Extremely easy to install, coming from a 212 evo this thing is a breeze to install.
Performance seems good enough, 13600k sits around 80c on cinebench but during gaming sits around 60-65

TBH it performs slightly better than another 2 tower air cooler I have from a famous brand, but cheaper. Average build quality, but value for money, cools my 12600kf very well, not seen temp above 60 in CB R23

I replaced the stock cooler on the Intel i5 12400 with this. Mounting was a little awkward on my MSI Z790 in a Corsair 4000D case as I had already built the PC. Worst part was installing the fan in the middle as the clearance to secure the clips holding the fan to the heatsink was very tight. I’d definitely recommend installing this cooler before installing the MB into the case. Other than that, which is really my fault, I can not recommend enough. For the price you get a small reduction in idle temps, but running Cinebench R23 in a 30 minute loop I never saw more than 70c. Thats 20c lower than the stock fan. In addition the noise reduction is very impressive, the stock fan sounds like a vacuum when it is going full speed (and that’s often while gaming). Running Forza 5 at 3440 * 1440 Ultra settings the CPU barely went above 60c and the fan was barely audible.

Bear in mind this is a big cooler. I have corsair vengeance lpx memory and that’s fairly low profile. The fan on that side is more or less on top of that. The other side of my MB has a large fixed cooler and clearance on that side is just as bad. I mounted the fans on ram side and middle.

I knocked one star off the mounting system score because the holes in the plates to mount the cooler to are large, so getting the postion correct is a bit of a faff.

Unbeatable at the price, keeps my ryzen 9 5900x at 4300mhz (45degrees) not seen anymore than (60degrees) yet.
very happy with purchase and no ram clearance issues unless you have very tall ram

Can’t complain for a 40 heat sink! Easy to install, there is quite a lot of space around the base to clear the ram and vrm cooling. Downside for me is if I placed the fan on the right side it would cover the ram underneath so I have placed in a pull air configuration, even so it is keeping idle temps around 40 at near silent, and haven’t seen it break past 70 in gaming, and the fans haven’t ramped up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Decent heat sink installed on a 5800X3D

This is the kind of product on amazon where I struggle to understand how they make profit off of something so good and yet so cheap. I threw this on my Ryzen 5600X which is a 65W card. This cooler is designed for something with twice that power so when I’m idling / light work, the CPU AND CCD package sit at around 35*C rising to about 55/60 on full load. It’s overkill for my system but it’s nice knowing that temperature related stresses and damage to the cpu or practically out of the question now. I paid 40 for it which is a perfect price to performance cost.
For a low/ midrange CPU this is more than enough. There’s some videos of tests online of this cooler against way more expensive cpu fans/AIO’s and this holds it’s own or bests them. However if you’re running an i9 13xxx overclocked juiced up mega core monster you’d probably wanna go with an AIO cooler as opposed to air cooled.

Great Product. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x and before i just had the standard AMD fan. I was hiting 50-60 degrees at idle and 96 degrees while gaming. Now, in hit 30-40 degrees at idle and 60-70 degrees while gaming. Just enough space to get multiple RAM sticks in.

Having built a few PC’s in my time this without the easiest cooler I’ve ever installed temps are par with an AIO running a 5600x .

Easy to install and quiet. Keeps my i5 13600K at around 38 degree mark in normal use. Just make sure your case is wide enough.

I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and I was getting into 90c territory when playing Warzone with this stock cooler so I decided to upgrade, and an upgrade it was! Don’t think I’ve seen over 60c when playing.
The packing was easy to work with and had a nice layout. The installation process was quite easy with the only tricky part being fitting the stand offs and bolts into the backplate which is an issue you’ll run into with most coolers.
The instructions were pretty easy to follow and the overall quality of the product seems very good.
I personally don’t care about noise, but it is louder than the stock cooler but with such a big difference in temperature it’s worth it!

Very good at cooling, especially for the price!!

The thing that surprised me the most is that the thermal paste provided is 12W/m-K. Usually other brands supply with 6v or lower… and this thermal paste is in a very good range… didn’t expect that. Of course you can get better thermal paste, but i expected there to be none or a very cheap one…. You can tell they care about basic performance…. even to the user who doesn’t think too much about what paste to use 🙂

Even running on full speed it is not as loud as i expected it to be. If alternate fans are bough can defiantly bring the noise down but without spending quite a bit on those fans your not going beat the stock noise level easily.

Fits nicely inside my fractal design case and seems to be about standard size. The only issue i had with he size is that as it is a little wide by RAM sits under the side fan. I had to clip on the fan ona few millimetres higher so it did not rest against the ram. Take note of where your RAM chips are…. however how the fans clip on make it a very easy thing to work around.

All in all for the price this is one of the better i have found. And as as of the decent paste… you really can tell they have thought about best for customers rather then how to skin people for there money.

Comes with many attachments to suite multiple chipsets….. brilliant!! means i can take this with me when upgrading my machine!!!!

I would recommend this to anyone.
