I love this except that it doubles my caller id log. so if you call me, it shows your number twice on all lines. I have a business and if I happen to be gone then my caller id limit is maxed out. Help lol

This is my 2nd. One in 4 years. First one stopped working, and it was an older model anyway. This one better than the old round disc unit. Very satisfied

I was getting up to 20 unwanted calls per day! It was very frustrating. I was about to disconnect my landline. This blocker has been awesome! I still get unwanted calls occasionally, but very few. Great product, easy install, well worth it. Highly recommend it!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought the V100K Call Blocker for my landline home phone because I was getting 15 to 20 robocalls and nuisance calls a day, sometimes as late as 9 or 10 at night, and needed to do something for our peace of mind. The Call Blocker arrived quickly and the installation instructions were clear, but I couldn’t install the unit at first, since I have a 3-extension VTech DECT 6.0 phone system with a Vonage VOIP box. I tried both the Standard and Parallel Setup and neither worked. Reading the FAQ’s in the installation guide, there was a suggestion to use a good quality DSL filter. I tried an old generic DSL filter and it didn’t work. But I purchased a CIMPLE DSL filter from Amazon, about $15 for two filters, and installed one unit into the Line 1 telephone jack of the VOIP box, in other words, between the VOIP box and the Call Blocker. The Call Blocker then started working. Called ID works on all my extensions. I’ve had the system installed for two days now and it has worked perfectly in getting rid of “Amy from Medicare” and all her ilk. I haven’t had to use the Block button at all. The pre-programmed numbers blocked all the nuisance calls, including the folks who want to buy the house in California we sold in 2013.

WE WERE GETTING SO MANY SPAM CALLS IT DROVE US CRAZY. ONE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER AN STARTING AT 9AM UNTIL LATE IN EVENING. I DON’T KNOW WHY BUT DOESN’T STOP ALL CALLS FROM 800 NUMBERS AND UNKNOWN. IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN WITHOUT IT, AT LAST A LITTLE PEACE AND QUITE. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.

    Problem:
Upon hitting the ‘Block’, once I hang up, seems to be a glitch where the Blocked number can call back as ‘Incoming Call’, still linked somehow?

    Solution:
Upon hitting ‘Block’, do not immediately hang up, wait till scammer hangs up by definition of alternate dial tone, then you can hang up, without getting errant ‘call back’.

All in all, a good uni

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersYes, others can/are less expensive, but you know the saying: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and that is indeed the case with this unit. So simple, so nice it is pre-loaded with so many known SPAM numbers to auto-block, really helps cut down on the SPAM calls and so easy to add more. But, sadly, I do not need it just for the SPAM blocking but harassing calls from Hateful Trolls, as I am the Author of (Terror Strikes: Coming Soon to a City Near You) which, as you can imagine, isn’t everyone’s “cup-of-tea” and has some “controversial” portions there-in and some can’t separate “controversy” for story sake from fiction from real-life (though my book is Historical Fiction, there is some factual info that some preferred “not be told” and want to CancelCulture/Censor), get offended or upset, and decide to try to spread their vile/hate and try to intimidate others into silence (a little late, the book is available Internationally), therefore my need to block such callers too.

I’ve only had this for one week so this is the initial review, I was getting 20 to 30 unwanted calls a day now I am getting one call every 2 to 3 days. I did turn activate all the blocking codes so may be missing people who don’t send caller ID but it is worth it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt’s so quiet and peaceful around our home. It’s been years and years since we have had a quiet phone. The lack of intrusion is amazing and feels so good to have a quiet home. I have the v100K which has a blocked database of 100,000 already blocked numbers. I can block 10000 more. But I have yet to have to block one as nothing comes through. Here’s hoping this will last. I’m surprised the phone companies don’t allow an opt in for a service like this. Clearly the technology is there. If this little black box can do it so can the big dogs. I gotta think. Anyway I love this. It’s worth every penny. Get the V100K. I’m thinking you’ll be glad you did. I am.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSo far, after being hooked up for 1 daty only, I have not received any robo calls. Before this I was getting more than 6 each day. It is very easy to use.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersWe use Spectrum internet for our “landline” phone service. When first set up, we used the written instructions provided with the call blocker. There were 3 different options for connecting to our phone line. None of these worked with our phone line. After a few days of frustrating calls not being blocked, we connected the call blocker to our phone using a method not outlined in the instructions, but it worked for us! The call blocker comes with a black line connection and a white one with a red end clip. We plugged our phone line from our phone into the FIRST Line Input jack on the back of the call blocker. We plugged the cable with the red end into TEL1 input on the call blocker. The other end of this second cable was plugged into the back of our telephone. Now, when we get a call, the number comes up on the call blocker screen, and we just press the large red “BLOCK NOW” button to block the call. The total number of blocked calls entered will appear on the call blocker screen. When we took this photo shown, we had blocked nine phone numbers. We will keep this call blocker and enjoy our peace and quiet!!
