Really like this laptop ,I use it for my show I do on local Radio.
Only thing I didn’t like ,the keyboard is USA version even though you get plastic covers in different countries ,had to learn the different symbols for the UK.

Just what I needed
So far the laptop has been excellent and just what I needed to repalce the old desktop PC. It runs my AutoCad software no problem and good size screen.

Recommendable laptop
At first I wasn’t sure if it’s a good idea to buy a product that is not so popular but anyways i did and am happy with the product.The keypad must be used correctly to avoid difficulties in typing some letters. Generally, the laptop is great.

I was a bit wary in buying this laptop as it is from a company I had never heard of.
But having received it and got it up and running (easily), I need not have worried.
A large, very clear screen, it runs and loads sites very quickly which is exactly what I need for my hobby.

Its lightweight and the speed is fast- I am jealous because he now has more memory and this laptop has a much larger screen than my HP! Fast boot-up and great screen quality.
I bought this for my fathers 60th Birthday as he needed a new laptop. He only really uses it for online videos, emails, online ordering etc. It has been great so far. The picture quality is outstanding, which was the first thing he noticed. The set up was easy and the alternative keyboard layouts were a nice inclusion. The SSD make the boot-up lighting quick which has made a big difference to speed and performance compared to his old laptop. Overall, this seems great value for money and even comes with a one year warrenty and includes the option to extend it to two years for free.

Great budget PC
Having previously shelled out for an all singing, all dancing PC at great expense, which has had numerous problems over the years and a broken hinge for some time, when my hard disc crash decided just to buy a cheaper laptop. Miss some of the higher end specifications. Was used to a light up keyboard and have found it difficult to read the keyboard letters in my dark cottage, but for the money this seems very good value. It has done everything I have wanted so far. Downloading Microsoft Office was a breeze and so far has communicated with my printer without problem. For general browsing and Office applications this does the job at a very good price.
A cheap useful Windows 11 Laptop for ordinary use.
My wife bought me this laptop for my birthday. She paid a very reasonable price and I’ve found it very good value for money.
I spent some time updating Windows 11 and in normal everyday use it’s fast and responsive. However, it hasn’t many programs on it yet of lots of data so I imagine it will slow a little in time.
There are rubber overlays for the keyboard to make sure it’s ok for the uk, however, once put in place the keyboard is fully responsive and I’m hardly aware it is there now.
The screen is clear.
I’ve carried it around away from the home on a few occasions without any problems.

I really like this laptop even though I’d never heard of the brand before. Will definitely buy this again.
Set up was very easy,even though I’d never used ‘Windows 11’ before. I found it easier than Windows 10. Colour/contrast/sound are all really good.
My old laptop was originally Windows 7, but it got a iris, so was wiped off and replaced with Windows 10 which I found difficult, so was pleasantly impressed with how easy Windows 11was to use.
The only negative is that whilst live streaming,TRP kept popping up but I’m hoping that it’s just because I need to set the settings properly,as it’s all I’ve used it for. Otherwise I really like this laptop and would buy this brand again.
Finally broke out into the laptop scene and wanted to get a decent enough laptop without spending an absurd amount. This was one of the cheaper options and the specs were actually fairly impressive – decided to bite the bullet and grab it. Pleased with it so far! Easy to setup and it was ready to go in under an hour, works perfectly well. The thing does chew through battery power pretty quickly so I’d recommend keeping it plugged in while using, but considering specs and the nature of it that’s not too surprising.
Overall considering just how cheap this is compared to other laptops with similar specs – I’m very impressed!
I needed to update my laptop but couldn’t really afford a good one (or so I thought). I saw this SGIN on offer on Amazon and was surprised by the spec compared to more expensive makes. I did a little research and decided to give it a go.
It arrived a day earlier than expected. When I opened the box I surprised to see two silicone keyboard covers/protectors. It worked straight out of the box and was incredibly easy to set up. It boots up from cold in no time at all, it really is quick.
I was a little worried about buying a new laptop, thinking it would be difficult to get on with (like when us oldies get a new phone ), but it was so easy to use and the screen is sharp and clear, perfect for looking at photos, internet browsing and I’ve even watched a couple of films.
I don’t play games, but my grandchildren really love gaming on it when they come over.
I’ve had it for several weeks now and can’t fault it.
What’s not to like?

