Lightweight K&F tripod
This K&F tripod seems very well made from nice anodised aluminium. It’s very sturdy even fully extended. I purchased this version due to the extra load it’s able to take, up to 15kg. I use mine as a shooting tripod for target shooting.
Everything locks together nice and securely so far, nothing has come loose.
Like most other tripods it can rotate and lock into multiple angles.
What else is there to say? It’s all very nice quality, well put together, light, easy to use, doesn’t sway or move around when in use and is firmly planted with none slip feet.
Also comes with a handy travel bag.
Great tripod
Compact and light, but sturdy and stable enough to take a DSLR plus 18-400mm lens. Alos fits neatly into the side pocket of my camera bag. The carry bag supplied provides superb protection when transporting in the boot of my car. Would definitely recommend.

Stable - just maybe not for the Matterport Pro 2
Here in the UK, the only way I could get my hands on the Matterport Pro 2 was without the accessory pack – but replicated from the photos.
That Camera is big and heavy and should not be atop that tripod.

This product is strong, sturdy, easy to use and looks very nice. If I had one criticism it would be that it is a little heavy, but that is the price of its strength. I am happy with my purchase.
Top Quality & Simple To Set Up
Really pleased with the quality of this tripod at this price. I haven’t bought a new one for many years and really appreciate the clips which automatically lock the legs into preset angles, avoiding wobbly spread-eagled tripod legs. Tough feeling carry bag as well.
Does the job
Looks professional, feels professional. Not the lightest tripod.. but a lightweight tripod won’t be as steady. You can adjust this thing to how u want your camera.. it’s great.
It looks and feel nice to use. Light, solid and smooth. The anodised aluminium parts look bling.
It looks and feel nice. Comes in a good carry case. Is quick and easy to assemble and is versatile. My only complaint is the camera mount cleat screw, which seem to loosen up very easily if being active with the camera and needs constant retightening to keep the camera stable.

Well Made and Great Value
I purchased this tripod to replace an ageing Slik88 and it was well worth the money. It is both very well engineered and made. The pan control is very smooth and the offset bubble level is in just the right place. It even handles a Canon 100-400mm zoom lense without resorting to the tripod mount on the lense.
My only issues with the tripod are with the pan head locking and the quick-release screw head. When using the pan head you can easily end up unscrewing the head from the tripod unless the pan head is really tightly screwed on. The quick-release screw could be a little larger as it is quite fiddly to tighten in the field.
The case is a useful addition but the tripod is a little loose inside. The case could be ‘tighter’ to be a true travel bag.
Positives
Good buy as this is very sturdy for the number of sections it uses and the ability to extend to a monopod and adjust to low level macro photography is great.
It’s very easy to change and fits nicely into a sturdy bag. Seens very well made and I like the colours with good rubber feet and for the price this rates against a lot higher priced ones.
The panoramic head is very smooth and easy to move whilst appearing well made and takes weight well and keeps it position when tightened.
Hook underneath is a little small but will accept a camera bag to add to stability if the handle is quite small a handy plus not in the description so more a niggle
Negatives
The worst annoyance with this is the baseplate which is easy removal not really the quick release ones I would say but the actual screw does not fit into my camera enough to give a solid base and this allows for a wobble as stated in other reviews. ( see video) with care normal photography is possible and fast shutter speeds.
Any long exposure photos are affected by this especially at night shoots where slightest movements can affect a shot immensely. If i had done this quicker i would have been in the return window and tried to get the baseplate returned.
The twist locks can be a little unforgiving if not tightened that little bit extra , although the weight they take once done seems to be very good and more of a extra check you will need to think about and take a few more seconds.
Overall i would buy again tho I have had to use a cheap baseplate from my aldi tripod to get a stable connection with the camera and is the only real reason this loses 1 star.

Good tripod for a good price
I’ve had a lot of tripods and gone through some of them pretty quickly , this one is really robust. You can pretty much put it through anything and it’ll keep your camera steady. Recommended if you’re not wanting to spend a small fortune
Only received this today so haven’t been in the field with it yet but gave it a thorough examination indoors with my heavy pro type equipment.
Appearance is very good and quality seems high at this price point. The ball head has a very fluid smooth movement and panning is very nicely dampened. When all tightened up in position it seems very sturdy with no hint of a wobble.
Many adjustments to suit all shooting situations and light enough to carry up to my local mountains for some landscape shots ! A fraction of the price of some branded models but not far behind in quality at all.
So far so good !

