I’m an installation engineer who has been separated from his tools since lockdown. I needed the very basics just to keep the house going. I didn’t expect much for the money but was impressed by what I received. All the basic tools are perfectly serviceable. The bag is robust enough. The “96 pieces”, or whatever means nothing because a lot of them are nails! The hammer is also tiny but as a result more easily used by those of limited mobility. I paid 34.99 and think that’s a good price for a good product.

Edit: Seller promptly got back to me & sent out a replacement order, with all tools inside this time! Overall impressions are pretty good. Its a basic little kit, enough to sort bits around the house out & on my bike. The tools are littler than you’d probably expect but they’ll get the littler jobs done just fine! (I wouldn’t suggest using this kit for much else though, like working on cars/motorcyles as that may be a bit too heavy duty)
A great set of tools
This came in very hardy as I needed it to build a shoe cabinet. It comes with the basic tools required to assemble flat-packs and carry out DIY around the house. As a novice, I was impressed with the kit and it also comes with a neatly-presented bag that is light-weight and doesn’t take up much storage space.

I got this part of a gift for a family member. Its an ideal gift for a person who just needs the basic DIY tools especially for the odd jobs in and around the house. The bag itself is sturdy and can store more tools than what is shown in the images, so if you have more tools e.g. screwdrivers etc.. they can go in the bag too.

Bought this for my Son in Law as he wanted some tools for when he moved into his first home, the bag is very sturdy and can hold a fair amount of tools. The tools look good and should see him through all the little jobs around the house.

Does the job
What is not to like? Decent amount of decent tools, good enough for jobs that the wife has given you to sort out. and instead of hunting high and low for screwdrivers or hammers shove them all in this decent quality bag. I would recommend it to all you hen pecked hubbies and also, for means of being a modern man, all you gals who like DIY.

My son has this for a starter kit on his electrician course, very good start up kit.
This is a very practical selection of tools that you can put in the understairs cupboard or under the Kitchen sink. When you need that screwdriver or a pair of pliers and you cant remember where you last put them, now you don’t need to think, just go to the bag and the job is done.
To be honest I bought this for my Wife because she was forever nagging me that she could not find my tools and anted to be able to fix things when she wanted them done rather than wait forever for me to do them.

Bought this for my son moving into his new apartment. Provides a good range of tools along with bits like raw plugs and screws. Bought a set of spanners to go with it separately. Should provide all he needs for now.
Kit seems a decent quality, so should last a while. Bag is big enough to get additional tools in.

Good item to purchase for someone just starting out with a home or a young person learning to do jobs around the house. Good value for money. The bag alone is heavy duty and hold loads. Only thing the scew drivers are very small.

I lost my toolbox which I had for years and looked at all the options on Amazon. I chose this one as it had all the tools that I have used in the past year. Other tools sets had things that I have not used often. I have used this a couple of time since buying this and appears to be robust yet compact.
I don't think I would have been happy to pay £40+
I paid reduced price of 24 which I think is a bargain, I don’t think I would have been happy to pay 40+. The bag is pretty good quality and the tools seem alright too. Absolutely perfect for a first tool kit.

Only used the screwdriver tool but the bit keeps falling out if held vertically, should really have a magnetic end nevertheless its a useful selection for keeping in the motor home, not ideal for constant use though.

Wow what a great tool set, room for everything in the bag and it fits neatly under my sink – no more scrabbling about looking for tools they are now all in one place. The quality of the tools inside is good and the smallish hammer perfect for household jobs. I am very happy with this purchase.

For the price I don’t think anyone can complain. Not had chance to use all the tools but they have a good solid feel to them. The accompanying bag also appears to be well made. Of course, time will tell, but for anyone who wants a basic set of tools, you can’t go wrong with this. The bag is also large enough to accommodate a drill and charger plus a lot more.
