    No power bank included
Overall a little disappointed with this gilet. It was possibly me who made a mistake by ordering a L size, my normal, instead of X-LARGE. It is a little tight and wouldn’t be good over more than a thin garment. I have worn it and found it only seemed to heat the back section. It was hard to tell if the front was heated as suggested and I couldn’t feel any heat in the collar. The fact that there is no power bank included makes this item a little expensive in my view. It is well put together and is very light weight. I don’t particularly like the material which seems quite thin and wouldn’t give much warmth without the heater. I think it would have probably been better for me if I hadn’t made the sizing mistake.

    Good flip coating inside
This gillet has really good heat distribution and the soil style lining helps lock in the heat.
Doesn’t drain a charged pack as much as I expected and get at least 4 hours out of a fully charged pack.
    Fits well and washed well.
    Pleased with this

Just in time for the winter chill
Got this body warmer at 49.99, just in time for the winter chill. Though it’s a tad on the pricey side, it’s proven to be worth the investment. The sizing is spot-on, and the heating provides just the right amount of warmth, which is crucial for my line of work. As I wear it more, I’m optimistic about its long-term durability. Overall, it’s a solid investment for anyone seeking reliable warmth during colder seasons, and I would recommend it to others.

Performs very well and looks good too
This item is very well fitting, comfortable and I’m a big fan of the quilted design. The pockets are reasonably sized though could perhaps be a little deeper.

Even without turning on the heating pads it provides a good degree of warmth, but this is taken to a whole other level once you turn them on. They are placed strategically and with a reflective inner lining to the garment it feels as though the entire thing is heating up evenly throughout. It reaches temperature in just a few seconds and is easy to toggle between the different temperature levels through use of the control button on the front. With no battery pack included you will need to be careful to ensure you purchase one with the right voltage and output. Connection is via a USB cable fixed to a hidden inside pocket which in itself is large enough to accommodate a powerbank of low or standard capacity, though a high capacity option intended for multiple charges of a smartphone would likely be far too bulky.

Given that the garment contains electrical components, laundering is restricted to cold water hand-wash only, though this would he no different for any other such garment.

Overall I have been very happy with this item.

    Surprisingly warm
This comes in a simple clear plastic bag.
The Gilet itself seems well made, the stitching is fine and doesn’t look like it will come apart easily.
There inner has a metallic surface, which I assume helps with the heat distribution.
The zipper was a little tight but didnt catch, I assume it will loosen over time so wouldn’t really be a bother.
I would have preferred for it to have its own power bank, but in all fairness, supplying your own high quality one is probably a better idea, as you don’t really want to be taking chances with one that was poorly made.
The padding isn’t the thickest, but it’s certainly adequate and the heating is where this stands out, it really does get nice and toasty and you are sure to stay warm, no matter your location. I am convinced you could take this to the arctic circle and be fine with this on even the lowest setting, which to me is the best, as the two warmer settings are a little too warm for me.
Overall, this is really quite a good product and represents good value when you consider the price of a gilet without the heating element.

    Works well
This gilet lets you plug in a power bank and then powering it up to one of three heat levels gives you a heated body warmer across your back, neck and near the pockets. We have a few of different power banks around the house so I just pick one up when I need to use this and set it to medium.

The warming effect works well and you can really feel the difference out for a walk on a cold day. I wear this under a lighter jacket so I don’t get too warm and it’s really effective. I think the only negative is it doesn’t look great or really well made for 49.99. I am guessing the bulk of the cost is on the technology but I think it would be better if it looked nicer so ti could be worn more on it’s own.

A nice gillet, but at £50 and no powerbank - maybe shop around
A nice Gillet, didn’t see that it was for men and women, obviously a large for a man is going to be different for a large for a woman. Got this for a female friend and it’s going to be too long for her, but for me, at 6ft 1, it fits as you’d expect.

Nice design and warms you up without powering up.

I would have preferred that it came with or had an option to come with a power bank, as I’m going to have to buy one to go with this gift. For 50 I would have thought you’d get one tbh.

    Toasty gile
Warm gilet even without the power bank (sold separately) these do come up slightly big and I would recommend sizing down to get the benefit of trapping in more heat with a cozy fit. Seem to notice the heat more around the neck that other parts of the gilet so maybe not as even heat dispersal as you’d like but that said. This is a warm gilet even when not turned on and when on will definitely keep you warm on your long winter walks.