Great Tripod
This a a very sturdy and solid piece of photography equipment that I recommend to both professional and amateur photographers and to also include the monopod is a great addition would highly recommend.
Great upgrade and well made
Very neat to have a usable walking pole included, I used it up a Munro the day it arrived! Very well built and surprisingly stable, even with a big pair of celestial binoculars at height. Everything nicely machined, really good mechanism for the camera attachment. And a good quality bag you can actually use.
So, I had to send the first one back. The centre column was not straight. In fact it was quite a way from being plumb. I checked all the locking nuts etc, even measuring the individual legs but no, it was defective. When the centre column was extended and the large orange locking nut was tightened, it pulled the column to one side. It was also noticeable when not extended. Not want you want with a tripod.
Not a good start but with good customer service from Amazon, I obtained a refund and ordered another. This time success!
This is a great tripod. The photo’s of it are accurate. It feels good and it looks good. It has a good ‘weight’ to it and does appear to be well made. The ball head clamp tightens up well and there is no movement. Same with the legs, the lever locks are very good and once locked off there is no movement. An Allan key is provided to tighten up the bolts should the need arise.
I’m glad I wasn’t put off by my first experience with this tripod. I have confidence in this tripod with my expensive gear on top!
Easy to transpo
It’s a good size that extends to just under 6ft tail. Easy to carry and transport for hiking etc. Attached to my camera bag very well.
But expensive however we’ll see if it lasts. Taking it with me next week for a hiking weekend.

Everything about this tripod screams quality
Can’t find a single limitation, I have added a few aftermarket accessories to it and it has exceeded all my expectations. im able to mount a GoPro an iPhone and a DSLR camera at the same time! … A mic set a LED Light and two power bank battery’s … The tripod was sturdy and easy to adjust even with all that load.
If your in the market for a quality tripod at a very fair price then look no further … This is all you will want and need from a tripod, Not only does it look like a pro bit of kit, It handles like one too.
Very impressed
I bought this tripod to replace my top-quality Manfrotto, which has been a trusty companion for over 20 years of professional photography.
I needed a smaller, but still solid tripod to fit in the back box of my Honda 50, along with a large medium format camera, for local photo-trips. I measured the back box interior and noted the dimensions information that was given with the tripod, and it fits perfectly (see photo).
I was a bit dubious about the ball head holding my very heavy camera, so I replaced it with the heavy-duty pan and tilt head from the Manfrotto and it works perfectly. I’ve put the ball head from this one on the Manfrotto to hold a DSLR that I use for digitizing negs.
No, it’s not as sold and robust as the Manfrotto (which cost 3 times as much), and that’s to be expected. But it looks like it will do the job, and saves me from putting a really heavy tripod on my back when I go out on the bike!
K & F products first caught my eye at the Photography show back in 2019 but I didn’t really have a close look at any of their tripods as I was fixated on getting a Three Legged Thing. As it turned out I didn’t buy anything and didn’t get a tripod for more than a year. With finances tight I decided to take a chance on a K & F tripod figuring at that price it wouldn’t be too much of a wrench if it wasn’t great. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived to find that it was more than I expected for the money – seemingly very well built and nice and light into the bargain with a quality carry bag. There are only two negatives in my mind – why use all that lovely magnesium alloy and then stick on plastic knobs for the ball clamp and adjustment? Surely it wouldn’t have increased the cost too much to make these in the same alloy? The ball clamp did click ominously one time I tightened it so I’m hoping it isn’t going to be a possible weak point. Also, the tripod leg that unscrews to make up the monopod – the female thread is metal but I believe the male thread is plastic, why? I doubt I’ll use this feature much so not too much of a concern. I wouldn’t hold out much hope with customer services – I did email them about something and had a very strange reply. I don’t think I’d even bother trying to pursue a warranty claim. TLT on the other hand are great to deal with and solved a problem with my Ellie very quickly.
It would have been nice to have detachable feet but I guess you can’t have everything at this price point? The tripod has a very large height extension so unless you’re over 6′ 5″ you won’t have any problems using it. Lastly I really like the orange colour of the alloy components – it matches my Three Legged Thing Ellie L bracket perfectly! I honestly don’t think you can go wrong at this price – mine will certainly suit my needs until I can upgrade to a carbon TLT in the future.

