I purchased these as was having some arm pain whilst lifting. They feel very comfortable and not too tight. Arm measurement is required at order placement which was easy enough. Arrived quickly and are very good quality and wash well. Very pleased
So I have a trapped nerve around my tricep & elbow. Doesn’t hurt as such, but goes intermittently numb. I also do a lot of rowing & once the blood is flowing it goes from numb to hot/itchy. The pressure provided from this stops numbness/itchy attacks whilst rowing, meaning I don’t have to stop mid row to compose myself. For the price it’s great quality, too + you get 2 of them. Easy 5*

Can come up tight so i suggest to get one size bigger but eventually I assume it will probably stretch.
I got this as a better alternative to wearing a tubular bandage and it does the job very well. Comfortable to wear all day (I have another thing to use when I’m climbing), well made and definitely feels like it’s helping my injury to heal.
My personal reason for buying this elbow support was that i hurt my elbow in the gym, and it was proving impossible to train. I needed some support on my elbows, and these allowed me to train pain free, and now my elbow is starting to get better. I only wear these to train in, so i cannot comment on whether wearing them throughout the day has any benefit, but for training and supporting the elbow they are excelle
Measured my elbow and was slap bang in the middle of a size range and it fit nicely. I’d say if you’re at the upper limit of a size range go for the next bigger size as it would be too hard to put on.

The brace is very comfortable and tight made with quite a thick and elastic material. The brace defined does it job, i would recommend it for anyone with weak elbows or elbow injuries. Make sure you measure your arm before and get the right size to ensure maximum utility. Also this product came with two braces which is excellent.
I ordered xl ive 17in bicep thought they wasn’t much support as I suffer with tendinitis and tennis elbow. But I found they was perfect not to tight to restrict blood flow. Much easier to get in and off then my neoprene ones don’t know if I should of got a size smaller but I had no pain training . If I feel I might need a smaller size I will order the same ones as they are comfy good buy I think I’ll be OK with these
I’ve been wearing this for a few hours. It’s comfortable enough to wear but make sure you measure your elbows to get the best size. I went for medium as my measurements were 29cm., fits well and not loose at all. The compression is well balanced. It will allow one to bicep curl/ triceps or any pressing movements , pulling movements without feeling too uncomfortable .
Very please with a circle pattern on the sleeves indicates which right way to wear it.

After a short while, the pain I was experiencing decreased. After 3 weeks of use every day, the supports have retained their shape and are still doing a good job.
When worn during the day, it certainly provides a good level of relief. Felt like when worn at night it impedes circulation so left it off and still feel like it’s making a difference. For the price I feel it’s definitely good value.

The material is really good however I have measured as advised and find the S too tight. Measurement was within the S size.

Nice elbow supporter for this price. I have tennis elbow and didn’t feel pain during my first triceps workout.
puckers a bit around the bicep after a few hour wear but still snug round the elbow where it counts

Great quality but I ordered size XL following guidance from sizing chart but when they arrived they were far too large. Have ordered next size down.
