I’ve had the fan for about 3 MTHS now and I’ve used it every day for approximately 10 hrs every day and it’s still working perfectly. I’ve had to buy a few and they stopped working not long afterwards, but this is the kiddie. Highly recommended
This is a must for anyone who owns a Xbox series X. The unit gets so hot, and this does a great job of dispersing the heat. There is a lid that goes on the top that directs the heat down and away from the Xbox. I personally keep mine off, so the heat gets blown straight upward. There are 3 fan speeds, which all are effective. As far as the noise given off by the fan, it doesn't bother me personally and usually drowned out by the game audio. Some people may say different. The LED lighting is pretty cool. Multiple colors, including Xbox green.

The top dust cover does indeed remove easily, and I found this very helpful because some of my games get the series x running really hot regardless of time played.
The fan itself works great, turn off your console and you can feel how much heat it draws out of your series x. The only drawback I see is that it doesn’t fit flush with the top of the xbox and there is no way to secure it so you can’t lay the series x on its side.
The lights are a neat little addition, though if I didn’t have it out of sight then these lights would constantly draw my attention away from the TV. They are well done and very pretty, it reminds me of an enthusiast fan set up with lights in a PC tower.
The dust grates and socket plugs are a nice addition to this kit as the holes on the series x are fairly large and I can tell that without them the inside would become a dust magnet.
I miss the good old days of Atari when things like this weren’t needed, you could open a console from back then that has never been opened and it would be spotless. Sadly, the tech nowadays requires massive cooling with few options to do so. I am glad to have something like this to help out even a little.
