Another Great Product from Alma Cord
As a professional photographer, a 3mm bungee cord has many practical uses around the studio and on location.
I recently wanted to revitalise some tidy-ties that were defiantly past the sell-by date. Unfortunately, the existing bungee cord had become stretched and had lost its elasticity, rendering them worst than useless. So rather than splashing out on a new set of ties, I purchased the 110% Stretch 3mm bungee cord from Abma Cord, and these old ties have been given a new lease of life. The bright colours on offer are an added bonus: they are much easier to find in my grip bag than the old drab colours.

High quality bungee cord
I bought this to replace frayed tent pole elastic on an old tent. Also used it to replace the elastic on the outside of my rucsac, which had lost its elasticity. Did a great job, high quality with good stretch. Will need some 6mm to upgrade my kayak elastics.
A great bungee cord
Absolutely no complaints. Item arrived without faults, and packaged. The material has no marks, and appears well made.
As for its use, well, the possibilities are a lot. First thing I thought of was that now I have potential replacement for parts of my backpack, shoes, and other clothing items. Its easy to cut, but shows no signs of tearing even after testing it quite drastically.
Will keep this close by from now on, as it will prove handy for any repairs, or just to mess around with to make key-rings, bracelets, zips, and maybe even certain necklaces.
Really good cord
Used this to replace the cord my hammock underblanket came with and this feels much more robust. Seems better made, returns to original length after use, braiding is good. Very impressed!
Perfect for a plethora of crafting purposes
Absolutely LOVE this bungee cord as it’s the perfect thickness to use as replacement shoelaces. I have a pair of ON trainers with what they call ‘speedlaces’ which are essentially the same as this bungee cord (but in a more muted colour). I love the fact that I can quickly slip those on and off without having to bend over and tie up shoelaces by hand. Now I can do the same with my other trainers and dedicate all that time I save to charity work (that I dont like to talk about). I’m sure there are a multitude of other uses I’ll find for this cord in the future but right now, just the shoelace replacement alone makes this well worth the purchase. I might need to get some additional colours though as I’m not sure all my trainers can carry that yellow and red colourway…
Great self tensioning
Bought this to hold down covers over decking furniture and hot tub . Has been great, not moved during high winds. Used rope before which ripped each year, this has not moved at all. Perfect for keeping tensio
Gute Qualitä
Nachdem ich schon einige andere Abma Produkte getestet habe wollte ich diesmal das elastische Seil ausprobieren.
Zum einen habe ich kleine Schlaufen davon beim Tarp-Setup genutzt, was sehr gut funktioniert. Die Schnur lsst sich gut trennen und verschweien (wie Paracord). Die Elastizitt ist straff und dehnt sich nicht schon beim kleinsten Zug, was sehr gut ist.
Auch als Schnrsenkel habe ich das Cord getestet, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man so die Schuhe gebunden lassen kann und durch die elastischen Bnder einfach in die Schuhe schlpfen kann. Die Schnur macht dabei einen robusten Eindruck, Schnee und Regen konnten ihr noch nichts anhaben.
Ich mag die groe Farbauswahl, und werde fr weitere Schuhbnder sicher noch andere Farben bestellen.
Good quality
I’ve bought numerous items by Abma Cord and the products are always high quality. This bungee cord comes on a spindle allowing lengths to be easily cut. Has many different uses but I used to secure a tarpaulin sheet. Note the bungee cord is only 3mm as indicated so don’t expect really thick bungee.
High quality
This is my second time buying Abma Shock Cord. Last time I got the 4mm so this time I went with 3mm. I find it best to go with the lightest cordage you need for the job. Less weight, obviously, but it also takes up less room and holds a knot better. It is high quality at a reasonable price.
My main use for it is camping. I use it to add lacing to my packs to carry items that don’t need to be inside the pack like a water bottle and hatchet or a second pair of shoes. I also add a small loop to each tie down point on my tarp. That way it will remain nice and tight but if a sudden gust of wind hits it there is some give and your tarp is less likely to tear.
It’s also good to keep around the house. You’d be surprised how many times the answer to one of life’s problems is paracord.
Als Gummizugseil für eine Abdeckplane geeigne
Ich habe dieses Seil als Gummizug fr eine Plane zum abdecken unserer Hollywoodschaukel verwendet. In die Plane habe ich sen gestanzt und das Seil hindurchgezogen. Es macht einen guten Eindruck und ist elastisch, aber nicht zu sehr. Es tut seinen Dienst.

