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.

Q3. Why are my controller batteries not charging?

Please make sure the batteries are positioned correctly in the controllers. Install the rechargeable battery with correct polarity. Make sure that the 2 bare metal sheets align with the outerframe of battery compartment.

Q4:Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%?

Normally, the controller is fully charged, but the Quest may still show 90% or less. Don’t worry, this is completely normal. Your AMVR charging dock will keep the Quest 2 controller slightly below 100% to maximize battery life and health.

This worked fine for the first couple of months, (it’s ony 5 months old), even though I always had to jiggle the headset to get it to charge, but now it won’t charge the head set at all. It charges the controlers just fine but the magnetic charger tip dosen’t seem to be working. I bought a new charger tip but it doesn’t help. There seems to be no support for this charging dock. Now I have to charge the headset separately, kinda defeats the purpose.

It’s very intuitive and works as advertised. The one downside is that if you use the controller gun overlays, you won’t be able to charge the controllers. Otherwise, it’s great. Highly recommended.

First product that arrived unfortuntely was faulty, but after having a chat with their customer service support (specifically Carl who was an absolute legend) they got me a new unit sent out immediately which I now have and is working perfectly. Makes packing away my headset a dream and looks great on my desk. Great work guys!

I do love this charger. I already had the straps on my controllers so it was really nice finding a charging sock that accommodated the straps! I’ve been having issues with the headset not charging so sometimes when I put the headset in it doesn’t connect so I have to make sure I jiggle it until it connects which is slightly inconvenient. But other then that this thing works great. I contacted customer support about my charging problems and they refused kind and gave me suggestions to make sure I’m charging correctly.

We got this as a Christmas gift for our child. When first came in the magnetic part that charges the headset was set back and we had difficulties charging. Not realizing the defect was causing our issues. The company has reached out and is sending a replacement and will update review with new at that time. We do love the ability to charge the controllers and the and hoping the new one charges the headset as designed. Great customer service experience and glad they are reaching out and taking care of it. Overall sleek design and doesn’t take a lot of space on our countertops.

Kein Aufwendiges hin und her. Super praktisch und sieht auch gut aus. Absolut zu empfehlen und schnelle Lieferung 🙂 Vielen Dank!

Love it, works great, however. If you have a Bobovr head strap, you have to fund the sweet spot for it to charge. The head strap is bulky and weight the headset down in the back.

Is very nice and very sleek looking but you have to be careful how you put your oculus on it because sometimes the magnet doesn’t connect right and it won’t charge. The key is to make sure the light on the side of the oculus turns green the charger itself has the green indicator lights on even when it’s not charging if you do not hook it up right you also have to be careful with the attachments you add to your oculus because the straps that I bought aftermarket also make it a little buggy pot as long as you make sure the lights are green on the side you’re good besides that it’s awesome

Received product quickly and well packaged. Leather straps are sturdy and well made. Be careful not to put on the strap too tight while playing or the plastic will bend. This happened with my son. Contacted vendor and they sent out a replacement right away at no cost. Great service and will buy from them again.

Nice looking device. The main reason I chose it was, it comes with hand straps for the controller. Which is a must, since I’m surrounded by oversized windows.

I deducted one star, because I’m a bit suspicious of the durability of the elastic. A second plastic loop to attach the strap would make me feel much more secure.

The device cradles my Quest 2 with BobVR M2 Pro head strap nicely. Plus it charges each controller individually.

Was good in quality. And love the rechargeable batteries. Only problem is that it’s a little high in price. I would have got a different one that was cheaper and could do the same thing but don’t wanna send it back since I already got it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt is cheaper than the Anker, but don’t let that fool you. I’d say that they both have their pros and cons but ultimately it’s just as reliable.
It charges quick it’s sleek and holds all the pieces very well.

The downside is similar to the Anker. It has to be on there just right to start charging which takes a couple tries. This one is the magnetic but for the headset doesn’t always click out when contact is made but charges very well when it is. And on my particular one the left controller doesn’t like to charge on the dock and it seems to be the magnetic peice it sits in. I see no reason the controller part needs to be separate especially at the expense of not connecting every time. But it does charge well when it does finally engage.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersJust received it. Tried with multiple chargers. The unit doesn’t turn on. DOA. What a waste of time and money.