I was waiting for the sales to replace my old, tired laptop when this appeared as one of Amazon’s Choices. A bargain price compared to other new laptops of a similar spec, it does everything I need it to do (but I don’t play games).
It comes preloaded with Windows 11 which is ideal considering Microsoft no longer support version 8.1. I have the grey version which looks sleek but the keys can be difficult read in poor light. Fortunately, it came with a cover (see photo) which not only clearly shows the characters, but will also help prevent dust and crumbs finding their way in. The keyboard pad is larger than my old laptop, which means it has separate number keys like a standard keyboard. The mouse pad is also larger.
There’s no CD or DVD drive but this makes the laptop slimmer and lighter. It has a couple of USB ports and a micro-SD port if you need to transfer data. I’m very happy with this machine.
This was bought as a replacement for a 6 year old windows 10 laptop. Initially I was worried about the transition to widows 11 but I was pleasantly surprised how good it is. The multi-desktop feature is great when multi-tasking.
The laptop on the whole is a great upgrade. I bought the 12GB version so it runs really well and handles many tasks at once.
For the price paid I would highly recommend this product, despite it being a relatively unknown brand. Upon receipt of the laptop there is a offer inside the box to sign-up to get a further 12 months warranty. A no-brainer!
Great Value Bargain Price
Bought this at a great bargain price of 209.99 to replace my old PC which was taking up too much room in my living room. I am physically challenged and this is slim and light weight so I can also carry it into my bedroom and use it in bed. Very easy to set up, easy to use with decent size screen and clear features. It comes with keyboard overlays to keep it clean or to change the layout. Quick start up, good battery life. Never heard of the brand before but so far can’t fault it and would highly recommend.
I use it for general surfing, online shopping and watching films. Works well with speakers. I can’t comment on gaming as I don’t play games.
I was unsure whether to go for this one or another, but I needn’t have worried as this is a super little machine. Simple to set up after following the on screen prompts and quick to boot up. Its light and easy to handle with a good camera for zoom meetings. I also found it so simple to add all the apps that i needed and that were on my previous one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and I did so, then ordered another one for a friend, who loves it.
I purchased this computer when it was at sale price of 220. I was very hesitant due to the price and some reviewers comments but I am very pleased with it. The keyboard is not an issue, there are several keyboard covers provided which are very well made, just use the correct one and the typing experience is absolutely fine. The screen resolution is absolutely fine too.
There is no port for a printer cable but that generally is not a problem these days with wireless printers.
I use this mainly as my personal computer, not for work, and browsing is lightning fast, much faster than my other computer. Also the battery life is very good.
I dont do gaming so cant comment.
For me this computer is very much a bargain and has taken the pain out of browsing for me due to the speed.
I bought this laptop to replace a very old Compaq. This model is the 8GB RAM M15 Pro. It arrived ahead of the expected delivery date, which was very pleasing.
It is very light and portable. Also very quiet (silent in fact) as the storage is solid state, 250 GB, which is plenty for my use. It also takes my 350 GB external drive without any fuss. It has a very pleasing aesthetic about it. The screen is crystal clear particularly for reading all manner of text information and for viewing via streaming platforms.
Performance wise it’s ideal. It is fast. Boots up and shuts down in no time at all. Multitasking is no problem with this laptop. I can have several applications open at any one time and still be able to surf the internet without any noticeable slowing down of functionality. The battery life is excellent. I have a reading of 10+ hours on a full charge. Currently it is on 88% with an 8hr 45mins estimate, as I write this.
Whilst it comes with a keyboard overlay, (“” sign and “@” are in different places), I have found this a welcome addition in fact, as it prevents all manner of “stuff” falling in. It also helps the keyboard stand out more for me. See picture.
It is the perfect laptop for home and personal use, at a great price. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable replacement or addition.
I had to replace my old laptop which has served me well for many years and wanted a good level of RAM, a SSD and a unit running the latest operating system. I found just that in this laptop and decided to try it out, based on the reviews.
Could I really get all of this for 300?
I use the laptop for basic office applications, photo processing and that’s about it. Can’t comment really on the gaming side of things because I don’t use it for that, but the processor does what I need it to do.
The screen is bright and clear.
Battery life is good.
It’s fast, silent, the build quality feels fine and it has a keyboard overlay that keeps the keys clean. I was a little disappointed at first that one or two of the keys on the keyboard had different symbols to my previous laptop and I was skeptical about using the overlay. After a short time I got used to it and like the idea that it keeps the everyday dust and debris from getting between the keys. The keys also feel fine to touch.
Like Windows 11 but I think I’ll have to study it’s features in a book to get the best results.
All in all, very happy with my purchase, it’s got great reviews and I can see why. The two years warranty is also reassuring.
At the end of the day, it depends what you expect your laptop to do.
This one suits me fine and I have saved at least 200 on a named brand. What’s not to like?
Excellent Value for Money
I bought this as a gift for my daughter, who is about to do her GCSE’s this coming summer. What can I say the price I paid for this Laptop was an absolute bargain, the brand maybe not be that well known but so far it has been brilliant. For someone who is at school or college, this laptop is perfect for them, for gaming, I really am not sure about the higher-powered games, my daughter is only really into Minecraft and that runs well on the laptop.
Some of the features which gave it a five-star rating are the keyboard overlays which are included to protect and keep the keyboard clean of which two are provided and also it has a number pad which some of the laptops now do now seem to have or you have to pay extra for.

