Great value for money. No waste. Superfast at posting and delivery.
I was fed up of getting alot of mess and waste, from feeding the birds. I switched to using just mealworms and fatballs. The birds love this and there’s no waste.

Birds love them
My resident robin tells me off if I forget to put out his handful of mealy worms. Worth the money for the pleasure I get, they are a trifle smelly but not too bad. This is my second bag , they last a reasonable time it depends on how much I put out.
Whilst very tempted I have not actually tried these myself. However, my feathered friends sit and wait for me to dispense these and consume them with the fervour of a Honey Badger eating a Mongoose.
I’m no meal worm expert, but I think these are probably as good as you can get.
Packaged inside a zip lock bag in a quality box.
Yummed up in no time
They can’t help the smell. Worms smell. A lot. But my wild birds really like these and got through all 10kgs in one month. I can’t believe how much money I spend on these pampered creatures. I have bought worms elsewhere before but these are cheaper and, if anything, yummed up quicker.

I soak the worms overnight and put them out in the morning and late afternoon lots of birds come for them to feed their chicks and themselves.

The Robin and all the other birds in the garden would like to say a big ‘thankyou’ for these yummy mealworms! I have ordered them several times. They are produced in the UK (not imported from China, as most seem to be ) and always arrive wrapped in recycled bags and paper. Arrive promptly too. Thankyou

Not sure how to answer the flavour question,however,the product looks good.Nice and crisp, whole pieces not too many bits.Definitely value for money and a very fast delivery turn around.Got my vote.
Birds and fish love them
Not sure I should give them to my pond fish. However, I’ve done it sparingly for a year with no Ill effects. Blackbirds & Robins bark at me for a refill with the birdseed. Blackbirds didn’t set up permanent camp here before so I’m happy
I have now bought this item 3 times and always been very pleased with the quality, the first order was delivered in a large tub, and subsequent orders have come well-packed in a bag and lots of cellophane, so I can just reuse the original tub. Birds and hedgehogs love them.

This product arrived promptly and was well parceled up. The birds love the mealworms
The package arrived in a sturdy box with the dried mealy worms in an inner plastic bag. I felt that there was not 5 litres in the packaging. I would welcome the suppliers view on whether selling by volume and not mass is a good way of selling this product. Especially if the customer is left thinking they may be being short changed.
I. visually, compared the size of the bag of mealy worms with a 4 x pint/2.2 litre plastic milk container, far from ideal because of the different shapes, I thought the volume of mealy worms, could just be correct but was probably about 10% short.
The package weighed 1.6 kilograms including the plastic bag and nowhere on the package was there any volume or mass declaration for the product.
I chose the product on price but was it the good value I assumed.
Starling’s favourite food!
Very pleased with product. Came in bag so able to decant into container. Birds love it, especially starlings and magpies who eat it from feeder. Robins and blackbirds pick up what spills onto ground.
A chicken-owners essential!
Absolutely brilliant value for money. My local farm shop can’t even beat these for price and my chickens LOVE them. An essential source of protein for chickens and they make an excellent treat. Long lasting and easy to store too.
Measured out bag and there was only 8 LITRES mealworms not 10litres

A favourite for garden birds
Liked speedy delivery. Am using to feed garden birds! Can’t tell you about the flavour – as long as the birds like them which I’m sure they will.
I wish they still arrived in a box.
I order these regularly and have always been happy as my chickens love them..but
the last 2 deliveries have arrived in a brown bag and have left the worms in crumbs and not so enjoyable for the chucks.
Please put them in a box, they don’t survive the courier in a bag.
The poultry would kill for these!
I have a clamouring crowd every time I venture into the poultry area, with them all vying to get the best tidbits. I now have four out of eight hens eating out of my hand, while the other four, and all the ducks, cannot stop shouting for more “sweeties”.

The mealworms are good quality and all of the same good size.

Im so happy with this product, received so much more than expected! Especially when compared to when I’ve sourced these from other suppliers. The birds are happy so we are happy!
One of the first things I noticed about the blurb for this product was their commitment to reducing their carbon footprint by only using plain packaging. They delivered on that by putting the mealworms into a plain plastic bag, but then proceeded to wrap it in several layers (about 3m) of non-recyclable plastic wrap! I would suggest a cardboard box or paper bag in future. The product itself is great value for money.
