I nearly didn’t buy these after reading the comments that they were noisy, they really aren’t ! Only had a couple of days but they are working as they should already. Small and compact. Perfec

One of the best purchase I’ve made, in fact family seen it and I ordered 2 more for them, helps with damp and surprising how much water it collects, sounds an alarm when full as well so that’s a good feature especially for safety. Would definitely recommend.

I use the dehumidifier in the kitchen – positioned on top of a wall unit – this is the main area that I would see mould developing in the winter months. It did not take long – a couple of hours to collect water in the tank. Leaving it running all day I was surprised at the amount of water. The unit is quiet and the coloured lighting is a nice touch.
The unit has an on/off switch – when you turn on the electrical wall switch you then have to press the On/Off switch on the unit – this means that I cannot put the unit on a timer which I would like to do.

We bought this product because the walls in our kitchen used to run with water when we cooked even though we had a cooker hood. We noticed that we had started to get a slight mould at the bottom and were constantly wiping the walls down. Our friend mentioned a dehumidifier so we decided to buy this one to see if it would work. It’s small, very quiet when on but the great thing is it has coloured lights that keep changing, I think you can pick a colour but we like the ‘disco’ feel. it works a treat. You can see the water gather in the glass tray which is easy to pull out and empty. It has helped with the walls when cooking. Also use it when I have to put clothes on the clothes dryer. Very happy with our purchase.

Small and compact but does the job well. Clearly absorbs a lot of moisture from the air. Seems a little loud when you turn ot on or first walk into a room, especially when you first get into bed but is ignored very quickly and is just white noise. We have ours on all night and it doesn’t bother us at all. The light feature is good too, however we don’t really use it. We have bought 3 of these now after we were pleased with the efficiency of the first one. Only downside is the length of the wire, we have to use an extension lead in one room.

We have this in the kitchen next to the hob, picks up a lot of water now and is on from early morning until bedtime. At first didn’t have a lot of water collected but after the first 2 days we are no emptying every 3-4 days (currently winter). Can’t complain with product, only issue is that it is mains powered so not as portable for locations with no plug sockets! But that’s isn’t the products fault!

The cut out does work as I left on whilst boiling potatoes and it collected a lot of water to which it stopped working and I realised it was full. Emptied the tank and it started back up again!

Works best if left on for 5/6+ hours, you can see it collecting water and this means windows have no, or at least a lot less condensation on them in the mornings. Obviously it’s very temperature dependent, if the temps plummets overnight you’re still going to get condensation on windows, but not a fault of the machine.
Its may be a little noisy for some, but if you’re used to white noise in the background it won’t cause any problems.
It would have been nice for the air intake to be on the front. Its currently on the back of the machine with the power cord, but this means the intake it going to be near a wall at times. If it were on the front you could simply point the machine into the room. The outlet for air is on the top so no issue there

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI wasnt sure if it would be any good because of its small size but as soon as i plugged this in it did not take long to start collecting water. It fills up quite quickly in my double bedroom where i got alot of condesation on my windows and damp walls by the window.
This has completly stoped the damp wall. My windows still get a little condensation over night but its 95% better and clears by late morning – before it would be wet all day every day.

The lights are unnecessary but quite nice so no complaint.

Its not completly quiet it makes a low humming sound, it doesnt affect me but i have a noisy fish tank so im probably used to the white background noise.

Its light, looks nice and its powerful as it works really well for me so i would recommend.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a great little unit and ideal for small spaces. It works well and has a good design. It comes with various light settings, which would better suited to a mobile disco and not of any great purpose but otherwise ok. The only negative is the noise (maybe just ours?) But it does make a bit of noise which can be distracting in a confined space.