Good Value
Early days but I bought this for my 15year old for GCSEs. Can’t beat the price compared to how powerful it is. I was concerned about the keypad but its fine and she’s added the rubber cover she wanted which looks fine. It’s got a decent size screen and she’s watched films on it. She tells me the only downside is that the camera needs a lot of light to not look green and it’s not a brand she’s ever heard of so won’t give her any street cred at school! All in all seems to be good value for money and not heavy either.
Delivery was good and on time. I really need more time to give a proper evaluation of the laptop, but so far the laptop itself is working well. No problems in booting up. I very much liked the silicon QWERTY cover that came with the laptop. Battery life isn’t so good, however I’ll put up with it so long as I have the power adaptor when travelling. It’s also a shame that I can’t charge the laptop battery, with a power bank charger with the type C & USB connections.
I have not received from the makers “SGIN” any acknowledgement that the 3 laptops I ordered, have been registered with SGIN for warranty purposes, which is somewhat annoying, as I believe if you want to sell more goods then the customer service back up has to be second to none However SGIN were prompt in replying to a query I had about one of the laptops, even though I didn’t think they understood my questions.
What I didn’t like about the laptop was the operating system “Windows 11” It is supposed to be a simplified operating system, but I did not like it, and of all the Microsoft Window upgrades, Windows 11 is one of the worst, but this will equally apply to any other brand of PC or laptops using the Windows 11 OS. As I said the laptop is works great just a shame Windows 11 doesn’t do the laptop justice, as I would much prefer windows 10.

It depends what you’re used to and what you will be using it for. I ordered 2 of these laptops 12/22. One for myself and one for my son. Very confusing American keyboard with rubber overlays in various layouts/languages. No keyboard back lighting for grey keys with grey letters, numbers etc so very difficult to see. Flimsy plastic which was almost brittle. Setting it up wasn’t too difficult, but this is the slowest laptop either of us have ever encountered. It’s hopeless for gaming (son) and equally hopeless for work and social use (me). I thought they were a great bargain at 209 each reduced from 700 in the Black Friday sale but it’s a true saying “you get what you pay for”. Maybe ok if you’re not doing much on your laptop apart from social media but no use if you need it for office work, emails, research etc…. and definitely NOT gaming! Even browsing was a drawn out chore. Absolute waste of time and money. Please read the lower star reviews and don’t just depend on the 5 star ones. Also, please read the specifications (I didn’t) apparently this is one of the slowest laptops you can buy. Thankfully they are being collected next week for a full refund. Thank you Amazon.
It is fair to say I am no way a tech geek! in fact I would use technophobe as a good description of myself. When it came to buying this laptop I read the reviews here and put my trust into them. I have to say they were spot on. so much great praise for the laptop and I have to echo this in my review too.
light weight, great screen size. I was slightly concerned about the layover for the keyboard but WOW, I think all keyboards need this. its so easy to use, clean hygenic and can be interchanged for your desired language.
Another thing I also think is genius is the interchangeable plug. I work betweek France and UK and the ease of changing the plug in is remarkable its a great feature.

