Best phone holder I've ever used
Amazing product, so simple to install and very sturdy. Bought for the simple push button to release as I only have the use of one hand so all other holders I struggled with. This can be used one handed with no effort at all. Plus it comes in various colours to match your car. I’d definitely recommend this to everyone.
Great phone holder and service
I really like the Vanmass mobile phone holder and have one in each of my cars. They mount well, hold my iPhone well and any movement is well damped. There is a very sticky pad option for surface mounting, difficult to remove but why would you? Recently the release mechanism on one of the mounts became difficult to operate. Vanmass response has been excellent so far. Highly recommended.

Didn’t get off to a good start, part of the air vent clamp broke off, however I was sent a new stand alone vent clamp as a replacement and very happy with how their customer service helped me.
Overall impressions, sturdy unit and the suction cup is very strong and won’t come off easily. Only one criticism, if you have the mobile phone holder on full extension, it will cause the phone to bounce about and will hit the dash if the road is bumpy
Outstanding quality product and customer suppo
The quality of this product is by far the best I have ever had. It is sturdy, the suction is amazing to the point it is difficult to remove and it grips the phone firmly. Unfortunately this particular product was not quite right for my Pixel 4a as it obscured the volume buttons. I contacted Vanmass and their customer service is second to none. They replaced the item with a “VANMASS Magnetic Car Phone Holder Mount” free of charge and this product is also of equal high quality and the strength of the magnet keeps the phone firmly mounted. I can’t fault these products or the customer service.

Excellent phone holder, much better than vent mou
Phone holder is great quality, sturdy and well made. Holds a pixel 6 pro in a case both in landscape and portrait with no movement.
Vanmass customer support is also extremely good. I received a message from them after purchase asking if I was intending to mount the holder on a leather dashboard. When I said yes they sent me an alternative suction cup free of charge the next day!
I originally used the glass suction on the windscreen, but the phone was a little too far away in a range rover, the alternative suction works perfectly on the leather dash, doesn’t mark it or leave any residue.
Recommended and much better than a vent mounted phone holder which vibrate and can break the vent which can be expensive and tricky to fix.

No issues
I’ve had this for over a year. I use it on the dashboard with the sticker because of the textured surface. It’s held my phone securely, despite slight wobbling the in the arm and rotation of the base. This does sap confidence a little. I’ve deducted a star because of this.
Now I have a larger phone I wish it had adjustable feet like the newer models.

After loving the product for over 12 months I had an issue with the rear holder screw assembly. After raising the issue within 24 hours they had sent me a new unit!

My wife uses the Vanmass holder to hold her mobile phone fixed to the ventilation grill in her Skoda Scalla car. It does an excellent job; it holds the phone securely, yet allows quick and easy removal when required.

Great customer service
The product is good if you don’t use the plastic disc provided and stick it directly onto the dashboard. I made the mistake of sticking the disc and it fell off next day. The customer service is great and they sent me a replacement immediately.

It’s so easy to assemble , fit and use , and once it’s stuck down it’s not easy to get off again. It’s easily adjusted so as to get the best use of your phone !! Whether it’s for making or answering calls , listening to music , using as a sat nav or watching a film !!

DONT BUY – I bought two in a year both broke at the same point -structural weakness
the point where the primary phone holder case is screwed to the arm of the phone holder is made of CHEAP PLASTIC, SO it breaks very easily.
Fit for purpose
I have my phone holder attached to the dash. It does a good job of holding the phone securely. The phone can be attached and removed easily and the charging lead is able to be attached without difficulty. I’m pleased that I spent a little extra and opted for the Vanmass.

I’ve bought three of these mounts over the last couple of years and they’ve proved to be excellent – robust and they stick really well to plastic dashboards. Unfortunately one suffered a cracked nut which caused the phone holder to flop. I wasn’t that hopeful of getting a new nut as the mount was 18 months old but VanMass support was excellent – they got back to me in under 24 hours and sent a new mount, which arrived a day or so later. A big shout out to Sophia for her excellent support!
Best Car Phone holder ive tried
The quality of the materials is exceptionally good. The suction is really strong and hasn’t budged since i’ve installed it weeks ago. Its also very adjustable to get the phone to sit in the exact position i want. Extremely happy with this product!

Never worked, but Vanmass were brilliant at sorting everything out.
Cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol, but still the plate for the fixing the suction pad never supported the phone and would peel off. Lasted for a couple of days, at the most. Very disappointing.
ADDENDUM…..
Since writing this review I have been contacted by Vanmass with the offer of a product that should support a larger phone. They didn’t need to do this as my original purchase was over 2 years ago, but they did. I might have been disappointed in my original purchase, but Vanmass’s customer service is exceptional so any buyer should talk to them with any issues, and I am sure a solution will be offered.

