Je pratique une heure par jour sans difficult. Par contre cela fait trop peu de temps que je l’utilise pour m’engager sur la solidit. Le guidon bouge un peu malgr les vis serres fond.
2023 soll mein Jahr werden, um dieses perfekt zu starten hab ich mir nach langem berlegen diesen Heimtrainer geholt.
Das Fahrrad kam sicher verpackt und super schnell an, die Anleitung war leicht zu verstehen und schnell umzusetzen.
Was mir besonders wichtig war ist der Sitz des Heimtrainers, denn es gibt nichts schlimmeres als harte Sitze wenn man mal lnger als 30 min drauf sitzen mchte. Dieser hier ist wirklich weich und gut gefllt.
Der Heimtrainer nimmt nur den ntigsten Raum in Anspruch und ist fr hhere Gewichtsklassen ausgelegt.
Was ich besonders toll finde ist die Lautstrke, gerade ich als Mama habe meistens nur Zeit wenn die Kids schlafen Sport zu teiben. Das Fahrrad ist so leise das ich die ganze Nacht fahren knnte wenn ich Lust htte.
Also fr alle die ein Heimtrainer suchen, diesen hier kann ich guten Herzens weiterempfehlen.

Cyclette magnetica con volano da 12kg
Da praticante sportivo ed odiante del cardio ho voluto provare questa cyclette magnetica per spezzare un po’ la mia routine di allenamento con i pesi e anche per potermi tenere in movimento anche quando le tempistiche o il meteo non mi permettono di recarmi in palestra.
La cyclette della Micyox si monta in maniera abbastanza agevole; la prima volta che ne monto una ma non ho trovato particolari difficolt; le istruzioni sono un po’ alla buona con traduzioni non proprio precise ma seguendo le immagini si monta in maniera agevole. Il kit incluso comprende anche le chiavette per stringere i vari dadi, viti.
Strutturalmente la qualit della cyclette mi ha convinto, corpo centrale in acciaio con copertura plastiche. Le finiture non sono esenti da imperfezioni di colore e qualche parte scheggiata la ho rinvenuta ma niente di eclatante.
Venendo al suo utilizzo monta un volano magnetico da 12kg che permette di regolare la resistenza di pedalata, pedalata che risulta fluida e con una rumorosit media.
I pedali hanno la classica conformazione a denti di squalo per un buon grip delle classiche scarpe da palestra.
Cyclette che presenta dei sensori magnetici sul manubrio e tramite il display LCD visualizza le classiche informazioni di velocit di pedalata,distanza percorsa, calorie bruciate e tempo. C’ anche un supporto per smartphone per distrarsi durante l’attivit ginnica.
Ovviamente sellino e manubrio sono regolabili. Sellino che il classico con profilo largo.
Il kit comprende anche un tappetino da n gomma da utilizzare sotto la cyclette sia per evitare di rovinare il pavimento sia per ammortizzare le vibrazioni emesse.
Per circa 300 un rapporto qualit prezzo nella media per un prodotto di certo non professionale ma per un uso domestico dopo un mesetto di utilizzo fa il suo lavoro.
Cyclette da allenamento
Per me che sono pigra, utilizzare una cyclette pu essere un incentivo o almeno funzionare meglio e pi a lungo di altro.
Il confezionamento di questa cyclette ottimo, per portarla in garage dove l’ho montata e posizionata, l’ho letteralmente trascinata la scatola, e rotolata pi volte visto il peso(non mi aspettavo arrivasse quel giorno, fino a un ora prima, veniva indicata 2 giorni dopo)
Il montaggio semplice e lo si fa quasi subito, pronta per essere usata; i materiali costruttivi sono di buona qualit ed robusta, durante l’utilizzo non fa alcun rumore, quindi non dar fastidio agli altri.
Abbiamo davanti uno schermo LCD che ci mostra tutte le informazioni necessarie, distanza percorsa, tempo di allenamento, calorie bruciate, velocit, misurazione dei battiti, quest’ultima avviene mediante 2 sensori posti sul manubrio, che funzionano abbastanza bene; sotto al display, troviamo un porta smartphone cos possiamo posizionare lo smartphone per ascoltare musica oppure vedere qualcosa durante l’allenamento, cos da renderlo meno noioso e tedioso.
La pedalata possibile regolarla, in modo da fare pi o meno fatica, l’appoggio dei piedi ben saldo, poich possono essere fermati tramite delle gabbiette dove posizionarli.
Il sellino seppur morbido inizialmente, dopo un po’ potremmo iniziare a sentirne il fastidio, consiglio di aggiungere qualche cuscinetto di imbottitura.

Das Rad ist sehr schnell aufgebaut. Der computer funktioniert, wie gedacht. Es ist sehr leise und recht leicht, kann damit schnell umgestellt werden. Der Sattel ist bequem, die Pedale sind es bedingt. Wer wie ich auf Socken durchs Haus luft, ist gut beraten Schuhe daneben zu haben, denn auf Socken ist es sehr ungemtlich und dann fhrt man auch nicht.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit. Auch dass es eine Tablet und Handy Halterung im Lenker hat, finde ich mega.

