It is a compact bike repair kit, that pieces are stored in a practical container.
The practicality of the storage box are sturdiness, and its size, that makes it quite appropriate for cycling pocket in the bask of the bicycle t-shirt, just like in the backpack or any kind of garment pocket as well.

It can be readily used in different kind of circumstances (even on the route).

I like it readiness for the action, for a puncture repair.

    Prepared for repai

Luckily I haven’t had to use this yet, but I do like to have a repair kit on me when I go on bike rides. There’s plenty of everything in here, and it looks way better quality than the cheap ones I usually go for in the pound shop! For 10 I think it’s definitely worth it.

    Looks good

Probably ok for emergencies, if your best repair kit has ran out?
A jumble of self adhesive patches and patches that require bonding.
Lots of bits, including tyre levers and two tubes of rubber bond glue…But 6 abrasive tools? It’s fine, but seems it’s just been thrown in a box! But again, good for spares.

It comes as no surprise that, having had three punctures in as many weeks, since this kit arrived I’ve not had any. So whilst this comes out with me on my rides, it’s yet to be used in earnest.

It comes with a couple of tubes of glue, plenty of patches, a file, some self adhesive patches and four tyre levers, all held in a slim case. Everything looks pretty standard and of reasonable quality. I do like that two tubes of glue have been included, on more than one occasion I’ve had issues finding an old tube didn’t have the cap replaced cleanly and had complete dried out to render it unusable, having a spare is definitely a positive.

The tyre levers don’t look particularly sturdy, I bent one of my plastic ones a few weeks ago on a tyre change, so mainly use a metal lever know, with a plastic one used to keep the tyre in position via the spoke hook.

At around 11.50 I think this is a decent value set. Though I would always take at least one metal tyre lever with me on any cycle ride.

Decent value kit with two tubes of glue

Good selection of patches. Adhesive works. Sander sheet does it’s job. Could just do with a crayon for marking out and chalk for setting the adhesive remnants. Other than that spot on.

The tyre levers are the usual cheap plastic affair but they get the job done. You get a good few patches and two tube of rubber cement so enough to fix several punctures. I used it to fix a puncture the other day and it’s holding well so I’m happy with it.

Overall a decent enough basic kit.

This bicycle tire repair kit is easy to carry.
Sturdy tire lever. I am very satisfied with the glue. After applying a proper amount of glue to the sanding area, tear off the tin foil on the patch and stick it on. It fits firmly and quickly to the tire.

    Value for money

The patches are very good along with the glue. Could do with some chalk to mark and dry the repair.
The only thing that let’s it down are the tyre leavers, they are as much use an ash tray on a motorbike. I broke 3 trying to remove the tyre, gave up and resorted to a metal spoon.

This kit is contained in a clear box, so you can see at a glance what you’ve got. Taking a tyre off with the levers is a doddle. There are plenty of patches and accessories, and there was all I needed to repair a medium-sized hole in an inner tube. The kit could also be used for paddling pools or other inflatable items.
All you need for most repairs at a good price.

My son uses his bike daily for his paper round and getting to school

Living near a forest he is always getting punctures, this kit will do fine keeping in his school bag

The kit consists of self-adhesive patches (good for emergency repair) Bike tyre levers to aid with getting the inner tube out, standard patches (Better for a long-term solution)

At 8.49 i think the price is far for the amount of patches you ge

This is a great little all in one tyre repair kit for your bike. It features levers to access the inner tube, a polisher to make the area around the puncture smooth, that will allow for better adhesion of the patch, a tube of vulcanizing fluid to aid proper adhesion of the patch, and 12 patches in three different sizes. The kit is easy to carry around with you, and at 8.49 offers exceptionally good value for money. I have used it to repair two punctures on my mountain bike, and it has done an absolutely first class job. I highly recommend this kit.

This kit has everything you need to patch a bicycle tyre.