I have to say the customer care with this company is faultless.
The cradle is great and worked really well in my ford mondeo. After a year though I had a slight issue with one of the attachments. The customer care even after a year of ownership couldn’t have been better. Very impressed.

Good Product and Excellent Customer Service
This product is extremely flexible and well designed and has allowed me to position my device in the perfect location when navigating, it adheres extremely well when used with the provided plastic mounting disk. I had a minor issue in that the suction cup stuck so well that it sustained some minor damage when I was switching it for use in another vehicle, however the customer service was very prompt and polite, dispatching a replacement part on next day delivery, can’t ask for much more than that.

This Vanmass phone holder for the car is very easy to install and the customer service team at Vanmass is excellent. The adhesive sticker was affected by the sub zero temperature( -10 ) and they sent me a replacement within 24hours, which was amazing.
Sophia from the team kept me up to date and checked after delivery that my issue was resolved. You don’t get this service often but I have to say I was extremely impressed by the care that was shown.
Great holder and customer service
I bought this one after getting a cheaper phone holder that my phone would fall out of all the time and it came loose a few times, but this one has been perfect. After installing a few months ago, it hasn’t come off at all, even with some rough driving. I had to get in touch with customer service as the release button on the back was very stiff and sometimes unusable, and they were so fast in replying to me, and very transparent about the production issue. They immediately sent a free replacement, it arrived the next day and has been perfect since. Can’t recommend them enough for quality and customer assistance.

Excellent phone holder!
This is a top quality product. Both the car mounts (adjustable arm / suction cup and air vent clamp) are strong and stable. (The air vent mount stability does of course depend on the design and robustness of the car vent louvres).
The phone cradle is solid and easy to adjust for different phones.
I had a query about my order and the customer service team were very fast at sorting out and answering my questions via their Messenger link. First rate!

I drive a truck and if this can cope with day in day out vibration and the state of UK roads, then it’s worth the cost.
I have had other less well made phone holders, literally snap off their bases, while driving my truck.
I already feel impressed with the build quality.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a problem with release button of Airvent holder. I was sent a newer model of airvent holder which has release button on side instead of back. Apparently it’s much better in quality and I don’t have any problem with it since around a month of usage.
For online shopping it’s immensely important that we get good customer service in case of problem during my conversation their focus was resolving the issue which is key for customer. 5/5 for customer service and product.
Solid and dependable, with small issues
I’ve had several car phone mounts and I’d say this is easily the best. On the plus side, it’s very flexible in terms of installation, and the phone is held firmly with no danger of slipping. I’ve not needed to use the included sticky pad as the suction is very strong as long as you put it on a smooth surface. However there is a design issue with the placement of the side jaws, which can impede access to my Pixel 7 Pro’s volume button, though not to the extent of making it unusable. I also had to contact the manufacturer as the release button started to stick, but they were very helpful and sent a replacement.

Brought this for our VW camper van, initially had some problems with attaching to dash board! Contacted customer service, excellent support, sent further suction cup ,which did the trick.
Cannot fault the service, the holder is extremely sturdy, holds the phone firm.
Suction pad wasn't grea
Suction pad wouldn’t stick so used the other install clip which works. Since then the seller has contacted me and has sent me a replacement which I will use once I get a newer car. They have also have advised me that if I have any further problems they would solve the issues which is an awesome service replacement was quick thank you
Great phone holder for ca
I have two of these. in one car, I have it mounted on the sticky pad. in other the sticky pad wouldn’t hold, so mounted on glass. Takes the weight of my S21 Ultra very well in both cases. Perfect grip. No issues on the quick release as well.
I like it but..
To open the brackets you press the button from behind. To close the brackets around your phone you have to press the brackets inwards. I do like it but I don’t use it. It’s for my sister’s car and she really likes it. I just don’t like how you have to close the brackets together to hold the phone in. Not a problem at all either.

I bought this phone holder in error thinking it was a wireless charger (it isn’t) but as it was recommended for truck drivers I got it for my husband. Once we realized it wasn’t a charger I said I’d have it for my car instead, but we can’t get the suction mount off the windscreen! So if you’re looking for a super sticky mount that won’t move, this is it!
Strongest Suction mount ever!!!
First and foremost the product is the best car mobile phone holder I have ever purchased. I am genuinely shocked how strong the suction mount is when fitted to the windscreen. The fucntion of playing the mobile in the holder and releasing it very easy to do and unlike others in the past has not let me down by this mechanism breaking. The most has the other standard adjustments to help you get the mobile in place at the perfect ankle for you to view whilst driving.
I did have a minor issue more down to how I used the product rather than a fault with it. However, Van massive has been amazing and replaced the part with me without any quibble and even sent it out on an express delivery service. I am so impressed with the product and the after sales product support. Should anyone require a mobile holder no need to look elsewhere!
Overall very good cat phone holde
I used this phone car holder for nearly two years now and was switching it between the cars and there was one weak link in the original design that eventually broke, but I was sent a replacement straight away and it looks like they have dealt now with the issue of this weak link and changed it which should now prevent it from braking at this particular point and the rest of structure is very sturdy and very practical. Very very pleased 🙂
Excellent Phone Holde
The phone holder is really easy to fit and adjust to suit your vehicle (I have bought 2).
I had a problem with the opening/closing of the holder. On contacting the seller, they replied straight away. They were very helpful and sent an upgraded version for next day delivery. I wish all sellers were as easy to contact and deal with a problem. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Good quality product but disappointed with sticky pad
I initially used the disc (provided) and peeled off the sticky label to try and attach the holder to the dashboard but it wasn’t effective and it fell off (even though I had left it 24 hours before attaching the holder). I then attached it to the windscreen using the suction pad and this seems to have worked and it’s still in place. Overall I’m really pleased with this product as you can attach and remove your phone really easily.

