Was very impressed with this camera when it arrived. For the price, you can’t beat the quality. Unfortunately we did have issues 11 months later, and after contacting Decko they sent us a brand new, upgraded unit without question. Can’t fault the customer service!
31 Jul 2022 i got this cctv and its been working about 90% sometimes quite laggy but not to bad . but now its not coming of nightvision so i have to go into setting and sort it myself and the other one ive got witch is the same sometimes gose to a red / pink screen and ive got to go to settings and sort that out aswell any help with this matter would be great thanks sg

Looking to by another one soo
We do have problem with the camera start recording in pink after one year, but support centre was amazing. They send the new one witch was much better than old one. The support is amazing. Camera now working perfectly, so good so far.
Ok but not ok
They are brilliant when they work. If you was to drill them to the outside of your house you would be fuming as they disconnect and you have to scan the code on your phone. They also have problems connecting sometimes which if you are trying to see who is outside is infuriating as it takes ages to load and sometimes doesn’

Just finished setting up. It could be I haven’t found a setting to turn off alarm and lights so as not to upset naughbours.
I have Ring cameras normally, but unhappy about the price. Tried this camera as I needed an extra one. What a great buy this has been. The picture quality is at least as good as the other brand I have, if not better. Its been very reliable and has NEVER got a mist over the lens due to cold damp weather…. unlike my other branded cameras. Everything works really well including the app. It’s easy to set up and has pretty bright LEDs on it…. again better than my usual brand. If and when my usual btrand cameras stop working I will definitely buy these Dekco cameras. Just great!!!!!

Great security camera
Wow I was so surprised how great this camera is especially for the price, it has great day and night vision plus motion tracking, it has great bright lights built in plus the siren is amazingly loud and it’s waterproof so can be out in all weathers, you can use this camera indoors as well if you wish and the app is easy to use, overall it’s an amazingly great camera and I will definitely be buying more and I recommend it to anyone.

Very good camera . Bright lights at night and very good night vision. Can sometimes be slow at scanning the camera through your mobile , but this is just the signal , so don’t worry . It’s a lovely camera with a quality picture.
Great Camera for the price
I did have at first a indoor camera outside of the front door it worked great for a while but then decided to buy an outside one decided for this one and i have to say it works great pictures are clear motion sensor does what it says …the night light turns night into day can view it on phone and apps like blue iris ,ispy64 the lag between the camera and the pc app isnt that much …..all in all a great camera

Ideal wi fi camera
Wanted to monitor back garden. Camera does everything I wanted. Colour, motion detection, illumination. All of which can be managed. Easy to install and set up. Customer service was excellent. Had a few queries, sent request via Amazon, response was prompt and helpful. Excellent value for money. Would certainly buy again. Highly recommended.

Perfec
2 cameras, very easy to set-up and install, took a maximum of 5 mins. Very clear camera detail, covers a wide area of garden. Set to motion activated and tracking movement. SD card records all events and holds a huge memory, which will over-write when full. Very pleased with purchase. Friends are also purchasing.
Limited playback
Excellent camera BUT if you want to play back recordings for the previous day(s) before midnight you’ll need to subscribe to their cloud storage system.. I have different cameras that don’t require this so am kind of held to ransom here.

i’m sure this is a good camera but I tried and tried but could not get it to recognise my wifi router, shame…

