Staggering Quality
I bought these for our annual jolly-boys pilgrimage to the Le Mans 24hr.
Initially mocked by my best mate, as soon as he put the pair that I’d bought him his smugness was wiped from his face and then firmly planted on to mine.
Unbelievable quality at the price point. They came fully charged, used them in anger over the race weekend and they are STILL showing full batteries.
I’ve since been using them to listen to music via bluetooth when I am mowing the lawn. Excellent sound quality, excellent build quality, and clearly built to last.

Love these wear everyday for work bought in August 2022 sadly stopped working emailed customer service that day replied day after received a new pair 2 days later that’s what I call service no hassle didn’t even need to return old pair back to listening to some great tunes in quality sound

Not bad, bit heavy.
I use these for when I’m cutting grass usually 3 days a week, the sound is fairly good, battery lasts me a couple of days, they are a little bit heavy but not a big problem for me.
Battery not last long enough
Could be louder and battery Could last longer other than that it’s better than listening to a machine all day

Purchased a set of these in Nov ,arrived quickly and was very pleased with set to use when working as gardener/mowing etc but in May had problem ,contacted Prohear by email who responded straight away their contact Frank sorted it by sending me a brand new set without me having to send back old .well pleased with speedy outcome so thank you Frank……J
Excellent battery life, annoying clicks on FM reception sometimes
Very comfortable and pretty easy to set-up. I can’t fault these headphones except for annoying clicks when listening to FM radio. I’m not sure if it’s an effect of weak signal – doesn’t happen all the time but when it does….
I changed them up on arrival and have used them all weekend (several hours chainsawing up some logs) and for several afternoons this week. They keep you ears warm too!
I thought I try these to see what like had a few weeks now and I’m pleased with these once fully charged I’ve wore them for 3 days around 4 hours a day listening to radio mainly still had 1 bar left of battery, I find these good for listening as now don’t have to have music full blast listen too like when I wore earbuds , call receive was clear but felt like I shout back to caller as defenders are well fitted too ears only slight problems some time these did get bit uncomfortable to wear for long time but overall I’m well pleased and glad that I purchased these to try .
I use these ear defenders every day at work and they really do provide great hearing protection and entertainment with amazing battery life.
The battery easily lasts a whole week with plenty of charge still leftover. I’ve not seen the battery empty and just stick them on charge overnight at the end of the week.
The radio signal is really good and the Bluetooth connection is rock solid. The sound quality is very good compared to other ear defenders I’ve tried.
The headband and ear cups are really good quality and are comfortable once you get used to the pressure as these are hearing protection first and foremost and need the pressure to create a decent seal.
Unfortunately after 7 months my black ear defenders developed a connection fault. I emailed customer service and received a very apologetic email back in which I was told to confirm my address and they quickly sent me a new set no questions asked. I was also told to keep the broken headset for spare parts and accessories. I wish all companies had great customer service like this as it really does give peace of mind that if something does go wrong they will take care of you.
This was our second pro hear product we bought on amazon but after 5 months it died and looks like it wont recharge as it is completely flat. I have spent a lot of time trying to see where i can get some customer service . I found the box and e mailed the customer service at pro hear.
I was amazed to get an e mail within 24 hours. I am now expecting a replacement in the next 2 days. Excellent customer service!
PS replacement arrive today within 48 hours of raising the issue!

Fantastic service, had a slight issue with first pair sorted it out super fast with excellent communication.
Ear phones at good comfortable, sound quality is ok, you can answer the phone with them on but doesn’t cancel the external noise so if your using machine turn it of so the other person can hear you.

Good Product, Great Service
Really good headphones, pretty comfortable even for long periods of time and battery life is decent. Wasn’t overly impressed by the reception of the FM/AM, but you don’t buy bluetooth headphones to listen to the radio!
Unfortunately, completely died only after a couple of months use (I was using them almost every day for work). I contacted the seller/supplier and I can only say kudos to that company. No questions asked, sorted the problem and had a new pair of headphones to me in only two days. Quick and easy.

I bought these two years I use them for grass cutting I can receive calls while using and battery lasts all day abd have great volume I listen to my amazon music on them and the radio
I put them away end of summer last year and this year wouldn’t switch on,they have a 3 year guarantee I contact the firm and they replaced them with a new set straight away absolutely brilliant customer service and brilliant piece of kit highly recommend
