Can I share the stream with my family?
Yes, you can share the channel with your family by adding members in the “Home Settings”. But please ensure that the accounts are registered in the same area as yours. (E.g. If your account is registered in US, another should be in the US, too.)
Can I turn off the notifications or eliminate unwanted alarms?
You may turn on the notifications in the “Message Center” on ANNKE Smart App. You may also turn on the “human detection” to get more specific human invasion alarms and reduce unwanted pops-up.
Does it keep recording sound when I turn on the Privacy Mode?
Once you turn on the “Privacy Mode,” the ANNKE Crater Cam is switched to SLEEP MODE, and it stops recording either channel stream or sounds. The indoor cam only starts working when you turn off the privacy mode.
Where can I turn off the LED lights at night?
You may turn off the “Night Mode” on ANNKE Smart App, then there’s no light on the camera.
Failed to add the camera. What should I do？
Please check that your WIFI is 2.4G, and the camera & router are in the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network. Then reset the camera and repair them next to the router once again.
(PS. Wi-Fi passwords should be less than 20 characters OR use AP networking method.)

Ho acquistato questa telecamera un po’ per gioco per i miei due cuccioli di cane di soli 3 mesi e sono rimasta meravigliata
Una telecamera leggera pratica e molto funzionale.
Funziona molto bene, i comandi a distanza vanno benissimo, anche dall’esterno.

Esteticamente carina ,funzionale buona le immagini riprese durante il giorno,ma anche quelle notturne sono buone,si collega facilmente,trovo piacevole anche la sua app, una cosa sola non mi entusiasma,il suo supporto a soffitto,lo trovo delicato non molto sicuro ,ma resta un buon prodotto.
La visuale molto nitida, facile da installare. L’abbinamento con lo smartphone tramite app semplice e veloce. Si pu spostare la visuale direttamente dal telefono. Le persone in movimento si vedono bene, in maniera fluida. Il costo contenuto, sono contenta dell’acquisto.
Ich habe die Kamera fr die berwachung meiner Heizung in einem vllig dunklen Heizungskeller gekauft, wie man am Bild sieht funktioniert das ber einen VPN Zugang zu meiner FRITZ!Box von berall, ohne dass man ein Cloudabo braucht.
Ansonsten ist die Kamera angenehm klein und fr eine gute Rundumsicht steuerbar. Die Sprachbegrung nervt manchmal, Lautstrke ist aber einstellbar.
Der Kundenservice hat auf die Reklamation reagiert und Ursachenforschung und Verbesserungen in der bertragung versprochen.

Wir nutzen die Kamera u.a. fr Haustierberwachung oder beim Gassi Gehen, wenn das Kind schlft. Einrichten war super einfach und ohne Probleme,
Bildqualitt ist super , Nachsicht wirklich sehr gut, Bewegung und Zoomen ideal. Einzige negativ Punkt ist, dass man diese Cam nur mit Stromkabel benutzen kann. Liegt vielleicht mit am gnstigen Preis. Akkus wren praktischer. Aber bei dem Preis Leistungsverhltnis kann man eigentlich nicht meckern!

Partiamo dall’oggetto: una videocamera come tante altre ma perch si dovrebbe acquistare questa e non una concorrente?
1) Servono meno di 2 minuti per installarla.
Ho avuto altre cam ma era sempre un macello avviarle, qui stato tutto intuitivo e rapido; non ho avuto alcun problema
2) relativamente piccola, bianca, discreta ed elegante. A me piace, esteticamente non l trovo invadente, perci, la promuovo a pieni voti.
3) di facile installazione: la ho attaccata al muro con una base adesiva presente nella confezione e, per ora, la trovo bella solida. Lo rimarr per sempre? Non lo so ma neanche mi interessa. Quando perder l’adesione sostituito la base adesiva. Per ora mi soddisfa.
4) La qualit del video! Ottima qualit e si vede bene anche in ambienti totalmente al buio. Non so dirvi a quanti metri mantenga questa qualit perch i miei ambienti domestici sono piccolini ma tutto mi aspettavo fuorch una qualit cos alta. Questo forse il punto che ho apprezzato di pi.
4) Il prezzo! Vogliamo parlare de fatto che costa 24 (acquistata in offerta lampo) e probabilmente varrebbe anche qualcosa in pi? Parliamone! proprio cos! Il rapporto qualit prezzo, secondo me, a favore. Io la ho da pochi giorni quindi non so dirvi come si comporter fra un anno ma di sicuro non ho trovato una cosa di cui lamentarmi che mi abbia fatto pensare di aver sbagliato l’acquisto. In ogni caso, per 24, anche se fra 2 anni dovesse abbandonarmi ne valsa comunque la pena!
Concludo riassumendo: la videocamera fantastica, fa il suo dovere, mi piace esteticamente ed di facilissima installazione (meno di 2 minuti), ve la consiglio, perfetta per la videosorveglianza di ambienti domestici interni. La prossima che comprer, se la hanno, la desidero anche per l’esterno, per poter controllare il mio giardino.

