It might have just been me but I really struggled to setup the connection at first. I went through all the steps but it had trouble pairing wit my headphones. The struggle was worth it though as the audio is clear and it's worked flawlessly afterwards.

I’ve purchased several Bluetooth transmitters this year to use with a Samsung TV. This is the only one that connected with my wireless headphones without problems. The paring was very easy — and reconnection is automatic when the headphones are powered up the next time. The range was never an issue within my two-story townhouse, but have not tried to junge the range outdoors. Overall, especially for the price, totally satisfied with performance, quality, and usability.

The sound is crystal clear. The Bluetooth method of wireless transmission to RCA devices (or directly to Bluetooth devices) is the way to go. There is NO static interference, like there is with the RCA type of wireless transmissions. It’s FANTASTIC!!!
Furthermore, if there is a need to extend the range of the Bluetooth transmission, then that range can be further extended by the daisy-chaining of additional Bluetooth receivers and transmitters (purchased separately) onto the previous Bluetooth transmitters before them. Again, it’s FANTASTIC!!!
Another thing that I like about this product line (not the transmitter, but the receiver, which is purchased separately) is that the volume of sound can be increased or decreased, as well as the addition of the 3D effect, with the push of single buttons on the receiver. Again, it’s FANTASTIC!!!
Once properly setup, this bluetooth transmitter delivers a good sound and continuous connectivity. Very easy to connect a bluetooth speaker or headphone. PRIOR to purchasing these, I’d been using an infrared wireless headphone setup to listen to a television (in my garage/through a window) while in my outside hot tub. However, the radio frequency sound would often fade in and out.
I decided to get “new” technology in the way of a Bluetooth transmitter or some type of dongle and came across this item. The two main reasons I purchased it were a good value for the money and because it was a rare BT item that didn’t require batteries. I LOVE that it gets power ONLY from USB or (in my case/use) standard AC plug power. I hate worrying about batteries. In any event, I just opened the box, and plugged in the cord, hooked it up to another TV’s headphone output (in my guest room), pressed both pairing buttons and in a few seconds, they were paired. Best of all, I then walked about 50 feet away inside my house, and I didn’t get any fade-out until I got deep into a corner in my breakfast nook (4+ walls away). So obviously this was going to work perfectly through my garage window 6 feet away. The single “con” I have is that this is NOT a dongle, that is, a very small piece of equipment; it is 3″x3″ sq. x1″ (high) w/2 small antennas so can be easily seen.
Of course I just tried it for the first time a few minutes ago, so my review is resultant of that — this is not a review made one year after initial use. STILL, because of it’s absolute ease of setup and operation, and great unwavering sound as advertised, this is unequivocally a stellar buy and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anybody with similar or their own needs.

My boyfriend and i have different hours and struggle at bedtime. This has sacred our relationship. We just turn it on and he puts his headphones in! Works perfect. I do however wish it came with a remote. When he’s done watching you can turn the tv off but not the device so it blinks blue until you get up and turn it off.

Love it works great. Love the fact that you can use your own Bluetooth earbuds. If they go out just buy another pair instead of having to buy the whole device like I have in the past.

I've used other Bluetooth transmitters but this sends a much stronger signal and has not faltered since. I use It with a TV and there is no audio lag between the source and two remote speakers. I recommend it highly.

I have a TV that is only a few years old attached to a Comcast Xfinity cable box via HDMI. I attached this device via the TV's optical out (cable provided). Now I can set my TV's volume on 0% and listen with my Bose SoundSport Bluetooth Wireless headphones! These are _not_ aptX LL headphones and they work perfectly -- they are plenty loud and there is no discernible lag in the audio with regards to lip-sync. If you're wondering, yes, I would care about this and I would buy different headphones if there were an issue.

I've been wanting to add speakers in the bedroom and kitchen for a few years, but living in a block house on a slab met running wires was a big deal. I purchased this to stream my TV audio to my Bose Sound Wear earphones. It supports several codecs to stream the audio of what I'm watching. Unfortunately, my Bose earphones do not support the one needed. The sound was good but there was a delay latency too great. In other words, the audio was behind the video. I initially bought the 1Mii B03 (the non-“lite”) version which bad both a transmitter and receiver. While I really liked that piece of kit, it was almost impossible for me to connect more than one headset – specifically, two Cowin E7s – and the range seemed to be far less than the advertised “230 feet.”
While this particular item is only a transmitter, and technically says that it is not as long/far of a range, I find that the effective range is actually longer and more solid than the other Tx/Rx unit. But the most brilliant part of this transmitter, is that it is actually a breeze to connect 2 headsets to it! With the individual buttons or channels on the unit, it makes it perfectly simple to use.
The only very slight downside, is that the light of the power button – very large in the middle of the unit – is… well, not subtle… when it’s blinking. It’s only a minor thing, but that blinking light blinks big.
I HIGHLY recommend this transmitter for people who want to connect more than one headset, and only need a transmitter and not a receiver too.