Heavy duty exercise bike
This exercise bike is heavy duty due to its steel frame, and much more sturdy than the cheap plastic versions you can get. It was fairly easy to assemble, although easier with 2 people due to the weight of it. It has a height adjustable seat which is fairly comfortable to sit on as well as a bottle holder. It has a clear LCD display which shows calories burned, distance covered, speed and heart rate, as well as training time. Overall really pleased with this and whilst it is heavy duty, it is quite compact which makes it easier to store at home.
Good smooth resistance and steady
Solid built, and very quiet.
The magnetic provides a constant resistance, with zero contact. This is control by a knob at the down top area.
Very steady and stable, helps with the provided bike mat.
The display is a bit simple, as you can only see one record at a time.
The tablet holder is great, want to hook up to cycling app, or simply some Prime videos while you exercise.
Also comes with drink holder and brake, keeping you hydrate and safe.
Working well with Apple Watch as Indoor Cycling and you can monitor your progress on Apple Health.
Would be nice if this is foldable, perhaps half or a third to save space, and also those cables would look tidier if can be hidden or stick along the bike body.
Price is good at 220 with voucher, in line with similar products.
Fantastic piece of equipment, cannot fault and works brilliantly.
I was super excited to try this out because I have been wanting something similar to this for a while now so I couldn’t wait. It was delivered quickly and in really good quality packaging, it was a large box and actually quite heavy so you might need someone to help you carry it.
Any fitness device is expensive including this one, but compared to others it isn’t as expensive. It is easy to remove from the box and put it together once you read the instructions. It is a good size, lightweight actually and easy to move around.
It is quite fun to use, it is quiet as well which I like, and there are a couple of things that are adjustable which is good, like the seat height. It tells you things like speed, time, calories etc…
I really enjoyed using it and it is a fantastic piece of equipment that I am sure I will keep using and hopefully lose some weight on.
Overall, it works amazingly, it feels great to use and I cannot fault it. Highly recommended.
Well built, smooth and quiet exercise bike.
As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon.
This Micyhox MX87 Exercise Bike arrived in a sturdy cardboard box; also inside the box was the Instruction Manual, and tools for assembly.
I ordered this exercise bike as I wanted a different type of workout, I already have a Multigym and Motorised Treadmill, and this just about completes my gym setup.
I must say, I knew the package would be heavy, but not that heavy, so I decided the best way to get the bike to the top floor where my gym is located, was to unpack it and take it up bit by bit, and this worked perfectly for me.
Once unpacked, I found it easy to assemble by reading the instructions everything was there, nothing missing. The only thing was I didn’t realise it had feet until the bike was fully assembled, so when I did see the packet with the feet in it, I had to lift the bike up to fit them, as they were not mentioned at all in the instruction manual, nor did it tell you which wire to connect to which wire, this could have been made a lot simpler if they had been colour coded.
Once the bike was built, I couldn’t wait to give it ago, but when I got on it, it didn’t feel comfortable, but spending a little time adjusting the height of the handlebars, seat height adjustment, and the seat forward/backward adjustment made all the difference, I must say that the seat could be a little more comfortable, I may get a gel seat cover if I don’t get used to it.
Once I started cycling, the first thing I realised was how quiet and smooth it was, totally unlike my last exercise bike, and because of that I’m sure I will be using this on a regular basis.
The display is made of plastic and it quite basic, but everything works, I not sure how accurate it is, but it gives me some kind of idea and a target to beat.
All in all, I really like this bike; it’s well built, it doesn’t take up a lot of room, rides smoothly and is very quiet.
I could go through everything that’s in the listing description but I’m sure you have already read it before reading my review, so I won’t repeat it, this is just my personal experience with it.
At the time of writing this review the price is 249.99, but at the moment there is a 30 discount voucher bringing the price down to 219.99, which I personally think is a very reasonable price..

Solida e ben fatta
Prodotto conforme alle specifiche fatte dal produttore, arrivato in tempi celeri, rispecchia ci che ho ordinato.
Aufbau ohne Probleme, praktisch für Zuhause 🏠
Da ich oft zu Hause Sport mache, ist dieser Heimtrainer das perfekte Gert um mich fit zu halten und gerade wenn man nicht viel Zeit hat um ins Fitnessstudio zu fahren hat oder einfach whrend man fernsieht anstatt auf dem Sofa zu liegen.
Der Aufbau hat ganz gut funktioniert mit der beigefgten Anleitung, ich musste mir zwar alles genau anschauen aber es hat nicht wirklich viel Zeit gekostet.
Das Lenkrad und der Sitz sind hhenverstellbar und man kann die richtige Position einstellen.
Auch die Pedale sind sehr praktisch, da man diese mit dem Band befestigen kann, sodass die Fe in der richtigen Position bleiben und nicht abrutschen.
Zu dem Heimtrainer wird auch eine Matte zum unterstellen mitgeliefert, was ich auch sehr gut finde.
Fr alle die gerne Sport machen und sich fit halten wollen ist es ein tolles Gert.
Die Qualitt und Verarbeitung finde ich sehr gut und auch der Computer mit den relevanten Daten ist eine tolle Idee.
Ich bin mit dem Heimtrainer und kann den weiterempfehlen.

Ho avuto modo di testare questa cyclette del marchio Micyox.
Micyox un nuovo marchio giovane creato nel 2021, ma non giovane in termini di attrezzature per il fitness che stato creato da un gruppo di allenatori di fitness professionisti.
Micyox si impegna a fornire prodotti professionali per gli appassionati di sport. Mettiti in forma e goditi lo sport.
La cyclette robusta e ben fatta, molto professionale, oserei dire.
Ha una struttura solida e con un telaio in acciaio resistente che dona stabilit agli esercizi ed alle pedalate, eseguite su di essi.
Utile anche per gli allenamenti intensi.
Arriva smontata e si pu montare in poco tempo.
La fitness cyclette dotata di un volano da 12 kg, abbastanza pesante da produrre uno slancio regolare e continuo.
La cyclette produce pi potenza ad una velocit costante e questo aspetto garantisce un movimento sicuro.
La cyclette anche dotata di una resistenza magnetica ed anche integrata di potenti magneti, che creano forze forti anche senza toccare il volano.

Le ruote anteriori consentono di spostare la bici da una stanza all’altra.
Il sedile imbottito extra large della cyclette indoor regolabile, consentendoci di personalizzare la nostra bicicletta per una guida confortevole.
I pedali a gabbia includono clip per tenere i piedi in posizione e ci consentono di guidare indossando le nostre normali scarpe da corsa.