Wir haben die Kamera bestellt, um unsere beiden Katzen bei Abwesenheit zu beobachten.
Die Installation der App sowie die Verbindung mit der Kamera war recht einfach, auch die Steuerung der App ist sehr intuitiv.
Die Bildqualitt ist sehr gut und auch auf grere Entfernungen ziemlich scharf. Auch mit der Nachtsicht sind wir sehr zufrieden. Einzig den Kamerawinkel wrden wir uns noch etwas grer wnschen.
Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis der Kamera allerdings sehr gut.

Presa principalmente x capire chi dei miei 6 gatti face a pipi sul tappeto…. Scaricato app installata in pochi minuti fa visione notturna quindi devo dire che io sono soddisfatta fa riprese a 360 molto precisa. Ho preso una Momoria cosi da poter vedere video che mi interessano. Si puo installare anche a muro ci sono dentro l’occorrente la confezione comprende pure istruzioni no. In italiano per ci si riesce lo stesso, cavo ricarica.
Ich habe bereits einige Produkte Annke, auch aus dem hherpreisigen Bereich und war immer sehr zufrieden.
Nun war ich auf der Suche nach einer Dome-Kamera fr den Indoor Bereich zur Remote-berwachung unseres Gstezimmers, wenn der Enkel zu Besuch ist.
Bei einem Preis von knapp 30 war ich Anfangs etwas irritiert, wurde aber ganz schnell von der sehr guten Qualitt berzeugt.
Die Kamera wird sehr hochwertig und sicher verpackt geliefert.
In der Packung befinden sich:
– die Kamera
– Montagezubehr (Fu, Schrauben)
– Ein Steckernetzteil 5V / 1A (USB)
– Das Anschlusskabel
– Eine Kurzanleitung in deutsch und englisch
Die Einrichtung im heimischen Netzwerk hat dank der deutschen Kurzanleitung keine 5 Minuten gedauert und schon war Bild und Ton auf dem Smartphone zu empfangen.
App laden, installieren, Konto einrichten, Kamerasuche starten, fertig. Super!
Die Bildqualitt ist absolut ausreichend, vor allem wenn der Raum relativ dunkel ist erkennt man immer noch alle Details.
Funktionen wie Bewegungserkennung, Objektverfolgung funktionieren gut, die Aufnahmen sind wirklich Klasse.
Bei Bedarf kann man die entsprechenden Push Meldungen aktivieren.
Die Steuerung der Schwenk- / Neigefunktion ist kinderleicht, ber Bildschirm oder auch ber die OSD-Buttons.
Wir werden das kleine praktische Gert nun ausgiebig testen.
Was wir bislang gesehen haben, hat uns mehr als berzeugt!

Would I recommend the annke indoor camera yes as long as it to work alone not with a annke dvr system it dose the job what I need it for and that to watch the dog and to tell the dog off when it misbehaving
It’s to difficult to pairing this item to my phone. Charger would not plug in at all. The microphone is very poor quality. Maybe this a faulty unit i got, but this monitor has the worse video quality I could’ve expected. Terrible!
Great quality video feed and the motion detection and two way audio work well and are good features , the camera unit is smaller than i expected making it easy to fit snugly in to a corner without being on show. The app is very easy to use and similar to well known video doorbells. Would recommend and may purchase another for the back room of my house.
Good quality camera for the money. Does sometimes crash but the picture quality is excellent and it’s handy being able to access it from anywhere
It was bit difficult to setup at first, but I think for this price it is a good product. I have only two major problems with it.
1. when turned on, there is a loud notification about camera being turned on. We use it to watch our dog, so we don’t want to have it on all the time. I haven’t figured out yet how to turn it off.
2. Even though we have a good internet connection and picture quality is good, when moving the camera it is not very smooth and it keeps getting stuck.
