I install the camera in the garage and after 2 weeks the battery is still at 70% with no power supply and no solar panel.

Battery is always charged from solar and get notified for humans & animals as needed. It’s nice to adjust the sensitivity and to login and make sure that your property is safe even when you’re not home. I love how I can turn the camera from my phone and look around as well. Great deal!
We loved this camera so much we bought another one. It was so easy to install and the app on the phone makes it convenient to view while away from home. The price was great and the images are high quality. Highly recommend. We have have had ours for over a month now. The battery charge has held up too!

I’m beyond impressed by the picture quality and battery life.
Previously I had Lorex brand commercial wireless cameras – the batteries only lasted a couple days in the Canadian cold, the connection was spotty and the quality of the video was subpar at best.
For the price of this camera you can’t beat the quality that you get. Definitely recommend!
Charging was a challenge but I bought a portable Charger & when the camera needed charging, I would just used the portable charger. Now all good. I recommend this camera.

On ne pense jamais acheter un tel produit car on se dit a n’arrive qu’aux autres et bien non, suite quelques petits dsagrments dans ma rsidence je me suis muni de cette camra aprs avoir lu des tas de commentaires sur tout types de camra.
Et bien je suis vraiment bluff par la qualit de celle-ci, tant au niveau pratique qu’esthtique car une fois install l’intrieur on ne la voit plus elle se fait oublier, et niveau pratique la qualit de vision est bonne, la batterie tient trs longtemps car je l’active que lorsque je quitte l’appartement, je suis actuellement 87% restant et je l’ai install le 14 octobre 2022 et je sors on va dire 4 heures tout les jours.
Je n’ai jamais eu de dclenchement pour rien a c’est un excellent point, le paramtrage est assez facile si on sait grer un smartphone.
Je n’ai franchement rien reprocher cette camra qui est un excellent rapport qualit prix et c’est du sans fil donc trs pratique installer o l’on veut.
Ma 3eme camra ANRAN et je trouve que a fonctionne bien. trs bonne autonomie (je pense environ 3 mois sans recharge si il n’y a pas trop de dclenchements) L’image est trs bonne. L’application pourrait tre amliore mais elle est dj complte.

Easy to set up, works as it should and the picture quality, both day and night vision, is great.
Camera is of good quality and very easy set up. You can set it to turn the light on at night when someone is in range or leave it off same with alarm. Only disappointment is the cost of the cloud storage I purchased a micro sd and it does the same job. Ideal if you can get the camera high up but still get access from a window or the like.
Pleased with purchase and will probably purchase another for back of garden I have onw there all ready but not as good.
The built quality is decent, the material is strong, appears worthy, and seems durable, and there should be no easy cracks.
It’s easy to set up and use and very versatile; you can place this on a porch or facing the back door of the house and use it as a security camera; it can be helpful as a baby monitor or watch over older adults.
The 2way microphone works well; the voice is clear. The picture quality is clear, although slightly leggy sometimes, but it’s not a significant issue.

Video quality is very good – particularly impressed by the quality of the night vision images.
Comes with a built in light and siren which can switched on through the app. You can even activate the intercom feature to talk to a person or yell/scream at an intruder if necessaryand hear their responses.
The motion detection is quite sensitive, but this can be adjusted in the app.
It comes with seven day free cloud storage (at no extra cost) but you can purchase additional cloud storage if required. I have a ring doorbell so I have no need to purchase extra subscription.
At 59.99 at the time of writing, this is a decent entry level camera if you don’t need all the bells and whistles of a more sophisticated product.

The camera has decent picture quality and is simple to use and set up inside the app.
In terms of battery, there’s no way it will last 6 months if it’s detecting motion, so without the solar panel you’re probably going to be charging it at least once a week. The good thing is it’s easy to remove, however that also means it’s easy for someone else to remove too.
I think this is more suited to use in the back garden to keep an eye on the kids etc than as a bonafide security camera.