Ho utilizzato per un po’ questa cyclette e nonostante qualche piccolo difetto tutto sommato mi sono trovato piuttosto bene.
CONFEZIONE:
la confezione molto anonima, internamente vi troviamo tutti i pezzi per montare la cyclette e un tappetino da mettere a terra per protegger il pavimento.
QUALIT E CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO:
Il prodotto una classica cyclette a resistenza magnetica con un volano da 12Kg. Le dimensioni sono tutto sommato abbastanza contenute, l’intera struttura metallica e sembra robusta. Peccato che tutte le manopole di regolazione sono esternamente in plastica, cosa che non amo molto visto che per esperienza soprattutto dove si deve fare sforzo tendono a durare di meno nel tempo. La struttura regolabile sia in altezza per il manubrio che per la sella e quest’ultima regolabile anche in orizzontale.
Con una manopola dedicata inoltre si potr anche regolare magneticamente la resistenza opposta alla pedalata o usarla come freno d’emergenza premendolo in caso di pericolo. La sella grande e piuttosto comoda anche dopo un bel po’ di tempo che la si sta utilizzando. Il manubrio imbottito, ampio con la possibilit di una doppia presa e i sensori piezoelettrici integrati. Infatti la cyclette dotata anche di un grande schermo che ci indicher i principali parametri da tenere sotto controllo durante l’allenamento (battito cardiaco, calorie, distanza, velocit…). I pedali sono di tipo a gabbia in modo da avere sempre un’ottima presa anche con delle scarpe normali. Tutta la struttura pesa sui 30Kg, ma facilmente trasportabile grazie alle due ruote integrate alla base, infatti baster inclinare la bicicletta e farla scorrere per terra potendola spostare senza problemi.
Il design molto curato come d’altronde tanti altri piccoli dettagli, come i piedini gommati regolabili per metterla in bolla e troviamo in confezione persino il tappetino da metterci sotto per non strisciare il pavimento.
ESPERIENZA D’USO:
La cyclette in parte gi assemblata, arriva con alcuni suoi pezzi smontata, per montarla ci vorranno circa 20/30min, In generale non si avranno troppi problemi seguendo le istruzioni, anche se sicuramente sono tradotte abbastanza male, molti passaggi non sono spiegati molto bene e persino alcuni pezzi non corrispondono (probabilmente nel tempo sono state apportate delle migliorie alla struttura non trascritte nelle istruzioni poi…). Quindi diciamo che in alcuni casi bisogna improvvisare (come per le connessioni dei cavi della centralina), ma in generale niente di impossibile. Almeno non ci sar bisogno di alcuno strumento trovando tutto il necessario direttamente in confezione. Una volta montata ci si accorger che la struttura abbastanza stabile e solida, per le manopole per la regolazione di sella e manubrio dovranno essere fissate molto forti altrimenti il tutto tender a ballare. Cosa che non mi piaciuta tanto visto che le manopole sono per la maggior parte in plastica e a mio avviso, se manipolate spesso, non avranno una lunghissima durata.
Ho utilizzato per un bel po’ questa cyclette e devo dire di esserne rimasto piuttosto soddisfatto, per essere un prodotto hobbistico non cos male, sicuramente ha dei difetti, ma perfettamente regolabile, la pedalata molto fluida e costante e da il giusto supporto per l’allenamento. Inoltre molto silenziosa rispetto ad altri modelli che ho provato e mi piaciuta la regolazione dello sforzo. Non ce l’ho da tantissimo tempo, ma per il momento non mi ha dato alcun problema e da l’impressione di poter durare nel tempo.

CONCLUSIONI:
In conclusione posso dire che nonostante alcuni suoi difetti e una leggera difficolt nel montaggio, si rivelata una cyclette piuttosto buona e pi che utilizzabile. Il prezzo al momento nella media (circa 300 euro) considerando caratteristiche e qualit generale.
Schöner Heimtraine
Der Heimtrainer kam gut verpackt und unbeschdigt bei mir an. Der Aufbau war schnell und einfach zu bewerkstelligen und alle Schrauben haben gut in die Bohrungen gapasst. Insgesamt war ich nach ca. 40 min von Auspacken bis Ausprobieren beschftigt. Die Anleitung war hilfreich bebildert und auch in guter deutscher Sprache.
Die Verarbeitung ist in dieser Preisklasse vllig in Ordnung und es lsst sich sowohl der Sattel als auch die Lenkerstange in der Hhe an die Krpergre anpassen. Der Widerstand lsst sich an die persnliche Fitness auch gut einstellen. Einziger Knackpunkt ist der Lenker, der leider zu viel Spiel hat und deswegen beim Training wackelt.
Ansonsten bin ich echt zufrieden. Auch der Computer am Lenker ist fr den gelegentlichen Heimgebrauch gut zu nutzen und zeigt die wesentlichen Infos an.
Alles in allem ein guter Heimtrainer der auch fast vllig geruschlos ist und auf jeden Fall in dieser Preisklasse fr den Heimgebrauch zu empfehlen ist.

