Bought this as a gig bag for my husband to put his guitar leads and microphones in. Good capacity and robust enough to deal with weekly gigs loading/unloading from van. Easy to wipe clean too
I purchased two of these, one for my husband and one for myself. We both have ongoing health issues so there is the need to take a packed bag when visiting a hospital clinic in case as a result you are admitted for further tests or observation, or in an emergency. I keep both packed when not required, with a note on each as a reminder of the few last minute items to be slipped inside. I felt the bag needed to be large enough to take a thick bath towel, a couple of sets of nightwear, underwear, slippers, wash kit etc and in my case a hair dryer, and other odds & ends. I also have some medical equipment used when I am asleep which would need to be included. Current medication needs to be packed, and reading matter, phones, kindle…I was very pleased with the size, weight and the no frills nature of the unpacked bag. There is one outside zipped pocket and for our purposes, no more are needed. I always pack odds & ends in clear poly bags for ease of identification. I don’t know that these bags would necessarily stand up to regular, rough treatment by baggage handlers, and care will need to be taken when unzipping/zipping up as the zips may potentially catch on the fabric of the bag, but in our case, I thought they were more than adequate. I was very pleased with the price, and there are no tacky logos etc, just a plain, navy, reasonably smart bag.