An easy to get up and use budget security camera. using this for our bike shed in the garden as we have a few bikes and theft isn’t uncommon where we live.
I found the camera pretty easy to set up and use. it was easy to install with the provided wall mount and easy to position as well. I haven’t had to adjust it at all.
Camera charging is pretty easy as well and so far the charge has lasted a month without the battery being massively drained. I did set this up for motion activated recording at night time only thou and then set that from long record to short record in order to extend the battery life a bit more.
The app is very intuitive and pretty easy to navigate. I had no issues connecting the camera to my wi-fi and so far it’s run smoothly with no issues.
Night vision is ok I would say. if watching live you can make stuff out but it’s not crystal clear imaging and when the camera takes still shot’s it’s very hazy and fuzzy. If the images and video are needed for police, they’d be able to make out size and shape of a person but not detail’s.
You can easily set how sensitive the motion activation is and what area’s will trigger it and the daytime image and video quality good. no matter the weather.
Overall for the asking price I would say this is pretty decent is on a budget.
We needed a way to monitor our front garden but we didn’t have any plug sockets available out there. This wireless camera seemed like the perfect option for us! We have even discussed buying the solar panel as a way to save on charging, though so far in a month we have only charged once.
Installation was really easy, if you follow the instructions you can’t really go wrong. Install the smart app on your phone, please note that this is a one device camera, so you can not link multiple phones to this one camera! Once you have the app you’ll need to add your camera, again this is super easy. You then just add your wifi and put the camera in the place you plan to install it, it will do a check to make sure the signal is strong enough and if it is you should be all set. The listing does state that this is Alexa compatible, but from my experience IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO ALEXA. There is nothing in the instructions to explain HOW to connect, nothing on the listing and when you go to Alexa directly and search for avaliable smart devices this does not get found. ANRAN is also not listed in the smart camera section of the Alexa app, so you can’t manually connect that way either. If there is a way to do it I would love to know! But so far I’ve not managed to link it with my echo show. It may not matter so much whether it connects to smart devices, but for me it would of been ideal to link this up and I’m very disappointed that I haven’t been able to.
Price, 59.99 at the time of my review, is really not bad. Especially considering that most WIRED cameras are a similar price. I also like the affordable solar panel option!
Quality of the video is good, the night vision works fab too. The motion detection works every time. There is a light you can put on at night which is great if you think you’ve seen something in the garden but need to make sure. There is a siren which is VERY loud, good security feature. Intercom seems to work for me to speak to outside but it doesn’t allow the person outside to be heard from my end. I don’t know why as it does work on recorded video.
It comes with 7 days free cloud storage, I was pleased with this but wish it was a longer trial. I can’t afford the cloud storage sadly as it is a premium price, so will be buying an SD card. But i did like the no mess video storage!
Over all I would definitely recommend it, works brilliant and has been a life saver for keeping an eye on our shed in the garden. Really happy!
I have wanted a CCTV camera for a while, but was put off by the price.
This seems to offer the same facilities as those from better known manufacturers but at a far more reasonable price. The picture quality is very good as is the audio and I really like that it has a rechargeable battery which seems to last a long time, whether it will last 6 months as is claimed I will find out in time.
The motion detection is good, although it does take a couple of seconds to respond, so it can miss quickly moving objects.
Overall a great alternative to more expensive main stream cameras.

For the price payed I’m really happy with this camrea, the quality is really good better than I thought it would be, night time shots are good too but the IR does attract spiders and can sometimes get in the way of the picture.
No issues with the app easy to add camrea and to set up boundaries.
Setting multiple people to view was a bit finicky but ok once set.

When I first saw this wireless security camera I was sure it was from a well-known American company that specialises in surveillance. And, to be fair, this camera works just as well. The clarity of the camera is what you would expect from a 1080p resolution. While the audio is equally clear and audible. For 60 this camera is competitive. of You also get a quoted 6 months’ worth battery life, I always find this misleading as the battery life will be determined by how busy your road is and how many guests and packages visit you.
Overall, a great alternative to mainstream competitors that are likely to charge you three times as much.
This completely wire-free camera is incredibly easy to install — just some basic DIY skills and tools are needed. It is powered via a solar panel, which in the summer, will provide plenty of power. It is worth considering if your chosen spot will get some light during the winter for optimum performance. I haven’t gone through the winter with mine yet, so just applying common sense and experience of other solar-powered products I own that don’t perform as well from November onwards until around March time.
The motion detection feature is accurate, and it alerts with only a few seconds lag — it connects via your own Wi-Fi, so how good your connection is will determine how well this camera can feed back movement.
The picture quality is adequate — better than expected, but not as good as a wired camera — this is to be expected and is a trade-off for the ease of setting this camera up.