Great Exercise bike
Great exercise bike with many features to keep you interested in using it. The instructions with the bike were i felt rather poor. I did struggle a bit and had to ask google/YouTube for help. Once assembled you have a large display with features of speed/calories/heart rate etc. There is space for a tablet or phone to rest on. You can carry a water bottle if you so desire as well. The bike itself performs extremely well and is not noisy at all. It will certainly be used by myself and my son as its very convenient to jump on and off. Recommended ( but better instructions wouldn’t go a miss )
Pleasantly surprised at how stable it is despite compact form
During lockdown I bought some equipment from a gym including a gym quality cycling machine so I limited my expectations as to how good this might be. In a nutshell it’s pretty good!
Firstly it all comes in one well packaged box that weight 30kg so you might need some help moving it. Best way to unbox is to open the end flaps and turn it upside down. The complete package will slide out easily and stay in one piece (see photo.) You can then unwrap it very easily.
Assembly was simplicity itself. I did not even need refer to the instructions. Screw in 5 feet. Fit 4 bolts for the crossmembers and bolt on the seat and handlebars. You will need to connect a couple of wires from the heartbeat sensors and the speed sensor. To be honest they could have done a better job of routing and protecting the cables but a minor point.
All the tools you need to put together are included as well, spanner, screwdriver etc.
It is very compact, especially compared to my previous bike. The adjustments to the position of the seat and handlebars is simple and they are solid and secure. It does use an actual cycle seat so if you want to angle the seat you will have to do it with a spanner. If many people are using it with different preferences for this it may be a bit of a pain.
In use it’s very good. The pedals are comfortable to use and for it’s size there are minimal vibrations and wobbling. I wasn’t expecting it to be as stable as it is so very pleasantly surprised.
One thing to mention if your expecting it to feel just like your road bike you won’t get that because the crank is shorter than a typical road bike so you leg movements are different. However short cranks are good for spinning and this is not particular to just this machine!
All in all it’s solid and stable and well thought out and easy to put together in 10 minute. Good value, only real thing is I would have liked a bit more thought gone into routing and protecting the wires. I’ve put some additional sleeving over them to protected them and stop them dangling.
Perfect Starter Bike
This is my first exercise bike so I can’t compare to others on the market but since I started working from home I just don’t get the level of exercise I used to and I needed something to maintain my fitness (I hate going to the gym).
It was fairly simple to assemble, although it is quite heavy and it’s easier if there are two of you. The instructions were OK, they definitely could be better but it comes with all the necessary tools. It took about an hour.
The bike itself seems to work really well – once you have figured out the right position to suit your height it’s fairly comfortable. The seat could be little more more padded but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.
It’s easy to adjust the resistance (I’m starting off on the lowest and will work my way up) and it monitors all the usual things such as distance, calories, heartrate etc.
I like how there’s a clip for a water bottle and also the holder for my iPad so I can catch watch a movie while I’m using it.
I have used it a couple if times already but I’m hoping it wont just become a large clothes hanger.
Will update my review if I have any issues in the future but so far I’d be happy to recommend.
Das Workout beginnt beim Aufbau
Wenn der Trainer erst mal steht, funktioniert alles. Es wird auch eine Matte mitgeliefert, auf die man ihn stellen kann. Inzwischen bin ich ziemlich zufrieden.
Bis es aber so weit war, musste ich mich erst durch den Aufbau kmpfen. Die Anleitung ist nicht unbedingt verstndlich geschrieben und der Schritt, an dem die Fe angeschraubt werden, wurde einfach ausgelassen. Bei Schritt 9 musste ich das ganze Ding nochmal anheben, um die Fe anzuschrauben, weil da pltzlich nur stand, dass man mit diesen jegliches Wackeln ausgleichen kann. Ich war danach so fertig, dass ich den Trainer nicht mal ausprobieren konnte.
Ein Problem, das ich mit dem Trainer habe ist die Einstellung des Sattels. Die funktioniert nmlich ganz genau wie bei einem echten Fahrrad und mein Fahrrad steht um Keller, weil ich es nie schaffe, den Sattel fest zu bekommen. Oder gerade. Wenn er mal fest ist, ist er schief oder zu stark gekippt.
Es ist sehr gut, dass man alles ganz genau und individuell einstellen kann, aber fr jemanden, der davon einfach null Ahnung hat, leider auch schwierig.
Die Pedale sind so, dass man den Trainer nur mit Schuhen nutzen kann.
Easy to assemble
This bike was surprisingly easy to set up, once I had located the instructions, which were somewhat buried in the pieces. The wheels which fit to the front mean you can move it into position easily, and the mat supplied is big and durable enough to stop slipping. The saddle can be raised and dropped, as can the handlebars. I am not a lightweight, and I feel completely secure and comfortable on it. It is very easy to change resistance, and increase difficulty, simply by turning a dial. The electronic monitor takes 2 AAA batteries ( not supplied) and wires up with a simple system. The instructions are very clear and straightforward. Once turned on, you can choose speed, distance and calories burned- displayed individually- and it is extremely simple to move from one mode to another. You can also keep a running total going, if you want to aim to ‘ cycle to John O Groats’ or some individual challenge. You can put your phone or tablet in the secure bracket provided, and follow tutorials or listen to music. It is very simple to check your pulse, just put your palms on the metal pads on the handlebars and your reading is pretty much instantaneous.
There was also a plastic drink bottle holder, which I took off because I have little legs and found it easier to get on and off without it in the way, but that is a personal preference. The pedals have a plastic sleeve and foot grips, and these can be removed if you prefer. I can’t recommend this item highly enough.
Guter Heimtrainer, Rad am Metall beschädig
Habe den Heimtrainer ein paar Tage bisher getestet und finde ihn bisher ganz gut. Der Aufbau war fr mich als Laie alleine machbar. Ich musste mich etwas durch die Anleitung fuchsen, aber es war nicht frustrierend oder dergleichen.
Dank der verschiedenen Hhen des Sattels kann man individuell fr verschiedene Krpergren das Rad fr sich anpassen.
Ich persnlich finde die leichte Neigung nach unten des Sattels eher unbequem und trainiere daher meist nicht lange oder stehe auch fter mal. Die Anzeige und auch die Notbremse funktionieren gut, wie sie sollen.
Die Handyhalterung finde ich mega praktisch, so kann man sich das Training angenehmer gestalten.
Sollte man den Platz des Rades wechseln wollen, kann man das recht einfach dank der Rollen.
Einen Stern ziehe ich allerdings ab, da das Rad oben am Metall beschdigt ist (Siehe Foto).
Im Groen und Ganzen erhlt man hier einen guten Heimtrainer, mit dem sich gut und gerne einige Kilometer radeln lassen.
Solid exercise bike for the price
I was very happy to receive this as part of amazon vine as I’ve been after a good quality exercise bike for a while.
Setting up: was fairly straightforward and I didn’t have much difficulty compared to similar products. I managed to do it myself but took nearly an hour.
Quality: very good for the price, although did notice some rough edges/dodgy welding in places. Would expect it for this price. The LCD screen is very good and easy to navigate.
Use: The resistance settings are good, I like the varying difficult levels and with continued use I can see my fitness improving which is the main thing.
Good range of adjustments depending on ride
I ordered this exercise bike as I do not take a lot of exercise since the pandemic and am beginning to feel my age.
This exercise bike is really quite heavy when it arrives, so may need two people to carry it.
The bike comes partly assembled, you have to add the handlebars, base, seat, pedals, monitor and bottle holder. It is supplied with the necessary bolts, tools and instructions. It took me over an hour to put together and is easier with two people but can be done by one person if reasonably strong. Once it is assembled it is easy to move on the two small wheels on the base. There is a mat to protect the floor.
The height of the seat and handlebars is easily adjusted but it also has adjustment to put the seat forwards and backwards, this is really useful as my husband has a totally different riding style to me.
I haven’t cycled for years as it often hurts my knees but this bike is great as I can change the resistance and have started with low resistance but I am hoping to increase this as I get stronger.
There are pedal clips to keep your feet on the pedals. A great improvement since I last had an exercise bike 40 years ago.
The bike feels heavy and stable and is quiet to use. You have to keep your hands on the right place for the monitor to record your heart rate etc. It give the distance you have cycled, the speed and calories used.
249.99 at the time of writing is a strong price for this exercise bike but you do get a lot for your money.
It's ok but i would expect more base weigh
I have tried a few exercise bikes over the years so I thought I would get this one to try at home.
Firstly when it arrived I did notice just how heavy it is – it took two of us to lift it (i am only small so needed some help).
Between myself and my friend, I managed to put this together with relative ease. Again due to my being small I needed help, however as everything was well packaged and the instructions were quite clear, we managed to set this up quite simply.
One thing I felt was that the parts used in making this are pretty well made – although some are basic. All of the parts fitted together however I never used the water bottle holder and left it off.
For use, I found it easy to adjust the seat to how I needed it and when my friend used it she said she felt it again it was easy to adjust.
The screen on the handlebars is nice and large and concise, and when I was cycling I found it had some of the features that I wanted including the speed, distance and calorie counter – all of which I like to use.
The pedal has clips to keep my feet in place, the braking system is simple to use (by just pressing the knob to stop) and I feel that the way the magnetic resistance works is very good.
The whole bike is very good indeed however I did feel that I would like to see more weight in the bottom of the bike and also it would be good to have a larger bike for my husband as this is only suitable for up to a 6ft person – my husband is 6ft 3inch. I would also like to be able to interact with other apps for better accuracy and enjoyment.
Overall though I like this bike and I think I will get a lot out of it.
Smooth Operato
The bike was very well packaged on arrival and relatively easy to construct, with clear instructions and useful tools supplied ( although i did use my own adjustable spanner to make it easier). The bike is simple to adjust for handlebar and seat height; the pedals have good strong straps and the bike in motion is very smooth and relatively quiet. The monitor is big which is a plus and the saddle unusually wide and comfortable. The phone holder does not have the best grip and is easily dislodged. All in all a very nice exercise bike

