Install:
- Clean the flat surface with alcohol wipes which is offered, dust and stains will affect the adhesion.
- Keep pressing the suction cup to the dash, and then press down the ‘LOCK’ lever.
- Wait 15min to use.
Pre-install:
- Uneven/deep texture dashboard is suggested to be used with adhesive pad which is offered.
- Leather/curved dashboard is not available for any suction product.
- Vent Clips: Not available for vertical/circular/special-shaped vents.
- Windscreen: Not for filmed glass surfaces.
Re-use:
- Grab the small tab to peel loose from surface.
- Rinsing & air-drying the bottom of the suction cup can restore stickiness.

It is strong and flexible. Like the extension on it, – and the way in which the phone holder can be turned to different angles suitable for the driver.

The vent holder sent was a clamp type not with a hook. This just slipped out after about 1 Hour of driving. I’ve contacted vendor and awaiting hook type vent one to arrive soon. Excellent customer service. Once arrived I’ll surly review. Clip type arrived perfect. Great customer service.

The phone sits tightly in the mount when secured.
Due to other factors I have yet to install the holder in to the car so cannot yet comment on the suction power or adhesion. However, I am sure if there are any issues their excellent customer service team, of whom I dealt with Maggie, would deal with the problem both quickly and satisfactorily.
So, so far would recommend.
Worth the price – is stable with just the air vent hook. Performs the job, is honestly worth it.
The different attachments give you wide choice on how you want to set it up.
I chose air vent as the last one I had moved all the time when car was moving so wanted to test against the old one, and have to say it’s in a league of its own this phone holder.
I think this is the best phone holder in the market bar none I use it on the truck. Considering all the rocking u get on a truck the holder does not even move. Would highly recommend.
Stays secure, even though my car dashboard is nearly but not completely flat. Works well with my Samsung 8 Plus which is quite a large and heavy phone. Just angled the unit backwards slightly to make sure my phone won’t tip out.
The phone holder sticks well and is good for adjusting. So far the only issue is that it doesn’t grip the phone as well as I would like. It. Hasn’t fallen out yet; but on shoogly roads the phone does edge away from the centre. I have it oriented horizontally.
The installation instructions were clear, and I fitted it on the windscreen.
It doesn’t have the wide range of movement of previous holders but it already looks and feels more substantial the previous cheap one I bought from Halfords for 8.99, which only lasted for 2 years.
After a few weeks, it’s so far so good for this new car phone holder.

This is a fantastic phone holder! That’s all there is to it. Sturdy, stays out and the opening and closing mechanism is super slick.
I have mine mounted to the windscreen using the suction cup and it hasn’t budged in 2 months, despite a heat wave!

It feels and looks like a well made piece of equipment. Mine is affixed to the air vent, and is a little wobbly but I listen to the voice more than watching the phone. As it’s close to my steering wheel I couldn’t fit it horizontally, but again that isn’t a problem. Overall I’m satisfied with this product.

Amazing support (and refund) from company when I realised this product didn’t fit my air vent, which has unusually small vent holes.
Bought this for our car. When it arrived I was quite impressed with it. However, due to the type of interior material we have the suction pad was no good. Also due to the curve of the windscreen this was also not a possibility. Having said that. After discussion with the supplier and with here help and additional item being free of charge we now have installed. Really pleased with it and would recommend them.

A few days later, I received a contact from the seller for a feedback and I explained my reason of returning the good.
The seller explained that the product didn’t work because my dash is ever so slightly curved and proposed that they will send me a replacement model which works on car vent grill, free of charge. Surely it arrived the next day and it works fine.
I have not come across good aftersale service like this.

I still own the previous version of the phone holder by Vanmass and that was amazing.
I can confirm that Vanmass have indeed improved on the design and features:
The cramping/release mechanism is better and easier to use with one hand.
The feet on the base of the holder have a slightly bigger lip making the phone feel even more secure on the holder.
The vent holder feel stronger and less prove to wobble with a better ability to move from portrait to landscape.
I’m not using the dashboard/windscreen part of the holder as I wanted to keep my windscreen clear but I’ve used the previous version of the arm on my old car for months and was great. The new arm looks virtually the same so I’m sure this newer version will be just as good. The arm secured to the windscreen especially well and never moved but was easy to remove and left only a tiny bit of residue which wiped away easily.
The fact that you have 3 ways to secure the holder including in the single product is great giving you ability to put your phone where you want depending on the type of vehicle you have.
Finally and probably most importantly, customer support from Vanmass has been incredible. They are VERY quick to resolve any issues you may have and go out of their way to ensure that the matter is resolved to your satisfaction and also ensure you are never out of pocket, refunding postage where necessary.
For all of the above reasons I would happily recommend this product and other products produced by Vanmass. They are clearly listening to customers and working hard to not only provide excellent products but to keep improving their range.
My dash has a slight texture, which may have prevented the pad from properly adhering but then don’t all dashboards?
I will need to now screw the holder to the top of my dashboard to continue using. Shame, as it was the pad system which made me buy the holder in the first place. The rest of the contraption seems good, including the cradle. Just wish it would stick to my dash.
UPDATE – Vanmass supplied a replacement item and came to a satisfactory financial resolution. Very good service and communication and care.

The product came quickly. It was easy to use. The one time use suction disk was not needed for me as I have attached the holder to the windscreen. It also comes with an attachment for the air vent which I wasn’t expecting so that’s an added bonus.

it sticks to the windshield very firmly. it has lock mechanism to install the suction cup, arms and the holder and once I lock my preferred length and angle, it holds and does not wobble.
Wanted to install on my textured dashboard and initially the pad didn’t work. contacted customer service and they responded quickly to advice and offer solution.

