Although it’s advertised as a pregnancy ball, I’ve got this for myself to replace one that I’ve had that has gotten damaged. Suitable for men and women and great for a wide range of exercises. It’s thick and feels very durable. Very easy to inflate. I have an electronic air pump and inflated it in no time at all. Once inflated it holds the air well and I’ve had no leakage. A great excersise ball.

We love the colour of the yoga ball! Very sturdy and the rubber is textured that allows for better grip.

My old yoga ball was smooth and kept slipping away. This one doesn’t!

Came greatly packaged including the pump. However after wasting over 10 mins trying to inflate it… I used my old pump instead!

This ball is great only disappointment was the pump. It didn’t inflate the ball at all. ( maybe it was faulty pump) nevertheless the ball is worth keeping!

    STURDY AND BOUNCY

The yoga ball is really easy to inflate but best to slightly over pump it as it does deflate a little when inserting stopper. When removing it from the box is didn’t have an unpleasant smell (which has been the case with previous balls). The ball is soft to the touch and has a smooth embossed surface with some detailing in a basketball kind of style which creates more friction when on the skin. It was great that there was a paper measuring tape to let you know the correct amount of air to pump in for its desired size. Overall very satisfied

I use this both for exercising and comfort. I incorporated this into my workout for doing dumbbell exercises and cardio. I also use it as a seat/ footrest and so does my pregnant partner. Both her and I find it very comfortable.

As with all exercise, especially when pregnant, always consult your medical practitioner to avoid injury or damage.

That said, this is a very good quality exercise ball. Easy to inflate and material is very good, good grip. Always follow instructions when using this ball as this is only good when used properly. With exact inflation, it provides sturdy support.

Really good value you for money, you definately get what you pay for.

Bought this daughter as she suffers with her back and other health issues. She is around 14st and now 31 weeks pregnant. Its was easy to inflate and is helping her with her aches. It eases her back and pelvic area. Worth the price for relief.

Definitely amazing. I regretted to not purchase this while I was pregnant. It’s soft, easy to manage, have durability and nice to help to stretching. Also I use to make my LO sleep. I’m 176cm tall(5’7) and it’s a perfect size and great value for money.

My husband tried and love this ball for do the stretch and to bounce the baby too.

    Amazing and great for postpartum

A good sized inflatable ball which can be used for pregnancy relief, yoga or general fitness exercises. Comes with a hand pump which, although not as efficient as an electric one, did pump the ball up. Ball made from tough PVC with a pattern on it which helps avoid any slipping about. For pregnancy helps to relieve back ache and tension. My older child loved playing with the ball too. Well priced

This is great for my autistic child who loves to roll on these and bounce.
well made and easy enough to inflate.

This ball was easy to inflate and feels sturdy quality. I use this during my pregnancy to help with pain and discomfort. I also use it for yoga and exercise. Comes with a hand pump and didn’t take long to pump up.

This yoga ball is really thick and well made. I love the colour and it’s soft, squishy texture. It’s comfortable whilst giving plenty of support. I will be using this during my pregnancy and to ease pressure in the pre-labour stages. The hand pump isn’t greatly suited for the task at hand as it’s not very powerful but at least you have that as a last resort if you don’t have an electric pump.

This yoga/pregnancy ball comes with a hand pump, a tape measure, two stoppers and a small tool for removing the stopper if needed. I started using the hand pump and nothing seemed to be happening for a while but then the ball suddenly started to take shape. I can’t say how long it took to inflate overall as I had to stop and take a break a few times. (You can of course use a better pump if you have one.) The instructions say you should inflate the ball to within 10% of it’s total capacity and leave it for 12 hours to stretch out then inflate to to full size.

Once fully inflated the ball feels strong and sturdy but also has a good degree of bounce and is very comfortable to use. The outer layer has bands across it to aid grip and the thick rubber is advertised as split-proof, and it certainly feels very sturdy and robust.

I tried to put my leg and knee to the left so you can see the size if it. I ordered a 75cm one.. not sure how to measure it. Is it diameter? As this diameter is bigger than 75 but the height seems shorter? Very confusing. Either way I’m 165cm tall – 5’4 and this is way too small for me. I guess to be comfortable enough for me to use it during pregnancy would have to be around 95cm.
Other than than the quality is great. It’s very thick and I think it will last a while. I’ll use it for exercise after I give birth as by then I won’t require such a big one (as atm hips should be higher than knees and that’s not the case). Over all it’s a very good ball

Good but not big enough for a 5'5

I have been using this birthing ball since the day it arrived. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and started using it to help with pain and comfort. It was easy to inflate using the hand pump and quality is very good and durable enough. I highly recommend for anyone who’s pregnant and also can be used as yoga ball to do different exercises.