Als erstes, die Verpackung war gro und ca 30 Kilo schwer. Das auspacken ging leicht, der Heimtrainer war innen sehr gut verpackt.
In der Verpackung befinden sich nicht nur die Schrauben, sondern auch eine Anleitung mit Bildern, auch im Deutsch.
Die Montage ist einfach, wenn man den Anweisungen befolgt.
Der Heimtrainer ist bereits vormontiert, sodass man nur noch die Pedalen, den Sitz, den Lenker, das Display und die Sttzen anschrauben muss.
Fr das Display werden zustzlich 2 AA Batterien bentigt. Unter den Display befindet sich der Handyhalter der einfach drauf geklickt wird.
Die Notbremse befindet sich ber dem Wasserhalter und kann durch nach unten drcken hervor gerufen werden. Dieser Schalter dient auch zur Regulierung der Steigung nach oben und unten.
Der Lenker und der Sattel knnen tiefer oder hher gestellt werden. Der Sattel ist gro und sehr bequem.
Ein Wasserflaschenhalter ist an einem guten Platz und strt nicht.
Das LED Display ist gro und gut beleuchtet. Es zeigt die Kilometer an, die man zurck gelegt hat, die Herzfrequenz sowie die Zeit, die man bereits hinterlegt hat.
Die Pedalen sind fr meine Fugre 41 gut. Die Pdale lassen sich gut treten und haben Riemen wie beim echten bike.
Das Schwerste an dem Heimtrainer ist das 12 Kilo Schwungrad. Beim drehen der Pedalen schwingt sich das Rad gleichmig.
Der Micyox Heimtrainer kostet 299,99 Euro.
Private Workout Session mit Happy End
Ich will es kurz und knapp halten:
Ein super Heimtrainer Fahrrad zum Sport machen. Ob Krafttraining oder Fitnessbungen da kommt jeder zum Zug. Es ist ein Musthave. Es lsst sich super leicht aufbauen. Das Material ist sehr robust und stabil. Man kann den Heimtrainer fr so viele bungen verwenden. Das Leder vom Material fhlt sich sehr gut an. Ein super schnes Design. Das Fahrrad hat die perfekte Gre. Man hat ein sicheres Gefhl beim trainieren, nicht so wie bei anderen Herstellern. Stnder fr die Gewichte sind auch vorhanden. Die Klammern sind auch fest. Der Empfang der Ware vom Lieferanten war schon ein Workout, da der Karton ziemlich schwer war. Kaufempfehlung ist besttigt.
Simple to put together, strong and sturdy
I’m around 5’5″-6″ on a good day and weigh around 18stone/114kg. I always struggle with the cheaper end of exercise bikes not being able to stably hold me and I never have confidence in them lasting. I don’t have much option to go for the next step up. Which I would say this exercise bike sits in that area.
Now, there should be instructions but the on I received didn’t have any paper instructions since the engineer inspected this one before leaving randomly and I just happened to receive it. They do instructions via a video that is found upon their website Micyox.net for building but it doesn’t state every little detail or part attachment. It’s enough if you’re confused about where the bigger parts go but I personally found this pretty easy to do without a manual or even watching the video. There’s not that many pieces so it is relatively straight forward to do.
It’s literally 8 screws and bolts for the frame, some screw locks for the seat and handle bars. That’s about it.. really easy and come with all the tools you need to put everything on! And the tools don’t feel cheap, although I wasn’t keen on the tool that seems to only fit the washer/bolt for the other side of the pedal but I assume this is a choice to manufacture the tools that work across all of there product. Most people have tools these days anyway but they are included to put the product together and they do that well. No tool felt like it was going to snap at any point and hey, you get a free spanner and Allen key to use elsewhere (I have loads of Allen keys but no spanners!)
The actual core of the bike is great, super sturdy and durable, at least at my weight. I can’t verify for sure if it goes up to 150kg though for obvious reasons. I could always grab a couple of dumb bells and bulk the weight up to 130-150kg and have a ride on it. I need to reposition the seat for that though so will do at a future date as it’s a bit slow to be able to reposition the seat angle as you need to release the seat from a sturdy grasp and past that to be able to change the rotation. This is because it makes the seat sturdy and doesn’t move when tightened enough. I can take that trade off, especially at this price range.
The welding spots seem great as well the on the product I received. So far, so good!
The seat is comfortable enough for me personally. I have pelvis and lower lumbar spinal issues from an accident I was in so comfort in a seat is a must. This provides it for me personally. This is entirely subjective though for some injuries and I know your injuries may not find the same comfort as I do here unfortunately.
But for me I can use this for at least he duration I am able to exercise with it and not have the behind or spine/pelvis be an issue.
The magnetic aspect of the bike is great, dead simple to change. Just change the height of one side of the magnets with the screw handle provided just below you to what feels comfortable or challenging. The way they’ve done it is a screw that pushes down the plate the magnetic is attached to. It’s a bit squeaky but nothing a bit of oil/grease can’t fix. There is a little oversight here in my opinion, the bare metal on painted metal. It’s scratched off super easy already. Not a biggy but a bit of rubber cap here on the underside of the pole touching would be a better option. It’s a minor point I’m not even including toward the final star rating.
Plenty of adjustability I still haven’t got quite right for me personally but there’s plenty there.
There’s a few little things that all kind of add up though, it’s not all sunshine with this exercise bike.
A little niggly thing I had to deal with. There’s a washer/bolt that goes on the other side of the pedal when you screw the pedals in. They both rotate different ways and I couldn’t tell whether the flat side was on the inside or outside and I kind of chewed up the flat side of the washer/bolt. I flipped it around and got it to screw on the next day, still doesn’t feel like it’s going to get too close to keep the pedal on tight but this may be a thread issue that I may have caused. I did give it a good go though so I’m not sure the metal finely severing is an overall bad thing and more so me being an absolute idiot.
If I had a manual at this point more than just a video that shows you which side faces out with the direction of rotation would resolve this issue. I can be a bit of an idiot sometimes though so I fully accept responsibility on this non-issue.
Although, I reached out to Micyox and they were helpful enough in resolving this and replacing the part.
Good customer services is a huge win here for me personally. In a world where everyone wants your money and time, companies who have good customer service and try to help out customers is a major thing that can make or break me purchasing other products after any issues that arise.
There’s a few things that could have maybe been designed a little better, the first big one is the information screen. Maybe it’s cause I haven’t had instructions to run through about how to use it, but it seems pretty limited. It’s a cheap plastic feel but given that you get heart rate monitoring that works but I don’t know how accurate it is. It seems there or there abouts accurate in my experience. The calory burner is never going to be accurate unless you can set your height and weight. Even then it’s not precise. I can’t figure out how to do this or whether it’s even possible. Distance seems to be an easy given but I can’t accurately determine this for myself. There is a speed rating on this version which other brands can be missing so maybe there’s a trade off for quantity over quality in the information screen.
For me personally none of this is an issue. The heart rate is the most important part but I don’t have a reason for it. I just know if I get up to 150-160 I should be careful as that can make me lightheaded and dizzy.
The handlebars may be an issue for some people. They feel sturdy and the material feels sturdy and durable too. Time will tell but they feel a bit thin for my hands personally. Big palms, average fingers. I imagine people will bigger hands will find this uncomfortable but I’m just speculating here.
There is a little bit of wobbling side-to-side from the handle bars so the tolerances aren’t perfectly tight. This seems to be a normal thing across most of the brands I researched at this price range. It’s not bad, but this area could definitely be improved for stability or at least for the riders feel of stability. I currently don’t have the strength to stand up for too long and pedal due to health issues but that’s one of the things I’m working on so will see how that improves over the coming months with this product. This is where I really noticed it so if you’re going to be standing up a lot and doing fast motions you will notice this more. whether it bothers you or not is up in the air though. I can deal with it considering my weight. I would suspect if you’re on the lighter side this may not be as much of an issue and if you’re heavier than me, this may be an area that could cause annoyance. I don’t see it causing structural problems though, the materials these parts are made out of feel super sturdy and durable. Time will tell though.
This product is great for anyone wanting to exercise at home and not have to worry about how they look, how little they do etc. By far superior to any exercise bike I’ve personally tried in the lower brackets that cost around the 80-150 mark. Much more stable. I do have it in the living room on medium to deep carpet with a thick underlay. It’s also placed on a bit of a wobbly bit but I don’t have a big living room so it’s in the best place it can be. I did have worries about it’s sturdiness in this regard but it passed with flying colours.
It sits right around the middle of the road pricing wise at 249.99. Although maybe a tad too high, at least I could see sales being a bit better if it was at a reduced cost. Although in my experiences, the smaller Chinese companies tend to price just under or at our normal prices and discount more often. Especially if they’re a bit of a newer businesses. Until they get a foothold and some sales. Like right now, there’s a 30 voucher off. So at 219.99 what do I think? Absolutely in the top brands of magnetic bikes of this stature, look and feel. Obviously if there’s bigger sales or vouchers I genuinely believe that it’s a better expense to put in a little more money to step it up from those foldable/thin barely anything to them exercise bikes of the lower price brackets.
The two main concerns I have with it. The tolerances for the handlebars are a little too loose for the complete sturdy feel. Don’t get me wrong it’s not overly shakey and probably a minor thing to some people, but if these were tighter it wouldn’t feel as ‘shakey’ as it does when standing up and riding. Since you have to use those handlebars as the things to take the weight.
The other thing is that cheapy plastic feel information screen. It’s got great information and definitely one of the reasons you’d pick up an exercise bike like this but it could taint peoples opinions of the product when unboxing. I actually see it as a silver lining. At least the money should be going where it counts. Accuracy of the information screen and the materials used for strength and durability. And it truly feels like that to me. The plastic information screen seems like a cut cost where it doesn’t matter too much in this price range. Which is a trade off I’d take for better quality materials and manufacturing in the areas it matters!
The pricing of being higher and having vouchers or sales creates a FOMO aspect, which I get helps sales sometimes but from a review point it kind of makes anything I say on price mute depending on the time or day. I personally find it to sit in a better area around 220 but I am pro-consumer and would always try to argue for lower pricing but I know a small amount about the economics behind the scene so I can’t be too harsh on pricing when it comes to Amazon based on what I do know.
At 220 even with the issues I raise above, its definitely a strong contender for 5 stars in my books. I am genuinely torn because where it matters, this product succeeds and is quality. With good customer service that definitely seem to want to help to resolve issues. So I did end up giving it 5 stars overall just knowing that you can get parts or anything replaced if there’s any issues upon arrival.
I will update as the days go but I thought the things I raise in this review are fair enough and enough to get out to the public to make decisions on.
I look forward to the future of what Micyox bring to the exercise equipment scene.
Excellent quality easy to put togethe
I found this relatively easy to put together as there is a main body where you just connect the front and rear stabilisers with big carriage bolts The handle and seat both have easy slot in bars and the handle bar connects on with four screw bolts and the seat comes very adjustable , the pedals just screw in to the crank and the computer wires just slot into each other and you need two AAA batteries for the computer. Now once I got the right level for me with the handle bar and the right seat height I the began to ride the bike and I found it very comfortable to do so There are so many things that the bike can log in such as the actual time, the speed, the distance, your pulse but you do have to place both palms on the silver contact pads to get the right readings and best part for me is how many calories I could burn off especially when I have had too many biscuits. I do really like exercise bike it fits in well in my log cabin and I really know it’s going to a great benefit to my health so I really and without hesitation recommend this to others
Solid, but there’s better out there for the same price
Took one person just over an hour to unpack and put together and I wasn’t rushing.
In summary-

