The great Kamikaze wave has been a favorite motif of mine for many years. The controller plate is well made, looks great, feels like quality. Installation requires patience but the end result is worth it.
Gerade im Zusammenspiel mit der Forza Controller ergibt sich ein sehr ansprechendes Farbschema.
Die Spaltmae sind nicht ganz auf dem Niveau des Originals, hab da aber auch schon schlimmeres gesehen.
Product came in perfect condition and the tools needed to change out the shell. Only issue I had was one of the screws that came with the shell stripped trying to get it into the shell :/. Wish I used the screws that were originally with the controller, would have probably been more beneficial.
Easy to install, looks great, and my kid loves them. Bought more for other controllers.

This is my second one of these. The first i wasn’t that happy with the choice of print, but upon investigation, the problems i noticed were clearly also visible in the product pictures, so i should have looked more carefully.
The plastic moulding is excellent / perfect however, and compared to the official novelty controllers these skins compare very well.
So after seconds.. i can vouch that the orange star universe print turned out very well!
Es ist super leicht diese Verkleidung rauszuschrauben und dazu sieht es noch mega aus.
Die Faceplate sieht super aus und scheint auch gut verarbeitet worden zu sein. Wrde mich freuen wenn es auch eine Softtouch Version von der geben wrde. Passen tut sie sehr gut und bis jetzt keine Abnutzungsspuren zu erkennen.

I was skeptical about this product since I had bought similar stuff from different vendor before and the quality wasn’t good, but man i was wrong with this! Quality is pretty good the cover fits like a glove and it looks and feels amazing!

Das Cover passt 1A und sieht richtig gut aus. Druck ist nicht verrutscht und ein weiches Finish. Fhlt sich sehr gut an.
I do like the face plate and backing plate there both good quilty and very well made. But before shipping out the face plates. The holes for the screws are brand new and are plastic witch makes it very very hard to run a t8 security screw all the way down. Solution was to brake the middle tab in the middle of the screw use a T8 drill pit. Drill driver all the way down to 1 run the screw in and out each hole them put in a T8 Security screw provided black for me. Now this can be avoided bye taking 5 sec on each face plate running the screws provided in each hole then letting the customer take them out when they get the faceplate. Then no one has to scuff up the controller making the holes work. But you can’t see it with the grips on but more of the point.
La coque est superbe, esprons qu’elle le restera dans le temps. Par contre pour l’effet de brillance dans le noir, a brille un peu, mais pas comme sur la photo de l’article. Le tuto pour le changement de coque est trs bien fait. Les outils ncessaires au dmontage et remontage sont fourni. Le tournevis est un peu petit, et comme les pas de vis ne sont pas fait sur la nouvelle coque, a fait mal aux doigts. Surtout que dans mon cas, j’ai du personnaliser 3 manettes. Sinon RAS.
Non stato proprio semplicissimo montarla, ma per il risultato ne valsa la pensa, consiglio di comprarlo comunque solo se la garanzia scaduta, perch altrimenti la intacca e non si pu pi usufruirne.
Habe die Hllen fr die Series S und Series X Controller bestellt und sind sehr begeistert. Lieferung sehr schnell. Optisch sehen beide sehr gut aus und fhlen sich auch gut an.

The faceplate lines up perfectly and looks amazing in person I will saw it’s very glossy and slick not like the stock face plate or like others that are soft so do take that into consideration but it feels solid so I have no doubt I’ll have it for a long while
Only thing is that in the Great Wave picture, the picture background looks white but in reality its the same color as the actual painting. Still looks awesome but I was hoping it would match the white of my xbox controller. Installation isn’t that hard, they give u a tool to do it but honestly that tool is useless plastic, the screwdriver they include to install the shell is so much better at removing the back plates.

Nella confezione vengono effettivamente forniti tutti gli accessori necessari al montaggio: piccolo cacciavite, piccola leva in plastica per staccare le cover pre-esistenti e set di viti (che per non ho utilizzato, in quanto ho semplicemente sostituito quelle originali). Il processo di montaggio non semplicissimo, occorre un po’ di manualit (io mi sono fatto “assistere” anche dal video tutorial su youtube, ben fatto e molto chiaro e facilmente raggiungibile seguendo le indicazioni fornite nel campo descrizione prodotto dal venditore). Il processo di montaggio non ha comunque richiesto pi di 15 minuti.
Giudizio complessivo: molto soddisfatto
It’s a good looking control but it doesn’t glow. Also, b careful when installing this kit, the wiring on the controller r so thin that they break easily. I have a good looking controller that doesn’t wrk. I now need to buy a soldering kit n replace all the wiring n solder all the wiring. 🙁

Bought the Faceplate, Buttons and Analog sticks,
Everything was a perfect fit. In order for the Faceplate you’ve to remove 5 screws very easy done and well worth it for that personal touch.