Edit: works now with original oculus cable. Very finicky and choosy on the cable and chargers. But great once it works. Really a game changer for oculus usage.

Once I got all the seals off the charging points it charges very well. It keeps my VR ready and waiting. Not sure about leaving it plugged in after full charge so I turn it off when not in use to be on the safe side. I recommend it and the price is very reasonable.

This has been a welcome addition to our gaming set-up. Previously using the Oculus meant having wires attached whenever we’d not had it charging and endless battery replacements for the controllers, but by ensuring it’s all placed in the dock, it’s always ready to go.

The additional handset wrist straps are great and ‘finish off’ the experience, making sure that any over enthusiastic gestures don’t end up with a controller being flung across the room.

Charging times aren’t quite as quick as advertised, but aren’t far off, so almost out to fully recharged in about an hour.

The rechargeable packs in the controllers don’t last quite as long as new decent brand batteries, but then the cost of the dock would buy you quite a few batteries – so it remains to be seen how long this lasts and packs retain charge compared to constant battery purchases. I’m sure that on balance it would work out cheaper, providing the dock and packs last for at least a couple of years. Clearly if you practically live in your VR World then it’ll pay for itself far quicker than for an occasional user, but then the rechargeable packs will degrade quicker as well.

Overall, it seems well made, looks good and as if it is a 1st party product not a 3rd and the additional straps are great.

I have to say that I didn’t pay for this product, but if I had I would consider it a worthwhile purchase that I can’t see that you would be disappointed with and that you’ll get a lot of use out of. Plus potentially it’ll save you money in the long run, but mainly it’s the convenience of use that this gives you whilst hosting the headset and controllers all in one place.

Having got my daughter the Quest 2 for Christmas and knowing how much it’s going to get used, especially given there are going to be three of us queuing up to have a go, power is king. So when this came up I jumped at the chance.

The main charging unit comes with magnetically detachable controller mounts. Which if I’m honest, I don’t quite get, as there’s no way of charging them up without the main unit — missed opportunity here. For the headset, you get a magnetic USB-C adapter, meaning you can just pop the headset in and out the charger hassle free. Additionally, you get some spare rechargeable batteries.

The biggest drawback I see with this charger is the fact that it doesn’t simultaneously charge the headset and handsets together. The headset always get priority. So in reality, it’s a dual charger but not dual charging. So, you must combine the charging times for both to get a real charging time. It both convenient and inconvenient at the same time. Are you better off with two chargers? I suppose that depends on your gameplay. However, there are similarly priced and spec chargers around that do charge simultaneously.

Overall build quality looks to be alright but some of the finishes aren’t quite up to scratch on close inspection. It does benefit from a number of safety features, such as overheat protection, so hopefully it’s not going to damage anything. Personally I always ensure everything is running through a surge protector as well.

There is one final thing I will touch on and this relates to the efficiency of the charger. Specifically in relation to how much power it’s pulling in vs how much it’s putting through into the devices. Particularly when it come to magnetic charging where rates can very between 90%-60%. Unfortunately there is no information to be found on this. Meaning we don’t know which end of the spectrum this sits.

Until everything is set up on Christmas Day and we used it a few times, it’s difficult to say how well it performs. The other question is going to be around the medium to long-term reliability?

I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.

I chose this dock as it satisfied two needs – an easy way to keep my Oculus both charged and smartly presented.

    Things I liked:
    – A convenient dock to leave and forget and your Quest 2 is always charged and ready to go for your next VR session.
    – Very quick initial setup, takes less than 5 minutes, simply replace your existing hand tracking covers for the AMVR ones and place the rechargeable battery in and you are good to go! Takes less than 5 minutes.
    – Comes with a hand strap for the controllers which makes it very comfortable and secure, no flinging your controls when playing Beatsabre! I have previously bought these separately so it is nice to see it included in the kit.
    – Clear LED indication to show what is charging and what is fully charged.
    – Hand trackers seem to charge up to 80% very quickly, but to reach more than that took a few hours.