I bought this carphone holder recently and am very pleased with its functionality. If the instructions are followed correctly the fixation is relatively easy.
In the event of doubt or difficulty, it is relatively simple to contact, [email protected]. The support team is pretty quick in giving advice and support.
In my case,I may be changing the car in few months and requested a spare adhesive pad and suction cup. This was acted upon quickly and I received the items within a week.Bravo!
Thought I’d fork out for once in a phone holder for my van. As cheaper ones break to quickly. It’s a nice firm stick to my dashboard and it’s nice and easy to operate! So pleased so far that’s for sure.

This phone holder can be manipulated to virtually any configuration you could wish for.
It has the best build quality and materials used in it’s construction than it’s closest rival.
The kit comes complete with a smooth operating, adjustable, one handed operation, phone grab system with rubber back/side and lower protection. You just know your hard earned phone is safe!
Included in the package are cleansing wipes, and a sticky pad mounting for that extra hold should you go off roading.

All that I have mentioned and also fantastic customer support and point of contact. Marbella was/is a massive asset to the company and couldn’t wish for better service. Really a pleasure to deal with.

This would be a 5* review but it doenst actually hold my S22 in a wallet case.
the side grips are great but to hold a wallet case I need to move the phone down about 8mm and the bottom feet arent adjustable

If you are looking for a extendable phone mount that will truly stay put, this is what you want. The adhesive on the suction cup is super strong and doesn’t move. If you need to remove it regularly, it will be a struggle.
Eventually you will need to clean the suction cup with water as it will stop working from dust.
I’ve had a few car phone holders that were useless after a short while. They quickly fell apart or fell off the windscreen. This one attaches easily to the air vent of my Audi TT and holds my iPhone 11.
The original product was an incorrect size but customer services were very responsive and sent another Free of Charge.

After I’d fitted the adhesive disc I remembered that I’m going to be changing my car in the near future but the adhesive disc isn’t reuasble. I contacted the customer services and explained the situation to them and they were happy to send me, free of charge, a second adhesive disc, I’d have happily paid for it.
Whilst the Phone holder sticks well to the dash there is a small amount of vibration, it’s got two pivot points and a relatively long arm on to which the phone is clamped but its not excessive and will still record good evidence in the unhappy event of the need for the evidence.
I absolutely love this phone holder although my first unit was used daily for around a month before the clasp mechanism stopped opening. Contacted the seller who immediately sent out a replacement which is working as expected.

This was very easy to install and although I’ve only used it for a week it appears nice and stable. I have a large iPhone 8 Plus and there’s no issue with it moving around. It’s much better than the previous air vent phone holder. If it lasts it will be well worth the money.
A great product, truly. The gravity of a neutron star couldn’t remove it from my windscreen. Installation is simple, the product grips well, is sturdy enough to hold the heaviest of phones and is practical beyond belief.

The mount is really solid and doesn’t move around, there’s also lots of adjustment on the extendable arm which is really useful to get a good angle. I’ve got this mounted in my old style Land Rover Defender and it doesn’t move around at all, despite the car being an extremely bumpy ride.

This was to replace a windscreen mounted holder I had previously, which frequently let go while I was driving. This one is very much better: The suction is made from some strange tacky silicone, which when sucked down onto clean glass, really sticks. I tried it on the dashboard without the mounting pad, too, and it stuck to that very well in spite of not being a very smooth surface. Mounted on the windscreen, it does not move – it is solid and secure, and shows no sign of vibrating or shaking, even over bumpy terrain.
It comes with a mounting pad for mounting on the dashboard, as well as an equally solid and well-made vent holder, so you have several options for mounting.
The item was well boxed product looks well made and sturdy, I followed the instructions for the holder, I wanted to use the disc to attach to the dash, I left for a week before use and attached the main body then loaded my phone into position, it lasted 5 minutes, so I got the air vent holder and attached which was ok but I can’t stand to see my phone bounce out of the corner of my eye, drives me crazy some people may not be bothered but I don’t like it.
I decided to try the window but then was unable to get the suction cup off the disc had to bring inside using a knife and water to get it off, if the disc had stuck to the dash like that I would have been so happy because the disc looks good by it self on the dash – I drive a Jaguar F Pace

I was looking for a car phone holder to use my phone as a sat nav as my dedicated sat nav was on the blink. I researched lots of “cheaper” models circa 10 to 13 but invariably found that there was a significant amount of negative reviews on all of them, eg, falling off after hitting potholes ( of which there are many on British roads) to falling apart after the plastic became brittle after being exposed to heat and sunlight. I eventually looked at the Vanmass car phone holder, which was a little more expensive than I initially wanted to pay. The reviews looked good and it appeared to be solidly built, so I ordered it, still not convinced that it was the product for me. I had reservations about the screen mount, my concern that it relied not only upon suction alone, but used an adhesive (as do competive products). My concern was that the adhesive may be too strong, making it difficult to remove, and also would I be able to achieve a convenient position for my phone. I also had reservations about using a vent clip. However, still waiting for the Vanmass car phone holder to be delivered, I contacted then with my reservations and asking for their advice. I received a response within a few hours, not days or weeks as with most companies and they asked for make and model of the car, posted me a suitable vent mount, which as you can see from the photos, fits in an ideal position for me. It can be adjusted for inclination and rotated portrait or landscape and I am delighted with my purchase and delighted that I paid a few pound more. I know that in the future, should there be any difficulties the company will respond quickly, which is comporting to know. I cannot comment upon suction power or adhesion as I never used the windscreen or dashboard mount, but I am sure that it will work perfectly adequately.