Assembly is actually less complicated than an initial look at the instructions and parts diagram suggests.
Phone holder is secure enough to support an iPad.
Decent riding position
Negative:
Poor quality finish in places, untidy welding, scratches on fly wheel and loose blanking plug.
Really poor assembly instructions, some steps are completely missing and there are some parts included that are not referred to in the instructions.
Tab on phone holder obscures centre bottom of screen.
This is not Bluetooth so can’t sync with any fitness apps.
Computer very basic
In detail-the box had obviously been opened and re-sealed so we weren’t sure the contents would be complete but everything was fine and didn’t appear to have been previously unpacked. The box itself is heavy, around 30kg so may need 2 people to move around.
Upon unpacking the first thing that we noticed was some really poorly finished welding around the front of the frame that looked quite noticeable, although once together it doesn’t jump out at you so much.
The main body of the bike is assembled you have to add the front and back floor supports, handle bar and stem, and saddle, stem and adjustment section.
The floor supports go on first with 2 bolts, washers and nuts holding each. The diagrams are pretty rubbish and it’s hard to see the detail of what goes where but once you the pieces in your hand it’s fairly obvious. There are also 5 stabilising feet included which are not referred to in the parts list, or told how to install they are only referred to at the end of the instructions in case they need adjusting. The instruction step for fitting the saddle completely fails to tell you how to fix the saddle itself onto the stem but it’s fairly obvious again and like a standard bike saddle. The saddle bracket came adjusted to quite a weird angle with saddle pointing downwards and it took a bit of ‘persuasion’ to tilt back.
When it comes to installing the computer there was no step telling you to connect the wiring. There is a speed sensor wire coming from the frame of the bike, to pulse sensor cables coming from the handlebars and these have to join to 3 plugs coming out the back of the computer. Luckily in the absence of instructions these can only fit one way.
The final frustration with instructions came with fitting the pedals. There were 2 narrow nuts marked Land R which were not listed on the parts or referred to in the instructions. Common sense suggest they need to go on the pedals which were a little fiddly to fit even though I knew the would screw tighter in different directions.
Assembling it felt a bit like a workout in itself but really wasn’t that challenging. I noticed there is the option to have this assembled for an additional 50, but I think most people would be fine with assembling this.
This is currently priced at 249 and there’s is a lot of competition from similar products at this price point and many that look almost identical that are cheaper. Some of them look cosmetically a bit neater e.g the magnetic resistance on this isn’t enclosed and would look sleeker if it was. It would also be nice if a cable clip was included to keep the wires neatly tucked up. Additionally others at this price point have a Bluetooth enabled computer so that you can sync with apps that offer virtual rides.
This is fairly quiet in use but does have a slight tap/click on every rotation of the pedals that I haven’t figured out if I get rid of yet.
Update.
After a week or so of use I’ve got this well adjusted to suit me and as the saddle can move back it’s great as I have a long body and short legs. But I do have it in the furthest back position so think someone taller than me could probably do with more adjustment. The handlebars have quite basic foam padding and I don’t find them very comfortable after about 30mins of cycling, it is uncomfortable to try to use them
In an extended way with you forearms resting on them.
I am really not impressed with the cycle computer and I feel it isn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the bike. The set button doesn’t appear to do anything and it basically counts up elapsed time, speed, distance, calories it also measures pulse rate and then an odometer ( total distance since batteries were changed). The default is ‘scan’ mode whereby it cycles through each of these data, by pressing the mode button you manually choose which reading you want displayed in a static form. I can see no use to it including the odometer in scan mode as I really do not need to know total distance bike has been used for during a workout. It’s a shame it can’t display more than one data reading on the screen at once as it is fairly big.
The pulse and calorie reading are inaccurate according to my Garmin HRM ( which is accurate with equipment in my gym) the pulse almost consistently shows 10bpm less than my actual heart rate amd is even more in accurate if my heart goes above 120, and calories burned is also on the low side.
Having done a bit more research as to what is available at this price I definitely think that you can more value at this price point- quick release adjustable handle bars and saddle, a heavier flywheel and also a Bluetooth enabled computer. Personally I would shop around, however if it drops in price from 249 it would be worth considering.
Solid, good quality exercise bike
The bike only took my husband about an hour to build it and he was very impressed by the quality of the parts and the amazing packaging of them. Nothing was damaged, the instructions were excellent and everything went together perfectly.
It’s very easy to use the LCD display, it’s clear and bright.
We did remove the bottle holder as it got in my way getting on and off. My husband gets on from the back but I can’t get my leg that high up so I get on from the middle.
The resistance is easy to change although it’s still low for me but hopefully I’ll get there.
A really solid good quality bike that doesn’t wobble or move when you’re using it.
Kompakt, leise und effektiv
In einer sicheren und intelligenten Verpackungsweise wird dieser Heimtrainer angeliefert. Wir haben das Gert in ca. 35 Minuten aufgebaut. Die Anleitung war dabei sehr hilfreich, bebildert und gut auch in deutscher Sprache beschrieben.
Fr den ersten Einsatz braucht man erst einmal 2 AAA Batterien, die der Packung nicht beiliegen.
Bis auf den Lenker sind alle Teile sehr gut miteinander verschraubbar. Der Lenker wackelt leider etwas, besonders, wenn er auf der hchsten Stufe eingestellt wird.
Eine beiliegende Matte passt genau unter diesen Heimtrainer. Insgesamt nimmt dieser Heimtrainer durch seine Kompaktheit relativ wenig Platz ein.
Das Display ist gut lesbar und sofort einsatzbereit.
Der Sattel ist gro und bequem. Die Pedale haben ein verstellbares Band, hier passen auch breite Schuhe hinein.
Programme sind nicht vorhanden, man kann hier aber selbst seine Strecke, Schnelligkeit, Puls, Zeit und Kcal ablesen.
Den Trittwiderstand kann man mit einem Rad einstellen.
Im Betrieb fllt besonders das relativ leise Laufen des Rad auf. Die Pulsmessung gelingt nur, wenn man die Hnde fast ununterbrochen auf den Messteilen liegen hat. Allerdings ist das permanente halten der Hnde auf diesen Messpunkten zunchst gewhnungsbedrftig.
Fazit:
Wir sind sehr angetan von diesem Heimtrainer. Bis vor ein paar Jahren hatte mein Mann sein Rennrad im Winter in ein Laufrolle” eingespannt, um zu trainieren. Hier war das Radeln immer sehr laut. Dieser Heimtrainer besticht durch seine ruhige Laufleistung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Easy to assemble, took me about 30 minutes, even though the instructions are a little poor. Once set up very stable and I’m on the large side, about 125Kg and 184cm. The seat is a little uncomfortable after a period of time, but I’ve never had a comfortable seat on any bicycle!
Overall excellent value for money, especially for the larger person.
Value for money
What a excellent piece of exercise equipment, really is great value for money. I use with a free app called exercise bike which offers different sorts of spin classes for all abilities. Already used 5 times in the 1st week and can really see the change not only in weight loss but also body shape. Used to go out on a ride bike but just don’t have the time for that at the mo so 30min spin is perfect.