    Cons:
    – You can’t change the orientation of the unit, I have to reduce the width of my Quest 2 Elite Headband when putting it on the shelf, but if this was left on a desk this wouldn’t be a problem.
    – There is an always on LED light and no way to turn it off.
    – When the rechargeable batteries finally die, I’m not sure if it is possible to get replacements
    – If you use a battery pack while playing, you need to remove the magnetic Type-C plug socket each time (it is so tiny, it is very easy to lose)
    – Third party controller add-ons will not fit as it changes the shape of the controller’s base.
    – Controller module is magnetically detachable – but doesn’t charge when detached. Seemed an odd design choice, but doesn’t affect utility (unless you need to move the dock around lots)

Clever, useful, practical and smart piece of ki

Quick and easy to setup, presents nicely and charging becomes so much more convenie

Having this around my room, just makes everything look tangle free wire-free which I like. I hate wires being everywhere and this just makes look things neat. I own 2 Oculus devices, one for myself and the other for my little brother. We always play with each other when it comes with multiplayer games like ‘saber beat’ and I’m quite challenging when it comes to that.

The charging dock works great and it also has rechargable batteries included which is nice to have, better them buying multiple pack batteries, having batteries that charge is better I would say. The quality feels premium and it also has overcharge protection meaning it will turn off when the devices is fully charged, love that feature.
Overall, the charging dock works great, would recommend, only thing I’d say is that its quite pricey, definitely cheaper alternatives out there but would recommend this for a more cleaner look!

Got this for when we eventually order our Oculus, its on the Christmas list but hoping there will be some sales come Black Friday or once the new ‘Pro’ version drops…

With that in mind, we’ve only been able to look at this and try it without the main part so this review, at least for now is simply an opinion on the look and feel of the item.

I hadn’t quite anticipated how many additional things you might need when investing in an Oculus, and at around 75 I would begrudge paying such a high price for a “charger” however this seems to be around mid-range in the market with others being found cheaper (albeit look very cheap) and some more expensive but without any obvious benefits.

The included batteries alone may end up paying for themselves, depending on how much use you get out of them it’s certainly a benefit being able to recharge but still (if needed) put in regular batteries, of course they can only be charged whilst in the product itself.

Some things to note which are all outline on the product description but if you don’t read those then I wouldn’t expect you to take note of them here either.

This is a great stand / charger overall and it does a good job of charging my headset and controllers. Looks good too. My headset has a third party strap attached and it still fits no problem at all. The rechargeable batteries and replacement covers for the controllers are great. I already had hand straps fitted that I liked, but these are just as good so no complaints there. If you haven’t tried hand straps you probably should, it improves the feel of the controllers no end.

The only (minor) downsides I’ve noticed are:

1: It charges the headset first and then the controllers. It would be nice to charge everything at the same time.

2: I don’t really see the point of being able to detach the two controller parts and put them together since you can’t charge them like that. If it had another USB port it would have made more sense.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWell worth the money to have a convenient charger and rechargeable controllers. Converting the hand controllers to rechargeable was an easy task. I noticed the my Meta Quest 2 never reports the hand controllers more than 90% charged, but that may be due to rechargeable AA batteries having a lower voltage than disposable batteries. Not a real issue for me.

My only knock is the use of solid green lights to indicate both “fully charged” and “no device present.” It is possible to insert the components incorrectly (I’ve done that) and the solid green would lead you to think a controller or headpiece is fully charged when in fact it’s been receiving no charge at all. Better to have a different color for “no device present” or have lights off until a component is inserted correctly. Fortunately, the head piece’s side light will let you know what’s going on, but not so with the controllers.

Great for the price but there’s enough little annoyances that keep it from being 5 stars.

