This is one of the best heaters we have had. We got it for our shop and it keeps the boss nice and toasty when he is out there! The heat throw is strong and the anti tip features are a plus.

We really like this product. We live in Phoenix, though, and it rarely drops below 45 to 50 degrees on our patio during hours when we're actually outside. At those temperatures, it sort of warms a small portion of our covered patio, which is about 15 by 15 feet. The heat is quite directional, so that sitting in front of it feels great, but sitting off to the side doesn't. If we lived in even a slightly cooler climate, I doubt that it would meet our needs. But, as things are, we're fine with this heater and look forward to using it next year when nighttime temperatures start getting chilly again.

Not a big review writer but when a product is worth the time to write one here I am. This has been the single most used thing on our patio all winter. A great unit that is safe to use and heats up great. No need to bother with gas bottles for gas outdoor heaters this is great for a small space. Will buy another for our second patio.

This heater is the best. We have had it for a year now and I use it in my office which is the coldest room but it heats up nicely. The remote works perfectly while I am sitting away from the heater I can adjust the heat to my comfort level. I like that it is tall and I feel it from head to toe

We bought this to extend our evenings on the deck in the AZ winter and it definitely does the job. Still had to bundle up when the temps dipped below 45 degrees – everyone’s tolerance would of course vary, however don’t expect a massive heat rush as the graphics would suggest. It’s plenty tall and with enough heat dispersion for two people sitting somewhat (about 4 ft for us) close to it. I’d personally like to see a beefier option with 2 or more coils for higher output to avoid having to buy a second unit. It produces a beautiful, mellow amber glow and is not too bright even on the highest setting. Suffice to say, we’d not have been outside had we not had this unit. Recommended.
We’ve had several heaters for out screened porch and none have come close to this Haimmy 42″! Instant heat that covers from your feet to your upper body. We love the remote, 9 levels of heat, timer and tilt/overheat safety. If you want heat, this is the product you’ll love! Great customer service also!
Last winter, I purchased a heater from Haimmy that was identical to the one I bought this year. After using it for a year, I have been extremely satisfied with its performance. This winter in Seattle has been particularly cold, and even the office air conditioning isn’t enough to withstand the chilly air. So, I decided to treat myself to a Christmas gift and bought another Haimmy heater. Although it is slightly more expensive, the company offers a three-year warranty with free replacement, making it worth the investment for a heater that can last three years and has excellent quality.
I placed this heater in my large office, and not only does it look stylish and sophisticated, but its functionality truly exceeds my expectations. Even at its lowest temperature setting, it provides a comfortable warmth. The heat it emits is not the kind that makes you feel uncomfortable; it’s more like the gentle warmth you feel when sunlight touches your skin during summer.
Previously, I had a heater that I purchased two years ago from Walmart, which was more expensive than the Haimmy heater. However, the heat it emitted was unpleasant, causing my face to tense up and leaving my nasal passages feeling dry after just a short period of use. It gave the impression that the office air was being sucked out. In contrast, the Haimmy heater offers a very comfortable experience without making the indoor air feel dry.
Therefore, I highly recommend this Haimmy heater. As you can see from the two pictures I shared, the location where I placed the heater works perfectly in my spacious office, which is approximately 18 square meters. If you also need heating in a similarly large area, this heater will definitely suffice.
My only complaint is this heater doesn’t have a thermostat. So I have to go out to my 10×6 greenhouse 2 times a day to adjust the temperature according to weather. That’s a pain. It does keep my greenhouse above 50 degrees at night with is good. I haven’t gotten my electric bill yet so I might have a change of heart once that comes!
I rarely leave reviews but this heater deserves praise! I have had a wide variety of heaters but this is the best! It really puts out the heat in the house that we are building. We are just dried in and the heater answers our need for temporary heat and eventually we will place it on our screened in porch. This is not a one person heater but covers a larger area. I just ordered another one!
I had one of those propane patio heaters for a couple years. It was so difficult to turn on and the added hassel of keeping the propane tank full. One day it stopped working. This electric heat is really nice, I can just turn it right on and bam, heat! Works best if you’re sitting close to the heater, but it is nice and cozy. Easy to move and store as well. It’s safe to use inside too, which is nice if you need it!

