Sometimes, I hop onto machines for part of my workout, and I’d much rather watch something on my phone to distract me, rather than get bored with whatever cr@p is on the gym screens or the blank walls in some areas. This little dandy wraps quickly and easily around most basic handles, and the silicone helps prevent it from moving around and slipping off.

Sure, it is a bit bulky to carry around for one aspect of my workout, but it helps keep me going, and that’s what’s most important. Heck, that’s what lockers or a small pack are for.

I can’t speak to use on a Peloton, but for those of use without a ton of disposable income and use this on other machines, it works well. It even wraps around a bar on my bicycle so that I can use it if I need to navigate. Score.

I bought this for my Peloton bike. It fits nicely on the Peloton handlebar and seems made of durable silicon material. The phone holder gets a good grip on the device and keeps it safe during intense workouts. It rotates 90 degrees so you can use your phone vertically or horizontally, but while trying to rotate it almost decapitated the ball in the socket. You must lubricate the ball to rotate freely and not damage the holder. The holder is bulky and stands out. I prefer low-profile phone holders. If you buy this one, it works great. Just be sure to lubricate the ball in the socket before rotating it, or you risk breaking it.

A simple, but handy phone holder for my Peloton bike.

This phone holder is easy to attach and does a good job holding my phone in place during rides. The holder is made of silicon, so it has some flex with holding thicker phones/phones with cases. I particularly like that the holder rotates so you can switch your phone’s orientation without having to remove it. It is suggested that you use a drop of vegetable oil at the pivot point. I did this and found it helps make the pivot more smooth without making it loose. I also really like that you can position this just about anywhere on the handlebars so that it conforms with your riding style.

My only complaint is with the strap mount. One end has a series of holes, like a belt, and the other has three nibs to which the holes connect. This connection didn’t strike me as the most secure as I can see it coming disconnected with a stray knee or by brushing against it getting on/off the bike.

Other than that, it works great and is a good addition the my bike.

Handy holder that works great with Peloton bikes

Worked great with Oneplus7t phone. Easily attached to phone and Peloton. Doesnt wobble too much at all. I can turn the device horizontal or vertical. Perfect for watching YouTube videos or being on Zoom calls. 5 stars for this affordable device. Phone doesn’t have to sit in the cup holder anymore.

I picked up this phone holder for my Peloton bike and absolutely love it. It is made of solid and durable silicon with a premium touch/feel. It shipped quickly and was very easy to install. You wrap it around the bar a bit like a watch band. It did take some wiggling around to get the band to sit in the notches properly, but once it did it felt very secure.
I’ve had a few rides with it so far and so far so good. It hasn’t fallen off and doesn’t even wiggle. Very handy to have such easy access to your phone when you are clicked in for a ride.

Convenient and easy to install, great item

Works perfectly and no issues strapping it to my bike. Love it and makes life a lot easier when I’m biking in the garage.

I got this to be able to read and take video calls while using my elliptical. It was a perfect fit for my iPhone. It’s sturdy and my phone stayed in place while I exercised. This is just what I needed.

After my 3D printed phone holder didn’t fit my new phone, I was on the hunt for a new holder for my spin bike. This did the job and I also love the ability to rotate the phone 360deg…great design!

I needed something to hold my phone on my bike so I can keep tabs on my work situation while I squeeze an exercise session in. This is very durable and holds my iphone 12 nicely. I like how you can put it anywhere you want because it rotates ! Great product 🙂

You’d think if you’d spent a small fortune on a Peloton bike like I did, there would be a phone holder suitable for use on the bike. Alas, these are first world problems, but this device easily and simply solves that problem. Made of flexible, soft, matte black silicon, it attaches to the handlebar of my spin bike easily. I would have given it five stars but for the fact that it is a little hard to wrap it around the handlebars and fit the band. I also found another use, which is taking it with me when I travel (i have fitness requirements for my job) and when I go to hotel gyms, this is perfect for most spin bikes when I travel so can easily listen to my music. I’ve tried to use this on my Peloton and other treadmills, but it is clearly only meant to fit on a spin bike, the straps can’t fit around a thicker bar.

Great and inexpensive fix to fit an overpriced Peloton or spin bike.

    Fits my Spin Bike Perfectly

I got this to use on my steering wheel, works great, exactly what I needed. I’m a truck driver and I sit and wait a lot. This holds my S21 tightly. It’s a little difficult to turn, but that is good because it keeps it from just turning on it’s own.

This is a must have for a more efficient Peloton exercise session. I never like the simplicity Peloton design that I cannot even put a phone there while riding it. This little gadget can hold my iPhone 14 pro, as well as my wife’s iPhone 14 pro max firmly which is more than enough for a biking session.