It contains small tyre levers, 2 tubes of rubber cement, rubber patches, a metal grate for roughing the rubber surface, and a selection of rubber patches. All in a resealable plastic box.

I really like that the rubber patches are textured and sealed so they stick very easily. This is a very handy kit and it is small enough to fit in a bike pouch for emergencies. Highly recommended

    A good repair ki

A medium plastic box of puncture repair kit. I like all the different sized patches and 2 small tubes of glue. There are even 6 hard plastic self-adhesive patches – a brilliant idea when you have no time to wait for the glue to go off. The other softer patches feel more like the traditional rubber patches and need gluing. I like that there are 2 small tubes of adhesive instead of the usual 1. There are 4 tyre levers which are useful to hold the tyre off the the metal rims. The plastic levers feel sturdy and strong.

I had the misfortune of cycling over a 3″ fence nail on a canal towpath so held off repairing my inner tube pending the arrival of this puncture repair kit.

It is comprehensive including 4 plastic tyre levers (2 with square hooks, 2 with circular hooks), 2 glue tubes, 12 conventional rubber patches of a larger size than found in most kits, 6 self-adhesive patches and 4 metal rasps. There are no instructions but my assumption is that anyone out cycling and using this kit will already know how to repair a puncture.

I normally use metal tyre levers because so many plastic levers are flimsy and snap, but these easily lifted my Schwalbe Big Apple tyres which have little resistance. I used two of the conventional rubber patches on my tyre applied with the included rubber glue. The patches adhered securely even though my tube contained Slime and there had been some leakage. Knowing how notorious this is for seeping around puncture patches, I wiped around the contaminated area first with alcohol-based hand gel which I find effective as a cleaning agent and seems to help adhesion. The inner tube has been re-inflated to 60PSI and covered a further 45 miles so I am happy the repairs have held securely.

The kit is now in my saddlebag ready for the next nail, thorn or other puncture-source which tends to never be far away.

Good kit with generously-sized repair patches

A good value, handy puncture repair kit, with everything you need to get you to your destination on your bicycle ride. 4 tyre levers, made up of 2 different types (very handy), 4 little cheese grater style foils to help smooth the puncture area, 2 tubes of adhesive, a choice of different patch sizes both glueless and non glueless. It’s all kept together in a handy plastic case. A great puncture repair kit!

    Great value puncture repair kit!

In the old days I seemed to be always sorting punctures. Dunno if my style of riding has changed or the quality of tyres and tubes has improved, but I’ve had nothing for the last 2 years … well, until recently. I have been finding my electric bike has been losing some pressure on the front wheel during each trip. I don’t go on long journeys, so it’s basically been Ok. But it was time to check and either replace or patch. I decided on this kit to patch. I have to say everything you’ll likely need is here. I stripped the wheel and located the leak easily with the old bowl of water trick. Preparing and patching was quick and easy. I did miss a bit of chalk tho to just mop up any remaining glue from around the edge of the repair. It was OK, just habit from the old days. I had no actually issues as it’s quick drying. So all in for the money you can do several repairs and it all comes in a plastic kit box that is very lightweight. Goes in you bike bag or carry in your backpack when you go out. Easy recommendation.

does exactly what it says and at a fantastic price. have patched up two tires now and cannot fault it. instructions are a little weak so you might want to google how this is done if you’ve not repaired a tire before but a great kit.

This is a relatively well priced puncture repair kit at just 7.99. It includes both glue patches+ 2 glue tubes and self adhesive ones that require less work. I do kind of wish there were more self adhesive ones and less glue patches though as these are the primary ones I use for on the go, being much faster and in my experience, just as long lasting.

I guess luckily I haven’t had need to use this as yet but as I’m about to go camping where as a family we cycle lot it may come in very useful, I’ll update in a month but don’t worry I won’t put you through our holiday snaps!
The set seems pretty decent, not exactly small but it is compact and it could be split into 2 and kept in a bike bag or similar.
Price seems fairly standard for a bike repair kit.
