When connecting the first unit, turn off Bluetooth, connect the headset to the second Bluetooth, connect the second unit, just turn on the first Bluetooth function and connect to the second unit at the same time.

Do I need to pair Bluetooth before each use?
No, apart from the first time you need to pair the headset manually, every time you use it afterwards you just need to hit your phone’s Bluetooth and the headset will connect automatically.
Can these wireless headset be charged without a charging case?
Yes, the Type-C charging port on the body of the headset is capable of direct charging.
What is the usable distance of Bluetooth?
The description says that it can be used properly within about 10 meters from the device, but I think it’s more than that when I’m using it.

Connects to my Android phone (Pixel 6 Pro) no problems. The audio is clear and loud enough when driving.
I had no idea that the case also has a battery which charges the headset when you put it away. You just need to keep topping up the case battery, which has a cool Led light showing the percentage of charge left in the case battery.
You can also manually charge the headset itself if required.
If you want to know the battery charge remaining in the headset you can see this on your phone.

I work from home 80% of the time so use this to connect to my laptop for incoming/outgoing calls, Teams etc. For what it cost its surprisingly good value. Easy to pair and easy to wear, unlike some headsets. Came fully charged out the box which meant I could use it instantly. Happy with my purchase.

This Bluetooth earbuds feels comfortable, I sometimes forget I’ve got an earbud on cos it’s not heavy at all and does not fall off my ears easily. Also the connectivity is so fast.Great value for money
I bought this for work as I am a truck driver got it for a good price as was on offer. Really happy with it and I like the fact the case has a built in rechargeable battery.
I have been using this Bluetooth headset for a short while now as I had lost my old one.
The case is great and its handy to know how much charge you have left, plus it makes it harder to lose.
It’s great that when you take it out of the case it automatically connects to your phone, not to mention, a simple double press of the silver button on the side redials your last call (handy if making regular calls to the same number).
As a lorry driver, a Bluetooth headset is something I can’t live without and this one is certainly more than capable.
I use these in bed to listen to podcasts Good sound, comfort and battery life. Volume buttons are clunky and loud when you press them. I can’t use my phone to adjust the output volume as up or down just increases the volume
Also as you reach max or minimum volume there is an overly loud set of beeps. None of these are a show stopper but I could do without them 🙂
i bought this for my dad because his old earbud which he has used for 3 years broke.
the quality of the earbud itself is good, only complaint is the case is made of all plastic but its what you expect for such a low price.
on call, his voice is very clear and noise cancelling works as expected. audio from the earbud is good aswell.

Wow. Great earpiece. Comes in a hard case and you can charge that way, also has usb c socket on the actual earpiece. Red charge indication light, clicky ear hook which clicks into various positions. Lightweight, comfy. Best I’ve owned as an hgv driver and I’ve bought jabras, newbie, allsorts of brands. Well happy with this one. You will be too!

Just tried for 1st time, very simple to pair, seems to have good sound quality, automatically turns off when put into the charging case and automatically turns on when removed from case
Only had if for a couple of hours but like it so far. Easy to charge in its case, a display shows how much power left. Comfortable in my ear and sound good. Not tried all the functions yet, there is a comprehensive booklet included so will read up on it all.
used the headset for answering phone while walking two dogs on leads. works well, auto answers and tells me who is calling if the number is in my contacts. overall a good purchase

I have only had the headset for 2 days so can’t comment how long battery lasts for. But it is very comfortable in my ear can’t even feel it much. The sound quality is very good on phone calls. Haven’t listened to music through it. But I bought it for phone calls. Sits in a nice charging case which is good especially if you carry it around with you. Not so easy to lose. Reasonably priced too. On the whole a good product. Would recommend buying it.
This is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The sound quality is good too. I bought this for work and it does the job well. A bit early to judge the battery life but so far, so good. Because my phone is an old model, I did have to download a Bluetooth app to pair the two devices. But this was easy and I was up and running quickly.
This product is ok but I am sending it back as it is not working and I cannot print the label off that you sent me as I need it sending to my email address or a QR code to my email to take back to the post office thank you