Very effective at low setting
Im thrilled with how effective this is used outdoors. I need it on a low setting as its really powerful. Its remote is brilliant and for an older lady so nice to not keep moving to change settings. Yes it would be better if it oscillated but for the money it looks good, is effective and the best outdoor heater Ive had. I use it in a roofed gazebo which is open otherwise and it keeps me toasty. Its the 3rd heater Ive tried and definitely the best. Worth the price

Awesome heate
I had one almost identical to this, but I left it at home when I moved, so I bought this one.
There are more pros than cons. The heater gets really hot, but it’s super quiet! Nice for sleeping with, etc.. There are a lot of levels to select from, so you have a nice range of choice when it comes to the heat. It’s also super sturdy and durable.
I only have 2 cons. The first one is the noise it makes as it heats- sort of like it’s “popping”. This is normal because it’s heating up, but the last patio heater I had didn’t do this. The second thing is the safety feature that turns it off when it is lifted. Now, this is a crucial feature because you don’t want it staying on if it falls. HOWEVER, there are times when I will bump it, or want to move it to vacuum under, and it’s tedious to have to turn it back on every time I move it.
Otherwise, this is an awesome heater and I recommend it.
I live in NW Arkansas and it gets cold here. I needed a heater than would make it tolerable to sit on the patio even in winter. I tried a half dozen other heaters than were less expensive. All failed miserably. This one puts off a lot of heat! I can sit on the patio in 40 degree weather and be just fine as long as there is no wind. I like this one a lot. I think I will like it even better once we build the patio cover.
The 42 inch heater comes well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Minor assembly required to attach heater to the base and the carry handle. 5 minute simple task. Remote and batteries included. The heater body is all metal and feels well built. The heater electronics are wisely located below the heating element. A large dial allows you to adjust wattage between 500 and 1500 watts. The heater has a thick 3 prong power cord and includes all the expected safety features. The heater looks attractive and and much nicer than it’s low price tag would suggest. The heater element takes about 5 seconds to fully power up. It puts out good heat for anyone within 5 feet of the heater.
Broken just after a month but replaced and now very happy
First of all I’d say we loved this heater while it worked and it did everything it is advertised as. The major issue the bulb blew up approx 5 weeks after being bought. Because I bought it from a 3rd party seller on Am6 there is no return policy and no way to contact the seller. I did manage to get a refund (assuming it lands in my bank in 5-7 days) after ringing Amazon up. In a nutshell I’ll never be buying anything from a 3rd party seller on Amazon again. Would I buy this heater again if it worked? 100% yes!
Update the company I ordered from contacted me and sent me a new heater for free and was really helpful. Well recommend. The new one has been working great since.

Day 2 of using my new heater!!! My trailer home is supposed to ne oil heating witch me and my husband refuse to fill up our tank for the 2nd year!!! From $300 to $325 for 3 months for heat oil prices have gone sky high to almost $2000.00 to fill tank for the same 3 months! Thats $4000.00 or a little more in 6 months!!! I have infrared heaters in all rooms we only turn on the ones we gonna use at the moment one in bathroom for 10min before shower’s to kill the cold one in the room one in the kitchen that turns on and off alone just got a smaller one that hangs from the wall for the hallway to bathroom as well turns on and off and this baby in the living room!!! May sound like a lot of power pulling but no! I leave this one and kitchen on only during when im off all indoor doors closed where no heaters are on to keep these 2 spaces warm. Electric bill comes low from about $70 to $80 monthly winter time is about $120 wayyyy less then the summer when we have the AC on!!! Its better for indoor use then out side it wont turn off and on since it has no thermostat BUY ONCE YOU REACH UR LEVELS OF COMFORT SET IT TO A LOWER TEMP TO MAINTAIN THE WARMTH!!! I purchased this heater for our lounge when not using the gas central heating. Purchased on 13/01/23 it was delivered 16/01/23, from opening the box to screwing the base together and screwing the heater to the base took 20 minuets. I already owned a 3 bar halogen 1200w heater and I am very pleased to say at the same setting the Haimmy gives off a lot more heat and it has five higher settings for more heat. This heater has nine heat settings in all and I can give you my running cost, I pay 33.83 Per kilo watt hour.
Setting 1, 800w = 27p per hour. 2, 950w = 32.13p, 3. 1100w= 37.21p, 4, 1250w =42.28p,
5, 1400w= 47.36p, 6, 1550w= 52.43p, 7, 1700w= 57.51p, 8, 1850w=62.58p and setting 9, 2000w costs 67.66p per hour.

Excellent Value!
This may be classed as an outdoor heater, but we bought it for our (extremely cold) farmhouse, and use it in the lounge.
This is a 1 month use review, and so far we can’t fault it – it feels and looks well-made, is a robust design and I feel it is worth the 200 asking price.
The remote control is fantastic, scrolling through the 9 heat levels with ease. The lock function on the remote is also very useful as we have a lot of pets, so it’s peace of mind knowing that they can’t knock it and turn it on. We’ve wasted a lot of money on fan heaters in recent years, which don’t provide much heat unless we stand right in front of them. Whereas with this we can feel the heat from 8ft away!