I love how small and neat it is and it works really well for its size. I have noticed a massive difference in my bathroom since using it, going to get another for the kitchen. The light is a handy feature too., when using the bathroom at night.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI liked the built in simple filter that should help keep the innards clean and the water receptacle is easy to empty and clean. Its a pity that when you turn it off and on it forgets any light setting you have made so if you don’t want it slowly cycling through its colour range you have to set it every time. Others have mentioned that its not that quiet. I found it reasonably quiet, but not as much as another brand I have. However the noise it does make, which is the usual broad spectrum fan noise, also contains a constant peak at around 1700Hz which adds an annoying whistle to the other, less intrusive fan woosh and makes it feel louder than it is. Having said that it wasn’t bad enough to stop me falling asleep with it 3 feet away.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersArrived promptly. Easy to set up. Put the unit on my chest of draws in my bedroom near an outside wall. Within a short period started to collect water. Its got a little humming sound, so switched it off during the night and in the morning switched it back on from 8.00 until i got home from work at 18.00 and the unit had collected 20cm of water. It will be interesting what it will be like by the end of the week and if the slight smell of damp has gone? Impressed so far.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersGood decent dehumidifier, with a nice design and lovely colours. It works very well but we found it a bit noisy. In a bedroom the sounds it is a bit too much, we switch off at night . On daytime you can listen it from the door, it is a bit too noisier we had other before that sadly broke after short time but it was silent. WE keep this because it works well but honest the noise can you put it off.

We got this for my daughter’s room as she is always complaining about the condensation on her windows, this does help quite a bit. We regularly need to empty the tank (once a week).

It’s very quiet but she doesn’t sleep with it on, she claimed she woke with a really dry throat one morning after it had been on overnight. We just use it during the day and it’s doing exactly as it claimed.

      Very happy with the purchase.

It is a very small dehumidifier. Portable, for small rooms. I leave it on all day long and collects less than 1cm water. When you turn it on, it shoots fresh air…it would be nice if it was warm air. Nice changing colours.

I bought this for my daughter as she’d had a leak in her loft, which had left a wet patch on the bedroom ceiling. She has told me it is drawing some of the moisture from the offending damp patch, but it is a small machine so it will take a bit longer than a larger machine probably would. That said, she is pleased with its progress so far.

I purchased this to lower in-home humidity in hopes of reducing mold growth. Specs say it is suitable for 250sq ft. I have mine in a small living area of less than that. The unit is quiet, with an excellent shifting soft light. I also purchased thermometer/humidity meters for the same area to gauge humidity levels. The unit impressively draws about 1200ml every few days running 24/7. However, maybe I anticipated too much as it struggles to lower the humidity without 18-20C heating. Anything lower than 18C and humidity levels hover in the 60-70 range and much higher if it rains. The water collection is proof the unit functions as designed. Maybe I should have purchased a larger unit for better results.

Bought this to tackle a humid bathroom which is prone to mould during the winter as it’s difficult to open windows in the winter. It has done the job of keeping black spots developing, but it needs to be on for at least two to three hours to dry out the bathroom after just one person showering; two people and you need more time. However, have to say it hasn’t had much impact on raising electricity bills which are always a little higher in the winter anyway, so that’s a plus. Nice lights which change colour, but I often switch these off as it’s not essential when no one is using the bathroom. Quietism, I can hear it if the door is open and I’m in the next room.

I needed a dehumidifier to deal with damp that was a result of a pipe leak in my neighbours house. This unit is small and portable, and easy to use, and was effective over a period of 10 days. The water tray was easy to empty and in use the unit was almost silent. Good product for a good price.

Make sure to read instructions before use, several people have stated that the item broke when first used, the instructions have picked up on this and explain correctly how to get it working (to help prevent and malfunction).

The item itself is useful if you’re happy to leave on for long periods at a time (states that it should be on for 3 days at a time).
Definitely not strong enough to have any impact on washing etc and works very slowly but helps to get the moisture of the the house, so useful if that’s the only goal.