Amazing quality its more like a very expensive tripod. very sturdy and light, 1 detachable leg witch u can use as a monopod, smooth ball head with bubble level, legs with clips for fast extending, hook to hang your bag.perfect size for travel, al in 1 im very inprest about it and this price
Received this k&f tripod, its well worth the money seems to be quite strong and very steady with a tamron150-600mm lens and d750 camera on it, on my pan and tilt tripod a the camera always tilted downwards no matter how much I tightened it but with this tripod there is no movement at all, would definitely recommend.
Value for money
Tripod arrived quick, on inspection all fine for only 60 and not too heavy, one small negative is the tripod bag should have been made 6″ longer so you can leave it set up but apart from that it’s a good buy and I’m pleased with it, thanks to Zhuoding Tec and Amazon.
Got this for 59 and its very good,same as the more expensive model which costs 86 and the one at 102.It keeps my Nikon P 1000 very steady. I was worried when you zoom all the way in,worried that the tripod will become unstable but thats not the case. Now i can see birdies and deer with 3000 mm zoom:) It holds my camera very well (a heavy camera by the way – 1,4 kg). Ball head is very good, legs are nice and stable, love the color -orange and black, you can use it inverted for macro shots, you can add extra weight for more stability. I had a Hama Star 63 tripod before, this cannot be compared with that one because its just superior in every way. I would say its better than Bonfoto B690A as well. Its a beautiful, easy to use, sturdy tripod , and i also love the twist locks that you cand find on all the expensive models.

I was surprised to see a small spirit level included, which I must have missed from the product description. Very happy with this tripod. It allows good control of my camera and has a quick release feature too, which I find useful. The height is quite impressive too.

Excellent tripod for an enthusiast, easy to get set up and does the job very well. Good quality carry bag. Only downside -the user instructions could be a bit clearer and explain what the extra bits included are for. All in all though very pleased and good value for money.

It was probably my fault for not choosing a stronger tripod which could support the rather heavy and large binoculars I have. This tripod is exceptionally well made and I have no doubt for “normal” binoculars etc, they are perfect.
Sturdy, lightweight, multifunctional for bridge/smaller DSLR with standard lens.
Great value for money tripod that adapts to monopod if required. Sturdy, lightweight, and multi functional. I can’t praise this tripod enough for use with bridge, smaller DSLR cameras, phones. However not suitable for long heavy lenses attached to seem/pro cameras. I wish I had seen this item before investing in much more expensive/heavier branded systems. If in doubt my advice would be buy, you won’t be disappointed.
Tripod arrived quickly and was as described. However, instructions for use are on an A4 sheet with a series of pictures and some written instructions in pidgin English making it slightly difficult to get to grips with initially. Also an hex key and, what appears to be a column extension, were included but not mentioned in instructions. Tripod itself is well made and has a variety of positions can be achieved including a reversible centre column to allow low level photography. It is relatively light weight but not that sturdy – probably to be expected but Ok for a travel tripod although there is a hook on the bottom of the centre column so that a weight (such as a camera bag) can be attached to increase stability. Ability to convert to a monopod is also useful when on the move and not enough time to set up as a tripod (and a lighter weight to carry) . A couple of minor points – the ball and socket head contains a spirit level but this can be obscured when the camera is mounted on top. This can be avoided by attaching camera in one particular position but -for me – made the other controls slightly more difficult to adjust. A zipped carry bag is also supplied with both handles and a shoulder strap, only problem here is that when carrying on shoulder the zip is on the bottom facing downwards so need to make sure it is zipped right up to prevent any other attachments falling out when carrying.

I bought this few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I ised it for few portraits and some long exposure fotos in the London nightsky.It is easy to set up at the required hight, very firm and solid and at the same time folds small and is not that heavy as it looks. It also has a small novel and a scale that will help with the panorama stitched images. And all of this for half the price of other brands.
