Wow! These are a serious piece of kit. Very heavy duty. Can be used on wall or ceiling structures for ropes, suspended excercise equipment, like suspension rings, straps, punchbag, exercise bands, indoor swing etc. I got these to use for suspension handles and rings. The brackets are super heavy duty with a doubled security of crossed bars, so should one fail the second will hold after. Great piece of mind when holding your body weight to prevent accidents. You can hang anything from these. The expandable bolts hold brilliantly. Totally recommend these. With a couple of sets in a home gym, your options would be endless.
Good strong brackets for suspending something from the ceiling such as a punchbag or light or anything. Comes with screws and plugs and are bigger and heavier than I expected so are certainly sturdy enough for any job I can think of.
We’ve installed these UONNER Suspension Straps Anchor brackets for the ceiling swing in my daughters room.
They are very sturdy and can hold on to a lot of weight.
This is a great kit for securing a lot of things. We are using it for a punching bag for the kids but it can equally be used for a hanging egg chair or something similar. You get 2 plates in the pack. We used stronger screws and the ones included didn’t look that strong but other than that it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Fantastic anchors, nice and sturdy! Comes with all the fixtures and fittings needed to secure them. Couldn’t believe how heavy they were but you can tell they are decent quality just by the weight. For 19 I’d say they’re slightly more pricier than most but as they’re such good quality I can see why they’re priced so high!

The “Wall and Ceiling Mount Bracket for Suspension Straps” from “UONNER” are a pair of high-quality and incredibly durable wall anchors for using with multiple different suspension straps and the like.
The anchor brackets arrive in an unbranded box. Upon opening the box, you’ll realise how hefty these anchor brackets are. We’re talking solid steel, hard-wearing large brackets with equally as heavy and robust supporting nuts, bolts or heavy-duty wall screws.
Installation of the wall mounts is very straight forward. Personally, I was installing them in my home gym which is basically a converted summerhouse. I wanted these two anchor brackets to be fixed to the roof beam for suspension training and the like.
For me the installation was therefore simply drilling through the beam and then bolting in the anchor bracket. I didn’t need to use the included heavy-duty rawl plugs as I was using the nuts and washers on the reverse side as the bolts slid all of the way through the beam.
The sheer quality and strength of the anchors is excellent. Incredibly tough and durable and provides an incredible amount of strength and support for your training purposes. Personally, I wouldn’t be using them to the full extent of there strength, as I don’t want to damage the roof beam in my summerhouse. So, it’s more for continual suspension training rather than really pulling on them to your full power.
All in all though I’m incredibly impressed with the anchor brackets. Absolutely what I was after.

I have used them for my ropes; many people comment on just how stylish they look. Rather pleased.
Certainly heavy duty and seem well made. You must make sure these are attached to a proper joist or concrete. Great for in the garage (roof beam) for the punch bag, and for tethering some resistance bands to the floor (concrete). Everything I needed was provided.
These anchors made from good quality solid metal. I need these for home gym. Easy to install and use. Does the job what they are meant to do.
These are easy to fit, and they can safely and comfortably accommodate my full weight without any problem. I don’t feel any sagging or danger while suspended.
OMG these are so heavy!!! Please be sure to use the correct wall/ceiling mounts and screws. The welding on this is so very put together. The quality is exceptional and the weight is sturdy to hold anything – As long as you use the right fixings!!! Safety first please!
I used these to screw to the wall and put a rope to them so my son could pull himself up etc. He has autism and likes the strength/resistance etc. Overall a good buy for someone.
This is a pair of very heavy brackets for mounting serious weight.
The limiting factor for many will be finding a substantive joist, but providing you have a solid base, and both wooden bolts, and rawl bolts for masonry are provided – you will be able to swing confidently from these, with a indicated weight limit of 750lbs, just shy of 350kg in the product description.
The leaflet suggest a lower weight of 250kg. That is incongruous, but even this would mean two brackets combined could support half a tonne.
Whether you hang your self for exercise, or something else like a swing, is really down to your wants and needs.
As brackets these are from first impression heavy, and well made with clean welds and a grey finish.
These are really good quality anchors, the fittings are incredible quality, which they will need to be to hold my weight when im using suspension straps in our garage gym. Other half quite rudely indicated he didnt think they would be strong enough, but now he has seen them he has said there is hope.
So unless im come back to report they have failed to hold me and that I have face planted on the garage floor, then you can presume that they have done their job very well.
These two brackets are super sturdy. Can be used for a multitude of things. Can be fixed on wood or concrete.
When they arrived i was surprised by how heavy the box was – just shows how sturdy and well-made they are. Great that the fixtures are included.
This was alot bigger than expected and are very heavy but completely get why. Can support alot of weight!
Very heavy duty wall fixing complete with the fittings you require. Good for fastening to wooden joists or to concrete, all fixings for these types are included. For Olympic Rings, punch bags or on the floor for battle ropes they have many applications. Once fitted to a secure anchor point these will be super secure. Also decent for a ground anchor for locking bikes too. Heavy duty quality item. recommend.
Very robust brackets for wall or ceiling mounting suspension training. There are two in the pack plus 4 wall anchors , 4 heavy duty wood screws and 4 washers .I have one on my wall and have a picture hanging over it when it’s not in use . These are large , heavy and well made , I have absolute confidence in using them for exercises that require full body weight suspension .
These are considerably bigger and heavier than I’d thought they’d be, which is a good thing.
The anchoring bolts are HEFTY and VERY strong looking, these will be great in the garden as extra strong anchor points for gazebos on windy days.
What is supplied seems really robust and solid. Each item apart from the metal washers, seems to have a good amount of weight to them. In fact the box they came in had one of the glued parts loose.
The actual mounts are rather large. As are the wood and concrete fixing bolts.
There appears to be a discrepancy between the included information leaflet which states the max weight amount is 250kg and the product listing which states 750lbs (~340kg). From research these do seem to each have a weight limit of 750lbs/340kg.
Although this product is very strong, it is highly important these anchor mounts are only fitted to a correct structure. As where they are attached to, could potentially be the weak point. Getting it wrong could cause serious injury or death. If in doubt seek professional guidance or get a professional to install them.
The anchor mounts can be used in many ways. For climbing ropes, gymnastic rings, battle ropes, a boxing bag and to hang furniture (hanging chairs), a safety device for ladders to stop them from slipping, as some examples.
I really love this kit. Comes with all fixings whether its mounted on wood or masonry. Really good quality and will support a lot of weight. I’ve got these to mount on some ceiling joists so that I can hang my hammock. Well impressed.
