This is such a great buy if your looking to play some of your old vinyls, it has built in speakers, the sound quality is great and you can connect to your phone using the Bluetooth. It also looks quite smart.
    Great value, would definitely recommend.

This record player is great for anyone who wants to listen to music in their home but doesn’t have the space for a full-size stereo system. It comes with built-in stereo speakers, so you don’t need to worry about finding somewhere to put your speakers or having them take up precious shelf space.

It’s also great for people who have limited mobility—the speaker system is wireless, so you can move around the room as you listen to your favorite records. And since it’s Bluetooth enabled, if you’re a fan of streaming music services like Spotify or Apple Music, you can connect your phone or tablet directly to the player and stream through that instead of using its built-in speakers.

This is a good-looking record player, and the general build quality is really solid.

It’s really flexible, it has its own built-in speakers which although don’t sound the best they do a decent job, you can also plug your own speakers in.

You can also play music through aux or bluetooth, so if you use it with your own speakers you’re not limited to just records.

It supports three different record sizes too.

This record player is quite good value for money. To start, it can play music from 3 different sources: it has an aux-in port, can use the record player or can also receive Bluetooth input from your phone.

The sound quality is pretty good, especially when using Bluetooth. It isn’t the best quality ever but for 50 when writing, I would say it’s not too bad.

The biggest issue is the build quality. Firstly, the cutouts in the front for the speakers are not smooth. This doesn’t affect the performance however it does make it not look great, I thought this may just be an issue on mine however the picture on the product page has the same defect.
Secondly, the record player part is one piece of black plastic which has everything connected, the issue is that this piece is not secured well into the wooden frame and it wobbles around when you move it and can lift out slightly. Also, a full-sized record is quite a bit bigger than the turntable, this isn’t too much of a problem as the record will still fit and work correctly however it does hang off of the edge of the record player which means that you can’t close the lid with a record still in place.
Finally, both the plastic lid and the pink legs at the front are made of what feels and looks like cheap plastic. Even the wood it is made of feels quite thin and low quality.

Overall, if you are looking for a fairly cheap, all-in-one record player, this will do the job fine however if you listen to a lot of records, I would look for something a bit higher quality.

Works Well but Poor Build Quality

Although this turntable by SEAAN won’t win any Hi-Fi awards it does offer a lot of features for the price — currently around forty-six quid from Amazon. This is a very compact unit and a quick look at the illustration showing a 12″ disc overlapping the turntable gives an idea of the scale. This is not a player for your pristine 180g vinyl, but for the scratchy old 45s you might find in a charity shop or boot fair it is perfect. There are three speeds catering for albums, singles and even old 78s, so it can play most discs you are likely to find, and with built-in speakers you are ready to go — although it will sound much better through an external amplifier and speaker system of some kind. The finish is a bit cheap and cheerful but you really can’t complain at this price, and with stereo Phono outputs, headphone jack, Bluetooth and aux in you are starting to be a bit spoilt for features! As an introduction to playing vinyl records this little all-in-one player is hard to knock and certainly deserves at least four stars for features and value — however as the finish is a bit rough I’ll go with four stars, but it is certainly worth a punt.

This turntable looks beautiful it got built in stereo speakers with Bluetooth allowing you to amplify the sound of your records. The player has an elegant design and is excellent for having it in the living room. It has the three optional speeds 33,45,78 rpm it also has a dust cover to protect it. The finish on the wood gives it an elegant look.

    Built in speakers sound excelle

This is a nice-sized record player that doe shave built-in speakers. It does also have Bluetooth capabilities.

This is a very simple set-up, the lid isn’t one that closes while the LP is being played. It does have the arm and usual features that you would expect with a turntable. It also has a basic control system on the side, this is on/off/volume and there are ports for external speakers to be plugged in, not USB but basic right and left plug style.

The speakers n this turntable are ok, they don’t have a balance that you can adjust and this is where having external speakers comes in very handy. I have not bothered with the Bluetooth on this turntable.

I do like this, it is simple and is limited to the very basics, but it is smart, and looks stylish, apart from the tackly-looking rose-gold legs at the front. I had thought these may be adjustable, but they are not.

If you are after a basic turntable then this one is a cheap and cheerful option.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSEAAN Turntable Record Player

A good affordable record player that can be used in a variety of ways whether its by using the Bluetooth function or by using the in-line turn table. You can also add your own speakers by using the audio outputs available.

When using your favorite record you have three speeds that you can choose from 33, 45, 78 RPM. With the available vinyl disc being used can be one of three options between 7-inches, 10-inches and 12-inches.
Bluetooth wise its was fairly straight forward to setup, make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and in the settings your will find the MDY name broadcasting select this and it will then pair the smart device to your record player.