    Pros:
    * super cheap, for ~85 bucks canadian you’re getting quite a lot of useful (borderline necessary) accessories (knuckles, rechargeable batteries, dock).
    * includes two knuckle straps and rechargeable batteries for the controller
    * docks everything and charges it

    Cons:
    * aesthetically, it’s kind of ugly. I wish the controller docks on the sides didn’t uselessly detach and the whole thing had fewer breaks and lines. The logo on the front adds to it looking kind of cheap. The charging lights are also pretty basic looking compared to some of the other docks on here.
    * you have to use the included knuckles / replacement battery covers on your controllers, if you try and use third party knuckle grips they won’t fit and these specific battery covers are necessary to pass through the charge to the internal batteries
    * there’s not quite enough space to fit some third party facial interfaces like KIWI designs and VR Cover, they cause the headset to not quite rest right in the dock
    * the magnetic usb c part is proprietary and they don’t sell it. It would be nice if they would atleast sell a usb C – magnetic connector cable in case you use a battery pack with your headset, then you wouldn’t need to remove the dongle from your headset
    * it would also be nice if it would charge the controllers and headset simultaneously, either through multiple usb C connections or via USB C PD that can then split the load between the headsets and controllers
    * and failing that, it would be nice if it worked the other way around when detached. Right now you can detach the controller holders and link them together to hold your controllers. When you do this however, it can only charge the headset, and the controller holding piece just acts as an unpowered cradle. This setup feels kind of ridiculous though, since the controllers are the parts with proprietary batteries that need the docks to recharge. i.e. if you go to someone’s house and want to charge the controllers, you have to take the entire dock with you, you can’t take just the controller holders.

Overall I’m not unhappy with my purchase and will stick with it, but I do wish they made a version that was like $50 more and cut fewer corners.

A great docking station for displaying on a shelf. Charging time seems a little slower than the official USB cable, however, that’s to be expected since it’s also charging the controller’s. Both sides for the controller’s can be disconnected from the main unit and connected together, ideal for when you only need to charge the headset. The only downfall would be that it prioritises charging the headset and only starts charging the controller’s once the headset is at 100%. Having both charge simultaneously would be ideal. Another small issue would be that the battery covers are slightly longer than the original, resulting in the controller’s not fitting in the official case. Overall, it’s a great compact size, feels sturdy and operates as intended. I’ll update in The future should anything go wrong.

    Great charge

This charging dock is a staple in my VR setup as it allows me to avoid spending so much time and effort on replacing batteries while using it.

The AMVR Charging Dock was built and well put together to provide sports enthusiasts and gamers convenience for charging Quest 2 headsets and touch controllers at high-speed. This includes a few rechargeable Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) AA batteries for the controllers. As well as new covers for the charging base equipped with temperature control and leather straps for an anti-throwing advantage during the sports VR games. A magnetic USB-C headset connector is built right into it. So, instead of having to unplug the headset to pick it up, you can just lift and it disconnects from the charger. All of these components can be snapped into position in just a few moments.

However, there are no included cables or charger adapters own plugin ports to keep them charging once detached from the charging dock. Also, it couldn’t charge my headset and controllers at the same time, the charging dock will give priority to the headset, and then charge the controllers after the headset is fully charged.

Overall, for the price of 74.99, you are still getting this really good product that works just like the expensive one. I recommend it despite those reasons.

Having rechargeable batteries for the hand controllers is brilliant, just plonk everything down in its correct place and its all ready for my next gaming session…. I did have to fiddle with the positioning of the controllers at first but you quickly get used to locating them correctly.
This is a great addition to my gaming setup and i am very happy with it…. you can definitely pay more for a lesser charging unit.

A really nice charging dock for both the headset and controllers. I love many features that are included with this charging dock, one being the kit includes rechargeable batteries for the controllers which are charged seamlessly with the station, as well as the magnetic connection that gets plugged into the main headset for more seamless charging. Then secondly, how the dock can be separated into two units to hold the headset on one part and the controllers on the other.

I find the battery life of the Oculus Quest 2 headset and controllers is pretty rubbish by default, and often I will forget to plug it in and find it’s out of juice when I want to use it, so this is a great way to both store it nicely and charge it simultaneously. I really find this product pushes the boundaries of innovation, when it comes to VR charging stands anyway!

