My headset stopped working and I emailed the company. I got a response in a little over 24 hrs. I found Emma very helpful in trying to solve the problem. When that did not work she offered to send me a replacement. I have received my replacement. Thanks Emma

Bought this for my work and it works well. Arrived on time and as described. I was able to have it synced to both computer and phone at the same time. Others I have ordered did not allow this feature, so this was a plus for me. No feed back, great range, and people on other end of call said they could here me great.
Great quality headset! fits very comfortable volume is great, the mute beeps so you know it’s on. Comes with extra ear covering. Volume controls on ear piece also. I use it for work but also for music my phone and in the car.

I use this for work daily the battery life is amazing stays charged for my classes that are 4 hours long and are excellent with noise cancellation.
Das Headset hat eine sehr gute Tonqualitt beim Telefonieren und auch beim Musikhren. Super ist die Bluetooth-Verbindung und Geruschunterdrckung.
Wer eine deutsche Betriebsanleitung bentigt, einfach an den Kundendienst wenden und es wird umgehend per PDF geschickt, soll aber demnchst auch dabei sein.
Let me begin by stating that Sunitec’s customer service is very responsive and also strives to satisfy the customer. I purchased this Bluetooth headset with the USB dongle and had an issue. I reached out to Sunitec and they responded quickly and worked to resolve the problem to my satisfaction.
The headset itself is of nice quality. Just a warning though…Paring the USB dongle with the headset for use with MS Teams does not work. The USB dongle functionality is still being tested. However, the headset when directly paired with the PC seems to work fine so far in Teams. The sound quality is very clear. It was also easy to pair and it’s comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