The sound quality was what i would expect based on price i wasn’t expecting out of this world sound quality however, i felt it was very good, at 50% it felt warm and was still a little punchy yet you do need to have the sound at around 50% or over to get the best of it. Having the speakers recessed and pushed back underneath the turntable it does sound as if this is more louder sounding.

Build quality wise its ok there are part where i felt it could possibly be better like around the speaker grill the cut out where good enough however, it could have been cleaned up to make sure the wood wasn’t splintered out.
The rose gold post looked cheap quality however, they were still nice and from a distance still looked rather good. The clear lid was rather neatly cut and placed acting as a dust cover.
The turntable it self where good i had no issue here maybe on a nick pick the buttons to turn the auto stop could have been a little better however, again this is more affordable than alot on the market so i can’t complain otherwise build quality was ok.
All other interfaces were good and they worked fine along with the headphone port if you want to listen to you music in more private fashion.

Overall good quality sound for the price, build quality was also good but the grills could do with a clean to remove the excess wood the cut for the grill were good. Easy to connect your own speakers or connecting a Bluetooth device. its a good affordable turntable.

    good affordable record playe

In assessing the merits of this record player I suspect expectation management is key. Whilst the price was not available at time of review I think it’s around 70 which is not a great deal of money. In the box you get the record player, a power unit, and an adapter to play different record sizes. There are no instructions.

On the face of it the record player is relatively feature rich. It plays all three speeds, 33, 45 and even 78. The player has two inbuilt speakers and also has a 3.5mm headphone socket, Bluetooth connectivity and physical wired left and right speaker outputs. There’s also a Aux In socket although reflecting the quality of the speakers I’m not sure why you’d want to attach an additional music source to the player.

For the price build quality is reasonable. As one of my photos show the finish around the speaker grills is poorly finished and the plastic rose gold pillars in front of the speakers look pretty awful. On mine they were also loose. Sound quality is not good I’m afraid, partly because there are no controls to set bass or treble when the player’s internal speakers are used. It’s not quite so bad with wired connected speakers but for the money I really don’t think too much can be expected. The record player does allow you to play records though, at low cost, which is pretty good!

In sum this is a fair product which is close to the lowest price point of any record player currently available. The fact it can be used as a stand alone unit with its own speakers is remarkable for the price. The included speaker outputs and Bluetooth features are more than could be expected at this price level.

If you’re after brilliant acoustics you’ll need to pay more, but to play a record extremely cheaply, this is a good option. Four stars.

A good self-contained record player for a low price

This was a birthday gift for my mother who loves retro and vintage memorabilia.

She was delighted to be able to play the one 60’s record she had saved over the years, It was heartwarming to see her play her music for the first time.

The player itself is portable with lovely vintage details. Definitely looks unique. The quality is outstanding, right from the metal edged corners through to the interior of the lid.

Whilsts the speakers on this player are good giving a crisp and crackle worthy sound.

Sound quality through the inbuilt speakers is decent enough for a small room but it can not add a Bluetooth device for playback.

Having never used a record player before I jumped at the chance to finally give one a go. I had some records for display purposes from one of my favourite bands so was the perfect excuse to break those out.

This player arrived in a simple cardboard box and some wrapping. Inside the box is the unit itself, a power adapter and an instruction booklet.

First impressions were great! I was playing music within minutes. I’m not going to be able to say how it compares to other record players but I can definitely compare to MP3’s and streaming online. I like the sound from this, it’s certainly different. Noticeably lower quality sounding than the FLAC’s I have on my mobile but I think that’s what people mean when they say “warm” sounding.

I tested with the speakers inside the unit and with some headphones. The speakers are fine, not great and I think this would definitely benefit from a real pair of studio monitors or other hifi. My headphones were better but didn’t get loud enough, i think i’d need an amplifier to really get the most out of this.

Build quality is, mostly, excellent. It looks fantastic with the wood construction and metal feet accents. There was some slight chipping in the speaker grills where it looks like it hadn’t been sanded properly but other than that, solid.

I will say as well, not sure if this is how vinyls are supposed to sound but there was also a dull hum during quieter parts of songs. Noticeable and a little annoying. But not sure if this was a fault with the item, my ears or whether it’s supposed to be like this.

I would have also liked to see some replacement needles included as well as you only get the one that’s supplied.

Overall, for a first dip into vinyls and record players it’s been a great first impression and I now want to grab more vinyls from other bands to see how they sound too. 4*!

    Compact and Interesting Sound
