After accidentally damage my iPad touch screen while moving something around, I decided to DIY replace the touch screen by myself. I didn’t expect it to be so successful. Following the Youtube video, I did it in just 20 minutes. The touch function of the screen has back to normal. The pre applied glue is very convenient and helps to speed up the process. The Touch fits perfectly with my iPad, and it doesn’t look like it has been replaced at all.
But there is a tip for you. When installing the flex into the flex connector of the mother board, you need to align it first and then press and install it gentlly, so as not to use violence to damage the mother board socket of your iPad.
All in all this is a perfect attempt, all job done!
