I really like the sleek design and the processing speed. It’s a high quality product with fantastic graphics display and was delivered with ample protection /packaging. I will be using it for my degree work and gaming.

Bought this for running games at 1080p high/ultra settings and streaming games from ps5 and it works perfectly for that. I would highly recommend this product as an entry level gaming PC.
We ditched the old one (son was going mad with it lagging and other words I haven’t heard of) and bought this one to take over. Worth the investment so far.
Like others I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a PC having not had much experience with them in the past, but I decided to pull the trigger on this PC and I’m glad I did. The instructions included made it super easy to set up and it works like a dream really well packaged and delivered to me within 24 hours.
So I have had this pc for about 3 weeks now and it has worked amazingly with everything I have thrown at it. I know I don’t play the most intensive games but this has been a great upgrade for someone who has never had a ‘proper’ pc despite previously having gaming laptops.
First off I ordered Sunday evening with Tuesday being expected delivery day but it turned up Monday lunch time which was a pleasant surprise!
It was easy to set up straight out the box and installing my essentials was simple and I was playing overwatch within a few hours of receiving the pc (only thing slowing me down was my internet connection!)
I love the details of the checklist being included and the screenshots of testing shows the computer has been put together with more care and effort than some other companies.
I will admit I haven’t played anything too ‘stressful’ yet but I’m not sure what I have that would be harder work for the pc as I mostly play modded minecraft, terraria, overwatch etc which are clearly not overly intensive but I wanted to future proof myself now!
Only a few minor niggles with it so far, none of which I’m too worried about as it might just be me being a bit dumb trying to do it when its not workable (no Bluetooth and being unable to change fan colours in armory crate).
Even with the two minor things I am still 100% on this pc as it’s everything I wanted, seemingly put together with care and runs everything I want to run smoothly and with ease.
The pc came very well packaged and had all the instructions and information needed to inform us on what to do to set it up, only had it a day but seems a brilliant pc and a brilliant team!
Such a brilliant purchase, any upgrade from my previous potato is welcome and I caved in, brought this, arrived within a few days and its perfect
Runs so quickly and smoothly, perfect for gaming, when it was delivered, so much care was put in to protecting it and handled so well
It’s a must buy if you want to go up from a potato PC and the service, while i haven’t experienced it yet with SCAN appears to be 110%

Love the new gaming PC, so many frames per second . like to say a big thanks to the technical team for helping me solve a problem with windows, black screen. now PC is working fine.

The PC arrived well packaged to protect from outer damage. There was also a good amount of packing inside the PC Case, to prevent any components from being dislodged in transit.
The choice of components is good value for money, while also representing solid quality choices for each part. The Build quality was excellent, with everything correctly fitted and very neat Cable management. A testing sheet is provided to show validation checks have been carried out and that the PC has been fully tested, to ensure both functionality and that everything is performing as expected. So far, everything has performed to the expected standard when I have been using it as well. You get a package of information with the build, providing you with information to contact tech support if needed. Overall it seems Scan put a lot of effort into getting things right and making sure that getting everything going is a smooth experience.
I have always been skeptical when looking to buy new pc’s as it can be hard to tell if forking out almost 1k will be worth it, but I can definitely say it was 100% worth it for this pc! Beautiful cable management, honestly they’re tied away so well that it doesn’t even look like there are many cables, and the actual machine itself is a beast. Perfect for power hungry games.
Definitely worth it, I’d highly recommend this manufacturer as well as their customer service seems very good. The pc came with plenty of letters to help prepare everything and it made the initial set up simple, even for me, someone who has little knowledge on the more technical side of computers.
This pc does everything I want it to do. Very fast and very smooth. Gaming, films, music, everything runs great. 100% recommend. Scan helped me locate the Sata power cable over the phone and they
talked me through how to use Armoury Crate to adjust the fan speed.

Firstly, the communication from the SCAN team was lightning fast, I had a few extra questions before buying, all asked and answered in record time.

Just brilliant, every aspect. Delivery, packaging, speed, and the PC itself is everything the Amazon ad described. Less than 24 hours later and I have everything rigged up and it’s working perfectly. Plug and play all great, Elgato/OBS, everything.

Been hunt for a pre build gaming pc for a while this has to be the best spec for you’re money definitely would recommend I have already played gta cod fort nite all run perfec
So far so good! It works quick and seems reliable. It is still working to the top standard after 3 months. I regularly play games on It, mostly Genshin Impact, and it doesn’t lag at all on the highest settings. It’s also very aesthetically pleasing and the changing colours are fun.
Amazing after sales support, they are so helpful.
Technician was always there to help us navigate every difficulty we encountered.

From beggining- when pc turn up was packed very safe , a lot of bubble wrap everywhere also inside pc , very clear paper instruction how to start step after step included pictures, all cables are very tidy inside tower looks like it’s been done by really professionals. About pc I’ve got gpu 3060ti and i5 12th gen , most of new games like nfs unbound , forza horizon 5 , cyberpunk 2077 going on ultra settings and 4k resolution without any problems. I can strongly recommend to buy Pc from this company
So first time buying a prebuilt Gaming Pc, i had looked around and came across Scan did some research and seen that they where highly rated. They did not disappoint my rig is perfect for what I want to play with great FPS for example 102FPS ULTRA settings on total Warhammer 3 just to name one. every part on the pc as listed online no change they give what they say on there listing. Very clean build good cable management great heat management also after long gamming session never runs too hot. This pc also almost no fan noise witch is great. One last thing they have great tech support team that are fast answer and help. in summery great experience buying from Scan, would recommend anybody to use them for your next pc.

good components best pc i have ever owned
So far the PC has handled everything I have wanted to do, and does so extremely quickly. Everything is simple and quick to set up. The lights are cool but can also be turned off, plenty of usb ports and other connections for everything I have wanted to plug in.
The only down side I have found so far is that the power cable seems to be a little loose.
I’ve not put the computer through the rigours yet but so far I’m happy with the purchase.
