Looks great but actually quite slippery…so for thumb grips I’d say try others, for a cool look when you’re not too concerned with texture these are great. A bit big for meta quest 3 joysticks but they work, never had them fail off. Fit perfectly on Xbox controllers

Che dire, per me diventato quasi impossibile giocare senza i thumb grip su un qualsiasi controller / console portatile.
Questi sono ottimi, facile il montaggio, buoni i materiali, ottima adesione delle dita.

Cumple su funcin perfectamente, hay que dedicarle algo de tiempo a ponerlos correctamente porque van bastante justos (cosa que est bien porque facilita que no se muevan), pero una vez puestos mejoran el agarre al ser de goma y a que no se ensucie el entramado del stick original.
Mi nica duda con el producto era si seguira funcionando el contacto capacitivo del stick derecho, que hace que al colocar el pulgar encima puedas usar los giroscopios de la Deck para apuntar, y la verdad es que funciona perfectamente, no he notado apenas diferencia entre esa funcin con la goma puesta o quitada.

The stock Steam Deck thumb stick grips are honestly terrible, flat with no texture or material grip made my thumb slip while using it. This was the first thing I noticed when using the Steam Deck for the first time and knew that a thumb stick cap was needed.
There was a couple other brands I looked at, but this was exactly what I was looking for – simple design, depth for thumb placement, perimeter raised dots for added grip, grippy rubber design.
The only note is for actually installing the caps over the Steam Deck joysticks. Its a very tight fit – which is great and means there is zero looseness once installed. Follow the noted instructions on the product page and take your time folding it over the edges.
It's hard to find cute accessories for the steam deck, so I really appreciate these. They offer protection and are comfortable, I love them.

My one gripe with the steam deck was that during longer gaming sessions, the shape of the thumbsticks would start to hurt my thumbs. I’ve always preferred dome shaped thumb caps on any of my controller/controller like devices and after finding these and seeing they come with domed caps, I had to try them out.
They were easy to get on and I haven’t had any issues with them popping off or getting loose.
They also still allow the thumbsticks to sense touch for any gyro controls!!

Perfectly fits all the thumbsticks on 8bitdo controllers perfectly. Also the highest quality regardless of all other prices. Look no further, grab a variation of one of these. Might take some finagling to get them to sit proper like massaging the sides, but eventually they'll slide on properly. They're also not super bulky like all the other stick grips on here. Adds a perfectly slim amount of protection and a fine amount of grip.

Great Grips even if the wrong item was sent, I still love them!
I had ordered the Fire Demon grips but I received the Litch Demon grips, however it wasn’t enough to get me to stop trying/using them and so far they are great.
They seem like they are a higher quality then many of the other grips on the market. They are comfortable and they do help me grip the sticks better. One thing to keep in mind is they are a stiffer grip and the easiest way to install them is to fold them up over your thumb and then flip it over the stick.
So far they are great grips I guess we will see how long they stand up. I definitely recommend them.

Helps protect the two sticks for the Steam Deck. They also have a little more grip to them compared to what is currently on the steam deck. They are a little difficult to get on, but I kind of just turned them inside out and then placed them on.

Maybe since haven’t really used joysticks that much before I find myself not putting the thumbs flat on the top, but more from the edges. Anyway these have made it much easier to control the stick. Noticed having a hard time with Pyschonauts walking straight when needed to. These have helped greatly.
They are pretty easy to put on. You have to turn them inside out. Did have one come off during play, but that is probably because of how using them, but otherwise really like them. They make it so much easier to get thru difficult parts. Also bought some TouchProtect Steam Deck pads for the D pad and back buttons. Love the Steam Deck but these additions make it even better.
I tried the ones from Skull & Co but theyre too loose. Tried the JSAUX ones but theyre too smooth. These are perfect. Just wish the hex pattern was concave instead of convex and even that's a minor problem since they grip so well

I'm not sure if I got sent the incorrect caps or if they are not actually for the Steam Deck, but they will definitely not fit. I ordered the raised dots version and they are fine for the smaller switch joysticks so I ended up putting them on my kids switch OLED. They appear to be decent quality and fairly grippy. I would like to see them made out of a slightly softer material to add grip and be a little less slippery like the skull grip caps I currently have on my deck. If you have a switch and need caps then they aren't a bad choice, but if you need a set to fit the Steam Deck then keep looking.