For 39.99, the wireless camera works well on its own with the built-in 5000mAh battery and if you spend another 29.99, you can get a solar panel and make it running forever (as long as we get sunlight during the day). During my test, the camera can last for a entire night even after a couple of cloudy days. The installation process of the camera is straightforward, in the package, there are all the included tools and accessories for the installation. You can connect the camera to your smart phone via the ANRAN app and you can set up sensor sensitivity and monitor the footage from the smart phone. The claimed battery life of the camera is between 1 to 6 months, we have been using the camera for over 1month without the solar panel, it still has over 50% battery left.
This is a very small self contained wifi security camera, it contains it’s own rechargeable battery so there is absolutely no wiring required, all you need to do is screw the camera mount to the surface you want to mount it on, charge the battery, insert a microSD card and you’re ready to go.
The camera is controlled by an app which also notifies you when it detects movement, installing the app and setting up the camera on it was very straight forward but you need to know two things, firstly like many such devices this camera is 2.4GHz wifi only, this is very common for Smart Devices but can cause problems if your router doesn’t let you split the network by band (some routers, such as my current Linksys will do it, but only by logging into the router in a web browser, not through the router’s configuration app), secondly ANRAN have two apps available to download, one seems to be specific to this product, the other covers several devices including cameras that look like this, I wasted quite a bit of time trying to connect it through the wrong app, entirely my own fault, but if you can’t connect check you’re using the right app!
In use the camera is clear with a good picture whether viewing on my phone or on my TV via a Fire Stick with Alexa. It’s responsive, picking up any movement in the garden bigger than my dog, a 25kg lurcher, smaller visitors such as birds or the cat that wandered through this morning don’t set it off which is a relief as you’re immediately notified via the app. The camera has a speaker & very sensitive microphone so you can communicate remotely (which I haven’t yet tried, but the psychedelic audio effect when I got too close with the app open when there was background noise up the street suggests it will work pretty well), notifications come through pretty quickly & you get an alert pop up. It has a siren function which isn’t fantastically loud but should serve to scare off a casual intruder, and quite a bright light (think a decent led flash light but wider angle), IR night vision is pretty good, in black and white, but it’s sensitive enough to use the onboard light or other light source and capture good colour footage in fairly low light, I have a nearby streetlight and it works great.
The app is pretty easy to use but perhaps not as intuitive as it could be, to preserve recordings you have to go to them in the timeline, hit a record button (or snapshot button for stills) which creates a copy in your library, then transfer it down to your phone, for example using a file manager app. A native copy option would have been nice. The cloud storage option seemed to work fine but the free trial expired before I’d played with it properly, it’s pretty cheap so I might subscribe, particularly if I get a second one to cover the cars.
Battery life seems to be impressive, it’s been up in a fairly busy location for three weeks and is well above 50% charge so one to six months seems reasonable, it will need to be take down to charge which is easy enough, it unscrews from the mount, but this is a weakness of this type of camera, if you can reach it to get it down for charging conveniently, someone else can get to it to move or destroy it if they’re up to no good, the camera isn’t secured in any way (I may 3D print something to help this) and the threaded portion of the mount is very short. The camera has no movement controls so if pushed out the way can’t be reset remotely. Obviously having cloud back up would partially alleviate this problem as if the camera was damaged or stolen you’d have footage of who did it. Alternately if there is somewhere you can position it out of reach of intruders but where you can get to it easily, then so much the better.
Overall I’m very pleased with this camera, it’s among the cheapest self powered outdoor cameras and does exactly what it’s supposed to without the effort of running and routing wires for network or power, it’s survived a particularly wet couple of weeks with no ill effects & it’s looking like I won’t have to charge it for a few weeks yet!

I’ve only had this C2 camera from Anran a couple of days but its been great so far, i fully charged it and there ‘s been no diminishing and its still at 100%, so the stated battery life of 6 months before charge seems legit!
We use it indoors to keep an eye on our elderley pet. I am going to order another to put remotely at the back of our house which overlooks fields.
We have another ANRAN camera, the solar powered 2k camera and this is the reason i purchased another ANRAN and i can put them on the same App.

The app is really easy to set up, The camera was placed in a location with good WIFI so I had no issues with connectivity.
This isn’t a bad battery-operated camera. If you want instant video coverage without wires then it’s a very good option. There are better but these are more expensive.
You get the camera, bracket and charging lead. You need to put a micro-SD card in to save footage unless you want to pay for cloud storage.
Setup is easy, connecting to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and the app has the usual features to set up when it detects movement, alerts, viewing old footage, etc. Wi-Fi range is also pretty good.
I’ve got an Arlo to compare this with, and although the Arlo is better in most areas, not enough to really justify three times the price. Animal/human detection is better on the Arlo but picture quality is comparable, even at night.
The only downside to this camera is that if you’re not using cloud storage and someone makes off with the camera, you’ve lost all footage of it. The battery looks like it could well last 4-6 months, so you will need to position it a bit higher up or where it can’t be reached too easily without a ladder.
I’ve had plenty of cameras and currently run several for monitoring around the house and the office, this is the only one i’ve had that fails to scan the QR code given by the app in order to set up the WIFI.
I have been on live chat (doesn’t seem to exist) and have only been able to leave a message through the app for help (has been over a week an no one has got back to me yet).
Looks like a decent quality device, however not being able to set the thing up (I work in IT and am well acquainted to devices like this). Tried many different devices to install the app, reset the camera, turned backlight down.
*edit, changed to 3 stars as customer services helped me eventually although live chat still didn’t work through the app and my 2 emails seemed to get lost. The device is now connected hurrah.
As i haven’t tested the functionality of the unit properly i have stuck at 3 stars until i can do this properly as didn’t want to put people completely off this product, although i shouldn’t have to leave a 1 star review in order for customer services actually to take note – however i am happy they resolved my issue.
We have now had the pleasure of this device for 2 weeks in a working state and customer services even granted me a few months access to the cloud service. I have upped the rating to 4 star and have to say the picture quality is pretty good for a battery powered camera. The night time vision is ok, nothing more and if its positioned where ours is near white fascia board and guttering that does tend to be really bright on the image and also black out some of the parts you want to see, so positioning is key.
I do feel the battery life (no solar panel attached for me) will be an issue – the quote is ‘months’ for battery life, but after 2 weeks i’m already down to 50%. Climbing up a ladder and removing this to charge every month isn’t my idea of fun.
Also must add the ‘cloud’ service i got for free to try for a few months was a nice touch but i do feel it robs my upload bandwidth and really takes over my router as a lot of devices were really slow until i turned the camera off and then everything returned to normal – turn back on and things were slow. I’ve messed around with a lot of network settings as i feel i know what i’m doing (have several other IP cameras too).