Then u can store loads of files on it, documents, photos, music, videos, films etc. The laptop has a long battery life of 8 hours before it needs to be recharged. There is a built-in web camera so u can have team/zoom meetings or skype friends/family. Its easy to set-up with your sign-in & internet connection details. It has a fast running system & there is a built-in fan that works silently to stop it from getting too hot while u are using it. U can easily download any apps or software u want onto it. I like that the touch pad is large sized for ease of use & the included keyboard covers prevent dust going in between the keys while u are using it. There is a card inside the box that allows u to register the laptop for an extra 12 months extended warranty, which is a good bonus. Its a very practical laptop that is excellent to use for home, work or school/uni, its very thin & lightweight so its easy to carry & very portable. It includes a 3-pin adaptor plug to charge it up easily from any mains plug socket. It isnt a brand name I recognise, but it has the high quality, appearance & functions u’d expect from a great laptop at a reasonable price so I’d definitely recommend buying it.

Again, I was sceptical re the rubber keyboard overlays but with the UK one in place the keyboard is very responsive and it does keep the actual keys clean. It has a QWERTY keyboard but some of the function keys need the overlay – eg @ and some other function keys. I suppose if you got to know the keyboard you would need the overlay. It comes fully loaded with Windows 11. Not an incredibly fast processsor but it can handle most things and has a good memory system. We needed to buy Microsoft Office as word etc is not pre-loaded. Overall – an really excellent machine and for the price who needs to spend 200 + more.

So pleased I bought this item to replace an old slow laptop. Easy to set up. Used with Microsoft applications (e.g. Word and Power Point) and for internet browsing. For the price just the job.
I bought this as a replacement for my 2-year-old laptop which cost more than three times the price of this laptop and had become very slow – comparing this to my old one, I am very surprised at how fast this laptop is – it can handle any task with ease and comes with Windows 11 pre-installed too! I would mainly use this to watch videos, stream tv shows, complete Uni work, surf the web and design websites and it can handle all of that arguably better than any expensive named brand laptop would.
The screen size at 15.6″ is exactly what I was looking for and the picture quality/clarity is excellent – as well as this, the battery life far exceeded my expectations and lasts for hours!
Dont be put off by the amazing price, this is far better than any major named manufacturer and the build quality is arguably better – this is a genuine bargain and cannot be faulted, the long warranty backs this up!

Bought this for my father-in-law. It’s a lightweight laptop, with SSD drive and Windows 11 Home installed. Works well and it’s more than adequate for his needs (emails and browsing). Just over 200 was an amazing price for what it offers.

I purchased this as a backup computer, but it’s so good that I am alternating using it with my main PC. It is a truly excellent machine; super fast with SSD and superb quality casing with an excellent screen; fast boot up, Windows 11, and really clear and loud audio. In brief, excellent value. I cannot comment on gaming as I do not game.
Good performance windows 11 laptop for a good price
Bought as a replacement for a laptop with windows 10 as an upgrade, I needed a lighter faster machine with a good screen size, but gaming was not a consideration for me. This machine has a good clear screen and a keyboard that is a delight to use, as I have large hands, together with built in camera making on line chat easy. Charging time is not excessive and usage time is generous. It came in some of the best packaging I’ve seen and was very easily set up. I would say that for general usage it is a well specified and good value for money laptop and I’m glad to have purchased it.

For an 8GB Ram laptop, it’s a good price. Not a make I have ever heard of before, but it does what I need it to. I did have a software issue where the Microsoft Store link was broken, but I have fixed this. The main reason for buying this was for my daughter’s school work so it should be very capable. I would recommend this laptop as you get a Windows 11 laptop with 8GB of Ram for a very good price. I am impressed with the size of the screen.

Quite amazing value.
I needed a laptop in a hurry. The “e” key on my ten year old Dell had lost function making any writing difficult. This SGIN laptop ticked a load of boxes – starting with the price! It provided me with a slightly larger screen with better resolution. It has a numeric keypad – I had been using a USB add on numeric pad when I had lots of numbers to input.
I reserve judgement on the Windows 11 OS – but that is not the fault of the laptop – which runs it effortlessly.
The laptop comes with a “blank” keboard – and eight or so keyboard overlays for different layouts. I was skeptical about these initially but they hug the keys snugly and the keyboard action is quite acceptable. I hope that, when I wear this out, I will be able to get a replacement.
It is slim and light. The battery life looks good – though I mostly run my laptops plugged in.
It is a bit short on USB ports – but I have a small four way which lets me add what I need to and charge my phone and Kindle.
The power lead is a little on the short side – or maybe the Dell charger was a bot on the long side – but it is handily small.
I’ve given it points for gaming because, though I don’t game, I do use some demanding CAD CAM software which it runs happily

As soon as I saw the price, I knew I had to get one and I haven’t been disappointed. It’s light, quick to start, crystal clear screen, excellent specs and great for every day tasks, office work or gaming with no lag or buffering. This has to be the biggest bargain of 2022, I love it.