Colis conforme. La coque est trs belle. Mais le livreur n’est mme pas capable de suivre des instructions et livre le colis dans un point relais -_- . Si t’aimes pas ton boulot change de taff mec au lieu de faire n’importe quoi.
Das Case war leicht anzubringen und hat auch gut auf den originalen Controller gepasst.
Nach einigen Monaten normaler Verwendung hlt das Motiv immer noch gut und hat sich nicht abgegriffen.
Man muss allerdings etwas aufpassen, dass man es nicht mit scharfkantigen Gegenstnden (eventuell auch aggressiv verwendeten Fingerngeln) den Aufdruck nicht abkratzt (besonders an den Kanten). Obwohl man sich da schon etwas anstrengen msste.
Was mich enttuscht hat war der Leuchteffekt des Motivs, da dieser bei absoluter Dunkelheit hchsten minimal erkennen lsst, auch wenn man die Leuchtstreifen vorher unter einer Lampe “aufldt”.
Da mir das Motiv und dessen Farben aber auch ohne leuchten sehr gut gefllt, bin ich trotzdem zufrieden.
Die Oberflche ist etwas glatter/weicher als beim Original-Case, was fr mich aber keinen Unterschied macht, da man den Controller ja eher hinten greift.
Einen Stern Abzug, da der Leuchteffekt einfach nicht der Produktbeschreibung/den Bildern entspricht.
Ansonsten tolles Produkt.
Je mets que 4/5 car il y a mme pas une demi manette juste le devant du coup il faut en plus acheter les boutons le derrire et les poignes au final cela revient au prix d’une manette neuve pour le tou
I’m still in the process of making a custom xbox series x controller this faceplate was the first thing to get because you don’t get very many glow in the dark controllers so I wanted something unique and different the overall printed design on the controller is good and it’s has a nice smooth texture which gives you grip so you won’t be losing a hold of it when your hands start to sweat I can’t comment on how the printed design will hold up against constant use but as faceplate for its unique design it’s definitely worth having

Come da titolo l’unica pecca la qualit della filettatura ovvero la qualit della plastica della filettatura dove mentre stringevo la vite stringevo a vuoto senza farci troppa pressione avendo paura appunto di romperla nonostante ci girava a vuoto.la qualit della plastica superiore ovvero la dove c’ il motivo morbida al tatto e davvero ben definita come da foto in allegato quindi fate attenzione perch le filettature sono molto precarie.

I own a custom controller company so use these faceplates alot. I’ve never had a problem and my customers are always very happy with their controllers. The faceplates are very good quality, come well wrapped and have tools needed to open your controller. Couldn’t ask for more!
Pretty easy to install these (xbox is easier than PS4) they look great and feel nice in the hand.
Much better than buying expensive custom controllers. All you need is the patience and you can do it yourself.
Tip- there are tutorials on YouTube.
Overall great looking, feeling and quality is somewhat on the level or above the level of Microsoft. However, Had to make bigger holes for screws to go through faceplate as screws not only from the owned controller, but also given screws didn’t fit either. A first time customiser of the controllers wouldn’t know what to do and would try to return it. Just a somewhat minor, easy to fix but stressful problem due to some quality assurance mishap. 4 star only for finished product and good quality overall.
I’ve bought a few cases for my controllers over the years and this one is up there with the best. Bought this to replace the boring black model. This make it look 10 times better- nice design and feels great to touch- not a cheap one like most can be. Very happy with the outcome.
Very good faceplate just as described. Nice soft touch and fits perfect on the original controller, no sharp edges like you get on some. My only gripe is the screws were hard to get in, but I suppose that’s because it’s the first time into the plastic. Definitely recommend though.