Recently moved my Peloton in to my home office and was in need a phone mount because of location (no nearby workbench that I could put my phone on and reach over to). I really wasn’t interested in a semi-permenant solution that most seem. Meaning hard(ish) plastic mount that lock down and in order to move you need to loosen.
What I liked about this particular mount is the strap mounting system and the ability while its on the bike to be able to move it out of the way (in my case spin it down and out of site but still on the bike). The ball mount allows for vertical or horizontal positioning on the fly which is also nice though the.ball is super tight out of the box. Fairness they do instruct putting some vegetable oil on it to loosen it up. The rubber, which the entire mount is, also provides some built in vibration isolation. Does it move while actively riding yes but it’s not bad. Again I have the ball mount out of the box rigid. If you loosen that up I wonder if the bounce would creep in. Adjustability to different phones seems to be fairly broad by the sheer flexibility of the rubber grips. Pulling it out of the box I was like how is this going to work since it makes no reference to supported phone sizes but sure enough the flex makes it clear it will support a range of phones without problems. In my case an iPhone 13 Pro Max, so larger sized, tight but not crazy tight or un-natural if feel.
    Pleased.
If I have any long term concerns it’s the rubber mounting strap. These always seems to tear over time. Time will tell and again my concern, not an actual real world issue at this point. If you mount it and forget it probably won’t have any problems. Moving it around and about often could open up this challenge but I view it as the possible price to pay to get the flexibility I want.

Excellent alternative to many of the more permenant mounts. Loads of mounting options

A heavy, sturdy grade soft rubber. Adjustable band for your handle bars so will fit to different width bars. strong rubber base for your phone and no slip rubber so it will stay in place well. Comes with instructions which I always find as a plus. I think this will work well with a stationary bike or a regular bike.

I got tired of sticking my phone in one of the Peloton water bottle holders. This cellphone mount does a much better job. It was easy to mount it on the Peloton handlebars by wrapping the strap around the handlebars. It’s adjustable so it can accomodate different size handlebars. I also like that the piece that holds the phone can be rotated so that the phone can be in a vertical or horizontal position.

The two grips that hold the phone seem very sturdy. It’s easy to press the phone into them and also easy to take it out. I would not use this mount on an outdoor bike where bumps in the road could eventually cause the phone to fall out. However, it does work perfectly on my Peloton and I assume other stationary bikes.

Full disclosure: I do not own a Peloton bike. I have a crappy folding bike but wanted something to hold my phone. This generally does the job, so long as you don’t touch your phone much. I don’t believe the phone will fall out but the strap slides around the handles it’s attached to. I can’t imagine a Peloton not having similar material on their handles so this may be a consideration if you fiddle with your phone while working out. You do have to kind of force your phone into the holder, but it grips it well. I do wonder if the silicone grip will start to stretch over time though. So far so good. It’s a decent purchase and gets the job done.

It’s super easy to use and extremely portable. The silicon is snug and secure and the strap is easy to set. It does not move. You can twist it vertical or horizontally (that takes some effort unless you grease it) and it stays in that orientation until you change it.

Works perfect on my Peloton without paying the Peloton tax. The photo is an iphone 12 pro for size reference but my Note 20 also fits great. The newer Ultra size phones might not fit. Rotates the screen if you want. Easy to install. Cant speak to durability but it held great on my last ride!

Device allows me to monitor my phone for notifications. Really like the design. My iPhone 14 Pro just barely fits in this particular model, so the iPhone Max model will not fit.

This is a very simple device that is well-thought out and does the simple thing it does extremely well.

Easy and intuitive to install in seconds on a variety of stationary bike or exercise bike handles/rails.

Holds phone securely no matter what. Has a ball-joint that adjusts easily from horizontal to vertical orientation and a wide variety of angles.

I installed it on the rails of my Peloton bike, inserted my phone, and proceeded to nudge, bump, smack, and jostle it from every direction. The phone never budged a bit within the grip. Due to the rubbery material and construction the phone just bounces right back into place, and won’t come out until you remove it.

This thing is going to live on my exercise bike going forward. Very pleased.

I really like this phone holder. I don’t have a Peloton Bike but my bike is still compatible with attachment. The only thing is the securing tab wish it would more prominent to pull and secure. This product helps me to use my Polar app and stay connected.