Pleased with my purchase
This laptop is as good as my more well known laptop, but at a far cheaper price.
So in my opinion this lives up to that one in screen and battery quality, I can’t say anything about the gaming side of it as I’ve not used it for that sort of thing.
What I can say is I’m impressed with it so far.
Brilliant laptop!!
I bought this laptop for use with my 3D printer. It runs all the slicing programs with ease and the picture quality of the screen helps with the fine details of the prints. All in all you can’t get a better laptop for the price. I’d of given it more stars if I could.

Lovely and lightweigh
Much lighter than my current laptop and despite it’s size its lovely and strong. Good big size screen and the keyboard layout is spacious.
Took a couple of minutes to load up and I’ve added all my favourite sites as favourites pinned to the desktop.
Really fast operating system and its pretty quiet compared to other brands I’ve tried in the past. Comes with covers for the keyboard so should keep it nice and clean.
I Love everything about this great laptop. Its much lighter than my old one. Its picture is crisp and sharp, sound is also amazing . I particularly like the light rubber cover that sits neatly over the keyboard, it stops dust and stuff falling between the keys which keeps it all looking spotlessly clean. I don’t use it for gaming so have no idea how it performs in that department. On top of all that the price was awesome, would highly recommend this machine, its a cracker.
I Bought Two, Amazing!
First and foremost, the specs on this laptop are amazing for the price. I bought two for family members who are incredibly happy with the product. The amount of RAM you get allows you to run multiple programs at once efficiently and the boot speeds are impressive with the SSD. As you can see from the photo I attached, the specs are clearly outlined and it is a steal for the price.

The laptop was discounted when I bought it; it does all the work I need for university and work. It also runs some older total war games that I play. A Great value for money laptop. Better than anything in the 2-300 price range!

This laptop is excellent value for money, and I only hope I can do it justice
I wasn’t sure how good the laptop would be as it’s an unknown brand but on first look it’s great and just what my son needs for his A’Levels. It loads very quickly, is extremely lightweight and, despite having additional keyboard layout overlays, it comes with a QWERTY keyboard as standard as well as UK plug.
We haven’t fully loaded it yet as it’s a Christmas present and we want him to have that joy himself, but as an experienced laptop user (and Mac lover) I actually really like it! It’s ergonomic enough for regular use, light enough to carry daily in a rucksack, and quick enough to complete homework on with ease (and watch the football of course).
Good laptop
I liked the price first of all, but I was pleasantly surprised how good this laptop is. Windows 11 comes preinstalled but it needed quite a few windows updates before I could use it. But I expected that. All in all it is a very good lightweight laptop very fast.

If memory size is not a major problem then this is just the job! You do have 250gb of memory to play with, but I always use an external hd to store and backup and backup again, so this puppy is ideal for my needs. For the money it is (to quote a Launceston Pig Farmer) Bleddy Trenonamous!

So pleased I came across this laptop. Bargin buy and exactly what I was looking for. Screen quality is spot on. Very lightweight which is what was a must for me. Literally took 10 minutes to set up. 12GB ram which is even better for gaming!

It’s for basic use and downloading patterns etc ..saying that I’ve tried viewing on the screen with different videos on YouTube at various rates and found the picture very good at 1080p and higher but 1080p works best .

Real Value For Money
Owned this laptop for over a week now and really cannot fault it for the price. watching videos, streaming, general all over usage is excellent as is speed, battery longevity is good. What really is impressive is the speed at which editing home videos is. For the price it’s a winner. Will update the product review after 6 months usage.

I purchased this on a lightening deal at a bargain price from the advice of my son, he said the specs are fantastic for the price. It is a Christmas present for my daughter so will update this review accordingly after Christmas.
Postage was super fast but the box has a nick in it. Hopefully it won’t have damaged the laptop as it was well packaged.