Just great exercise bike……
The display was not easy, but that might of been due to my lack of concentration due to TKR pain.
Up and running now and great for stretching my knee.
Seat feels like it could be wider, as it becomes painful after 10 minutes riding.
Would like it to be a bit more upright as you bend forward to get the heart rate, if it could have been at the bottom of the handle bars as well this would be easier for a beginner.
Exercise bike was great, however, disassembling very difficult.
Over all I really liked the exercise bike. However, after a week or two a knocking noise started within the flywheel. I contacted the aftersales team who really tried to help with the problem. However, the problem continued so I had to return it. That being said, it was much more difficult to take the exercise bike apart! I feel there is a flaw in the design where the support strutts/feet are attached to the exercise bike. In the strutts there are square holes for the bolts to fit in, at the bottom end of these bolts there are squares that fit into the square holes on the strutts. Which is fine, however, when it I was taking the exercise bike apart these bolts kept turning with the nuts continually and would not loosen!! I had real difficulty in getting them off!! Other than this the bike was great.
Heavy duty
I love this bike! It’s solid and heavy duty and v easy to assemble. Pedals can come loose over time so just remember to tighten them every couple of weeks, takes 2 minutes. Well worth the money, really pleased. 20 minutes near kills me but I’m loving it so far. I’m a spin newbie so I use it with YouTube videos.