Overall, I was happy with this product whilst it lasted. I used it with the attachment that lets it clip onto the air vent of your vehicle. I made sure that the fan to which the vent led to was turned off, so that the product wasn’t exposed to hot or cold air. However, this appears not to have been good enough. The part which allows the attachments to mount has completely snapped off, which makes this now unusable. The break happened as I was driving, and my phone was securely in the cradle. I expected to get at least a year or two out of this product. Disappointing.
It’s the best window mounted phone holder I’ve ever had.
Be careful where you put it as once it’s in place you’ll need strong fingers to get it back off, it will come off and restick no problem, but boy does it stick.
Doesn’t vibrate or move when it’s got a large phone in, mines a Galaxt S22 Ultra, and no problems with movement or vibration.
It feels like it’s got neoprene on the side arms and bottom holders that grip your phone, if it’s not neoprene then it’s got very good quality foam.
It was so good I bought a second one for my other car.
When I did have an issue with one of the mounts the company got back in touch within a day or so and asked for photos and the model number, I sent these and within a couple of hours I received an email saying that they were going to send me a replacement straight away, which I received 2 days later, this was after 13 months use.
Cannot fault the Company, the Product or the Customer Service.
Excellent cradle, well made, solid build
Great phone cradle at a good price. All components bar one felt solid, the cradle grips both my S21 and my S22.
The clamps to adjust, you can get them really tight so the phone barely wobbles in a lorry.
The actual suction cup, if kept clean, binds to the glass to an extreme level, its a bit of work to pry away.
The only few times it’s fallen off is when applied at a very low temp then with windscreen heater and sunshine it’s has popped off.
I am currently raising a customer Service request for a damaged clip but this is fair wear and tear as I used it 7 days a week in multiple vehicles for 6 months without issue.
I bought this product as I needed a reliable phone holder for the car as I spend a lot of time on long journeys. This Vanmass holder does that job with ease and covers off all the ways you may want to have your phone positioned in your vehicle. The box contains the phone holder, a suction cup for use on windscreens, an air vent clip, a strong adhesive pad for dashboard mounting and instructions.
The box itself looks like you have received something special. The items are all wrapped in separate plastic bags and after a quick read of the instructions I had the holder set up in the car.
The holder has a balljoint which pushes into place on either the suction cup or the air vent clip and each has a screw down fitting to secure the holder when you have positioned to your liking. When locked in place the holder does not move. The air vent securing mechanism is easy to use and will not damage the air vent. Naturally, the air vent clip does move a little on the more rough roads but this is the flex in the air vent and not down to the holder itself. The suction fitting is my favourite and holds securely, simply push onto the windscreen and then lock in place using the mechanism. I have used mine continuously for 8 days and there are no signs of the suction cup failing. Both fittings move in all directions to accomodate the phone being held vertical or horizontal and the suction cup fitting also has a telescopic arm for those vehicles with greater distance between the windscreen and dashboard, this extends by an additional 55mm. The phone holder has a screw locks to secure all adjustments in place and cradles the phone at the bottom and sides. There is a gap in the bottom part of the cradle to allow a charging cable to be attached whilsy in use. The side grips have a cushion pad to protect the phone and these operate on a ratchet system which links both sides together. To release the phone there is a button on the rear of the cradle at the bottom, which is easy to reach with the cradle attached to the windscreen. The cradle will accomodate phones up to approximately 95mm wide.
In addition, there is an adhesive pad with a smooth plastic disc attached that can be used on most surfaces such as a dashboard. The adhesive is strong so be careful when positioning as it will be difficult to remove if required. The suction fitting attaches to the smooth plastic disk and holds the phone well. My preference is the suction fitting used on the windscreen.
Overall this is a great product and every piece feels well built. The holders carbon look backing plate is a nice touch and brings a touch a style to the fitting. This is slightly cushioned and tactile that provides grip to the phone.
