I finally found good weights for my ankle and wrist! They are very comfortable to wear and I can adjust them easily they dont slip or slide off. I use them when I am walking, running and doing yoga to give me extra boost in intensity. They are very well made sturdy and durable. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a challenge in their workouts.

I have been using these weights when on the treadmill to increase the productivity whilst working out. The weights fit nicely around my ankle and are secured using the velcro, i did feel the velcro was strong but would be better if there was a little bit more to feel extra secure.

The weights themself are removable to allow the weight to be adjusted before a workout. This is easily done and the weight itself is secured in a bag without any leaks.

The weights are made from neoprene which is soft to the touch and comfortable when wearing for long periods when working ou

They are very durable.

These are incredibly heavy and not for a beginner when fully weighted. However if you are a beginner like me the fact you can remove each weight individually is fab. Gives you chance to build your strength up gradually. Well priced and so far so good.

I ordered these because I have been on a mission to not only get back into shape, but to get into the best shape of my life. I can easily see these weights becoming an essential part of my fitness routine. Shortly after they arrived, I decided to check them out by wearing them around the house just doing my normal activities… dishes, sweeping etc. I had them on for less than an hour and I felt it BIG TIME the next day. I could feel my butt and thigh muscles, as well as muscles I didn’t even know I had. I was seriously impressed with how well they worked.

These weights take a little getting used to, because it feels kinda awkward when you have them on. I think I walked like a duck, and taking a step felt weird at first, but they are definitely worth it. They truly kick normal everyday activities up a notch, and turn it into a fitness activity.

I got the 2.3kg version if this and its 5 stars all round.

So far I’ve used these when I do my cardio on the cross trainer each morning. They fit really well around my ankles, sitting nicely above trainers. They are comfortable on the leg, they don’t move around and secure nice and tight. I’ve tried various leg weights over the years and found most move or are uncomfortable. These are neither. They look as good as leg weights can and appear really well finished. Heavier than others I’ve had which makes them really useful for cardio work.

    Really good, 5 stars.

I have been doing bum shaping workout for a year and this requests heavy lifting. I had two 5kg weights, two 7.5kg weight plates and two 10kg weight plates. However, my wrists felt comfortable with the 5kg but were stained and hurt with the 7.5kg, not to mention the 10kg. This set of wearable wrist and ankle weights weighs 2.3kg each. I would like to see if my wrists would feel more comfortable with combining them with the 5kg weights than 7.5kg weights alone.
The one hour workout experience was good. My wrists only needed withstand 5kg each side and the extra weight from the wearable wrist weight did not cause any strain to the wrists. I found doing the workouts much easier while my target muscles were well strengthened.
My wrists are slim so the wrist weights are loose for me but it is not a bit problem. The product looks well made and durable. The hoops and loop closure are also easy to use.

I am doing physiotherapy and my physio suggested I gte some weights to increase the work of my exercises. These are easy to use- simply strap on and work out. However I did underestimate how heavy these were and possibly would have gone for a lighter set first.

Good and heavy. Not the most comfortable and definitely too big to use joggers or any longer length trousers with. The Velcro could be a lot stronger. Easy to use.

    Ankle weights

These are ankle weights with soft weight packets in pockets in each anklet, allowing you to reduce the weight incrementally from the full 2.3kg.

So in work out terms one might start low say 1kg and then go up to the 2.3kg per ankle or wrist.

In practical terms the weight packs wrap around the extremities of choice and then fasten by Velcro.
This strikes me as the weak link.
I don’t know how this would stand up to rigorous movement, or running up hills for a hit training cycle?

These are things that time will tell, because another factor with Velcro is wear and tear especially when used outside for running.

I think these are reasonable at the 24.99.

I have exercised at home since Covid saw me not renewing my gym membership, so I wanted these ankle/wrist weights to push myself a little more.

These are a good size, at 2.3 kg each they may be too much additional weight for some. The quality seems to be pretty reasonable, but the design could have been better.