It warm up really quickly
Due to energy crisis I have brought this as this is adjustable when I required and it’s energy efficient. Even with lowest adjustments it still really warm. It will only take a few seconds to warm up. I love the light when I use the heater in the garden but if you use the heater at room while you went to sleep it will be too bright. If they can add app function this product will be amazing.
It works pretty well so far. It is very easy to assemble. It warms up quickly, probably in 3 seconds you can feel the heat. And it’s safe to use it when you move it slightly it will shut down automatically. To be honest, I like it a lot since I have been using it for more than one month. It works not only in our sunroom but also in our bedroom when we don’t want to turn on the heat for the whole house. The only defect is the remote which is not very sensitive and you have to face it directly to the heater to control it.
We are using the heater on an outdoor patio in our 40 to 50 degree winter weather (yeah, that’s really cold for us). Despite a cold breeze across the patio the heater easily keeps two people warm when the heater is placed about a 6 foot distance away. Very happy with the heater itself. We did have one minor issue with the heater when it arrived, but upon emailing the seller we had an immediate response, and it was taken care of right away. The sellers customer service was top notch, the best we have experienced in a long time, and was very impressive!
I have a 6×24 porch. I aim the Haimmy heater in the direction of where I am sitting and this outdoor heater is wonderful. Only thing I would change is a longer cord and for the unit to oscillate. Other than that it is quiet, sleek and slender with a lot of warmth output. The safety features are nice and the handle to move it around is a nice added feature as well. I looked at many outdoor heaters and their reviews and took my chances on this unit. The other reviews on this unit is what made up my decision to purchase this unit and I am glad that I did! I live in the mountains in PA. It has been freezing! In the teens with wind at night. Yet with this wonderful heater I can thumb my nose at Mother Nature and enjoy my deck year round! The only thing I don’t love is the “safety switch” than shuts off the heat when the tower tips. It is spring loaded so it has to be on a solid surface. If I move the tower and the switch falls between two deck boards, I have to reset it. Other than that if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!
The temperature dipped where I am, so it was the perfect time to test out this new heater. My outdoor patio is semi enclosed by two walls, so I had the heater in the corner radiating heat outwards. Heat was felt almost immediately after it was turned on, and it the area quite warm. The area isn’t big, so I don’t know how it would be if it was a big open area. Out of the box I had to assemble the base and screw it together, nice and easy. What is nice is on top of the heater it has a grill to make sure you are not too close to the heater to burn yourself from the heat. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought a similar product before and was very satisfied with it. So I bought this better one for my dad. I turned off the heat at home to save money, so I need a heater in my dad’s room. This one heats up very well and you can feel the heat when you open it. There are a variety of modes that can be adjusted to reach the desired temperature, and the mode can be turned down to a lower power. And it’s waterproof, so it’s safer. This winter he is the best of companions.
I’ve had this heater for some time now and I absolutely love it! I had a horizontal one previously and you had to sit right next to it to be warm, but this one warms up a hole side of my patio in Maine winter temperatures. It’s very sturdy and well made and it was very easy to assemble. I really love how simple the controls are and how it only has the features you actually need without any unnecessary junk. The timer is a fantastic one of those features because it allows me to walk away and not have to worry about it knowing that it’ll turn off by itself. It has all the stand safety and precautionary features and a pretty long cord. Overall, I am very happy with this heater and I am considering buying a second one for the other side of my patio. Definitely recommend.
Keeping the party going into winte
If you like a garden party, like me, this is essential for the summer evenings when it cools down or into the winter to keep everyone cozy in the garden.
This 2000w unit is pretty powerful, kicking out enough heat from being plugged into the mains via infrared bulbs.
I used to use a patio gas bottled version but found gas has become pretty expensive and the bottles are difficult to get hold of. With an electric version, there is no risk of running out of gas at least.
Tried this out for our bonfire night get together and it was perfect for our group of friends and family to retreat to when cold. It’s also waterproof as just as well because it bucked it down!

Fast heat up, tall unit.
With weather getting bit colder, we got this heater to help us still enjoying our coffee outside.
When it arrived it needed set up the base, need to screw four bolts. Takes couple minutes, once it’s build it easy to use.
Just note it has small pin on bottom which need to be pushed in otherwise it thinks it fall and will not work. When placed on even concrete there no issue but if placed on loose stones make sure pin pushed in.
It also has remote control which helps to do pretty everything without coming to the heater.
On settings it has plenty heating settings which helps to choose the one which best suits.
Personally love it better than our old gas one as no smell on this one. Advise, if a bit windy weather beast to put it where wind blowing so wind whinge hot air.

Very powerful heater.
I have a wooden outbuilding from which I work and it doesn’t have heating at all so it’s very cold there in winter.
I’ve tried few cheaper heaters already and I wasn’t happy with them.
I decided to invest in this heater to see if if would be more cost effective to use than my panel heaters and what I can say is that it’s a powerful instant heat, that warms the whole area.
It’s got an elegant, decorative look and it’s very light to move around whenever needed.
Does not cost a fortune to run with instant heat.
It is very sturdy and excellent quality.
What I love about it that it switches off automatically when by accident is tip over.