I run this overnight and it filled up with around half a cup of water, which is much more than I thought it would.
For a cheap little one it is really good. I have it in my spare room where I hang clothes to dry (It’s a small room).
Heating on and shut the windows so the dehumidifier works better.
I will upload a picture later if I can, but if not, honestly I recommend this product.
Definately dries clothes quicker than without a dehumidifier.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis product is very easy to use and does exactly what it says it does which is collect the moisture from the surrounding air. It is very easy to assemble, easy to use and extremely quiet. We have been using it for the past two days and it has collected more water from the air then we could’ve thought possible. We would highly recommend this to anyone who has damp problems. Because we were so happy with the product we actually bought another one for the upstairs of our property.

Simple plug it in and turn on operation. It’s very quiet, probably not enough that you’d sleep with it on but tucked away in a corner through the day you’ll pretty much forget about it. I like that it small enough to move around where required with ease. It certainly works well as it has already drawn in some water from my bedroom which does have some dampness in it. Very easy to use and the light is an added feature but I have it set on one colour only. Noise wise it seems fine during the day but when on at night does appear to be quiet loud. Definitely not Ultra Quiet as advertised. I left it on at night and ended up having to switch it off. Good for the money though.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersIt was a little smaller than I thought on receipt so I wasn’t sure whether it would be effective enough. However, I am really pleased. Our daughters room is the top one in our home and in the eaves of the house. We don’t have double glazing and we get a lot of condensation up there. It has done a great job in controlling the condensation and her room feels so much better. I was impressed by how much it pulled out of the air. It runs relatively quietly. We all prefer a bit of white noise at night so it doesn’t disturb and the light is pleasant if you need it, but it can be turned off. It took us a while to find a dehumidifier that looked aesthetically pleasing and not too bulky. I would recommend trying this one out as I have no complaints so far and we have been using it for about 10 days now.

Golden Review Award: 30 From Our UsersAll around it’s A Great Product in my opinion.
      1. Price is very reasonable.
      2. Effective. Thus far I have had the reservoir fill up every week, for 4 weeks running.
      3. Quiet enough for me to run the entire night in our bedroom while we sleep.
      4. The Light – Thumbs up!!
4.1. It can be used as a night light if need be as it is not excessively bright.
4.2. To keep a static colour. Wait until you see the required colour and then press the light button a second time. The light will stay on that colour, no longer cycling through all the colours.
4.3. To turn the light off, press the light button a 3rd time.
4.4. To return to having the light on, and cycling through all colours, press it a 4th time.
      5. When full, the floater pushes up and turns the unit off, so there is no possibility of it overflowing.

I am very happy with this dehumidifier, and I will be purchasing more of them for the other rooms in my home that require one.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThis dehumidifier works just as it should. Low noise. This is good value for money, as I’ve previously bought a dehumidifier from a different place that only holds half the amount of water and cost slightly more. The previously bought one was described aslow noise, but I would say it is not and quite annoying. So this dehumidifier is great as it’s quiet, holds a good amount of water, compact. It also has colour changing lights that look nice and are a good feature for someone with autism, like my husband, as he finds the light changing soothing and the low noise doesn’t disturb. Highly recommended. Good buy.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBought for the utility room where some of the dogs sleep, the windows are always covered in condensation and some mouldy marks were beginning to start on the walls. Since running this there’s no condensation. It pulls water out quite quickly given it’s small stature, sits neatly on the window cill. You can turn the light off (all except the power light) it’s not massivley noisy but not sure if I would want it in the bedroom. Maybe a bit pricey for the size? I’ve not really priced up large ones so that could be a bit unfair. I’ve no idea how energy efficient it is but wouldn’t have thought it costing very much.

Having just had downstairs replastered, I don’t want damp to mess it up. I have used this near washing, to reduce condensation on the patio doors. Great. I have also had it in the bathroom after a steamy bath or shower, along with the extractor fan. Again, great. I have also used it in the small utility room whilst I have also had washing in the dryer (warm room as a result) and had wet washing on the airer at the same time along with the humidifier…I watched drops dripping into this dehumidifier tank.
