Pas mal du tout… mais !
Le rsultat est beau et la hauteur de mes attentes. Cependant c’est au prix d’une bonne exprience et une manipulation accrue. Sur un sujet en mouvement c’est oublier quand on est tout manuel. Le point se fait difficilement et manque un poil de prcision. Prenez un bon et grand moniteur adapt anamorphique pour pouvoir contrler tout a, sinon vous aurez des surprises au montage.

Look único y cinematográfico
Lo uso con una A7S y una VG900 en modo aps-c y le da a todo lo que filmes un look nico y muy cinematogrfico. Es un lente espectacular. El reflejo horizontal azul es moderado, el bokeh ovalado es delicioso. Y el 50mm es muy verstil ya que haciendo un zoom de 1.3 eliminas la vieta y queda en 56mm aprox.
I am still getting the hang of this lens. I use it with my Lumix G7, I will post video and pics later. Free hand video is not what this lens is good for. On a tripod video looks very good. I have not tried any lens flair yet but the cinematic look from the lens when shooting at 24 FPS is impressive.

This lens is absolutely amazing. The build quality is tough focus is smooth everything on it is easy to use and read it takes some of the most beautiful footage that I've ever seen come out of my camera. I use it with a Sony NEX vg10 camcorder which is outdated but the footage comes out looking incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this lends to someone who is looking to shoot anamorphic footage. Buying anamorphic filters and trying to adapt them to other lenses is a headache and this lens is already purpose-built. Truly my favorite lens and all of my lens collection.

After seeing mostly good reviews, yet some who didn’t like certain things about the lens I was quite numb and excited at the same time to use it on my A7siii, but after doing a 10 second test with proper lighting I do not think I can ever go back to shooting videos with photography lens. I luckily even had a wireless pull focus which I never used until now and its just butter when doing self shooting. I looked at 24, 35, and 50mm lens, and pretty much everyone said to get 50mm due to its bokhe size and buttery smooth image; I second them all. If you want that real real cinematic footage, forget luts, color correction, expensive lights, because its all in the lens, that’s it. ITS THE LENS nothing else.

Amateur de clips, courts-mtrage c’est le bonheur !
Aprs pour les dbutants il demande un petit investissement : mise au point manuelle, connaissance du logiciel de montage pour “dnamorphis” l’image, pas de stabilisation optique…
C’est une trs grande avanc dans le monde de la vido petit budget, bravo SIRUI .

Super qualit. Un peu galre au dbut pour dcompresser l’anamorphique mais sinon photo et vido de super qualit. Vraiment trs beau rsultat partir de 2.8 d’ouverture. Magnifique 5’6 et mme 4.

Nice lens with character and imparts certain vibe into image or footage. I use it mostly for still to get that extra field of view and nice cinematic look to the blue and flares. The bokeh is not super oval, but there is some nice “texture” in the blurred out areas that you associate with widescreen anamorphic footage. Colors are nostalgic and live. Subtle effect overall but in my opinion it is there. I wish it could focus closer.
I liked the protective packaging of the lens. The box is small but it was well packed to make sure the lens would not get damage. The lens works great. The quality is comparable to the Sony lens. Great price.

I tried this with the Sony a6600. It’s a great lens, needs a little work in Final cut pro.. but the downsize that had to return this lens is the how far the focus lens travels. It has a small diameter, thus to focus from one point to another would take almost half of a circle or more..cuzing camera shake. If you can live with that, than it’s a great lens. Otherwise, I can see this becomes more of a toy than a tool.. an expensive toy that is for $700.

If you are into film making this lens is a MUST GET ASAP.
Quality of the body and crystals are amazing.. sweet point for focusing between f4 and f6, but in general even lower or higher f gives u a real anamorphic looking. With Sony bodies you have to crop the sensor 1.3X to get a clean image. You can add ND and even get the focusing runner for it separately. Overall happy with this new lens to be part of my productions. RECOMMENDED!
Great lens at a great price
My first faur into anamorphic filming and this is a very, very good, well made lens at a remarkably low price.
Very well built, has plenty of character when wide open (get that variable ND ready), and when stopped down is very precise. Sirui (out of absolute obscurity) knocked this lens out of the park. This will be a lens collector’s item for sure.

Top Bild Qualitt. Fr den preis Unschlagbar. Einziger Nachteil, man kann nur 0,85m seinem Motiv nah kommen und es verwackelt sehr, weil es als MFT zu einem Teleobjektiv wird 50mm => 100mm. Aber das weiss man sowieso vor dem Kauf.
This is a great, incredibly low-priced entry into Anamorphic Filming. I use this on a Sony Full-frame A7III by using clear-zoom to crop into 1.3x (a bit less than shooting crop mode which punches in 1.5x).
Sharp lens and has the characteristic anamorphic look and flairs; not as pronounced as a 1.5 or above Anamorphic – but again, a great entry into the process.
My son bought this lens through my account. He had been researching anamorphic lenses for a while and this is apparently the first affordable one that he can use with his lumix gh5.
Ordered at 4pm on Friday and was delivered lunchtime Monday to the UK. Really impressive as it came from Italy.
I don’t know much about this lens other than my son who is doing a film and TV degree is absolutely delighted with it.