Arrived the next day, instructions for putting it together were ok but not the best , my boyfriend put it together in about 15 minutes. It’s a good study bike and it’s quiet, the saddle is ok but not the most comfortable. I’ve only used it for an hour so far so I’ll see how it goes and update my review if needed but overall I’m happy with this, I bought it as I had a foldable one which broke so this is a replacement for that, it was a little bit more money than my folding one but it’s so much better and more quality .
A few quick points
I’m 6’2″ and my legs do not fully extend when the seat is in the highest position. One of the main reasons I bought this was because of the comments re heights of 6’5″ acceptable etc??

Saddle not too comfortable but that can be resolved.
Quality really good for the price, no issues assembling. I was looking at bikes at half the price but the mixed reviews put me off and decided to pay a bit more. Pretty sturdy and pretty silent for a big bloke. Too much of a chance for those cheap bikes I think!
I bought this exercise bike to go in my garage gym that I’m putting together for me and my wife.
The bike came well packed and arrived quicker than expected.
It’s very easy to set up and I managed to assemble it myself in around 20 minutes.
Once fully assemble the bike is easily adjustable with adjustments for the seat and handle bars.
The tension is easily adjust too with just the simple turn of a knob so you can get the right level of workout for your needs.
The seat is very comfortable and well made.
The pedals are cage pedals so suitable for outdoor shoes and will hold your feet securely during your workout.
The frame has some wheels on the front which will enable you to easily move the bike.
The handle bars have built in heart rate sensors which can be tracked via the built in LCD display, you can also track your workouts on this display too.
Overall I am very happy with this bike and for the following reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars:

This is exactly what I wanted and needed.
I’ve been wanting to buy a bike like this for a long time. I bought it for the first time and am having good experiences right now.
The seat is adjustable and it’s very easy to set up every time I’m using this bike after someone else.
The resistance is easily controlled and is changeable even whilst exercising. It operates fairly quietly so no need to worry about disturbing other people in the house.
Very comfortable to use it even for a longer time.
The bike is very easy to put together so it only took us about 15 mins to assemble.
Overall this is an excellent bike, not heavy, easy to establish, good performance so far and great quality.

Great workout bike
Steady build up of exercise from a half hour session to a tough hour long climb. This bike can copy with it all.
The bike is physically nice and it looks sturdy. I wanted a spinning bike with more than 10kg flying wheel and this has.
But for the beginning of setting it up I got a clanky sound, I have used the bike 3 days in 30 minutes sessions and the left crank has come out. I don’t have the tools or the knowledge to put it back but the bike wasn’t cheap for lasting 3 days.
I am going to return it

Update:
Customer service contacted me and offered me a new bike.
I am so happy with them.
The new bike is fantastic, quiet as it should be.
It is sturdy and nice, the seat despite being big, which is good, it is a bit uncomfortable nothing that can’t be fixed with a gel cushion, but to make you understand how good the customer service is, they told me they would consider that as an improvement for the future, so maybe your new bike will come with a softer and better seat.
I definitely recommend this bike to anyone.

Left pedal has left hand thread
Great bike, un believable Customer Service. I think the bike is excellent , easy to assemble after reading left hand thread on left pedal it became easier. Very well built, looks great, water bottle holder and mat, its a great buy. Jerry the boss contacted me several times to make sure I was happy with my purchase, that’s a superb way to ensure everyone is satisfied. Again 5 stars.
I was told delivery was out for Wednesday, but when I came home on Tuesday it had been left in my front garden on full display in a box marked exercise bike in large letters.
Now the reason for only 3 stars, the seat. No matter how I tighten it , it still tips back when I sit up to have a drink. When it tips back and you have your feet in the pedal cages it’s pretty scarry. I have moved the bike to where I have a wall behind me to stop me flipping over backwards. I have used a separate longer spanner to tighten the seat but it still moves.
It is still a good bike for the money, think about buying a better seat.
A replacement to the partner bike in our gym
My wife’s bike unfortunately failed after being in use for the last few years so needed an upgrade aka a replacement.
I went for this specific model due to wanting somewhere for a tablet to sit whilst training but also something that would give her the real resistance training she wanted but that was adjustable depending on both the type of exercise but also the effort she wanted to put in on that specific day.
We’re not small people so i was a little worried about the stability of this once up, but i shouldn’t have been, we have it on a nice solid wooden floor and it doesn’t have any wobble or movement even when putting real effort into it.
It does come in pieces so when you get it, there’s a good 45mins worth of assembly needed, but although it takes a while it’s pretty straight forward as long as you follow the instructions.
All in it’s a stable bike, that requires some effort to get it up, but does what we need.
Sturdy bike which provides a good workout.
It took me around 25 minutes to assemble the bike using the included tools. Construction seems to be very good with strong materials and quality components. I like the wheels on the front which allow anyone to move it around easily. I am 6 foot 5 and weight 120 kilos and the bike easily adjusted to my size and held the weight.
In use the action is smooth and the heart rate monitor works okay. The display is easy to see and use and there are several options to hold your phone or a tablet to make the workout more interesting. The adjustment goes smoothly from nothing to a very strong resistance to tailor your exercise. In action it compares very well with my experience of much more expensive bikes.
Overall I am impressed with the quality of this bike. It is strong and sturdy and provides a good workout for a reasonable price. Recommended.

Completes my gym area beautifully! Nice and quiet sturdy- I’m a fighter and wanted a winter training bike during rainy days where I can’t go running! It looks nice parts are solid not creaky the computer is basic but does what you need. I’d recommend this bike !

Moving around the room is easy enough with the built in wheels at the front, clear display with all the different features, also came with a quality feel rubberised mat to put underneath the bike, giving it more of a cushion and stops it moving around.

I’ve decided to have a go at making a family gym my eight-year-old loves cycling and has a lot of talent! He often wants to go out to keep his fitness however that is not possible with a busy life like mine! Now this is great as it has many adjustable heights and is easy to set up for my son he can now watch Pokmon while practising his cycling at home