First off, the rechargeable battery conversion that comes with this is fantastic. They have done it in such a clean way and it improves the controllers by miles. The straps, in my opinion are so much better than the strings that come with the original. They feel natural, more secure and when adjusted they allow you to release your hand with freedom and the controller sits perfectly.

In terms of the actual dock, everything works great. It charges the oculus by priority and will switch to the controllers when the oculus is full or not connected. This is indicated by the 3 LEDs on the front.

The unit itself clips together via magnets. This is fine but if you pick the dock up make sure you’re careful because that magnets can come loose and could fall apart.

The magnet connections allow you to mix and match. So you can connect the two controller sides together without the middle. This is wonderful but unfortunately the only charger port is on the middle. So you can’t actually charge the controllers separately. They need to be connected to the headset part to get power.

Keeps things tidy and beautiful display for your oculus. Controller charging conversion is great.

If you like using a charging dock for your devices this is an excellent choice. It’s extremely convenient to use due to the magnetic adapters meaning you can just place it down and pick it back up again with no fuss, something that’s actually a big deal for something like a VR headset. The included rechargeable batteries for the controllers are nice as it means you basically won’t have to worry about batteries anymore for any part of the headset.

There are other solutions though that are different but effective. For example you can get a bobovr headstrap with 2 hot swappable rechargeable batteries and a magnetic battery charging dock for 99 which is not much more than this and replaces the awful original strap while offering more battery life. That does not come with anything to dock your headset though and doesn’t offer any batteries for the controller.

You only really need one battery solution for your quest so it comes down to what you prefer. If you are looking for a convenient place to put your quest and have it easily recharged along with the controllers, this is perfect. If you are looking for more battery life with hot swappable batteries etc, there are other solutions.

As far as docks go, this is one of the best implementations I have seen and I’d highly recommend it if you want a dock.

Ok so the product itself is pretty good and does the same job as the more expensive choices out there.

Build quality is decent and I have no complaints.

Most people don’t think you need a dock for your VR setup but for me I take pride in my PC and VR setup so even if a dock is only optional it looks great athletically wise next to the rig when not in use and when I want to use it everything is fully charged.

Value for money in my opinion is excellent especially compared to the other brands out there.it looks great and works as intended.

    I would definitely recommend l!

There are a few different designs for this docking stations but the feature that mostly got my attention in this one is the option to detach the handheld controllers to create a dual stand system for them and the headset.
The addition of rechargeable batteries for the controllers is surely a plus and at 75 the price is reasonable and far better than a competitor with a similar design but still unnotably a tad high for a stand

We’ve bought our son a couple of additions for his Oculus, new grips etc, but as they were so different feeling to the original Oculus stuff that came with it, he wouldn’t use them. Well, he absolutely loves this, it integrates seamlessly making it feel natural to the Oculus equipment and it keeps it off his bedroom floor. He also loves the fact that it all fits so easily into the docking station for charging, thanks to the very strong magnetic connections, no plugging/unplugging of wires. Very very good design and quality.

Very well designed Oculus 2 docking station.

If you’re looking for something to hold your oculus in a dedicated spot and for it to look nice then this product is for you. As I play with my Meta Quest 2 so much, I needed something to keep from spending so much on replacing batteries every week! Having the rechargeable batteries in the handsets and being able to keep them charged has been the answer to all our problems!

The included chargeable batteries are a nice touch to avoid changing batteries all the time, it doesn’t sit in place, you need to tinker with the headset while charging, but maybe that’s because I have a battery extension headset. Also, make sure the joysticks are in place for charging, it even mentions it in the manual. Can be fiddly but works a charm when you get a hang of it.

The magnetic charger is an awesome feature because it means instead of having to unplug the headset to pick it up, you can just lift and it disconnects from the charger. The stand fast charges everything to keep you topped up at all times. A little add-on is the USB out so that if you have an extended battery life pack you can charge that as well!

It is just a much more convenient way of charging, just make sure everything is lined up, that way you’ll have no problem charging. The led indicators help with knowing when contact is made.