Bought for my disabled daughter who’s old laptop stopped playing her games as too old , she absolutely loves this , so lightweight , easy to use after me setting it up for her ,she’s doing more on it than her old one , screen quality is great as she is she’s partially sighted , she loves the keys on it , an absolute bargain , wish I’d got myself one
Whole lot of bang for your buck!
Thin and lightweight (be careful with how you pick it up) vibrant screen and runs xbox gamepass pretty nicely, down side is no ethernet port and the internal WiFi is weak and doesn’t use 5ghz (downloads will take a while) but other than that it’s an awesome piece of tech for the price!
Quality build and performance.
The SGIN laptop is lightweight, yet sturdy to handle. The processor is fast enough for most tasks. The screen quality is excellent, with a great rendition of colours. The keyboard is responsive, but I am still trying to work out how to configure it for a UK QWERTY layout. However, an excellent product for the price. My one complaint would be the inadequate user manual; a more expansive manual would be a great help.
Great value Laptop
Only just opened this laptop up and switched on but so far so good. The screen is plenty bright enough and sharp and the laptop is fairly thin and lightweight. I intend to use this laptop for internet browsing, shopping and occasional photo editing using Lightroom etc. Included in the box are a number of rubber keyboard overlays (the UK one is installed on my photo of the laptop). These just fit on top of the existing keys but seem to stay put when when you turn the laptop upside down. Overall great value for money!
Incredible value for money
I am so pleased with my new laptop. It has a good sized screen and is lightweight. I haven’t had to call on customer services at this point, but they seem very accessible if i have any questions. The price was brilliant, especially in these difficult times, so overall, delighted.
Great Laptop shame about the graphics
Everything on this laptop is great only the graphics let it down. If only it was 1920 x 1080 a photo fills the screen and web pages create a lot of scrolling, I’m used to filling the screen without hardly scrolling. No way around this, otherwise laptop is worth the money if scrolling is ok with you. Another good thing is allowing up to 1TB micro sd card the same that goes into your phone to expand that. Saves having to get a bigger SSD drive, which looks like needs the laptop pulled apart to fit. The only screwed-down opening, I think, is for the memory, not opened this so not sure. No vents I can see for the heat to escape either, sound is good comes out of a speaker mesh that runs nearly the full length of the laptop above the keys. Not the usual tinny sound I’m use to and using outside speakers.
Great value laptop
My husband needed a new laptop after his 8 year old one ground to a halt. To be able to pay less than half the price of the previous laptop for this new one that is so much faster and easy to use is amazing. He now happily using the internet and emailing and catching up with friends, doing his spreadsheet calculations and trundling through his documents. Recomend for anyone who wants a budget laptop for.
Excellent laptop
Honestly this laptop for the cost is excellent. Loaded with windows 11, suitable usb ports and so far loads up and works quickly and the screen is more than exceptable. The webcam is not the best but again for the cost is usable. I bought a separate USB webcam for under 20 and worked instantly with laptop so no worries. If your not looking to spend many hundreds but want a laptop built for use I recommend this one. Plus a 2 year extended warranty.
Great value
I bought this as a replacement for my old Samsung laptop. I’m delighted at how much faster it is and also how much lighter too. It comes with a selection of silicone keyboard covers for different language options. It is pre-loaded with Windows 11, and very easy to set up.
All in all, I’m very happy with my new laptop, and at a really good price too.
I am an IT Tech and I needed to move up to Win 11 but my current HP laptop was not compatible on its processor. I saw this laptop and did not know the name “SGIN” but read some favourable reviews on it and for the price I thought it was worth a go, but I had no great expectations. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed by the build and rigidity of the laptop, it was not a lot different from my extremely more expensive HP. There are separate silicon keyboard covers to show different country letter configurations. I chose the UK version, and it covers all the keys exactly and feels a very sure key stroke.
The first installation of the system if you have a current MS account like me is very simple and complete in about 15 minutes. Be aware to run a full update after this to allow the new windows 11 to be fully updated.
It fires up really fast and the 8GB of RAM along with the 256GB SSD make it feel very responsive. I also purchased a 256GB TF card on Amazon for 20 and it acts a great internal storage card for data files to help keep the SSD clear with only the OS and Installed software.
All in all, for the price I paid, I am very pleased with this laptop. I also followed the link in the SGIN documentation to register my purchase and receive a free extended warranty for 24 months in total.
Summery is: Very Good & Recommended.
It is early days and I’ve just discovered the benefits of the gel keyboard overlay. Keys stand out much better and dust etc is excluded. Celeron known to be not the fastest but I was won over by better sound and colour reproduction than many speedier laptops that are over double the price.
Generous storage and RAM are also far far better than the competition in budget entry level laptop competition. Old HP needed a replacement battery at the quarter of the cost of this new one, so I feel very pleased so far. Battery charging is pretty fast with about 6-8 hrs life if using lot of wifi. Not for everyone, but I was won over by the generous spec, decent sound, brilliant over earbuds, and the colour reproduction.
My desktop decided to play up on me at the worst possible time as I needed to complete a video editing project.
I needed a quick replacement without breaking the bank. After some searching I came across this laptop.
It really fit the bill in terms of the kind of specs I was looking for. But just as importantly it was within the kind of budget I was looking for.
I ordered it. Came earlier than expected and I was very excited as I started up my new laptop and installed the appropriate apps for my video editing.
I’m very happy with this laptop. I was expecting (with my budget) that I might have to get a second hand computer temporarily until I could upgrade at a later date.
But with this brand new laptop, I am very happy with it. It allows me to do my work very well.
I now have a computer that is dedicated to my work. My desktop still works and is in use, but for some reason won’t allow me to complete certain tasks. So I keep that for my daily use and stuff.
But for video editing, I feel I can keep this laptop for quite a while. I really don’t have to consider upgrading yet. This is good enough for me.
It’s not a temp laptop, it’s now happily, become my dedicated laptop for my video editing.
It’s a great computer. If you are looking for a decent laptop at a reasonable price. This will definitely work for you.
Especially if you are looking for something like emails, net surf and things of that nature.
I don’t use it for gaming so can’t go into that. But for video editing, for me it’s great. Works perfectly for what I need it for.
In short, very happy with this laptop and I would recommend it for students and professionals looking for a good laptop to use for their work.