The Black Harp Silicon Phone Holder is a sturdy little device that straps onto any handlebar surface much like a watchband and clamps onto most sized phones with soft but sturdy silicon arms. As a two-piece ball joint unit, the phone holder allows for 360-degree rotation of your clamped phone to allow you to view in landscape and vertical orientations. Out of the box, the joint is a little stiff, but instructions state that you can use some cooking oil to lubricate this joint and otherwise it works quite well to serve its simple function!

    PROS:
    – Durable, soft, sturdy silicon phone holder
    – 360-degree rotation to allow for landscape and vertical orientations
    – Adjustable watchstrap mount allows for installation on any handlebar, Peloton or bicycle

    CONS:
    – Out of the box the ball joint is a little stiff and makes rotation a bit difficul

I like this simple solution to holding my phone while I’m riding my indoor spin bike. I’ve dropped my phone many times trying to balance it on the handlebars or in the Cup holder.
This is not fancy but it does exactly what it should – hold the phone sturdy in either portrait or horizontal mode.
Other users suggest putting a little cooking oil or lubricant on the ball joint and I highly agree. It was VERY tight when it came out if the bag; I was afraid I might break it. The silicone is very thick and sturdy, so much so that I thought it wouldn’t fit my iPhone 13 Pro max when I first saw it but it stretched really big and holds the phone securely.
It’s not highly attractive and doesn’t have lots of bells and whistles but it holds my phone safely and therefore I’m happy.

Does what is supposed to do

This phone holder takes seconds to install and stays put no matter how hard I’m working out on my peloton. I love to do a lot of just rides and scenic rides and sometimes I just want to listen to my own music. I used to have to resort to putting my phone in the cup holder but now I can put it right on the bike in front of me. I highly recommend this if your someone who prefers to listen to your own music and doesn’t want to worry about dropping your phone. It’s also sweatproof and waterproof!

Simple. Durable. Universal. Words I like to hear when seeking out a new product.

I have this attached to a generic exercise bike (definitely not a Peloton) holding a Samsung Note 9. The Note is not small yet the grip clasps it securely. Silicone is the secret. The vice opens to accommodate just about any phone width.

The holder swivels using a ball and socket, allowing it to rotate a full 360 degrees. The strap fastens like a wrist watch.

I found that tightening the strap before securing it to the handle made the process easier. Because it stretches, it wasn’t hard to slip it over the bar end, rather than fiddle with trying to wrap it around first.

With silicone surfaces, there is going to be some slippage. But with a little fiddling, the lack of rigidity proved not to be a problem. I prefer the flexibility and adaptability of the rubbery materials over harder and stiffer alternatives.

This can be easily moved from bike to bike and phone to phone. It’s light, portable and attaches in seconds.

    I think it’s a winner.

    Silicone is the Magic Sauce

I wanted to try this out since I’m often looking to have my phone close by when I’m on my Peloton Bike+. I usually do pretty long Power Zone rides and there are times when I’ll be waiting for a text from my wife while I’m riding and I have nowhere to put the phone to see it or hear it because I’m usually blasting the class loud in our home gym.

This product is really quite simple — it’s a rubber strap that fits around your handlebars and then you squish your phone into the holder where it securely grips the phone from both sides.

So why didn’t I give this 5 stars? Well, I’m not exactly in love with how the strap secures itself to the handlebars — it works like a watch band with little rubber nubs/teeth that you push through the holes in the strap to keep it in place. While it’s not difficult to make that work, there was something bothering me about how secure that belt was once I tightened it.

I put my iPhone 14 Pro Max in the holder and it held it — I even have a protective case on that phone that makes it slightly heavier and it was holding. I just wasn’t 100% sure that if I accidentally whack the phone while I’m riding that the belt was secure enough that the strap around the handlebar would hold.

I didn’t want to test hitting it while my phone was in there because obviously, I don’t want to make my phone fall to the floor (even with the case on it).

That said, I am going to use this when I’m waiting for a text from my wife and I’m going to take a longer ride. I think it will work for my purposes, but I wish that belt had a better clasping mechanism — I think maybe if the rubber nubs/teeth you push through the holes on the strap were just a bit longer like on a watch band, I might feel differently here and give 5 stars.

I needed two of these, one for my wife, one for me. Hence I purchased this one and a magnetic one by CoStySee. This one out performs the magnetic one 10 to 1. Matter of fact, I will not be using the magnetic one. It can hold a large Moto G Power in a large case without any issues. Easy to install and take off. Which is what the wife and I will be doing on since I won’t be using the magnetic one. We’ll have to switch it between her stair stepper and my stationary bike. Note that while the title states that this is for Peloton, it fits our very-old stair stepper and bike without any issues.

    Highly recommended.

Loads better than a bagnetic holder.