Great camera and simple install
This camera was so very easy to install and controlled via app and monitors a huge area with motion detection and 2way sound for giving an audible warning or listening in. I am amazed at the clarity of picture during daytime and night vision modes and records onto sd card (separate purchase). My only moan is the cable length is very short so you need to buy an extension cable so for me there is a join outside which I think makes it vulnerable to weather or possible problems. Would be easy for the manufacturer to give cable length options 5m 10m 20m at extra cost at time of purchase. Defo recommend
A lot of camera for a little money
After reading the elaborate advertising blurb decided tis was the camera for me.
It arrived the following day and upon unpacking, it exceeded my expectations.
It was very easy to install and link up with my router and mobile.
Picture quality in daylight superb, at night slightly grainy but still very clear and all details easy to interpret.
Panning feature vey useful.
Would recommend without hesitation.
Ok, I will break this review down into a few parts.
Firstly, installing:
This camera was super easy to install and mount. getting it set up and working was super easy also. simply download the app scan the QR code and it basically works. instructions were easy to follow and i had no complications getting it to work.
second, picture/audio quality:
The picture quality is ok, it has pretty decent night vision and the overall quality is pretty good. Sometimes it can be a little blurry. your probably not going to pick up license numbers easily. But it will easily pick faces up and be clear enough to see things decently.
The audio quality however isn’t that great. it is either way too loud with traffic to the point the audio distorts, or way too quiet and you cant hear people speaking properly. sometimes it does work fine. but the person needs to speak loudly and clearly for you to be able to hear properly.
Thirdly, app usage:
the app is really nice, super easy to program alert areas, and change the settings for the camera (full night vision, lights on/off, recording, motion tracking).
camera movement can a little weird sometimes also, sometimes it will move a very little amount when clicking, and other times it will move massively and you end up having to move back. would love to see a smoother movement but, it does the job.
video playback is super easy to access and scroll through the timeline to find motion activations and such.
However, using the camera to talk to people is very annoying. when using the push to talk. it stops audio transmitting from the camera to your phone and doesn’t come back straight away, meaning if you speak to someone and they respond the first part of what they are saying will be cut off and you won’t hear them. they have to delay their response by about 2-3 seconds for it to transmit over fully. This can be very frustrating when trying to communicate with someone at your front door.
Finally, overall views:
Overall this is a decent little camera for the price, the picture quality is decent enough to use for security and the fact you can move the camera around really helps in searching around the area the camera is placed.
The app is pretty decent with plenty of options to change on the camera and is super easy to look back at old footage, and save it to your phone.
The camera can store approx 13 days of full recording on a 125Gb sd. which is pretty decent.
Sadly however the microphone on this camera really lets it down. especially because of the delay issues when using the intercom function. (if this was fixed, less delay of audio coming back, or just keep the audio playing at a lower volume, it would really make this camera perfect)
Overall I would recommend this camera. it works well. and has come in use a lot more than I thought it would have.
I’m absolutely obsessed with my new security camera! I’ve only just installed it this evening but I can’t stop watching it and fiddling on with the settings. I love the motion detection alerts and I’m getting them for cars pulling up in the street which is going to come in handy for deliveries in future.
It was super easy to install and I love how it looks, it’s quite beefy to what I imagined it to be.
I’ve been wanting a security camera at home for a while now and having recently moved into a street with questionable neighbours, I was pushed to finally biting the bullet and ordering. My package come same day and I can not be happier with it!!

I’m abit of a technophobe and was worried about setting this up. I didn’t have to worry its so simple . A scan of a QR code and simple instructions and it sorted. I drilled a hole In the wall approx 1 inch wide to put the cord through and its set up . Dont forget to use filler to seal the hole around the cable . The image is clear. And after using the app and controls for an hour I was like a pro . Night vision is good and has motion detection where the cctv follows any movement. . I will be buying another one at some poi
I have had this for around a month. Set up was easy, just followed app and apart from adding WiFi, it did it,its self. *Camera quality is great, my is set to HD and can say is better than amazon brand camera I also have.
*Night vision really good, and when light comes on you get full colour pictures.
*Tracking works well, can be a bit slow. If you move quickly it will loose you, but after about 15 seconds will move back to main view. It tracks my dog around garden.
*Recording starts quickly, better than the 10 seconds delay from amazon brand camera I have, which I why I went for different type.
*Not using alarm so cannot say.
*You get WiFi % reading, so you can tell if signal is any good. Mi e about 7 to 8 meters away out side and get 50 to 60 % and works fine.
*The lead is about 2 metres.
*The best bit is NO subscription needed, which for cameras today most make you have.
I am thinking of getting another, just deciding between power or solar.
For pricing, 5 stars.

Fantastic value for money
Fantastic value for money. So easy to set up, even easier to use, very good quality video and sound. The only negative is that the mains cable is not very long but it’s an issue easily overcome by using an extension cable. Manufacturer customer service is 5*…. Super helpful and quick to help. Had a small issue with a camera but was sorted out in a very timely manner. Highly recommended….. I have 6 of these units in constant use an I am very happy with how they operate.

