Both of them suggested not to use weights and instead use bands at least until shoulder is healed. Picked up this pack of bands and to my surprise the bands work just as good as dumbells (as per adjustable resistance). Diferent colors have diferent resistance and they work perfect in the recovery process.

Good alternative to hoop resistant bands
Each colour of the band is different strength of resistance.
Great to use at home. They are a good alternative to the hooped resistance bands you normally get.

Only worry is they seem a bit thin like they could rip or snap if pulled hard. Otherwise they are decent enough.

I have used the elastic bands at home. you can do every exercice possible with theses resistance bands.
Good quality resistance bands
These resistance bands are a great length and are made of a strong material, and they feel like they will last a long time.
They’re very suitable for many exercises, they’ve been great for my arms and ankle, for strengthening and stretching them. Also, the bands are different strengths, which is great! Currently, the resistance of the red one is perfect for me.
I’m not sure about the present price tag of 15.79; if it’s good value or not, but I know that they’re good quatlity.
fun to play with
This is a great product! I am a busy mom, and I don’t have time to go to the gym. I like that I can use this at home to strengthen my muscles while I’m spending time with my daughter. This is also great for physical therapy and when I need to take a break from intense workouts.
I love these bands! They are great for any type of exercise and for a variety of users. They are also great for when I’m at home and want to keep my muscles toned. I also love that they are made with high-quality materials and come in a wide range of colors. I feel that these bands are the perfect addition to my home gym equipment.

Good for workout at home
These bands are very good.There are 4 different colors and sizes.They are made of different materials,are latex free and very elastic.I got these to do some exercises at home since I don’t have the opportunity and time to go to the gym.They are good for doing exercises at home,but not all of them are thick and it seems as if they will break during the exercises and could hurt me.However so far it has not happened and I think they will resist.

Great that there is different weights its good for physio and we’ll worth the price. Much quicker to pay for this than waiting for uk to send you to physio.

Worked fine but looks a little cheap
There worked well but looked a little cheap. The lighter ones feel like they may snap. I know they won’t but the go very thin. The heavier ones less so. Over all they do the job

Probably wouldn’t have thought of getting these had they not been offered via the Vine scheme but reckoned they might be helpful in regaining arm strength after a prolonged period of recurrent tennis elbow type trouble, that has finally settled.
Devised my own exercises (not all using these bands) and doing it very gradually. Went from red (lowest strength) to the green band (2nd strength) after 3 days then back down to the red as although even the purple one (strongest) was doable, low power more frequently is likely to achieve better results and not cause problems. Also more likely to keep at it if can easily be done whilst watching TV. Maybe up to green again soon.
Optimistic they’ll be of benefit, not just for this specific problem but potentially in other ways too.
The bands are a good length and I think more useful/adaptable than those that come as a loop or with handles. I like the feel of the material. Very stretchy and grippy but no stickiness. Mine came individually wrapped in thin cellophane inside a cardboard box with not even a slip of paper. Keeping them in an empty laundry capsule box that’s an ideal size.

The product is of good quality and robust and there are four rubber bands of different strengths which is good for increasing your training. I used these bands in our legs and sometimes in our arms and it strengthens our muscles to stay in shape. it is a good sports product and we are happy to have it.
Good set of 4 resistance bands
This is a set pf 4 pretty basic resistance bands. There’s nothing other than the resistance bands (some you might get instructions on exercises etc).
These bands are of a good length, and there’s 4 different resistance levels. They’re good to use, and certainly feel as good as, if not better than other resistance bands I’ve used.
Priced at 18, they’re not the cheapest, but the quality is good enough for me to think it’s worth it.
Excellent quality resistance bands
I started using resistance bands back in the days of lock down, but they were the round ones with handles attached, they are good, but they do deteriorate with use and age and they also take up more space than these flat bands.
When they arrived they were packed in a neat zip lock plastic bag, with the bands in individual cellophane bags inside. They are tightly packed and so are a bit stuck together when they arrive, but they separate easily, and they can be put back in their bags if you are careful and take your time, although I suspect this will get more difficult each time they are used, but just get a bit bigger bag to keep them in!
There is a good range of strengths and each band is a very good length, longer than others I have used. I also like that their resistance is constant throughout their stretch range, which is huge by the way, they stretch far more than I was expecting
There are no instructions or even any indication what the strength is of each band, but there are loads of exercise videos available online which show the best way to use the bands, with a bit of research and experimenting you can find a good set of exercises to suit you. Alternatively attend a yoga or exercise class, they are suitable for both.
I would say that these are especially good for recovering from surgery, where strength needs to be rebuilt, these provide a way of exercising without impact which is just what is needed.
The set of four bands is priced at 17.99, which is good value when you look at the length and quality of these bands.
Not just for gym bunnies.
We joined a Pilates for Active Agers class a few months ago as our fitness levels are not what they should be and have definitely taken a dip since retirement three years ago. We’ve really noticed the difference in our core strength, balance, flexibility and general mobility, it’s ‘Pilates lite’. We use bands like these in our classes so decided we should have some at home to continue the good work.
The online images show ripped and fit bodies using these bands to exercise quite heavily – don’t let that put you off, we use the bands for stretching arms and supporting feet and legs when doing exercises, it’s all really quite gentle. It’s more about control than power.
What’s good about them? They are differently coloured so you can instantly tell which one you want to use, but in all honesty the colour doesn’t make that much of a difference because it’s really easy to tell from the weight and thickness the different resistance levels. They arrive vacuum sealed so once you’ve taken the plastic wrap off they expand a little and are difficult to get back into the bag, no matter, I’ve got other bags.
I’m really pleased to have these and they will be used alongside the other small pieces of kit (balls and mats) we now have. No excuse for missing out if we have to miss a class.
Well worth the money.
Perfect for body stretching
Really glad to have these resistance bands as I always like to use resistance bands while stretching. These have good stretching quality and four in a pack so you and your family members use these bands.