Bought this to help me work through my third trimester of pregnancy as my job involves a lot of getting up and down off the ground. With this ball I was able to bounce rather than squat and it helped a lot!

Inflating was easy enough, but I have had to reinflate it multiple times which is beginning to be a pain. Wish it kept air better, but can’t beat the price!

Not only is this great for pregnancy but it is great for general exercise and stretching. It is anti burst and very comfortable. It allows you to be able to bend and stretch without any pain or fear of falling. Definitely an item wide will be keeping in the home for a long time!

My newborn will only relax when bouncing, we thought of bouncing on a yoga ball might help and what a difference! As soon as we start gently bouncing she is fast asleep instantly.

I was concerned about the ball holding mine and her weight but it can hold up to 1760lbs so that was no issue. The material feels incredibly sturdy and thick, and the colour is really vibrant.

    No fear of it popping

I got this to do floor exercises and sit ups on. For me it provides very good lower back support and I found that by under inflating it slightly, it was very confortable for me to lay on to do my sit up exercises.

The material is durable and seems reasonably thick. It should hold up to sustained use well.

This is a decent pregnancy yoga ball. It comes with all accessories to pump it up, include a spare stopper which is a nice idea. I didn’t have any trouble pumping it up to full capacity with the included pump, unlike some other reviewers.

It is made from quite thick PVC – the description suggests that this makes it stronger (not sure that’s needed) and that it will slowly deflate rather than burst if punctured (I obviously can’t test this, it’s a good idea if true).

It does, though, mean that the ball is heavier than most, which might be a factor in your decision-making.

There are many, many of these available to buy – this has a couple of things (the included pump and the thickness) to distinguish it from others.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is fantastic yoga ball. It’s very well made and feels sturdy but also nice and bouncy. As I’m 5’8 I was worried about it being too small but it is perfect for my height. It was fairly easy to blow up as it comes with a hand pump. I would say this product is very good value for money!

    Fantastic yoga ball

I got this after antenatal classes as I didn’t realise it was important to have the right sized ball for your height. I also found the main difference is that although it’s much thicker than my normal smaller yoga ball, it’s actually a lot bouncier and softer when sat on. Making it great for maternity, early labour or late pregnancy use; especially when you’re trying to encourage baby to get into the right position for leaving the premises. As a lady late into her pregnancy, I can confirm this ball is way more comfortable than my normal harder yoga ball. It feels really comfortable on my back, bottom and hips. The ball has a non slip texture and bands of rings that are smoother so you can easily gauge the orientation of the ball quickly. For the price I was hoping it comes with a foot pump, unfortunately it comes with a hand pump thats akin to blowing the lightest puff of air with each pump, it was going to take forever to fill the ball. I quickly abandoned the hand pump, and swapped it out with a manual foot pump that came with my other budget yoga ball and easily managed to fill it within 8 minutes. It also comes with two air plugs, and a little tool to pry out the plug to deflate the ball. Overall really pleased with the ball and can see myself using this postnatal for other yoga, exercise related activities. I’d purchase this with the view of not using the hand pump that comes with it.

This is a good quality yoga ball. It’s made from thick material and supports well. It’s easy to pump up, it came with a hand pump but I would recommend an electric pump as it would take a while by hand.

    Really nice product, would recommend.

The ball comes with a pump, two stoppers and one plug removal tool. The ball arrived flat and required inflating. I found that I was unable to fully inflate it using the hand pump alone, I had to finish blowing it up with our electronic pump in order to achieve it’s full capacity.
Once fully inflated the creases and bumps on the surface of the ball disappeared. The plug is made of solid white plastic, it’s easy to insert and fits snugly and securely into the hole and It hasn’t come loose or fallen out during use. The ball is moulded out of thick pvc. It’s bouncy and more than capable of supporting my weight. We got the 65cm ball and that’s the perfect size for both me and my partner to use. I haven’t slipped off the ball during use due to the grippy nature and matte texture of it’s surface.
The plug is easily removed using the tool provided and the ball deflates for easy storage, though we needed to use a different pump to fully inflate.

Strong and bounces well but needed to use a different pump