Fits the thumb grips very nicely and tightly on the Steam Deck, and solves the slippery surface problem of the original Steam Deck thumb sticks being very smooth, causing your thumbs to easily slip off them when playing. When putting them on, simply turn the bottom sides up, place over the thumbstick top directly in the middle, then slowly flip the sides down and around the thumbstick. They do fit snug, so it make take a couple tries to get them on. If you're having a difficult time putting them on, follow what I've stated, but when the sides have been flipped down, slowly turn them allowing the rubber to slide around the top to secure. These do solve the problem of slippery thumbstick tops on the Steam Deck. The concave tops included are far superior to the domed tops, which are worthless to me, as my thumbs still slip off the tops. It'd be better if they just included 2 sets of the concave thumbstick covers rather than include a pair of the useless domed covers IMO.

Super cute! Comfy to use and the texture it adds to the joysticks is nice. Way easier to put on than I expected, just took a minute. I love how it comes with two versions – the black is great for my steam deck bare and I plan to use the white once my skin comes from etsy. If you want something cute for your steam deck I would definitely recommend.

I bought these primarily for my Steam Deck, the capacitive thumb sticks haven’t really made a difference for me and they collect skin and oil and are hard to get out.
These have works so far without and issues. I’m using the diamond ones on the deck. They bevel out but feel great and don’t move too much between uses.
The other set of bevel in I’m using on my Xbox one controller that had been worn down. A little harder to install and move a little more it still works well so far.
These fit the steam deck perfectly
bought these for my steam deck they fit perfect if your fingers slip on the analogues I highly recommend these.

Fantastic product. I’m a big F1 2022 fan on the Deck, but something about the stick material (maybe they are more durable over time?) meant that my fingers kept slipping slightly on the finer inputs. These thumb grips have completely solved that issue.
Great grip, but some manufacturing defects
I found the stock joysticks on my Steam Deck to be pretty similar to teflon, it was almost impossible for my thumbs to find a good grip on the sticks, they would slide around so easily.
Enter the PlayVital thumb grip caps. They were not easy to put on (I found it easiest to flip it inside out on my thumb, push down hard and then slowly flip the silicone ring down around the joystick), but they’ve been on firmly with no sign of moving since I installed them. They fit in the stock Steam Deck case WITH a Spigen Armor case on the Deck without depressing the thumbsticks, which is fantastic (although if you push on the top of the case, they do click down, so there’s likely a mm or two of available room). Most importantly, the grip is fantastic compared to the stock Deck joysticks, I can actually use the middle of the joysticks to play now (rather than having to use the outside edges of the stick).
I gave it 4 stars because there was a manufacturing defect on the ‘star’ pattern grips, in that many of the small dots were missing compared to the photos, but fortunately I was only interested in the other more concave grips (which were perfect).
They don't slide nor get sticky, very grippy and they collect lint or dust on them as some that I have tried for other consoles. Pretty neat.

Used on the Steam Deck and I have a habit of digging my nails in. These little things are Well made and comfortable to use. Easly installed by turning them inside out.

As stated in the title, these have a amazing grip on the thumbs. They feel great when moving the character around. I do recommend these for sure. They are a bit difficult to install as you have to make sure that it wraps around the thumb stick completely or risk them slipping off. When done correctly, you'll love them.

This was purchased for use with my Steam Deck. As there were no reviews at the time of my purchase, I took the bullet so you can make an educated purchase.
First off, the Capacitive Touch Sensors do work with the caps on. Also, with the caps on and no protective case, they will fit in the Valve provided Steam Deck Case without depressing and clicking the sticks. Will update if I ever add a protective case.
Design: I purchased primarily for the Diamond Grain but have ended up using the Crack Bomb design. Reason for this being, the Diamond Grain has a more domed form where as the Crack Bomb is more concave and seems to hug the sticks better. Have not had them shift or come off yet, but I haven’t put that much time into them.
Installation of the caps is not as easy as the seller suggests in their pictures, they will not snap on immediately as suggested. Turn them inside out and slowly flip the edges down in a clockwise or counter clockwise motion, if a side gets folded under, just rotate the caps and that should be enough to unfold them. Be weary, too many attempts could stretch out the caps as they are not the most pliable silicone.
Additional Note: Although the product description does state this was “designed for Steam Deck” and is “NOT compatible with other controller or console”, these are definitely compatible with and fit PERFECTLY on the Nintendo Switch Joycons and I absolutely believe these were designed primarily for Joycons.
For $9.99, it was an “ok” buy. I don’t regret it yet.

These were a little fiddly to fit, but that was due to the fact they were the perfect size and are not loose at all.