Review of BOCTTCBO resistance bands set
I’ve been using a resistance band from my osteopath for strengthening my arm muscles after a rotary cuff shoulder injury, the red band in this set is the nearest in resistance to the one I already have.
What’s great about this set is you get 4 different resistance levels and I’m looking forward to increasing to a stronger resistance level as my injury heals.
These are latex free, I’m not sure if that’s a benefit or not.
Between the 4 bands you can get a whole body workout, that has to make them great value. 5 stars from me.
Not frills but absolutely great bands
These come neatly packed in individual plastic bags inside an outer resealable bag (unlike my photo where I’d failed miserably to get them back in the bag!) there is no product info at all and no exercise leaflet which is fine by me as I know what I’m doing with these bands. The packaging does not say they are latex free but the description does and as they don’t smell like the latex bands I’ve used I have to presume this is accurate.
The bands are very compressed and slightly stuck together when you unpack them but they do separate out really nicely. It would be nice if they came in a reusable storage bag you can fit them back into but this isn’t a deal breaker for me.
They are a great length, longer than some similar ones from a different brand I’d tried recently and wasn’t happy with.
What really impresses me with these bands though is how stretchy and smooth in use they are, the resistance is really constant. From this aspect they are the best bands I’ve ever used. With most they start off too easy at the beginning of a movement, then the resistance kicks in and they are fine but they run out of stretch before you can finish the movement properly- particularly something like lateral raises. These bands are so much better though, they just keep on stretching at a constant rate way past where you think they would stop and feel more like using a cable machine with more constant resistance. Hard to describe but if you try these bands compared to others you’ll see what I mean. Overall though I would say these err towards being lower resistance than some bands I’ve used and are perfect for the remedial type of shoulder exercises I’ll mainly use them for. However if you are fairly strong and looking at these for something like bicep curls they won’t give enough resistance unless you use them doubled up
I have to be honest when I first looked at these I thought they were a bit over priced and when they turned up in such unassuming packaging I thought I was in for another disappointment but I absolutely would buy these again in the future should I need to replace them.

They come in various resistance strengths… Ideal for a good workout at home.. If you look online at various videos you can find a variety of different training methods for various parts of your body…

Took these to the gym, added some resistance exercises to my routine. They stretch well and are flexible but not too easy. I wish they were a tad thicker, because they do feel a little flimsy, but they haven’t snapped or broken on me, so I’m happy. The different resistance levels is an interesting feature, and makes it easier to customize the workout and develop a workout progression.

They come separately wrapped, I’ve purchased a few of these and they were okay, these seem like a really good quality (so far anyways) you have a few sizes and different resistance so depending on what you are doing there’s bound to be one that you can you! Also,.... these are crazy long which is fantastic truly a good find.

These are pretty simple and basic elastic exercise bands….but really, what else did you expect? How exciting can exercise bands be? 😉
There are 4 levels of resistance, with each band being a different thickness. Although it’s possible to tell the difference between levels by a quick tug to compare resistances, I would prefer if there was some writing on each band to indicate the resistance level.
I also wish that the bands came with a small booklet of exercises. This is easily found on the internet of course but if you were giving these bands as a gift, especially to an elderly person, it would be nice to have a variety of exercises printed in a little booklet.
Other than that, pretty basic and useful bands. These ones are open at each end – not an attached loop at all. I did not notice a strong smell to them. They seem to have a lot of strength and as they can fold up small and are very light they are nice and portable and can be brought traveling.
I have been wanting these type of bands for a while to improve my daily routine, These work well and the set gives your exercise a variety of intensity to challenge your routine. Good quality bands.

These are quality rubber bands, easy to grab and hold. Come in four different thicknesses, to match your exercise and strength.