Das Gummiseil fhlt sich super robust an! Ist schn stark und lsst sich in etwa bis aufs doppelte dehnen ohne dabei labbrig zu wirken! Bin viel outdoor und unterwegs, hier ist das Seil vielseitig einsetzbar! Fr Rucksack, Zelt, Tarp, Taschen, Bekleidung, Fahrrad… Schneller Versand! Gerne wieder!
Flexibel und leicht zu handhabe
Zur Transparenz: ich erhielt die Abma Cord Gummiseil zu Testzwecken kostenfrei.
Lieferung und Verpackung:
Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, die Ware traf 2 Tage nach Bestellung ein. Der Artikel war sehr gut verpackt und die AbmaCord so aufgespult und gesichert, dass sie ohne zu verheddern abzurollen war.
Haptik, Handhabung und Verarbeitung:
Die AbmaCord Gummiseil fhlt sich gut verarbeitet an.
Durch die Elastizitt werde ich das Gummiseil fr Sonnen- und Regenabdeckungen nutzen, damit bei Wind kein zu groer Druck auf Plane/Tarp entsteht. Zustzlich findet die Cord bereits einen guten Einsatz bei der Befestigung von einer Fahrradtasche.
Fazit:
Ich freue mich darauf das Produkt lnger zu testen. Der erste Gesamt-Eindruck war durchweg sehr gut und die AbmaCord steht anderen Herstellern die ich bisher hatte beim ersten Test in nichts nach.

Richtig gutes BungeeCord👍
Ich nutze das BungeeCord fr alle Outdoor-Aktivitten. Hauptschlich um mein Zelt abzuspannen, schnell mal eben eine Elefantenhaut in Position zu bringen oder schlicht um Ausrstung an Ort und Stelle zu halten. Hier ist es wichtig, dass die Knoten unter Zug halten, das Cord nicht ausleiert und der Mantel sauber verdet werden kann. Das BungeeCord hat eine feste, stabile Dehnung, ich gehe von einer langen Einsatzdauer aus. Alles top, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Gutes bungee cord
Hab das Bungee Cord fr meine Outdoor Ausrstung gekauft.
Es ist um Kleinigkeiten flexibel zu befestigen. An meinem Rucksack habe ich meine Beschdigten Kordeln an der Daisychain ausgetauscht. Top! Die Dehnung ist gut. Die Federkraft ist stark genug. Ich konnte keinen Strsendern Geruch feststellen.
Es eignet sich super fr diverse DIY Projekte. Der Preis passt fr mich auch.
Solides Bungee Cord
Hab das Bungee Cord fr meine outdoor ausrstung gekauft, um diverse dinge zu befestigen/aufzuhngen etc.
Das seil macht einen stabilen eindruck, riecht nicht und ist gleichmig verarbeitet. Unter Witterungsbedingungen hab ich es noch nicht testen knnen aber sonst scheint es sehr robust zu sein. Jetzt muss ich mich nurnoch um cordelstopper und endabschlssen umsehen…
Super Expanderseil
Wie immer gute Qualitt. Ich habe mir dazu noch Seilklemmen gekauft. Hauptschlich verwende ich es um an meinem Motorradgepck zustzliche flexible Befestigungsmglichkeiten anzubringen.
Gutes Flexicord für viele Einsatzmöglichkeite
Ich habe das Flexicord mit einem Kordelstopper versehen und an meinem Daypack angebracht, um auf einfache Weise Gegenstnde (z.B. Regenjacke) auen am Rucksack zu besfestigen. Prima Artikel, jederzeit empfehlenswert.
