A very healthy plant arrived in excellent packaging. A quick check of the root ball and I decided to repot in a larger pot filled with westland orchid potting mix. I misted the plant a few times a week and was rewarded with the appearance of a lovely flower.

Unexpected purple bloom!
Lovely little plant, hardly any attention needed. I suddenly noticed this little purple flower sprouting from one of the ‘spines’ – so I may pay a little more attention and spray the flower with a little water every now and then! I wonder if the rest of them are going to open the same way