The Velcro strap that tightens them up around your ankle or wrist doesn’t have enough Velcro on, so once you have it around your ankle, it wont stretch round far enough to reach the corresponding half of the Velcro that it hooks on to. It does secure, as it hooks onto the neoprene instead, but it is not a strong grip, and feels like it could lose that grip at any moment; I am not sure that they would last a long run without falling off.

The trouble is, as these are heavy weights, if you are vigorous with your leg or arm exercises, I think that the Velcro detaching itself from the neoprene is a real possibility. Funnily enough, I feel sure that the manufacturer must have realised that at some point, because the 0.9 Kg ankle weights have a better design with the Velcro going all the way around.

Their are five separate weight packs, each can be removed from the pocket that it is within to reduce the overall weight, that is a nice idea as it gives you some flexibility if 5 lbs per ankle is too much. I don’t think that the price of 24.99 would be too bad if it weren’t for my concerns about the closure.

Lack of Velcro Leaving Them With a Risk of Falling Off

    Well made weights.

Easy to wear. We use them with our son for his physio in helping him to practice walking.

These feel very well made and I have used them for a few days now and am happy to report that they added enough weight to my ankles to make my legs ache from working out. I shall be using them, gladly, almost every day as I work from home and when I walk around, it’s a good way to add a little weight training into my day-to-day life. I find everything to be made to last and the velcro feels strong also. I have, so far, not been met with anything that’s broken (like another reviewer said). For me, they’ve been brilliant.

These are HEAVY! I forgot these were coming in the mail and when I had to pick up the box I was taken aback by how weighty these are.

These are fairly chunky but easy to use. I’ve used smaller bands from this brand and the velcro on these are much better looking with the fully finished strap design. It feels secure but I have to pull this very tight to make sure.

I like these since you can do normal day to day tasks with them on and it’s still a workout. You could use them as part of your body weight or leg workouts to increase intensity too. I guess you could use these on your arms but for me my arms are a lot weaker than my legs and for my legs this weight works well.

I wouldn’t say these are “adjustable” other than in terms of the strap for sizing like putting it on larger or smaller limbs. I initially understood this as being able to reduce or increase the weight which isn’t the case. These are fixed. I like them and I’m finding them helpful in trying to improve my physical fitness.

    So heavy!

A lot heavier than expected – user error I just didn’t read the weight properly! Will be fab once I get to that weight though, will be using along side pilates.

The weights are ideal for increasing your workouts and helping make any exercise count. They have individual pouches which can be removed so better to get a weight more than you feel you need as you can always reduce them down. The strap is just long enough to get around my ankles but would have preferred a touch longer to give a stronger Velcro hold. They have held up well on the couple of occasions I’ve used so far. They are as comfortable as it gets adding weights on your limbs. Quality seems average in regards to the buckle and stitching, have see. more robust ones for not a lot more but these seem to be holding up fine.

These weights are pretty heavy, coming in at 2,3kg each. It doesn’t sound much but put them on and you feel the burn really fast.
They are relatively comfortable, although their width is quite wide and for smaller ankles and wrists, they do come up quite high. Probably best suited for men.
They are made well with adjustable velcro straps. The stitching is strong and they feel like they will last.
Wouldn’t recommend this weight for beginners, best to build up to this weight using lighter weights first.
My partner is using them for strengthening/martial arts. He has several of these, differing in weight, and loves these.

I ordered these because they were described as ankle and wrist weights, however the packaging makes reference only to their being for use on ankles. I have not noticed any issues with breakage as mentioned by another review, they certainly seem solidly enough made, although of course time will ultimately tell on that score. They certainly have a decent heft to them.

Admittedly I am new to using weights like these, but it seems rather awkward to put them on: the two ends of the weighted belt are tricky to line up against one another in such a way as to stay in place securely while you pull the strap tight for fastening, so tightening relies primarily on how hard you pull at the strap; potentially this is where the failure mentioned by the other reviewer originated. A consequence of this fiddliness in securing is that they can end up being a bit loose and so able to shift while in use, which is not ideal for long-term comfort. However, the velcro straps are at least convenient to use and result in a good grip that does not seem to easily loosen once fastened.

The product is well made but the 5kg ankle weights are too heavy for me as I have a knee problem. If these were 2kg weights I would have kept them.