I bought this because I wanted to hook up a bluetooth speaker to an ancient amplifier. It was weird for me trying to connect via bluetooth without being able to select on my phone or computer. This does happen on its own but it can take some time. After turning both units (speaker and transmitter) on and off several times I found it connected quicker if I put my speaker into bluetooth mode first and the transmitter second and then just wait (because that's all you can do in this instance.) Lo and behold, it connected! I'm very glad I can now use my old system including my turntable and hook to speakers without speaker wire all over the place. Perfect!

I was looking for a Bluetooth Transmitter that would work both with the Home Entertainment System and the Computer. Surprisingly found to be very responsive to both systems, and in a large house with a large living room, I was very pleasantly surprised. Yes id does have a range and yes at one end to the other end of my house, expect to lose single. Paired with my JLAB Neck Band BT to this transmitter works like it should. Sometimes it will have some static when starting to repair with head set. I found to resolve that ,is to restart the transmitter, if that doesn’t resolve it, I have restarted my BT headset and that resolves all the static problems. I have found that the price is very good for what one may think might handle or deliver the performance but it can. I have already told all my friends and family to consider this Bluetooth Transmitter. Works as intended and it is worth the money.

This system works quite well. I connected it to my TV and then use a Bose Bluetooth speaker on the patio to listen to Pandora. This gives me thousands of CD's at no cost. The lack of information on how it works did not help though.

As you know, I have ordered four of the bluetooth transmitters so far. I picked it from several, and no need to try another. I have two older friends who could not hear their televisions clearly. Both use hearing aids. I got the transmitters, which also have optical input, to try. I have a JBL Clip 2 bluetooth speaker and used it on the first TV just to see how easy it was to use. My friend, now 97, heard the sound from the small speaker and got a big grin and said she could hear it clearly. This from a 49 inch Samsung TV via the blue tooth transmitter. I had concern that it would be too complicated to operate…pairing, on and off, etc. This device gets it’s power from the TV’s USB port, and the default is ON, so everytime the TV is turned on the transmitter comes to life and waits for the JBL Clip two to turn on, and it pairs automatically. It’s almost fool proof. The sound is very clear. I expected to be buying and trying different earbuds and headphones, but not at all necessary. I bought the second transmitter for another friend’s TV, 92, and he also can now hear TV clearly using a JBL Clip 3! The latest two I ordered were for myself and another friend. It’s great late night to have that little speaker turned down very low, but extremely clear. I don’t know why it is so much clearer that the TV’s built in speakers. Anyway, excellent. I think it will support two bluetooth speakers/headphones/earbuds.

I figured it would take me an hour or more to get it to work. It took less than 10 minutes! The system reconnects automatically and quickly each time the TV is powered up. I'm totally impressed!

These are great for listening to media, but Bluetooth devices cannot send back to the computer, so no chat capability.
I will probably get an internal Bluetooth card for PC in near future and move this to the TV.

It also works with AirPods, but the volume it pre-set, it cannot change, still sound good though. I paired the second Bluetooth with my Beats Studio headset and I can raise and lower the volume.

It's great having extended reception distance and no longer teathered by line of sight as the TVEars I had been using imposed on me. The optical cable connection has allowed bluetooth for multiple devices atteched to my receiver/amp. A very good solution for my audio set up.

This is awesome! I have a Samsung Smart TV (without Bluetooth tho) and I had a hard time finding Bluetooth adapters that were compatible but this one is and is was SO easy to set up! Highly recommend. Watching tv while I run is so much nicer now… I can actually hear the tv over the treadmill via headphones.
As the headline states the range is what I bought it for. I wanted it to reach my bedroom upstairs and it does a fine job of that. I have rain and thunder recorded on my computer which is to large to put on a CD so I use the transmitter to send the sound up to a bluetooth speaker. I like listening to the sound while falling asleep. Of course I use it for listening to music and it is great. I don`t know what else to say except I am very satisfied with it and really glad I bought it.
It took a few minutes to pair with my Sony headphones. It reconnects sometimes instantly and sometimes a small delay. The sound quality is excellent. No hissing or buzzing. The range is pretty good too. I can walk all over my house and still hear it clear without any dropout.

Like this really well. We have two headsets and it works so that both can hear and have different volumes for tv, etc. We can get up and move around and still hear everything. The range of this is great!

Wasn’t sure what to expect but, I wanted to used my bluetooth earwear, BT buds, BT headphones, and other BT listening devices, and ditch my Sennnehiser RF headphones. HA! Wearing my BT buds moving around the house. Basement, far corner room, front porch, back porch, I’m moving at least 50ft away from the Mii BT Transmitter. One button pairing, easy to use. So far so good!

Recommended to those who are trying to make there TV units Bluetooth comparable. This small discrete system seams to be doing the job well. Have had no issues with connectability with my Bose units. Have not noticed any Lag in the voices so no complaint there.