For the price, you are getting this it’s a really good product. Highly recommend.

    Hope this review helps.

AMVR Charging Dock for Quest 2, Adjustable Sport Wrist Knuckle Strap, Headset Display Stand and Controller Mount Station with 2 Rechargeable Batteries, Support Elite Strap with Battery.

This comes very well presented in its own box so would make a brill gift for the right person.

It’s exactly as the description describes and works perfectly with no issues.

The quality is very good, it’s well made and durable.

    Can reccomend.
    Price is average.

Good charging dock. All the materials feel great and the magnetic ends so you can remove the controller’s then put them back together is cool and useful. The charging LEDs are useful and easy to understand. The battery and things where easy to install and everything works well and this is worth getting as it makes charging the device easier.

Don’t need to keep changing batteries now, just place it on the dock (the magnetic are really good too)
The dock is really well made enough the be not only the charger but also the display item for your cabinet.
The only downside for me is that if I detach the charging docks for the controllers they don’t have their own plugin port to keep charging.
Be also aware that they don’t come with cables or charger adapters, its recommended to use the Oculus priority one.

    Excellent gadge

Ironically you’ll gleam way more info from the two YouTube videos than the ones by the manufacturer, plus you won’t have to listen to that awful music either!

That aside, this is very good, it’s not without a couple of minor niggles, but on the whole it’s really good and price wise it’s not bad, it’s not cheap but it’s not outrageous either. This comes with a couple of rechargeable batteries for the controllers and replacements covers with integrated straps and contacts for the charging base, which all click into place in a couple of minutes. For the headset there’s a small USB-C magnetic contact you insert into the USB-C slot, that when placed on the base makes the charging connection.

Strangely the base ends for the controllers are attached with magnets so can be removed and clicked together to make a smaller display stand for the controllers, but as this doesn’t have an integrated USB-C input so you could use it as another charging stand, I really don’t see the point, as once these ends are removed the remaining headset charging base looks unfinished without the ends. If they’d included separate end covers you could attach when the ends are removed and had a USB-C pass through on the end so they could be used stand alone this would be such a useful feature, but in it’s current configuration it’s totally pointless IMHO.

    Hope my review was helpful

A great all round charging dock for my Oculus quest 2. Love the controller straps with rechargable batteries. These take literally 2 minutes to swap over. Place the small magnetic USB charging connecting into side of headset. Plus the charging unit in, using your OWN USB charginmg cable that is supplied with the Oculus. NO USB CABLE IS SUPPLIED WITH CHARGING UNIT.

When charging, the headset takes priority over the controllers for charging, it does NOT charge all at the same time. Once head unit is charged, controllers then start getting charged.

A great unit. However at 74.99 at time of reviewing, it seems a little high. Maybe should be price around the 49.99 to attract more attention.

    Charges everything brilliantly

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOverall I really like this dock and would certainly recommend it, especially if it remains about $20 cheaper than the Anker dock.

My only complaints are fairly minor, and might not even be noticeable to someone who doesn’t have both this and the Anker dock. First, the magnet/cradle on the anker dock is just a bit nicer / better fit. On the Anker dock, I can almost blindly put my headset down and the magnet will snap in without any effort. With this dock, I do need to double check and make sure I’ve aligned it right, or it won’t snap together and begin charging.

On the flip side, this dock includes some nice controller grips/straps that are adjustable and really great to use! In this regard, the fact that it includes the straps AND they’re compatible with the charger is fantastic! If you don’t mind that little quirk above, this may well be worth the tradeoff.

The only other thing I’d improve, and it’s a problem with both this dock and the Anker dock, is the proprietary magnetic connector. I wish they’d use one that’s interchangeable so that I could connect a battery / power bank without having to take out the little connector. I realize not everyone uses a power bank, so maybe my use case is niche, but I’d be willing to pay a few bucks for an adapter so I could use a battery with it. It’d just be more convenient/nice.

Still, overall, the dock works well and is easy to use! The included hand straps are nice, and I’d certainly recommend it to others.