    Love this, makes comfort cosy
So the idea of this is very simple. The inside pocket contains a USB A cable, that can connect to any powerbank with a female USB A port, and then it’s just press the button on the chest, to set either one of the 3 heat settings, or switch on and off, and I love that, mostly because, “it just works so well”.
So once I connect a powerbank, I’ve used a couple of different “10.000mAh” powerbanks, and each time they lasted decent amount of time, I can’t be sure because I get so cozy I just forget I’m even wearing it specifically, but I have it on “full power”, so the button lights up “red”, it’s “red, white and blue” for high, medium, low, each being a different temperature, noticeably so.
So for me, this is such a comfortable gilet by itself, but once I turn the heat on, wow, this is amazing. The areas where this heats up, all work well, but for me, the one panel that really makes this comfortable, is the “neck”, it just feels fantastic on the back of my neck, it warms up great, and is super soft, which makes it so, so, comfortable.
Now I can’t say that this is perfectly made, I have found a couple of little, and they are little, bits of thread, and 1 slight bit of fabric, that was hanging onto the zip part, no big deal thou, it was literally just a bit of material that hadn’t quite been cut off properly, like a “3 by 12mm” strip, no big deal. As for the actual gilet on the whole, it seems well made to me, the seams are well finished, and the zippers function smoothly, I’ve never had a zipper snag, so that’s good.
All in all, this makes so much difference on cold evenings for me, especially when I’m walking the dogs.
    Super happy with this.

    Great on a motorbike
I got this for my son to wear on his motorbike, under his protective gear. In hindsight medium might have been a better choice but the large does fit him OK and I think is true to the size chart so that’s my mistake rather than a criticism of the product.

He likes it and says it makes a big difference when riding in cold weather. I’d agree with that because I have a similar one that I love wearing on my bike on colder days. It makes biking in autumn / winter far more bearable!

You do have to supply your own power bank, which wasn’t a problem for me as I already had a suitable 10000mAh one that runs it for hours at a time. I think it’s fair that it’s not included as that does seem to be reflected in the price and it means you can choose what size (and weight) you want, or use one you already have to save some money.

Quality is OK. It’s not the most stylish item in the world but it’s meant to be a practical thing rather than a fashion statement so it’s fine with me.

Light and comfy and very helpful for my joints
I got this gilet as I was attracted to the heating aspect, which can be a real boost to my joints at this time of year.

It’s a light weight gilet and very comfortable to wear. The heating element is a nice feature.

You need to plug it into a USB power bank (which luckily I had available to test it). The bank is light and can zip in to the pocket where the connector is (just remember to remove before washing).

It works very well, warm and soothing.

    A nice heated ves
This jacket is nice enough. It fits well and has 5 heated panels which are controlled by the button on the front. Zip pockets on the sides and one zip pocket inside which contains the power lead to connect to a power bank. It is disappointing that the power bank is not included. It automatically adds a lot more to the price as they are not exactly cheap. Apart from that it is padded well an produces a decent amount of heat in the key areas.

Awesome for keeping you warm, fits well
iN Heated Gilet for Men Women Heated Vest Body Warmer Gilet with SMART Heating – Review

This heated body warmer really impressed me. The fit is great for me. It does not come with a power bank so you’ll need to provide one yourself. I used a 20000mah one and they have been using the coat heated for 10 hours and the power banks still have some charge in it. If you use something lower capacity expect less heating time. The heating areas are well spread around so feel warmth all around. One slightly disappointing thing was the material and finish. There were some loose stitching and imperfections out of the box which is not great.

At 49.99, at the time of reviewing, I feel like this body warmer is appropriately priced. Would recommend.

    Soft and comfortable
I have a different style heated vest which is quite stiff but this one is very soft and comfortable to wear. I prefer this one so much more

The sizing is worth taking note of. I am a size small and the size I am wearing in the photos is a size large. As you can see it’s roomy on me but not too big. If you want it close fitting then order your regular size but if you want it to go over a jumper then go a size up.

There’s plenty of room across the chest 44″ but the hem width isn’t very sparing so bear that in mind if you need more width across the hips- which measures 37″ all round

It doesn’t come with a power bank so you will need to buy one of those seperately. There’s plenty to choose from in Amazon. I use a 5000 mAh and it’s more than enough to power for the amount of hours I need.

This vest can also be used without the heat as just a Gillet as it’s padded and warm. It’s quite versatile

    Nice comfortable jacke
This is a well made jacket. It fits well and is comfortable to wear. It provides warmth without the additional heating elements plugged in but when you do attach power pack you get a nice amount of additional heat using the settings described from to high. Perfect for when you are standing around outside in the cold. Just to be clear the power bank does come with the jacket. This is indicated in on of the photos but I don’t think is made particularly clear in the write up. This jacket os currently retailed at 49.99 which is good value for money even though you have to provide your own power, as I have seen some jackets pretty identical but with the power retailing for twice as much.

Wear this under your coat to stay warm
I wasn’t best pleased with how this arrived as it was in a large paper bag and once i got it out, I could see that the inner plastic bag had been ripped

Not a good start considering this has wiring going through it

After cleaning it off I added a suitable power bank and tested it out on a brisk walk through the park

It seemed to heat up pretty well and I tried the varying levels of heat and they increased the heat accordingly