The quality of the faceplate feels exactly like the rest of the controller which is very smooth and comfortable. I like the hand sanitizer or wipe my hands before using. It definitely helps your controller last with dirt , crumbs and gunk marks & etc. A lot of different varieties to choose from and it’s really easy to assemble once you get your grips off. I love my customized controller!

I’ll break down the whole controller since it’s Extremes products.. okay I love how the material from this company last. I CAN NEVER GET TIRED OF HOLDING THIS CONTROLLER ITS AMAZING for GAMING , FLASHY LOOKS & DURABILITY! Everything from the buttons , analog stick and front faceplate and back plate are nice quality materials from Extreme and there paint is well durable as they do last. I spend 90$ on the whole entire custom parts so it’s not too bad for your own custom controller and custom feel as I have removable/adjustable joysticks which I can swap in seconds and everything about this controller is better than my original down to more accurate button presses it feels like . Also the looks of your style of choice is what just makes you love your controller so get creative! Now let me say more about the deadzone for the analog sticks are niceeeee and smooth and a lot better then the original in it’s own ways if you know how to adjust to your deadzone which I have 0% deadzone problems. the paint for the buttons are very durable and last a while but one thing I noticed is the grip textures on the right RT button will fade way quicker than LT if you’re a shooter player lol and with being said I used almost all the grip up which is still fine but hey they nice quality grip feel on the triggers(gold) is a nice feel and look ! The face plate feels just like the back plate (orange) and still has the smooth texture to it and when you finish gaming , I’d recommend cleaning and wiping your controller down daily or at every other day if you game daily and buy a case for it if you want to keep your buttons , analog stick deadzone and also your paint nice. I should invest in one as I feel I would of avoided some scratches from putting it in my dresser with other nick-nacks.I suggest investing into this product and more of Extremes products if you like own style of gaming and feels in your hands.Also id definitely use this as a very dependable backup controller if I built another one and bought cases for them. It would still last. It works 100% fine if not better after the recent controller updates. I’ll invest into another controller soon and can still feel happy this one is in a fine quality condition still too.

Pros:
1. Aesthetics – cover shell met my expectations. Looks amazing. The colors really pop. Very pleased with the aesthetics
2. Build quality – build quality is good, but not what I expect at this price. There are two things Extremerate needs to address with their cover shells, and I’ve noticed this on other shells I’ve purchased. The first has to do with a sort of warp effect to the shell. These cover shells are not manufactured with the precision that you see with Microsoft stock cover shells that are balanced and even. These shells are not as precisely manufactured and you can tell when trying to screw on the cover shell. The second issue came with the button cut outs for some of the ABXY buttons, the menu, sharing, view and guide buttons which were a hair too tight which caused the buttons to stick, leaving them unable to be pressed. Now this would be a deal breaker for some folks but I used a razor blade to carefully shave away some plastic, and all was well. Not a deal breaker for me but I can imagine it would be for some.
3. Tactile feel – I lie the soft touch on these shells. They just feel great in hand. The downside is that the plastic film used for the graphic is much more sensitive to scratches than the stock cover shell. I hope they are able to come up with a protectant layer that will be better suited to preserve both the graphic and the feel.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would buy a similar product from Extremerate in the future. I just hope they keep working on improving the build quality of their products

Passform ist sehr gut, passende Schraubendreher mit Ersatzschrauben (Torx mit Pin im Kopf) und Werkzeug zum ffnen des Controller werden mitgeliefert.
Jetzt schauen, was der Langzeittest sagt bzgl. der Haltbarkeit des Aufdrucks.
Well finished product, soft grippy feel compared to the stock faceplate. Good fit.
This item looks great and comes with everything you need to install it. My only problem was the hole for the d-pad was very slightly off so when pressing right on the d-pad you don’t get a full button press. It still works so isn’t a big deal but just a slight annoyance.
In terms of installation, it definitely was a case of the video made it look easier than it was. Then again they’ve probably done it a lot more times and got the technique down. It took me about half an hour to do it in total just because of how much I struggled to get the two back grips off, this took most the time. You have to really put some careful force into it. I recommend wrapping something around the handle of the prying tool provided to not hurt your fingers/hand as well as this made it quite a lot easier.
Once they were off it was fairly smooth sailing and super easy, just make sure you tighten the screws back up super tight as tight as they will go (I used a rubber grip cloth to help) otherwise the faceplate will have a little movement.
All in all it was a great purchase and a fairly easy way to customise your controller which I appreciate!