The built quality is great. Cool design and looks stylish. It has several useful features such as 2-way communication which is convenient sometimes when away from home. Night vision provides decent level of details. The picture/video is also impressive.
Completely wire-free so easy in installation. Feels premium and durable to last longer. Was quick and straightforward to connect with the WiFi.
Wide-angle lens provides coverage to a larger area. Motion sensor is fantastic and sends alerts.

A simple exterior interior/camera: It’s battery powered (the rechargable battery promises 6 months use) and once you’ve screwed the mount to the wall – in a sheltered space as its only IP65 – You can just take it on and off the mount . Of course, a burglar or thief could do that too.
The app is simple to set up, too, so the real plus point of this is really that it’s relatively uncomplex to use. There’s no tracking, but if it is set off by movement it will set off the alarm and light. There is two way audio too.
However, security cameras are a very competitive industry, constantly innovating, and in the current market 60 pounds is a lot to pay for it.

This is exactly as the description describes, its up and running perfectly thanks to hubby…. I got I’m to install it as soon as it was delivered!
It has a built in sensor and sends a notification to our phones when we are not home, I can even to speak to whoever at the door and they can speak back.
It gives a good clear realtime picture.
We have had a few security Camera similar to this that have only lasted a short time, but this one seems much more durable but only time will tell if its built to last!
I can reccomend and the price its selling for is average.

It’s a very affordable camera and does a lot for the money. Picture quality isn’t too bad. It’s fine on a bright day. The colour night vision is a gimmick. It uses night vision and you can’t pick the colours up it’s just that it has a build on light which helps a bit. The siren isn’t very loud either. Not enough to wake you if it went off. It was simple to mount however and it has a swivel design for getting a good angle.
The app is okay. A bit flakey but does the job. There is a delay when trying to view it and it wasn’t compatible with my 5ghz wifi so had to enable the 2.4 ghz frequency for it to work but was fine after.
You get 7 day cloud recording but if you want alerts , detection and longer cloud storage then you will need to subscribe to their cloud service which costs. You do get a months trial and you don’t have to subscribe to it after but it limits its features.
Detection is good but you need to set it up and make sure you zone it so it doesn’t pick up unwanted movements which was fairly simple to do in the app. Its wireless with battery so no needs to be near a plug.
The camera is compact , weather proof and for the money it’s good. The extended features require additional costs but if you are willing to invest in the cloud subscription this is a good camera to buy.
The app is very simple to use and the camera took less than five minutes to set up. I was able to place it at a location where it would be difficult to get a power supply, but being a battery camera this was not an issue. This camera has now given me a full all-around vision of my home, eliminating to only blind spot I had, which would have been very hard with a mains-powered camera.
The picture quality is great and very clear, allowing me to zoom in without losing picture quality. The motion detection is very sensitive but can be adjusted on the app. As it is battery-powered, it basically lets you fit the camera anywhere you want providing your Wi-Fi signal is strong enough. It comes fitted with rechargeable batteries which it is claimed will last approximately 8 months before a recharge. Time will tell but it’s been a couple of weeks and no depletion in battery level yet, I’m optimistic.
This camera only works with the Anran App but I had the camera working and installed very quickly. The App works great and you can easily customise what you need from within. The camera links very well with my phone and I am able to watch live feeds or past recordings. You can receive notifications in real-time from the in-camera motion detection.
The picture quality/clarity is very impressive. At night I can see more than enough to make it a sufficient security device, you can easily see everything in very clear detail which is superb. All in all for the price and the ease of use this offers someone I can’t recommend it enough. It is very easy to set up and the battery life and wireless features make it great for those who need a camera located in a tricky spot.
