Durable weights, that save spave.
Exactly as advertised. Expensive I felt, especially since there seems to be other makes that do the same thing. But these are solid and will last a lifetime. Worth the extra investment.
So easy to use, game change
hey seem to be very good quality and I saved to much space. Initially bought one, but quickly bought the other one as well since it makes exercising easier. Recommend
Buy once and buy to last. This is a lovely piece of kit and well worth adding to the home gym. Very easy to use and compact. Bowflex also offers a free year of their training app with a hardware purchase, so the kettlebell pays for itself. Just remember to cancel the app subscription at the end of the year and then treat yourself to another piece of Bowflex kit for another free year.
I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale.
Design: the shell for this product seems to be longer in drop than a standard kettle bell, the hand is a lot wider so makes some movements awkward.
Reliability: I’ve never had any issues changing the weight value, it is smooth and works with ease. When doing kettlebell swings I worry the weight will come flying out but in over a year of use it never has so seems fairly secure.
Value: Very very good for saving space, and providing a good variety of weights at a lower price point then buying them separately. Increments do not rise in fixed values which can annoying, for instance the sequence goes 11kg to 16kg then 18kg.
Overall: Very Good value when I purchased at around 100each time, range of weights is good and system is easy to use. Only real issue is the width of handle is longer than standard Kettle bell which can change the why some movements may be done but any change should be only slight.
I do use modular dumbbells (nuobell) and bar bell (bow flex) for training the majority of the time, but the kettle bell was the modular system I first purchased and it still comes in very handy, hence I brought a second.

It may seem expensive, but when you take into account all the different weight settings, buying a few sets of decent dumbbells would set you back the same price.
These are so versatile and save so much space. I am fairly small and I find the handle decent, it’s somewhat thick but I have no issues using it!

Worth the money
Yes, they are expensive. But they are worth the money. They are very well made, you can feel the quality in the dial to select the weight. They save a lot of space and are perfect for training at home.
Nearly identical
I’m not to sure how to give these a rating, I’ve given 5 stars for the name 1 star for the price and 5 stars for ease of use. Ok I bought my set of Dumbbells for 200 from another site got delivered in 2 days. To me the only real difference is the name mine are dumbbell not Bowflex. Quality looks and feels good haven’t put them to proper use yet so can’t comment on day t day use. I’d really advise shopping around as with many things one maker multiple names completely different prices.
Good quality and easy to change , but the weight increments are odd – 8-12-20-25-35-40 means it goes up in uneven jumps, the handle is a bit narrow for two handed work and it’s a touch long.
My cousin has had these for a long time and I’ve always liked the idea so I purchased a pair (two orders). Beyond doubt it is extremely easy to change the weights, but you must not drop these after a workout – it may cause damage

Brilliant product for those wanting a budget option to traditional sets of dumbbells at different weights. They also help save space for those with a cramped home gym, would definitely recommend!
Works as intended. Not super cheap but feels reasonable quality. Can’t comment on if it will last, but seems decent. Very easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. I’m happy with the purchase.

Very easy to switch between different weights which is exactly what I was looking for. Bit expensive when you have to take duty into account as I live in Ireland but very happy none the less
Great dumbells
Excellent for home work out- quick to select the weight you want and a quality build. Not cheap but worth it unless you have lots of room for a home gym / time on your hands to change weights
Excellent weight range for small space.
These work great in my small home gym. Have been able to progress weight increases without lots of individual dumbells. They are super easy to use the mechanism is simple. Brilliant tech.
It is very useful to have the wide variety of weights and quick easy change. Great for most kettle bell activity.
One downside I found was some discomfort with should press / overhead single arm raises is that the “drop” smacks against your wrist with some weight.
Ideal, versatile, easy to store piece of gym equipment with a variety of weight possibilities.
Love this as can be used in so many ways to improve strength mobility and cardio needs. Ideal at home as an all in one – don’t need lots of different pairs of weights. Easy to store.

With a heavy price tag I debated this for ages. Glad I bought it though as it much easier to manage than unpacking and setting up my regular free weights. If it lasts a lifetime then its worth the price.

Great buy ! Definitively worth every penny, fits nice in our ever growing garage gym without any hassle and even goes in my car for an out side kettle bell workout during the week. Without a doubt a must buy !
It's simple to use.
I like this kettle bell. It’s so easy to adjust the weight. I use different weights depending on the different techniques I am doing and it saves room and money from buying several kettle bells. The only downside is there are big gaps between the weight ranges.
I purchased a pair just before lockdown and they have been my best investment this year. Yes they are expensive but they work perfectly, are high quality and save space.

Having carried out a lot of research I finally plumped for two off sets. Having arrived encased in polystyrene they were well protected with no signs of any damage. Once unpacked I was impressed by the quality and sturdiness of both the weights and stand. These are solid, well made and extremely easy to use with the gearing mechanism proving very reliable. They’re also very compact & take up the minimal amount of room. The time you save in not interchanging weights does make your workout more streamlined and effective. Would strongly recommend!!
Quality Produc
Started working out 8 months ago with cheap light weights and needed/wanted to upgrade.
Very costly but feel and look the part and hopefully will last for many years.
Speedy delivery and overall high quality product.
Very clever design. Works as it should. Would have liked to have a slightly higher max weight and a slightly wider handle. But it is still better than all alternatives that I’ve seen or tried.