What do I like about this product?
Well, first and foremost, it is incredible value for money.
More than powerful enough for my needs and probably 90% of the public also.
I browse web pages, watch YouTube videos, edit the occasional pic using GIMP, and record & edit music using Audacity.
It handles all the above with ease.
The Screen is large and pretty nice; the Speakers are adequate for watching videos; Keyboard is fine (I’m a two-finger typist); Trackpad is large & works well.
It has a standard larger USB port on either side.
The left side also has one newer type C USB port and a mini HDMI port for attaching an extra monitor.
On the right, there’s also a Headphone socket and an SD expansion slot for increasing file storage.
It comes with Windows 11 preloaded, but expect to waste an hour or so downloading the missed OS updates.
Once done though, I must say I do prefer Windows 11 to 10.
So what are the compromises?
It is as you would expect for this price plastic throughout. I’d recommend that you don’t treat it roughly.
Aesthetically it is OK, not ugly, but not a head-turner either.
The keyboard isn’t made for any particular market. Instead, you are supplied with lots of rubber mats, one of which has a UK Qwerty layout.
At first, I was skeptical about this rubber mat that lies on top of the keyboard. However, it works just fine. It is precision molded and slips into place and somehow stays put.
You can open and close the laptop lid and it doesn’t move.
The printed letter contrast makes the keyboard very easy to read.
I can even see a benefit from this rubber mat insert, as it protects the laptop from dust & debris and small beverage spills.
The battery lasts several hours. I think it will just about last a full office day.
I only have one real criticism of this machine. It isn’t a deal breaker however for this price, but I am disappointed that the power supply is not a USB type C but a proprietary connection. Not unusual a few years ago, but many companies are adopting this universal type C connection as a standard.
So I’d better not lose the charging brick.
In summary, for the price, this machine is an absolute bargain.
Simply, if you look after your stuff and don’t do things like regular video editing, then this machine is probably what you’re looking for.
Wasn’t sure what this laptop would be like as it was an amazing deal. Very surprised, slim, lightweight and nice looking. Took minutes to set up with the windows 11 setup guide. Quick laptop, does have quite a small memory but can be doubled with the expansion slot. Very good product. Would recommend 🙂