I required a new cctv camera so looked into the reviews on amazon uk and it came out Tops Dekco price was good to.
i have this superb camera on my chimney on my cottage the 360 is amazing and the clarity is a lot better than the old bullet camera .
the motion detector when set on the moblile phone is the best a have seen in a long time the clarity of the picture in colour and black in white is perfect for me,
i needed an extension cable to so Amazon has the 5m on offer at 5.49
if you need the cable you need to push the female into male quite hard,
apart from all this the camera is magic.

Simple to set up and use, picture clarity is very good, great tracking function that detects movement, and locks on and follows the image detected. Only downside is that due to a hail storm last night, I woke to 90 alerts, but simple to scan and delete.
Bought this camera not expecting much for the price but hoping it would do the job. I was amazed how good it actually is, my previous one was more expensive and no where near as good as this one. Functionality and price
I’ve never had security cameras before therefore I’ve nothing to compare with, however I believe this to be a good quality product at a very good price. Image quality day and night is good. Motion tracking is some what erratic, but never the less works. I initially had a problem recording events, but customer service was excellent and they soon solved the problem ( software updates etc). I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and Dekco’s excellent customer service.

Useful
Although a bit technical it’s a great camera and the app works brilliant on my phone, just one issue the power lead is very short. But otherwise a great product that works well as explained.
The camera is good build quality, feels sturdy and strong when I screwed it to my porch.
The motion detection is good, it saves alert points and messages you if you want it to.
The night vision is surprisingly good with the infa red sensors.
I don’t use the motion tracking because I have a small area to monitor, but I tested it and it works, the camera physically moves and follows people moving if you turn that option on.
I had a slight technical problem with saving recorded footage to my album from video already saved on my timeline but I got great customer support from Cecilia at Dekco and the technicians explored it and got back to me.
You can export clips as mp4s to Google drive or email or you can take the SD card from the camera and copy manually to a computer which I tried out myself.
I seen someone else mention that you used to have the option to use colour camera at night without the LED floodlights on, that would have been perfect for me but this is not possible, only black and white in low light/nightiime is possible without the bright lights on.
After reading all the reviews I decided to buy this camera. The App it recommends is a bit laggy and even though wi-fi is available close by, it sometimes drops out. However for the price it is a good buy. One thing to be aware of is that it is advertised having a 4x Zoom facility. After struggling to find out how to access it I contacted Dekco support. The only way to access the Zoom facility is via the app by enlarging the image in a similar way to you would with photos on your phone. The image then is blurred and even though Dekco said it has a digital zoom, I would argue that it is the app that provides the Zoom and not the camera. I know that it is only a small thing but I bought this camera as it had a Zoom facility
This is an excellent camera and very easy to set up by downloading free, the Edge App. I have two other similar style cameras but this model exceeds both of them. I wanted to place a camera covering my back garden but the other two cameras I have was unable to pick up the WiFi signal. This DEKCO camera picks it easily without any issues. My back garden is, during the hours of darkness, pitch black and my previous camera was unable to show any images at all. This DEKCO camera picks everything out, it’s actually unbelievable. I’m so impressed, I’m in the process of purchasing another.
Another very important point about this camera is, that unlike virtually all this level of camera which have three leads coming from the camera which are :- (a)-the supply cable, (b)-another lead which in effect ‘re-boots the camera and which is only really required when initially setting up the camera (c)-the LAN internet cable which can fit into the modem should you wish to connect the camera directly to the modem which is not normally the preferred way. This therefore means that once the camera is set up and in position, normally at a reasonably high position on the wall etc, then in order to facilitate these three cables 1- obviously quite a large hole has to be drilled through wall. 2-or (b) and (c) above will be left externally on the wall and then covered over/concealed in some way. With this camera, there is only the one cable, the supply cable and so only one small hole to facilitate this has to be drilled through the wall making the fitting of the camera in situ so much easier. Finally, the After Sales staff are extremely helpful. I had a couple of minor technical points I wanted clarifying and emailed the support staff and received a reply the next day. I would highly recommend this DEKCO camera unreservedly and the assistance given by the After Sales Staff.
