A great product. Very easy to use with a wide variety of hose settings and accessories, with an easy and faultless retracting mechanism. I love it. As do my neighbours who can use it in their property as well, so long is the hose.
Easy go fit, no leaks and easy to work. The quality is really good. You will not be disappointed. It also does not tangle.

Been looking for a good garden hose for my garden, since my old one got split on the hose and not good to use, i found this and bought it, they arrive quick, and install quickly, easy to use and easy to maneuver, this Garden Hose Reel, Wall Mounted Hose Reel with 32m Garden Hose, and Any Point Lock/Auto Rewind Retractable Hose Pipe Reel with 10 in 1 Spray Guns, 180, im happy of my purchase, value for money
I was looking for a rigid hose to replace one of those shrink recoil types, as the connection on the end had given way again and was leaking, so I opted for a recoil type.
Very robust and des exactly what I needed it to do.
Fitting was easy as it comes with a handy stick on template to drill the holes and all fittings that were needed.
Been meaning to get a reel for a while now
Super easy to install comes with a paper template, however I just lined the fitting bracket against my fence then just secured the four bolts .
Not tried popping the side cover off yet as I want to increase the starting hose by a couple meters as I put it in corner about 4m away from my tap
Smooth operation and locking and good set of attachments came with it aswell.

1) Installation was simple. I mounted it on brick. A 12mm masonry drill was required. Note: the supplied bolts do not have slots, so it is very difficult to turn them (there is not room to use a spanner). I managed to get them tight with a bit of fiddling though. The stick-on hole template is a good idea.
2) Overall, the build quality seems quite good. Much less expensive than the “brand name” versions which cost anything from 120 upwards.
3) Operation is smooth and intuitive.
4) The supplied nozzles are nice. The on/off switch (rather than a trigger) is nice because you do not have to hold the trigger down.
5) The real test will be to see how it has fared after a year in the sun. Many plastics don’t do well with ultraviolet light and temperature extremes. This kind of product can fail catastrophically if the plastic becomes brittle. Watch this space for an update!
